Great communication and service. I called for a Tesla inspection after being recommended to go here from another client. They fit me in right away and had me in and out within 20 minutes. Impressive! Mike also mentioned they plan to install some electric vehicle chargers in the future. I usually work on all of my own cars but after meeting Mike and seeing the shop I would not hesitate to bring a car here for a more advanced service.

Do not go here they’re unprofessional and do not do anything but break your cars more. I had my Mazda 6 engine fixed there and an oil change, which blew not even a month later because there was no oil on my engine with 3,000 miles left for the next one. They then tried blaming it on me and even told my parents I’m a reckless driver and I speed. They also said they had a video they would show my parents which they ended up never doing because there was no video. I also had my Chevy Malibu get an oil change, radiator fixed, and new hoses but never changed the hoses which I payed for $678 total for something they didn’t do. I then got my Mazda engine replaced there once again because I had a warranty which I got for inspection at meineke which I found out there were bolts in my transmission missing and the engine was routed completely wrong luckily meinke did an amazing job and fixed it. I then wrote a review which the owner mike did not like so he came to my job and demanded I take it down. Please do not come here it’s a waste of money they claim they’re all state certified but have a kid working there, they ran my pockets don’t let them do it to you. With the bolt you missed was not a mistake those are in your face you can not miss it mike you are a little coward who is a liar be a man you tried to ruin my car you never gave me a refund you are actually dumb and you begged my mom to take the down the review 😂 she said you were about to cry because you know it’s true and Andre is not state certified he’s working towards it he just came out of high school. Give me my money you didn’t refund anything you low life loser

More Miles sets a ridiculously high bar for the auto service industry. They are incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated, friendly, helpful, trustworthy, thoughtful and thorough — and on top of all that, the prices are low. Ive enjoyed my interactions with Bliss (the service manager), Juan (a top mechanic), and Mike (the owner). We recently had a vibration issue after getting four new tires at Mavis. I went back to Mavis twice and they did everything they knew to do (rebalancing, realigning) but were unable to fix the problem. Turns out I’d damaged a wheel (drove over a curb in a dark parking lot, duh), so it wasn’t the tires — it was the axle and a bent rim, but three well-intentioned people at Mavis never figured that out. More Miles took the time to isolate and replace the warped axle. (They also undercharged for diagnostic time.) After that didn’t solve the problem, Mike came in on the following Sunday, when they’re closed, to work on the car again, and that’s when he identified the bent rim. He rotated and rebalanced the wheels, putting the bent rim in the back, and now the car is fine. To my shock, he refused payment for the followup work — that he did on a Sunday! (Quote: “Aw c’mon, get outta here!”) I don’t feel right about not paying, so this review is part of my self-imposed payment plan. And I’m recommending More Miles to everyone I know. Note: I heard about them from a similarly loyal customer. Its no surprise they have a solid five stars on Google Reviews.

Had my car towed to Mikes more miles for service this son of a $@$@^ tried to charge me 700.00 plus tax for a distributor replace which cost 65.00 at autozone wyf is wrong with Mike is he crazy I am on welfare and my car is not worth 700.00 never call this $@%!$# gracias

We’ve been going to More Miles for over two years and have never had a bad experience. They handle our inspections, repairs, and oil changes. Most recently I took my 9yr old car for a repair for some brake issues and some lights going off on my dashboard. Prior mechanics had not been able to diagnose the issue so I didn’t have much hope. But they not only diagnosed the issue at More Miles, they completely fixed it without me having to break the bank. I went from having to drive my car sparingly due to the brake issues to now driving with confidence that my car is safe and efficient.

These guys are great! They really go the extra mile, no pun intended. They’re honest and will give you a great assessment of the issue, repair options, etc. Their prices are also reasonable for both parts and labor.

It doesnt matter who works on your car. There all great people, friendly, and informative. They dont overcharge or over complicate things to make you pay more.

Spoke with Vliss on the phone she said they would take a look at my car same day and repair same day. I dropped it off Monday morning and didnt get a call back all day I had to call them at the end of the day to check on it. Gave them my car for three days never got a call about it and nothing was fixed. Extremely unprofessional.

We are from the NY area and was visiting family in the area. I had a power steering fluid leak in a metal hose that was rotted and lost steering to my car.With it being a Saturday I Googled top mechanics for the area. I spoke to many shops who did not have the time or did not want to take on any work at 10 am on a Saturday.This is when ran into More Miles Automotive.Bliss was the person that I spoke to and she was amazing, listened well, and was accommodating.I would highly recommend this shop for any repair and we plan to use this shop again.Our car was towed from our hotel around 10:30 AM and taken right to the shop.Bliss understood that we were from out of town and delivered the parts and install in a timely fashion.I picked up the car around 2:30 PM and it has been great.Thanks for taking care of us Bliss, and the techs who worked on the car.Please give this shop all the business that you can, they are great people.

These people are AMAZING! My husband & I sold our home and were driving from Maine to Tennessee with our belongings including hamster, cat, & houseplants when our truck began shuddering and the check engine light came on. It was a Sat afternoon and after being turned away from 4 repair shops we were afraid wed have to find a hotel and wait till Mon for repair. We decided to make one last stop at More Miles Automotive and are so grateful we did. After my husband explained our situation Joe, Bliss, and everyone else went above and beyond to help get us back on the road - including letting me bring our cat into the office to stretch her legs! The staff was so friendly, the repair only took about 30 min once the parts were delivered from across town, and the total cost was lower than we expected. Thank you, MMA! Ive Known Mike my whole life, Literally was good friends with my mom and dad. Mike and his crew are the only ones i trust with my cars. From Strauss to Jack Williams to now More Miles I always trust mike. Ive had 3 cars in my lifetime and every time id have an issue Mike was there. I just recently had my fan belt blown. I had my car towed to More Miles and drop my key off in the overnight slot. Mike contacted me explaining that the tensioner broke causing the belt to come off. This place is the best. After dealing with a POS Chevy vehicle purchased from a high -interest car lot, Mike solved the ongoing issues I encountered with my vehicle that 3 Chevy Dealers themselves could not and did not ultimately fix. They will try to squeeze you in and accommodate you as much as possible, and a few times they have given me rides home when my car would need to remain on site for the day. They also assisted my friend when she was desperate for a vehicle, checking out cars for her. Love it here!

This was our first experience here as my husband and I had both of our vehicles inspected here; just this week I had my Subaru in for a head gasket job(which is a huge job!!), water pump replaced, new plugs/wires, etc. The work was done in one day but not rushed! THANKS RYAN!!! They explained everything, up front as well as after the job was done! We got NO surprises, with anything, including the price which actually fell under my expectation! Labor and replaced parts warranty too!! Like another review stated they really are friendly, do excellent work and dont try to sell you anything you dont need. Want to add that while I was waiting for an emissions test, watching the staff deal with customers coming in/out, phone calls, etc. everyone was TOP NOTCH; I dont think Ive ever witnessed such SUPERIOR customer service in an auto shop!!I cant recommend More Miles enough!!! The whole experience was great. I was trying to get a new compressor for my A/C installed. The dealer wanted 2K+ because the new part was ridiculously expensive. Amazon had the new after market part for $170. Other shops in the area would only book by appt weeks out or did not want to install a part they didnt purchase. This shop took the part, installed it same day, for a great price, and returned the care one and a half hours earlier then they quoted. Could not have been a better experience.

This is a top shelf organization. Mike D. truly knows his stuff, and he and his team will always go the extra mile to make sure the customer is pleased. I first encountered Mike when he worked at Strauss Stores on Stefko Blvd, and I can honestly say that it was the polite manner in which he spoke on the phone, that caught my attention. My mom has taken her car here for years and when I moved back to the area started taking my car there as well. Has always been honest and tries to find the best price to make car repairs reasonable. Having an honest mechanic is priceless. Will always continue to take all my cars here.

Really good service and friendly employees. Great pricing too (the price at other shops with a coupon for free inspection with paid emissions test was equal to More Miles full price for both). The repairs that my car was in desperate need of at another shop magically disappeared, and my car passed inspection without a problem.

Finally a garage worth while. With more miles I can finally rest easy knowing that Im not getting ripped off. Every time im there Im always greeted by the owner. (Mike) this is a guy that takes pride in what he does. I think his prices are extremely fair. When it comes to automotive work. People always want the cheapest job. For me I wouldnt want a $10 break special. Because in the end thats what you get a$10 brake job. Trust me take your car here once and youll be a returning customer.
