My wife and I were in a car accident this afternoon, called AAA, and were very lucky to get Hanks.Gator from Hanks arrived promptly and was extremely helpful. He cleared the glass and debris before leaving. He hauled our car to a shop near our home two hours away, and even called me to let me know he got the car dropped off fine.We will always appreciate receiving such amazing service at such a difficult time. The mechanic that was there and was absolutely awesome. Prices were Fair and he was quick. I recommend! A very nice guy! The entrance is around back so you have to hit the corner make a right and then make another right and its on the back side of the building !

Extortion! The worst company I have ever had to deal with, extremely disrespectful and rude. The workers who tried to tow my car lied to me about the prices. I have a residential parking pass for a college campus and had parked my car in a residential parking spot to run into a store for 3 minutes. When I came back out, they were trying to tow my car and I told them that I would move it immediately and that it was a misunderstanding as I did not know that this residential spot was for apartments and not for college students. They said that nobody had called in to report my car parked in the wrong space (as I had been in the store for 3 minutes), and that they drive around at night to find cars that need to be towed, They charged me $220 for not even towing my car. I had asked what would happen if I did not pay them $220 right then, and they said they would tow my car and I would have to pay over $400 to receive it back. The next day I called the garage that had towed my car, and they put me on speaker phone, kept talking over me, and were mocking/laughing at me in the background. They said that if I had not paid the $220 right away, I wouldve been charged $270, not the $400 that the worker had lied to me about. They also lied to me again and said that somebody had called my car in, when the night of the incident, the worker had told me that no one reported my car. They drive around looking to screw people over and take advantage of people by lying about prices and policy. They treated me like a joke when I tried to talk to them. They never gave me a chance to speak and never answered any of my questions directly. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and humiliating.

Went there today no appointment to have him check an Issue with my car. Turns out it was something very easy after he did a thorough check. Great customer service and great quality of work. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They are very nice trustworthy people who know what they are talking about.

Hands down the best. An honest mechanic is practically an oxymoron. With Hanks they are honest, great prices, personable & willing to go the extra mile even if it doesnt benefit their pocket book. But then again this is why they have great reviews & tons of repeat business. People know, trust & like them.A1 top shelf business.They may offer a discount to Lehigh University students but dont quote me on that. Check them out.

I was involved in a car accident yesterday, and Hanks Auto towed my car. I wanted to report that my tow driver was very polite; Im not from the area, and he was very helpful with driving me to the airport to try and get a rental, and he was very patient with me, as I was kind of shaken up. Later in the day, I had to get into the yard to get things out of the car, and the young man that met me at the shop, and drove me to the yard, was also very polite and patient. Your customer service is excellent; spoken as a person who has been dismissed and treated rudely from other police-called towing services. If I didnt live an hour away, Id ask Hanks to fix the car, as well.

On Friday, November 15, 2018 @ 8:00 pm: My daughter and I got stuck in a ditch during the snow storm last night. Even with the help of four police officers, we couldn’t get it out. A Latino man driving a tow truck stopped and pulled us out. He refused to accept our money! Checking them out on Google , I find they are well recommended. Please allow me to further bring them to your attention. We should support local businesses that support their communities.

I waited four hours for my tow. Apparently the truck broke down but they didnt bother calling and to tell me that. I waited for my original time at 8:50, a half hour later I called and then they said They were picking me up at 10:15. but then they said the truck broke down, so I had to wait two more hours and finally at 12:30 they came to tow my car. After it was loaded up and on the way they started to drop it off at the wrong place. No apologies made, dont recommend them to anyone.
