NEVER EVER AGAIN! Drop off my car at 10AM not a scratch on the hood. He called at 2PM for me to pick it up and I arrive at 4PM and there’s 30+ scratches all over the hood and dead grass on the back. Literally looks like it was driven under something that scraped the hood.I’ve been taking my car here almost ten years. I use them for every service… the manager looks me in my face and tells me he “didn’t know how that happened” and he asked his technician about it and he doesn’t know either. Not an ounce of empathy or professional customer service. I walked around the corner and pulled up in my other vehicle 10 minutes later and found the manager and technician outside looking towards my car and talking. If you didn’t do anything why are you still talking about it? What’s the story you’re trying to “get straight” when I’m not in front of you?! As busy as this place is you have time to talk about something that “didn’t happen” on your watch?!He says they have NO CAMERAS or security on the premises, although they leave cars unlocked with the keys inside all over their property. He’s clearly trying to avoid an insurance claim at all cost. Who knows if they even have insurance?! Horrible business! I had to call the cops to make a report since they admitted to driving my vehicle around and hiding where the car accident was.

Went in for an oil change. Was there no longer than an hour. I am happy with the service. The gentleman was nice as well. No appointment needed.

State inspection was done. The staff was friendly and informative. I love their sense of urgency they knew some individuals had to be to work like myself and they did what was needed. I also love that it’s 1st come 1st serve. This is now my shop for me I’ll definitely be back.

They are great. Explained what my car was doing and they gave me a quote that was very reasonable. They have worked on 2 of my vehicles and are always affordable and quick.

I took my car to meineke at 9am to get my exhaust system checked. By 10:15 my car issue was determined and by 12:15 my car was fixed and ready to go. I was also shown the part that was bad and had to be replaced. Very fast and professional. Highly recommend.

I needed an oil change, and despite how booked they were, Rob still managed to get my car serviced quickly. I had concerns as well with my engine light and he managed to get that solved for me quickly despite being entirely booked. I would definitely recommend.

The customer service was excellent and the staff tried to be helpful as possible. Except for the fact that I spent $300 on a repair that did not correct the problem I came in for. They promised to look at the problem again to see if they could correct it.

Brought vehicle in for an exhaust leak and they were able to diagnosis the issue rapidly. Unfortunately the issue is very large and involves dealer only parts so I chose not to have the issue corrected at this time. There was no pressure by them to make me do it right now

Very impressed. My regular mechanic closed his business due to Covid, a friend told me to try this place, and I now have a new shop to go to that I can trust. I stopped by just to get an estimate and set up an appointment. The owner, Mark, was very friendly and said he had time to fix it right then, gave me an estimate 2/3 lower than the estimate I got at Jeffs automotive. He even lent me his car to go back to work and then return to pick up my car at the end of the day. He stayed past his closing time to accommodate me. Very happy with all of it and will for sure take all my business there from now on. Thank you Mark!

I had a routine car service for the first time here a little more than a month ago. They were so nice then, but today I had low tire pressure light in the pouring rain and couldnt seem to figure out how to add air to my tires. (I know almost nothing about cars). I stopped by and the guy behind the counter checked out the tire pressure right away and added air to my tires. Thank you and I will definitely be back! So appreciated!!

I went in thinking I needed my brakes and rotors replaced, and that’s what I told the employee I spoke to (his name was Matt). I was expecting to spend $600-$700 that I can’t really afford right now, but I wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive as I am due to have a baby soon. A little while later Matt calls me and tells me that my brakes and rotors are fine, and it was a totally different issue, one that cost me SIGNIFICANTLY less money. I’ve definitely felt like I was being taken advantage of when bringing my car into shops by myself, so it is nice to know that the employees here are honest. I will definitely return here again.

Matt the (Man)ager from Meineke is helpful, thoughtful and attentive. I have been getting my auto inspections with them for years and will continue to do so. Be aware, the shop does look like a mechanics domain, but thats a good sign in my opinion. Never trust a skinny cook or a clean mechanic.

I couldn’t get the rear wheels off to change my pads and rotors. Meineke did it for $127.20 after tax, which isn’t that bad. It was fairly quick, and it all went smooth. 10/10 would come here again

I cannot say enough good things.I went to the dealership where I bought my car from, and the tech/inspector said it failed for its safely inspection due to a leaky exhaust. They said it was a $1,600 repair. I didnt have them repair it, my gut feeling wasnt right.My husband looked at it and couldnt find any hole, so I came here. I told the employees what the dealership said, and they first did an exhaust system inspection. Their inspection showed no leaky exhaust, they then inspected my car and it passed.These people are honest and trustworthy.

True professionals at best . I called Saturday midday, due to some grinding noise on my rear brakes , expecting to make an appointment. I was told they could look at it right away . I arrived at their lot and it was full of cars , yet they kept to their word and took my car right away . They inspected , found the issue was not with any of the brakes , (front or back ) but a slightly bent brake plate . Even inspected the muffler and pipes ( which i know needed replacing, but was not pressured to get done ) . They did not charge to look at the brakes .They probably could have strung me along but they didnt. This Meineke has restored my faith in the franchise. I highly recommend them .
