I am new to town and had an issue with my old car randomly stalling (3 times in 3 weeks of daily driving). I took it to another place but I was not very happy with the (lack of) communication and decided to give Speedway a try based on the reviews.I knew the issue would be tricky to diagnose due to it being random and there was no smoking gun like a check engine light. But they truly impressed me with their diagnostic and communication of the results. Indeed, they were not able to pinpoint an exact problem, but I was seriously impressed with the thorough explanation given to me and I could tell they really checked everything they could. They suggested I replace a sensor that may fix the issue and were very up front about it potentially not working. It was a best guess based on experience. Never thought I would consider a mechanic honest. And the price was less than what I was expecting which is another thing I wasnt expecting. Great customer service to boot. That experience earned my trust, which is hard to earn due to my wariness of mechanics, and they earned my future business for sure. Highly recommend!

I took my car here and had a great experience! The owners of this shop are honest, efficient, and clearly care about their customers. They also take the time to explain issues in detail so that you understand whats wrong with your car and how they are going to fix it, which I really appreciate. If you bring your car here, you will get high quality work done at a reasonable price, while being treated like family!

Charged me over $100 to put some oil and coolant in my car, after I came to them saying hey guys, my cars overheating...Im pretty sure im low on oil and coolant.......I needed to go to work and didnt have time or a funnel to just buy oil and coolant and fill up on my own (which I should have done, but just moved to the area and its not my car!). I understand that this was mostly my fault for coming to a mechanic for oil and coolant, but they said that $75 of the charge was for a Diagnostic check which they apparently did but did not tell me the results of it. They just simply said Ya, you were low on oil and had no coolant.......haha thats what I told them was most likely the problem so it is hard for me to say a good honest mechanic would charge me $75 to determine a problem that I presented to them. I returned couple days later because a Service Parking Assist signal came on the day they looked at my car but did not address it with me as well as a just bad feeling that I was charged over $100 to fill up fluid in my car, so after I go back the guy started saying how he definitely did the diagnostic check, and I have leaking head gaskets and possibly an oil problem but somehow failed to tell me until I asked....Anyway, they didnt seem like horrible people but just took advantage of me when they saw I was in distress. Go to Glenns Auto Care!

They inspected my 2010 car and found an impending major problem. My car now runs beautifully.

Joe was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job and did it within a few hours. He was very honest with his pricing as well. He didn’t charge an arm and a leg, but the quality of the work was top notch. I would definitely return in the future and recommend him to others.He replaced my timing chain for my 2011 Accord.

Greg and Jose where the best two men I’ve encountered as far as service for my Vehicle. I went To two other places before bringing my vehicle to these guys and they were extraordinary high in price. Speedway offered s very home felt like environment for me and explained everything about my vehicle that I can understand with the little knowledge I have on cars. Not only did they explain in detail what needed to be done they did it at a very affordable price that I couldn’t believe. I will always bring my vehicle to these guys and let everyone know about my experience there.

Very horrible experience I ever had show me a green 2002 Honda Civic that was a lemon the head gasket was blown and they knew that the head gasket was blown still sold it to me for $2000 after I came in and told him that I was looking for a good car and I only had $2000 that they can help me I would love that if they didn’t have nothing for me then I was also thankful Jose and another gentleman there and a woman said no we have something for you could test drive it and everything I touch of the car it works fine to days later the car put it I bring the car back they gave me promise about fixing the car and I told him what he keeps give me back my money he’s like no no no we’re going to fix it I’ll come back home the car was never fixed I took the car Two Honda Honda time and the problems in the car across the other mechanics and they also said the same thing the car was unloading the car was not good and you want to just ride the car to the world so low but I have to be careful because the cargo also blew up on him I called him back and I told him and he said it could take me to court for the money I ever had

Trustworthy and Communicative..2 things you want out of the people who handle work on your car. Never felt like they were trying to get over on me like i do at most shops, which is another thing i look for. Talk to the staff and youll realize that for yourself. Will be bringing my car back here for other work no doubt about it.

Needed an emergency break and rotor replacement. Called multiple shops and received ridiculous quotes. Found this place online called about my break issue they told me to come right over and got me in and out with in a hour. The best part besides the customer services was my cost was half of what the other shops were going to charge me. This is my new go to place.
