Blew my tire at 5 in the morning I call the service they tell me its 150 for the tow which is fine. Once the driver gets there he starts fighting with me cause my car is in the left lane and I cant move it. So he tells me its going to be extra because Im in the left lane. I told him Im not paying extra cause my car lost control in the left lane. We continue to fight about it I tell him Ill just call someone else if its that big of an issue. He then tows the car to the location I give him my card to pay n he then starts fighting with me that they take cash. I tell him no one told me that so I tell him Ill go to the ATM he continues to carry on being disrespect and unprofessional. He tells me they take card but its gonna be a little extra. The woman on the phone tells me they charge an extra 25 dollars to run my card. Walked away from the whole experience feeling scammed.

I only ever use Kings, punctual, professional, friendly, affordable, and fast. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother calling anyone else. Just call King’s.

Tom at Kings Towing is the best! He was on time per the estimate and very professional transporting our motorcycle. He even went above and beyond to help us get our motorcycle exactly where we wanted it when dropping off. Also, the rate was good. We will definitely use Kings Towing and Tom for our towing needs.

Please, for your own sake, find somewhere else to take your business. These guys are the ultimate scam artists. Charged $550 for a 10 minute tow, and wouldnt give me access to my own vehicle unless I paid CASH on the spot.

I called Kings after 3 hours of sitting on the side of the road waiting for Roadside service to show up. After three calls that made it blatantly obvious that our roadside service has failed us we cold called Kings and Kelly answered and was at our site within minutes! She was excellent and quick to get us off that bridge and to a safe spot so we could change our tire. She offered help if we needed it definitely went above and beyond. She didn’t have to rush out clearly no one else would but she did and we will not forget that. Thank you from the chick in the purple Jeep!!

My experience with Kings towing was accidental and stressful. While I didnt have my visitors pass in the window it was my fault (I forgot it in the glovebox). Kelly listened to me and brought someone else out to maybe work with me, another woman I didnt catch her name. I was told that was the price. $350, $50 for a storage fee. The receipt was for $350. So I managed to get the cash from my friend who already gave me a ride and make it back before 2:00 pm when the office closed. Once in the office Kelly handed me the paper work to sign and it was $400. I had the $350 cash as they didnt take any cards and it was the price written down. So I ask her to speak the owner to explain the whole ordeal. Kelly went to him, came back and said he wasnt going to budge. So I asked her once more to have him come tell me that as the owner. We talk and he ask me to meet him half way at $375. Mind you its past 2pm and I remind him that this was the price I had before I left to borrow money and only had the $350 on me. Kelly backed me up on this. I called around to other tow companies and was quoted $200‐230. So in my experience and opinion is they charge too much. If I wasnt for Kelly I wouldnt have been able to get my car out. Thank you Kelly you deserve 5 stars.

Very professional and fast. Ive had them tow cars for me and repair vehicles for me. Never any complaints. Their head mechanic explained everything to me. Kintay showed up with oil for my truck at my request and his tow truck. What a gentleman and the staff are equally genuine great people. Yesterday my boyfriend was working (delivery driver) and his car broke down. It only took Kings about 20-25 minutes to show up. The gentleman and lady were kind, courteous, careful, and speedy.The rate was surprisingly fair and we were overall very pleased with Kings service. Today was a horrible day for me. I was heading west on 71 when my engine blew. I called three towing company’s who where extremely rude. At this point I was ready to abandon the car since the weather feels to be below 0, instead I gave it another shot. I called Kings towing and auto repair and had the pleasure of speaking with kinte. He showed compassion and jumped at the opportunity to help. He did everything possible to make sure my experience with his company was pleasurable and memorable considering the circumstances. I contacted Kings Towing after hours (8-9pm) about having my company van towed, it broke down and was parked in a lot and had to be moved ASAP. He didnt hesitate at all, told me to give him about a half hour and he would take care of it for me. He told me I didnt have to wait for him, too go home and get some sleep. He even sent me a picture of it after he droped it off at my mechanic. Awesome service at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Kings Towing and Auto Repair to anyone needing a tow. Once again think you for taking care of me after hours.

These guys are awesome. My insurance company called them to come and open my car which also head a dead battery. They got my door open quickly and easily and gave me a jump. They were fast too. Ive saved their number just in case of future problems and cant recommend them highly enough.

####2021 update Review #2. Turns out this is the second time Ive relied on Kings and Ill explain in a minute but just UNBELIEVABLE. Again they made a bad situation so nice and easy and simpler for me.I wish I had just remembered that they were amazing before and I would have had everything done yesterday.They went out of their way to send me high res pics of the tire to replace the one that died on me, they had someone come out to me take off my dead tire and go back to put the new tire on the rim and recycle the garbage one.And then came back to put it on. And very upbeat, friendly, professional. I didnt catch his name or the woman who I spoke to and have been texting back and forth with but I cannot say enough good things its just hyperbole at some point.But they came through and every little issue I had that came up they were willing to adjust things like having them come to me to get the tire and just added on a small fee.For everything done, and a really new or barely used tire that was an exact match came out to only 125. 80 before I had to have all this extra help done.Im so happy right now and I was so exhausted and tired of trying to figure out what I should do with my resources until I started texting them back and they made my day or week really I wish I had gone to them for other stuff with my last car damn. But seriously. Give them a chance to shock you at how easy they make everything.####Old review from 2020 maybe? Or maybe earlier. ####Prompt and really nice driver made a bad situation pretty comfortable. Played sweet music the way and recommended a better choice of auto shop. Very knowledgeable.

I called Kings Towing at 9:30 at night because AAA (Which I pay for premier) left my 17 yr old son stranded off 78 and told us they would come tomorrow because they reserve their night tows for the state police. Not letting my son be stranded, I called Kings. A truck was out to pick up my car within 20 mins. My message to people with AAA, Dont waste your money. For the amount that you would pay for a tow, its not worth the headache of dealing with AAA. Kinte, you are the best!!! I had an issue where all of my tires were popped. I called and they came in no time, good price as well given they were a half hour away from my vehicle. They even changed my tires on a day they were closed to help me.

I got in a car accident and the police officer called them to tow my van. They cleaned the road fully for 20 minutes very little damage to my truck and took it to there impound. I told them the money was out of my pocket they charged me 550$. And then 250$ to take it yup my house. I mean that is not an honest price thats them taking advantage of a bad situation.

Ive been a faithful customer for over 5 years and have always been treated with respect. My vehicle has always been well taken care of as if it were their own. I always suggest my friends and associates to come thru for all their car care needs.

On 3/10/2019 my BMW stopped at mud and can not get out. I tried several towing company. But they said its too far from solid road without coming to look at. They are the ONLY one wanna see what situation my car located. Finally, they used two towing truck to get my car. Thx a lot.

Completely unsatisfied with my service. I had a front wheel drive vehicle towed approximately 1/8 of a mile and was charged $100.00 when driver was asked why so much, I was told he didnt make the price and the office did. When called the office I was informed that they did not make he price. Very unreasonable and unprofessional. We are an automotive repair facility and would not recommend this company for any services. Very displeased!

Awesome!!! Both the towing service and the mechanic service were incredible. Let me tell you about my experience with them, and why I feel very fortunate to have been introduced to them. I recently purchased an 03 Mustang which had engine problems from the start. I took it to a family mechanic whom claimed he had fixed the problem, therefore I felt the car could make the 2 hr drive from NYC to Bethlehem pa. Needless to say it didnt make it out of ny so I parked it off one of the exits and there it sat until I was introduced to kings towing. Unlike the other towing services i contacted, I could actually afford to have him tow the car back to his shop, which he did within the next few hours. The next day the mechanic from the shop had the issue pinned down and just needed the go ahead to fix it. I had been so worried it was going to cost a fortune but again, it was reasonable and affordable. So within a couple days I had the car back and for the first time since I bought it, it ran wonderfully. These guys were awesome, but my story doesnt end there. A week ago I was in Philadelphia with our minivan, it was myself, my bf, and our 4 dogs. Of course we broke down right at the bottom of the Walt Whitman bridge. And a couple hours from home. I called kings towing once again and he didnt hesitate to come get us, knowing that we had all the dogs. He went above and beyond what he had to do. He must have left right after I spoke to him because we only had to wait the time it would take to get to us from bethlehem. Not only that but he drove us home even though we lived an hour away from the shop. I cant tell you how appreciative we are for having him go that extra mile for us. And again the van was fixed in just a couple days. So if anyone ever needs a tow kings towing is the one to call. And for any issues with your vehicles, definitely bring it to them. I know I will only be using them. Thanks kings towing!!

Great experience with them.. I was stuck on the road with a flat and no spare at 6am with my daughter. They came with in 30 mins to tow my car back to my house. I believe the mans name that came to tow my car was Kentay he was very helpful and understanding.

The other review or should I say slanderous comment that was especially concerning made by Thomas Mathews whom is an ex-employee upset he was let go due to his drug use on the job and complaints from customers of his suspected drug use not to mention being caught at work with a purse full of drug paraphenila and pills. He was never a customer as far as I know he doesnt even own a vehicle. He refers to myself and my employees as drug dealers and basically thieves. This coming from a pedophile who has a girlfriend well under the legal age limit is almost amusing. If it wasnt for the fact that he posted this on our business reviews in such a cowardly manner.
