They didnt actually end up towing my car because it was during a snowstorm so the Bethlehem police got to it first, however I had an issue with the customer service aspect of this company.Im sure the towing part of the operation is acceptable and the man who actually drove the towing truck was very responsive and nice over the phone. However the woman who initially answers and deals with the customer service aspect is sub par.This woman told me if I didnt end up using them, she would refund half my money. Fine, thats perfectly fair and in a semi desperate situation like that you have no choice but to take the persons word and pay up.Then when I asked for half of my 200 some dollars to be refunded as promised, she basically gave me the runaround and kept deflecting and asking me to call back. Eventually it just became such a hassle that I decided it wasnt even worth it to get the $100 back. The situation wasnt ideal to begin with but I did not appreciate the dishonesty.

Absolute incompetency and zero professionalism. They answer the phone, “towing”. No business name and told me they would be there in 40 minutes. Never showed and when I called back they had no clue. Luckily I found someone who came and got me in less than ten minutes. Don’t waste your time here.

Words cannot express the level of compassion and professionalism this company gave my family on one of the busiest times of the year, Super Bowl Sunday. The alternator went. We were stuck in over an hour away from home. This company prioritized my family and went out of there way to make sure we were not abandoned. This place came through at a time when we needed them the most, and for that we will forever be grateful. Thank you guys for everything. 💯☀️

After first saying it was going to take 60 minutes to get to us we had to call them 4 times & each time they said it would be 15-20 minute.... well after a whopping 3+ hours he finally shows up and took his good old time to get it on the truck. The lady on the phone was nice but I will NEVER use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

Needed my vehicle towed to garage, mentioned I needed a flatbed tow not a wrecker, was told 90 minute wait. Fine with me. Received text after text saying truck was on its way. Finally a phone call 3 hours later saying wrecker was on its way. Told him a flatbed was needed. Driver said hed call his dispatcher who would get back to me. Never got a phone call back and nobody ever showed up. Called another tow company and they were out in 15 minutes.

The driver was really nice and hooked my car up very carefully and made sure there was no damage while hooking it up. Easy to talk to and conversate with, arrived in a short amount of time . Overall highly recommended!

They never came to get me. I called them they said 30 min over an hour later, after I called and asked where they were and never got a call back I had to call another company. Dont call here or you will forever be stuck

My husband called to get a pick up truck out from being stuck in the snow. Not only were their prices astronomically high for what we needed compared to the company we eventually used but they continually kept promising they would be there in an hour and five hours later, showed up and said they couldnt do the job with the truck they had and that they would call back the next day, which they never did. Good thing there are other reliable towing services in the valley.

If there was an option for NO stars I definitely would have chosen it. I called them at noon and I was told they would send someone out in about an hour and a half. I waited approximately 2 hours before I called back. I left a voicemail. I called back 30 min. later and the voicemail was full. I finally called and spoke with someone who assured me they were still coming. At 4:30 pm I had to find an alternative. They never showed up and they never even returned my call. I even tried to call them back as a courtesy to let them know I no longer needed them but once again their vm was full. I was stranded for nearly 5 hours waiting for them and they never came!!!!!! NO COMMUNICATION!!!!! No apology, no return call back, nothing!!!!

This is not a real towing company. This is a company that takes tow calls and calls towing companies for you to make a profit. Call a Towing company direct, third party is never a good idea.
