I love Kim here. The other lady at the last station always has an attitude and acts like she doesn’t want to do my nails or others.I’ve been going here for 4 years fill-in, gel & chrome .. now all of a sudden they continue to increase the price. When I first started going all was $30, then $35 and yesterday it was $40. I asked for coffin and got uneven square….I’m not going back.

Obsessed with the spot! I just moved from NY and have tried various nail places in Atlanta with no luck! This spot is great ! Lee and all the staff do beautiful nails. They are quick and there is plenty of parking. They are super fairly priced!

Long wait times (50 mins) despite calling to make an appointment.I called to make an appointment and they told me no need as they did not have a wait and would be able to see me immediately. I was there 5 minutes later.They kept me waiting for 35 minutes. I asked how much longer, they said another 15.I left as clearly they have no respect for people’s time.I don’t understand why you told me there was no wait, but you really had a 50 minute wait.

They do pretty nails but they take super long the wait is immaculate! I recommend having the guys and Kim doing your nails because they do it the best no flaws. but also make sure it when they cut you to say ow because it hurts really bad and they’ll be sure to be careful around your cuticles. i recommend.

Reasonable prices, good staff, the only thing you have to worry about is if its some events going on in the city and other places around, everybody and they momma want to come in to get something done best times are as soon as they open up until noon, after that it can be busy

Walked in on a Friday afternoon asking for a pedicure & soak off. Immediately sat down & the young lady gave the best pedicure(I got #3) & ended up getting a manicure which was really nice as well. Only downside is the chair wasn’t really comfortable & didn’t come with massage setting but, I definitely recommend coming here!

After going to classic nails and having a horrible experience. I tried this spot my sister frequents. I went in and explained what happened and what I needed done. Showed Le a picture of an inspired nail look and he nailed it. He also explained to me what the prior nail tech had done wrong but assured me that he would take care of my issue. I was more than pleased with his kindness and professionalism.

I have a certain technician I go to. I wouldnt trade her for the world.

I absolutely love visiting this salon! All of the techs are very sweet and the customer service is excellent. They have a nice collection of colors and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

They do an amazing pedicure. They do an ok nail job.

This salon has great service for the price. The prices are more affordable than other places I’ve been to and the technicians do a much better job. They’re always so willing to accommodate walk ins and people regardless of how busy they are.

Really I only gave them 3 stars because of Lee and Kimberly. Those two do amazing nails, but now they are not there anymore. Which is very depressing since everyone else will have you leaving with crazy shaped nails, and peeling gel within a day. Only thing I would suggest is their pedicures but be careful who you let do them, there is a older lady who will have you running out of the chair it’s so painful. Side note if anyone knows where Lee and Kimberly went PLEASE let me know!!!

I have been coming to Nail Love for almost 4 years now. All my experiences have been great ones, I fell in love mostly because of the costumer service. All the staff is friendly and kind. I like that they don’t do all that extra charges like for long nails or if a nail breaks and you come back to replace, things of that sort. I also like that they’re upfront with you and they will tell you if they have enough time to see you or to please come back. It can get pretty busy and all they take care of is walk ins no appt needed.

Lupita is absolutely the best! Everybody there is very nice and hardworking. I went there just to try something different and this is coming from someone who has been getting there hair done by the same person for 15 years! I had Lupita put in my homemade clips and it looked like it I just got a full sew in. I would definitely recommend this place.

My niece took me for my birthday this week. I decided on a manicure using the gel since it last 2 weeks. My nails were so poorly done, not professional at all. My seven year old can paint nails better. In all actuality, I should have had her to do them. LolThe female owner did them, and it was just so bad. I made her do 3 over. The next day the gel started chipping on 3 nails. I called, and another young lady fixed the problem nails. Today is friday, and I have 3 more nails chipping quite badly. 25 plus 6 dollar tip for this?! Heck no!!! Never!!! Never will, I ever return....I should have went to the nail salon on Shallowford Road.😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Love this shop, I go to Kim but many nail techs here do great work. I was more than satisfied with my nails and toes. Precise, neat and beautiful work!

I can’t wait to NOT come here again. The lady had an attitude when I was telling her how I wanted my nails. They told me I couldn’t get to nail colors. She cut my cuticles and I’m bleeding from at least two fingers. It’s just raggedy on the inside ...they seem to dilute all of the products that they can to save money. Not worth it.

DO NOT GO HERE. I just paid $10 to have my nails sanded into my real nails. I asked if they could REMOVE my nails and instead the girl continued to tell me that the acrylic would come off and it’s not even off all the way and has a layer over my real nails that she sanded it into. Another lady saw it and made a comment in another language. I will NOT be coming back here.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I come here faithfully every two weeks and Im never disappointed. Mario, the owner, is super sweet and has been since my very first visit. I was recommended to Nail Love by a friend because I was unhappy with the service at my previous shop. Mario did my nails my first visit, and when he saw what a horrible job the previous place had done, he offered to do my full set and told me he wouldnt charge to take off the old set. Leo has become the technician I go to every visit, and he is absolutely magnificent! I get complimented on my nails daily, no lie. Hes very friendly, remembers all his clients names (many girls come in and request him), and he never has a bad attitude, even on days where hes not feeling well. As long as Leo and Mario are there, Ill be a client :)

Good and consistent job for manicure and pedicure. Being a man, I get the basics. I will say they make me feel comfortable. Parking is challenging at times with shared parking with WalMart and other businesses.

So there was this lady who was on her phone for like 30 minutes knowing i wanted a manicure. She then looked up and said you want gel right. I responded yes. She quickly got the materials and did my nails. Then she went back to her phone and told me where to go pay. Honestly my nails look horrible right now. I will not return here. I will go to buford highway nails instead.

Terrible, terrible, terrible !! I started going there off and on in 2017. The owner always does my nails bc I get french tip all the time and she does them how I like them. One day I went in and she was busy and assigned another tech to me and she did a horrible job!!!!!!!! She filed my nails down until there was no nail to file and over charged me. I was nice about it because I knew the owner would fix it. I went back and realized that she had started to over charge me and do a half job since the incident with the tech instead of telling me I was unwelcome. I don’t recommend this place to anyone .

If I cant get to Nail Love Chamblee then I just dont get my nails done. This is the ONLY nail salon that I will go to. Always have a great experience here. Ive been a customer for almost three years now and I dont see any reason to stop coming back.

I was looking for a place to fixed my smudged toe nail. The place was empty and the nail technicians were relaxing in the spa chairs.After speaking among each other for a while, the technician told me it cost $5 to get ONE toe polished! I asked her if they really charged $5 for one nail fix if a full foot polish change is $8. Of course, the chatter started again after I walked out (most likely about me).I went across the street to top nails (Walmart) and had it done for $2. Their customer service was way better!

I have been going to this salon for about 5 years and they ALWAYS provide quality service, a kind staff, and amazing prices. Ive tried other places but they just get it. Pure Excellence!

First time got my nail done at Nails Love. They’re friendly and nice staff. Great services. Definitely recommend to my friends and family come to this salon.

This place was the worst place to get my nails done so far. Not only service was horrible, a person who did my nails literary cut a big chunk of my skin off when she was cleaning my cuticles. On the picture I will uploaded, dark spot near my cuticle on my thumb that’s how much it bleed. I hope I don’t get any infection. Anyway, I asked a person who did my nails if she has nail tech license and she didn’t have one. Her only excuse was that her license is at home, but if she really have one I told her to pull it up from her phone by going to board website and she couldn’t do it. Which mean she doesn’t have one, so technically she is illegally working there.

Favorite place, make sure to make an appointment in advance because theyre always busy!

Horrible service. The only one that does an okay job is Mario I think his name is and even he is not good. The ladies that do acrylics are horrible. I asked for a squared shape and they were squared from on side and oval from the other. She added 2 coats of gel polish and made my nails super thick. My nails were as thick as a nickel I kid you not, even after I told her like 5 times I wanted my nails to be thin. NEVER going back.

They are a good salon but when they rush its no good

I dont generally write bad reviews but I genuinely want to warn people about this place. The lady who did my nails did such a horrendous job with my nail shape. She also ripped off a few of my cuticles with the Dremel. She dremeled so far into my thumb that she almost went through it (I had to yank my hand away to get her to stop). I only came for a fill in. Also forgot to say they do not use proper sanitation. I watched the lady who did my nails take the same equipment over to another woman and start her nails.

I usually dont write bad reviews but I think its important to say something. Worst manicure I have received in my entire life. I came for a gel manicure and to get my acrylics removed. Sat down and waited for 25mins and then a lady soaked my hands in a bowl of pure acetone for 30-40mins. Worst part of it all, he painted my nails knowing that some of the acrylic was still on there. He tried to hide it but it looked so bumpy that he took off the polish and filed down the acrylic to repaint it again. Long story short, I still have acrylic on my nails, now with a new coat of gel polish. I didnt say anything because I wanted to see if how far he would go with it, but I guess doing a decent job is just not in the books. My very first and very last time I will go there.

The nail trchs here are creative and friendly. I have been going here for months and have not broke a nail since theyve done the work.

Lupita is so professional and friendly. If you want a full service salon you must visit and get the awesome experience you deserve.

Last experience was extremely poor and unsanitary. The nail tech used a cuticle cutter out of a box that I later saw placed back in the box and taken back out to use for a new customer without cleaning. This was enough for me to never go back. This was extremely unsanitary. I tried the S&S powder for the first time and had to get this removed while there because it looked so unnatural and thick and could see the old polish from my previous gel set that wasnt removed completely. The tech had a very very poor attitude. The customer service just wasnt there and although its in a decent location I will definitely pass. At this point I am uninterested in causing any possible challenges to my health due to shortcuts and lack of sterilization.

The nail tech was so rude.. They ask who do my nails, I told him Im new to the city of Atlanta, I just moved here from Alabama... Then the nail tech says why everyone wants to move here from Alabama.. I just looked at him.... Then I asked to see the gel nail chart, he tossed the chart to me... Too much!! I walked out. I work to hard to spend my money where people are rude....

Very slow and in no hurry, which wouldnt have been as big of a problem if they had done our nails well. So not only were we late to work but our nails looked horrible. Very thin, not smooth, and definitely not shaped at all. On top of it all, when we asked for them to be fixed, the technicians were very rude to my friend and I. They argued with us, got loud and told us to come back to get them fixed. Which took another hour and a half. Horrible experience, I would NEVER come here again, and wouldnt recommend this place to even somebody I hate.

The best place to get your mani -pedi

Visited salon for the first time and was not pleased with nail fill in and polish very sloppy. Unfortunately I found the polish too thick resulting in bubbles and the salon not putting a top clear coat on my nails and rushing people in and out with no regards if polish was dry. I also had a pedicure and eyebrow wax which was ok.

First off , when you ask how much for a certain style they make up a dam price. I hate my nails she threw them on, and charged up the ass for them. Never again. Out of all the nail shops in Atlanta I would never come back here again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
