I went to them yesterday and right out the gate the man that worked there had an attitude. My nails were not done decent at all and by the time I got home I noticed my polish was chipping. They also claimed to not have to same polish for my toes as they did for my nails. So I had to settle for a completely different color.. not only that but the color on two of my toes was half way gone by the time I got home. Poor service, nasty attitudes,and horrible work. Never going there again

The service here sucks as they are constantly trying to UPCHARGE you and have an attitude when you request the basics. The wait is always about 45mins. Unless you sit inside the salon where they can see youre not leaving. Then, suddenly, there is no longer a 45 minute wait. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

My nails are peeling and the polishing was sloppy, nails look a mess and its only been about four days, horrible. This is not real gel polish and I paid $40 just for a fill in and one fixed nail. Never again, I went against the review I seen and Ill be darn.....

This was my second experience at this nail salon, and to say the least, I’m highly disappointed again. I tried them in September (last minute), not even an hour after leaving the black gel polish had smudged on my toe and two fingers. I was headed to the airport so I had to take the loss. I didn’t post a review then because the curvy nail tech had helped me with color that was leaking from under my hat. So I accepted the loss as a trade off. Fast forward to yesterday, my nails look like a child did them. It’s clunky, nail polish all on my cuticles and fingers. Plain English - TRASH. They knew I wasn’t happy but offered no solution to fix it. When I return from work travel on Saturday I’ll go to my usual nail salon in Dunwoody where I’m 100% confident I’ll be fully satisfied. #DoBetter

The owner was rude, irate and out of control. One of her employee stuck me to deep.The owner refuse to believe that happened. It has been so painful and now that area has fungus. I still have treatment from the foot doctor. Please be careful. I will not recommend this business at all. Point blank period.

I’ve been coming here since 2005. The owners Steve and Mary are nice and very good. I always have trouble with my nails lifting and they take the time to make sure my nails are done well or repaired well if needed. The prices are always good too. They will fix any issues just let them know.

I was able to walk in and sit down and get a full set with gel polish in less than an hour tops. It was a Wednesday but I didn’t need an appointment during the lunchtime. Love the selections and the prices. The gentleman who did my nails took his time and was very detailed and I love DND gel polish!

Visiting from out of town and stopped by to get a pedicure. They got me in quickly and started on my pedicure but in my opinion, the service wasnt anything special. I got nail color on my toes which was done on a Thursday. It is now Wednesday and a lot of it has began to chip off, and im realizing that she only did one coat of the color. Overall, decent service but I would not return.

I went to this nail salon for several years before moving and loved it. The staff, location, cleanliness, and attention to detail were great. I did not find a place as good in the time I was away. Now that I’m back I use this place and it’s still wonderful.

We were on a girls weekend trip in Atlanta. We really enjoyed getting pampered here! It was busy but the staff provided excellent customer service. They didnt rush and didnt speak their native language at all. Sometimes that can be a turn off. I will definitely come here when Im in town.

Quick. Inexpensive for.sns. problem is that do it too thin and my thumb always cracks and they are my nails!

Now I’ve went to them a couple times because their the closest nail salon. But every time I go my nails break in 3 days. They staff don’t greet and it’s always a hour wait. If I could I wouldn’t give them 1 star. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

If I could I would give them zero stars. For starters this place is very unclean and the waiting chairs look like a dog chewed all the chairs up. Secondly the boss (a guy) was extremely rude and did not know how to talk to a PAYING customer. They charge you extra for every little thing even to make your nail a different shape. I do not mind paying for a service that is worth the money but this place is definitely not worth your money! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT NICE NAILS AND A PLEASANT TIME.

They only got that one star because I couldnt write a review otherwise! I got to the nail salon at 4:57pm to be exact and was told it was an hour wait. I waited 30-45min before getting a nail polish change on my toes. Several people came in for services and were told it was 45min to an hour wait. A few customers said ok Ill be back, I never left, I waited. So after my polish change on my toes I waited another 30-45min. I finally asked how much longer for my fills? The response was oh, youre getting ombre fills well he is the only one that does them and Hell be done with that customer soon! I wait! While Im waiting i hear him say Tom someone it is first come first serve, no appointments today! He gets done with his customer a proceeds to take one of the customers who came back from earlier when I was waiting! I say, I thought I was next! Even the nail tech next to him tells him no she was here she is next! He tries to tell me l, oh she had and appointment! How!? I was here waiting when she walked in the first time and you told her 45min to an hour! I was here waiting when you just told someone else there are no appointments today its first come first serve! Then he beats me getting mad gets up throws his role down goes to the back of the salon and slams stuff around! I hadnt been to this salon in years and its clear why I stopped Going! So much for second chances! I will never be back and I will do everything in my power to make sure I stop other people from going!

Entire place needs to be properly cleaned. Overused (dirty) pumice stones and unsantized supplys and kitchen graters are used on customers. Owner is an intolerant racists and very unpleasant. The salon on upper level also belongs to her. Both need a visit from the state to protect the public.

Steve is rude. Went for service twice and the top coat on my SNS faded within a week. Had them redone by Nina and it lasted. The nail techs are late and only two people are skilled in the dipping powder service and there is only one eyebrow lady

Horrible! The nail tech Mary is so freaking rude! She is beginning to act more like her husband who is the ultimate rudest person I know. I will never give them another penny of mine. If you are looking for great customer service you most definately will not find it here. Not worth it at all.

Very nice place to go , the staff friendly and their work is excellent. I tried a place after going coming here and the other shop in Calhoun ga destroyed the shape , they were uneven and my hands were so sore for the following week from the lady filing my cuticles. Terrible service. There is never enough staff and as an result, I’ve been asked to wait until more staff has arrived or to come back several hours later. After 3 attempts of trying to get a simple medicare and pedicure and being turned away, I have just decided not to return. Terrible service!

First time and last time. Very rude walked in and was waiting to be greeted and waited for a good 10 minutes before I even ask for help. He told me there close sorry. Try another day. I will never step a foot back in there again.

They are going to get you in quickly here, and it is very reasonably priced. Ive always had a good experience here, but just a standard shopping mall pedicure place.

I got a manicure today at Nail Spa and it was a bad experience. It was my first time going. The nail technician kept messing up the same nail every time she tried to clear off the nail polish from between my nail and my cuticle. The red polish is uneven and seeped into the cuticles of all of my nails. She made no effort to keep the polish on my nail. She attempted to clean it up with nail polish remover after but it still looked bad. For $15 I can get a MUCH better manicure at many other salons. Go to Midtown Nails on Ponce de Leon Ave. They are cheaper and do an amazing job every time.

I went to the Nail Spa on the 8th of June 2018 and I waited for a minute or two to see who I could speak with about getting a full set, pedicure and my eye brows waxed. There was a man next to the door and he stated it will be a 45min. to a hour wait. I asked him if that wait was for all three services and he said yes. I asked his name and he said Steve, he was so rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. Ive been to this nail shop before and thought that Steve had done a great job on my nails but after he spoke to me that way I said thank you and left; I went to a nail shop on the second floor near Payless. There are only two techs Steve included that can do a full set and there are about five techs that can do a pedicure. Steves wife is the only person that can wax. If youre looking for a relaxing experience and pressed for time then this is not the place for you. If you have 45min. to an hour to get your spa treatment and dont mind being spoken to any kind of way then this is the establishment for you.

Horrible salon! Needed to get nail fixed at lastMinute so I went to salon to get repaired. Went into salon at 8:20PM. They close at 9PM... rude lady in front refused to service me without even asking what was needed... it was something simple that could have been fixed in five minutes.... she just simply told me they are closed. Rude and will never go again!

Hopefully I save you the despair and money with this review. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!Came in to get chrome done and the guy spilled the powder everywhere, and if you’ve had chrome done before you know that it is messy and hard to come off of your skin and clothes.The lady who did my gel pedi painted not only my toes but my skin my foot my leg like come on!!! After spending 20 minutes using acetone to get everything off of my damn legs I still had to remind her to put on a top coat of polish. I’ve never been so aggravated in my life!!I will say that Mary does good eyebrows. I wouldn’t suggest you get any other service done by any other employee here. Ever.

Worst nail salon ever. Went to get a full set coffin shape nail. First off the lady did not cut my cuticles and then did my nails all crooked and tooo thick I Hate them.... 42 dollars for the worst job. Never coming here again!!!

The guy that did my nails was rude. I asked for a style and he told me my nails were too short. It’s only been 4 days and my nails look 2 weeks old already. He didn’t file under my nails either so the dirt/debris that gets trapped is STILL THERE. I will NOT recommend this place. I only tipped because the girl that did my pedicure was a sweetheart.

Quality of materials is not great. Had got my nails done twice for the same set and nails broke the next day.

Walked inside and noticed one of the workers doing her gross toenails without any gloves on... while customers were around. She didn’t even greet me, but looked at me and spoke her language and proceed with doing her toes. Glad I walked right out of that nasty salon.

They didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. I sat there for 5 minutes and eventually left because they didn’t care to ask what services I needed. Customer service is obviously lacking so I didn’t stay to get my nails done.

I walked in at 5:05pm on a Sunday asking to get full set and a polish change on my toes .. when i first walked in one of the nail techs just looked at me and kept speaking without acknowledging me. Then finally the two techs at the front proceed to ask me what i wanted done i told them a full set and they said oh were closed i said its only 5 o clock the mall closes at 6 and they told me no we close at 5 we can take a pedicure only. A pedicure and a full set roughly take about the same amount of time so how could you take a pedicure and not a full set. I said so youre telling me you dont want my money and they decided to speak amongst one another while i was still standing there. I also said theres no sign that says you close at 5 o clock and on the internet it says 12-6pm. Just very rude and unkind. Definitely wouldnt recommend going there.

Just left nail spa in cumberland mall and I must say it was a horrible experience. I went in for a simple manicure and left with my nails looking worse than when I arrived. I had gel on my nails which was never fully taken off. She scratched my nailes so bad I asked her to put polish on them to cover up the scratches and of course to my surprise I was charged an extra fee for that. I wish I could take a photo for you to see how bad this is.

Went to go get my nails done and was told they were closed, but when I looked it up on the site it stated 6:00 I arrived at the location before 6:00 . I shared this information and was told they have different hours stated on the website another lady was their and stated different. I guess they didnt want the business Im just curious as to what made them make that determining factor. I dont like to play the color card but if you read the other reviews you will see people of color complain that service was different compared to others. I disregard the review from the previous individual thinking it wasnt ture. I wish I would have listened. I can tell from the customer there what I was being told was a lie and the glare given was embracing. COMPLETELY UNEXPECTABLE.

Sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes, then some loud mouth girl came in with a friend and Shouted she needed a full set. Mind you, the place was packed and I was the only one in the waiting area. The girl and her friend kept arguing down the only nail tech that just became available until she finally sat them down and started on their nails!I suppose you can get whatever you want of you get loud and act Ghetto but thats not in my character. I tried to get the managers attention and told him I had been waiting but he Ignored me! So I picked up my bags up and left! I wont be returning to this business again. I never understand how those people can have such Piss Poor customer service and stay in business for so long.
