I’ve come here twice before however my third time was my LAST time. I went in here for a pedicure and SNS . This is the SECOND time I’ve come In here and they give me excuses about SNS. Every I mention it they make an excuse. On my third time coming the lady asked me I said I wanted to SNS. She literally ignores me and when time to get my nails done she forces me on some young lady. During this time I asked again about the SnS the lady comes our station and states this is gel and I agreed to get it. I hate gel nails so I knew for a FACT she took what she wanted to hear and told me “here’s 10% off for next time.”The young lady that did my nails was just that. First she cut my finger then she kept going over the gel as you can see in the pic Idk if she was nervous but she ignored everything I said and just did her. The store is clean and neighborhood friendly

My pedicure was very rushed and she did not complete all of the services that were included in the pedicure I got. Definitely NOT worth the $30 + tip that I paid. She only shaped up the nails on one of my feet leaving the other side crooked. Not a good experience and I wish I didn’t even leave a tip.

Unbelievably overpriced! I told her I wanted a standard pedicure. At the end she told me $70...yes...$70!!!!! She told me since I wanted my cuticles cut and that she scrubbed my heels it defaulted me to the deluxe package, so then it was the $70 package. Pedicure wasnt even that good and absolutely would NOT recommend going here. Worst buyers remorse Ive had in years

I do not recommend!I picked mani Pedi combo from the menu and after when it was time to pay I was told services are only ala carte and was charged more.Towards the end of my service things were rushed with my manicure because people started walking in.I went In sat night and by the next day the polish was cracking and uneven.I went back in Monday morning just to see if I could get it corrected and was told no, they dont guarantee regular polish. I asked even when the paint job was rushed and doesnt look good and he said yes.Dont waste your money here

The lady who did my nails was very nice. The salon was pretty empty for a late Sunday afternoon. However she was not able to recreate the art that I requested and now the top layer of the gel is turning black after only 6 days

Annie and Vanessa were amazing! They made me feel soooo relaxed after such a long day. They held conversation however still gave me room and space to relax! I love here, definitely recommend!

Please save your time and money , choose another nail salon!! There are so many options and I wish I would’ve known that prior to. I was going to Tony the nail tech and he knows how to do nails fast which is great when you’re short on time. Ive had a few visits to this nail shop and my most recent visit was my last! I’ve had appointment times that weren’t honored to broken nails 4 days after getting a fill in.The final straw was when I got my nails done for Christmas and by New Year Eve I had 3 nails that were lifting, 1 nail broke straight in half and another nail that popped right off. I informed Tony what happened and he said he would fix it. I go into the shop and because he is so busy he tells me he can glue the nails down and he will fix it for me next time no charge. I told him that was fine.When I returned I spoke with him about my nails falling off and breaking , he didn’t want to take responsibility for it. He told me it’d because my nails are long and I type all day. I politely reminded him that i am a teacher and I actually don’t type. I guess he was upset because as he was repairing my 5 nails he was throwing my hand around. In the midst of fixing the nails, I saw one of my nails had a fungus on it. As I noticed it he mentioned it to me. I called him out and asked how did I get a fungus when he was the only nail tech I had been going to. Needless to say, I was charged $60 and 5 days later I had to come to a new shop to get a new full set. Tony did such a horrible job my nails couldn’t last 5 days before 2 popped off.Allure Midtown is all about the money and not the care of your nails or great customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY !!

Great polish selection, clean, no wait. Offered me complimentary beverages. Price is about the same as Piedmont Nails, where I usually go, but not as busy so the experience doesnt feel rushed.

I will spare the internet pictures of my feet so will all need to take my word that the end result was magic in comparison to what I walked in with. Stoping just short of getting out the belt sander my technician worked diligently to insure my wife no longer woke up with scars on her legs. Went with a friend and shared a drink while we got a nails did, not a bad day at all.

Honestly I hate my nails they left it looking like a 5 year old did it. She didn’t know what she was doing she left my each nail a different shape I asked for square nails and she gave me pointy nails. I hated my experience there.

I have been coming to allure since the day they opened. I like the work, and for the most part Customer SerVice is always consistently good. However, my concern is the lack of nail techs handwashing during the pandemic. When the manager is there, he insists that customers wash their hands when they come in the door. However, his staff are not washing their hands. I witnessed them going from client to client without ever washing their hands. The young lady that came to me after working on another client without washing her hands, I insisted that she wash her hands or put on gloves. She decided that she would put on gloves.

First the nail tech was ROUGH! she cut my finger and continued to work over it even though I bled a bit then she is unable to find the color I want just to have to settle for a different one then get to cashier to learn there is a 15$ charge for Cat eye. I have never paid extra for my cat eye any where else ! Unfortunately I WAS NOT TOLD and I am SUPER UPSET ANGRY AND DISSATISFIED. I wouldn’t have got ANY COLOR for all that ! My friend didn’t get service due to wait this place was and is a big waste of time and money !!!!!! Would not recommend

This review is for the owner, YOU HAVE NOT JUST THIS ONE BUT MANY ROACHES INSIDE YOUR SALON JUST HANGING AROUND AT NIGHT You need to pay for the pest control service, to come get rid of these roaches you IDIOT! Oh and theres some on the outside aswell.

This is the best salon in Atlanta for nails treatment and feet/hands massage. Please look for Tony Hoang, as he is great, with excellent feet and hands nails service and massage, polite, always trying to make you feel good and relaxed, providing a full spa experience!They serve lovely Vietnã coffee, very good wine, water, chocolates and snacks. I feel reenergized when I go there!

Decent service but ended up over paying for stuff I didnt need for a basic Mani pedi. Also they didnt have a written sign about making appointments. I waited 35 minutes for them to tell me. Do not go herev unless you want your time wasted.

Perfection nail works by Angel and Ben. From London visiting Atlanta, best nail service ever. I’ve been known to seek out perfection in everything. But I didn’t need to seek it here. It was handed to me. I will be back.

I just moved to the area and was trying to find a good nail place in the area to start going to. I got a gel manicure two days later they chipped. I went back to get them fixed because I was going out of the country for my wedding anniversary. Then while I was gone they started to peel off. This should not be happening especially when you pay more for gel. I normally don’t leave a review but I thought it was worth it.

I went here for the first time tonight and had a super great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The prices were also reasonable. I will definitely return here for my next manicure and pedicure.

I love Allure Nails Salon! My gel manicure was perfect and lasted 2 weeks and it was only $35. I recently went back to get it taken off and do a pedicure, which was just as good and I love it. Everyone at Allure is attentive and friendly, even if they are not your technician. Its a spacious salon with a classy vibe, and its so conveniently located in the heart of Midtown. Ive found my go-to Midtown nail salon!

Went to get a mani pedi and polish come off two days later. Went to fix my nails a week later, they fixed them and polish started chipping off not even a day later! This should have not happened for the price I paid! Not very pleased at all with what I received and way too overpriced!!

I had a great experience at this salon! They accommodated myself and two others easily. We had a manicure and a pedicure, each with someone different. The staff was helpful in presenting their different services and polishes for us to choose from. Their prices are very reasonable and their products seem high quality. I worked with Ms.lee for two years as part time. Mrs. Lee is a wonderful owner and extremely sweet. Allure nail salon is about a year establishment when I worked there weekend. I strongly believe Mrs.Lee and her husband will continue make it better and they both do have the attitudes to provide high quality services to the customers. I have great respect for Mrs.Lee and her husband being strong supporters of the LQBT community. I had a good time working Allure Nails Salon it’s a clean environment and fun place to meeting many good people in community.

This place is great. Zack has done my Dip powder/sns nails twice now and it always looks great! I’ve had multiple ladies do my pedi and they also have done an amazing job. They take their time and do quality work and I get to sip on a beverage while I’m there. I’ve been to other places nearby where it feels like they rush to do people’s nails, but not this place. I’ve brought a few friends and they love it.

This place is TRASH SAVE YOUR MONEY! Came here for a quick service on my lunch and was turned around AT THE DOOR after being instructed of where to park over the phone they didn’t tell me until I came in that I need to pay a minimum of $45 to have my parking validated. I left and went to Piedmont Nails down the street. I was told to go there instead and that they didn’t do a better job anyway by a lady who lives in the apartment building connected to this place. Although I could have spent enough to have my parking validated WHY are you making people spend that and WHY aren’t you telling them if they call on the phone. It’s very tacky and greedy looking to ask people an amount they will be spending before they come in the door good. I will NEVER patron there nor will any of my friends.

I am so sad to leave this review! I’ve been coming here for a few months to get my eyebrows waxed. The prices are great, the staff is friendly and always compliment me. Every time I leave I’m shocked by how great my eyebrows look! I never had a specific person do them either, I always just do a walk-in and whoever is available will do them. Usually, I do get the same 3 women, and they are all very good. So not sure what happened last night... I showed up 2 hours before they closed (which isn’t a problem and I’ve done this before and still got an excellent job done) but this time I got a woman I did not recognize. I wasn’t worried because once again, never in my life have I made an appointment with a specific person. I ALWAYS just ask for a clean up on my brows, which is a pretty generic job. Anyway, this new woman was doing my brows, she wasn’t nearly as friendly as the others and I could tell that she was rushing to finish my brows. Usually it takes about 10-15 mins for them to finish, this time I swear it was 5 mins. She also put two different strips of wax down the middle of my eyebrows which I thought was strange, I’ve never had that done before in my 8 years of getting my brows waxed. As soon as we were finished and I saw my brows, I was horrified. They were waxed too much, which made them look short and too far apart in the middle of my face. They also looked square and weird. I had an important meeting the next morning so I was so disappointed that they looked like this. I still paid and tipped and got out of there as soon as possible. When I got home, I cried for an hour trying to fill them in, but she took too much of my hair off, there was nothing I could do. I am so sad that my hair I’ve been growing out for years is just gone now. She completely ruined my brows and I don’t have time to get them done before my meeting, but I will have to spend money somewhere else with a brow specialist to hopefully TRY to fix them. The woman that did my brows was lazy, and rushed and just wanted money. I’m sad that I even tipped. And I’m sad because I really did love this place and I’m too traumatized to go back. Definitely BEWARE of getting your eyebrows done here and make sure you have someone who is friendly with good energy or you’ll be left looking like a 13 year old who just discovered tweezers. 💔

A friend and I care here for mani-pedi. The quality of the manicure is very poor. The chair was not comfortable and the massage function hardly worked. They do your manicure at the same chair as pedicure and do not make it comfortable to do. Very disappointed in the price I paid for the service received. Would not come back and do not recommend.

Came into the shop around 6 and they had me waiting for one hour to get a technician to start my nails. After getting a fill in my nails broke off after 2 days. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years so I know when my nails are properly done. The reason why I’m giving 2 stars because they were nice and offered me beverages other than that it would have been 1. The quality of work was poor. Wasted my money and I still tipped 20%.

Been here about 3 times before today. my second time, they switched the price on a chrome nail color. No big deal, I thought, Ill just confirm the price before beginning my service next time. Today, I was two of two patrons. The tech asked if she could use the powered file on my gel polish. I appreciated her asking and told her it was okay only if she took off only the topcoat. She agreed. she put cotton on my toes, poured acetone on each. She didnt cover them. By the time she reached toe 10 with the bottle of acetone, she was back at 1 and began digging/scraping it off. I informed her that I wasnt in a hurry and had time to let it soak. She said okay and kept digging while mixing in work with a nail file. She reached back for the powered file and I told her I preferred to wait. Her response, I did wait. I offered, politely to pay for the gel removal fee. The owner declined and offered to give me to someone else. Theres a nail shop on every corner here in Midtown. Im now at Nail Talk. I need to plan ahead and go to Iwi Fresh. All Ive researched indicates that poor removal technique and failure to wait is what destroys your nails with Gel applications. And even if I was totally wrong, why not just wait as I expressed it as a preference? And, did I mention there were only 2 people there?

Although it was a nice calm relaxed environment I am not pleased with my service I paid $64 for a pedicure when I wake up the next day my polish is completely off of my left big toe and the bottom of my feet is very sore and red not sure what went wrong
