The Nail Nest is one of the best nail salons in the Atlanta area, and I would know since Ive tried quite a few of them looking for the level of quality and care for my nails. Ive been coming here and getting my nails done for over a year now. They are always kind and helpful when deciding what to book and what design to get.The owner, Nessa, is always able to find the colors I want for my nails, she can recreate any design I send her way and make it to fit my personality, and she orders supplies that keep up with the latest nail trends so there isnt anything she cant do. Im firm believer in you pay for quality and I havent regretted a cent Ive spent here yet.Many people will complain about the booking procedure but they do what works for them and their nail techs. And they are constantly listening to feedback and working to adjust and accommodate more clientele. Everything isnt for everybody. Simply find a salon that works for your schedule and booking desires.

They always do a FANTASTIC job, no matter which technician you get. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of service. I get dip powder and have never been disappointed with the shaping, thickness, etc. of my nails. You wont regret booking here!

They do good work but treat clients as disposable. My nail tech arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment. I asked the owner about a discount (since they charge fees for lateness and cancellations on the customer side). She ignored me and then blocked me from booking again. Go elsewhere so that your money and business are appreciated. There are plenty other nail salons in Atlanta.

This is the worst experience I have ever had add a nail salon PERIOD. DO NOT HOOK HERE IF YOU ARE HISPANIC I was told via Instagram that they could do the style that I wanted and intentionally DOUBLE CHECKED with the salon and I was honestly really excited to come here even though they’re booking process was really iffy Upon arriving I told the nail girl Lina exactly what I wanted and told her that I had been told by the salon That they could do the design she could not even find a comparable color after I tried with working on her on compromising and seeing if maybe she can find a darker color I was given attitude and then handed A bucket of nail colors and told to find it myself They were rushing me and telling me there was another appointment so I had to choose a color and I was trying to work with them and then they said they couldn’t even do the designs I wanted after BEING TOLD THEY COULD I will NEVER come here again this is such POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE is aid i appreciate the time but they can’t do the design That I was told they could do I drove an hour here and then was charged after leaving WITH NO WORK BEING DONE

I made an appointment for acrylic, gel polish. And I showed a picture of what I wanted which was red french tips. Kind of disappointed because the tech doing my nails suggested that I also add nude nail polish to cover my nail bed since my real nails weren’t the same length and she thought it was best we cover it. Long story short, my nails ended up looking like press on nails. The red tips and the nude just did not go well together. I didn’t notice until after I left and got into natural sunlight. Even my boyfriend noticed that they looked very unnatural. The quality of the work was great and looking around I noticed all nail techs were precise and talented. But I spent way too much to be disappointed. I ended up having to go to another nail salon to change the nail color because Nail Nest is by appointment only. Overall, the vibe of the place was great, I liked that they played up to date music unlike other places. Very cute decor. I wanted to try this place because I’ve seen the owner’s work (I did not get my nails done by the owner).

Absolutely love this nail salon. Very organized, comfortable and inviting. Oh, and their music playlist is 👌🏽. It’s a place you WANT to go and spend a couple hours in.

The Nail Nest is seriously the best nail establishment in Atlanta. They are polite , the place is beautiful and always clean. The techs are the best I have come across in all of my years in Atlanta. I happily make the 40 minute drive from Marietta for my appointments because Pin never disappoints. Proud to be a Nestie!

The Nail Nest is great. It took a few weeks to get an appointment but was worth the wait. Benny was very professional and informative of the Apres nail service I received. If you are look for a new nail spot this one is great.

This is my dream nail place! So clean— the ambiance is so modern and pleasant. I loved that I booked an appointment and they actually stuck to the time. I felt extremely safe with their COVID precautions. I had my appointment with Benny. She took the time to help me pick out my color and design from a photo I saw on Instagram. She replicated it perfectly! It is priced appropriately and fairly for the amazing work they’re doing. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I will definitely be back!

The online booking was thorough and provided confirmation texts and emails. The establishment was clean and taking social distancing and covid protocols into consideration. The nail techs were sweet and professional. I will definitely come back regularly!

The increase in prices and the skill from all the techs here do not align.The salon is incredibly nice and calming, but the work you see on instagram is only Nessa or Pins work and very rarely anyone elses.The nail art covers a lot of the imperfections of the nail set quality and shape. Please read that again.My first experience 3/5/2021: Trish charged me $5 extra for nail shape..when the booking site CLEARLY stated that shape was included. This is whats funny..I asked the guy (receptionist) and he said Yeah, shape is included in the price. I then questioned why Trish wanted to charge me, and he turned around to ask Nessa. Nessa then said out of her mouth, All shapes are included. The receptionist then informed Nessa of Trishs comments (in their language) and Nessa said to me, Sometimes we charge more for shape. She was nice about it, but I immediately peeped her vibe. She knew good and well they did not charge for shape but allowed me to still be charged. Best believe the next time (I will discuss below) I asked about the shape cost AGAIN and Nessa brushed it off, somewhat apologized, and she did not charge me for shape. So, you let me be charged when you KNEW I shouldnt have been? Noted. I also hated my nails by the way. No nail art, so the shape and quality of skill was VERY evident. This is why I feel as though their Instagram is misleading because it is basically only Nessas work (she runs the instagram).4/14/2021: Here I am trying again. I work on Mondays at 11 (the most inconvenient time to open books) and I just wanted an appointment, so I selected any staff. I arrive to the salon and I am seated in the very last seat. I almost cried. How dare they charge so much for nails and allow a VERY OBVIOUS BEGINNER to do nails? Kelvin is the sweetest human ever, but his skill on nails needs major assessing. My nails were all different shapes and just horrible. Again, he was the kindest person Ive ever met. He did not mean me any harm, but Im more disappointed in the salon and their lack of training. My nails looked like I paid $25 at a classic salon.5/5/2021: I visited this salon for the last time. I came in for Snow, and I explained my previous experience with Kelvin. I did not mention his name at first, but Snow agreed that my shape was off. I was very kind to her but adamant that my nails were poorly shaped, and I did not want them to look like that again. She made sure to inquire about my liking through each step of the fill-in. My nails looked great, and some form of hope was restored. Two days later, my pinky nail CRACKED at the bottom of my nail, near the cuticle, where the fill-in was applied. So, that means that my fill-in was done too thin and did not support the rest of my nail. After two days, I had to cut the whole nail off and deal with the damage to my nail bed. I could not get my nails done for 2 months following this incident.

Amazing service and beautiful atmosphere!

I like this place. It is clean, has a vibe and they do great nail art. My only issue is with the booking process. I truly am fine with their scheduling process outside of the Square App. Sometimes on their Instagram page they will say they have open slots, I will go to the Square App I see that appointment or sometimes I dont. It is difficult to determine if a slot is really booked or if the Square App is not truly showing the appointments. But outside of that, this place is great!

I never really leave reviews but I had to for this nail salon. I was greeted when I walked in the door after checking me in I was asked to wash my hands which made me very excited because I’m a germaphobe. This place is VERY clean and the nail techs are all great you won’t be disappointed with anyone you get on top of that they are all very nice and you don’t get a weird vibe in this nail salon. I loved it and this is definitely without a doubt my new home I can tell the nail techs are very knowledgeable I have never been so in love with a nail salon like I am with this one only after 1 visit but I will be back. Nessa is a brilliant artist and friendly. The shop is clean and Tobi, the manager, makes you feel at home. The shop is strict about masks and social distancing— and they take care of their staff and clients. I look forward to my monthly visits.

This nail salon was highly recommended to me. The first time I visited, the dip powder on my nails was too thick and the polish on my toes changed colors after a few days. I was able to contact the salon to get the polish on my toes fixed. The second visit, my nails were horribly done and my pedicure was the WORST. So bad that the gel polish on my toes lifted. I wasnt even wearing closed toe shoes. The third time I booked with a nail tech that my friend recommended to me. Well the salon canceled that appointment and rescheduled me with a different tech. I was HIGHLY disappointed. I immediately canceled everything altogether. This place has favorites and if youre not getting the fake nails with the designs, they could care less. Also, I observed on my visits, that some clients again their favorites were able to book just by walking in. The guy that sits at the front stated, well since youre here, lets get you booked now. Another customer comes in and they tell them to only book online. These were not customers of the techs that are not accepting new appts. I saw and heard the convos. I also observed Nessa to be gossiping to customers about other customers. Very unprofessional. Lastly, I noticed that the staff acts differently depending on the different ethnicities that are in the salon. In closing, find somewhere else to go. Its not worth it. Trust me. Overrated. Not worth the hype. Typical Atlanta, smh

Everything was on time, clean and professional. Snow was amazing, she actually cared about the health of my nails and advised me on how to prevent further damage (previous damage caused by an old nail tech not at this salon).

My first visit to The Nail Nest started off great! The techniciansprovided friendly service, the atmosphere was comfortable & clean, and the Honeycomb pedicure was amazing. If this review was based only on my in-store experience it would be 5 stars.However, I can only give two stars because the gel polish used for my mani peeled off 1 finger TWO days following my appointment. I was able to quickly schedule a nail repair but the shop is far from my home & the next available appointment was on my birthday which was very inconvenient. The nail that came off had a design and the available tech did a decent job matching the design.Additionally, a second nail peeled off 5 days after the original mani. I chose not to schedule an additional nail repair. This has never happened in my years of experience getting gel manicures! They usually last closer to two weeks with no issues.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of work especially after have such a great experience in-store.

Came here to try the new Gel X nails I saw from their Instagram. This nail salon is very close by to me and will be a part of my monthly beauty pampering routine. The Honeycomb Pedicure that they have is one of the best pedicures that I have ever gotten with Trung the pedicure expert. So happy I found this new nail salon in Atlanta.

Today was my first time visiting The Nail Nest & I loved it. Snow was very patient & really good to me the whole time. Very professional from the time you enter until you leave. The music & vibes are great. Very intimate experience & good quality service! I love the decor of the shop too. They will always be great & continue to get my service.

I saw this new salon and have wanted to try them out for a while now and was finally able to get an appointment for mani pedi services. I am so glad I did because it was just what I needed to release all of this 2020 stress. Beautiful place and wonderful people. Already have my next appointment booked.

My first visit was a little over a week ago and despite having very limited experiences here, I must say I am impressed. The shop has a really nice ambiance, everyone was friendly and professional, and I felt very comfortable with the covid-19 safety protocols they have in place. Prices are listed and you can easily book an appointment or view the services offered via their website. I am very satisfied with the quality of the service I received -- I think Ive found my new nail spot.

This Has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon I really wanted to try this place out and I was excited but now Nah they said appointments open 11 on Mondays yet every time I try the calendar is fully blocked off for whatever service and no one was helpful in DMs where they say to go I was really interested but now no.

I just had an appointment there with Benny. She was great, very gentle, and my nails looks fantastic. She took her time taking off my old SNS and making sure my nails were perfect. I will definitely be going back when the time comes.

They are extremely unprofessional! I called them April 9th 2021 to see if I can setup an appt, because the portal wasn’t allowing me to process anything just completely shaded gray. Common sense would tell you they are booked, but the portal still says otherwise. The guy whom I spoke to said to book “Monday” April 12th 2021, and that’s when the books will open at 11:00am.April 12th 2021 on a “Monday” at “11:00am” on the DOT arrives, and still the same issue. Therefore, I continue to try & still nothing. I go on the IG page, and to send a message since they are posting non stop continuously, and said they have specific staff that specialize in a certain skills set/service requested (understandable) but pretty much said they hold a priority over specific clientele. Word from word “Some of them have their SET CLIENTELE.”They also proceeded to say to look on their IG for my updates, as if there aren’t adults w/ real lives that handle business. I’m required to hunt them on IG for status updates (so unprofessional).Last, I told them in message that I’ve tried 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am so see the availability to book my appointment, and all they said was since the weekly books open up at 11am, which is why I couldn’t book anything. That I understand and again I tried 11am on a Monday April 12th, and I explained that to whomever I was talking too & they looked at my message & didn’t respond after but they posted this on the page.Never again. I’m a private flight attendant, and therefore having structure when it comes to a schedule is VERY IMPORTANT. My delivery was never rude & disrespectful, and I understand them being limited in staff due to COVID-19. However, their responses & the online portal/system they have is poor.

Trying Apres Gel nail extensionz for the first time and I can say that I will not be going back to acrylic nails. These nails always will be the perfect shape and have all shapes to choose from. I chose to go with an ombre look in coffin shape. The salon is so conveniently located to my house as well! The Nail Nest just gained a loyal customer.

I have been searching for a nail home for over two years!!!! Nail Nest checked ALL of my boxes. The vibe is chill. The shop is beautifully decorated and clean. I was greeted with a smile and offered a beverage. Nessa took the time to make sure my nails were absolutely perfect and I never felt like a bother or like she was in a rush. When she was finished I literally almost cried. Not trying to be dramatic, but it has been a struggle to find good customer service and quality work in the shops near my house.

Ive been coming here since August 2020, and I will be a loyal nesty as long as I live in Atlanta. Nessa was the first person to do my nails. She is ALWAYS BOOKED, which is a true testament to her skills. Trish is also very meticulous and does an excellent job. My friend sees Pin; her nails always look fire! Basically, what Im trying to say is all of their technicians are incredibly skilled. Take a look at their Instagram, and you will see they do not disappoint!If you have ingrown toenails, Snow is your girl! The best apres application and best pedicures Ive ever had. The Nail Nest is impressive, and I do not plan on ever going somewhere else as long as I live here.

This was my second time booking with the Nail Nest. I booked two same day appointments back to back for two different services. The booking was submitted and accepted less than 24 hours of the appointment times. I was late to my 1st appointment due to being in a work meeting that ran over. I spoke with the male front desk representative and advised that. I arrived on time for the second service to be performed. I was charged a fee for arriving late to the 1st appointment. The pedicure technician sat doing nothing for 45 mins until the next appointment arrived. I asked could I get both services done at the same time and was denied. There was enough time where the technician could of still provided my service until the next appointment arrived. I understand the company operates on appointment only, thats understandable. THIS IS WHERE I HAVE A PROBLEM. My late arrival was mentioned on the company Instagram page. Specific details such as me being over 30 mins late and that is disrespectful. The nail nest does not tolerate disrespect and you will be charged a fee. How tacky and tasteless of a company to talk about your client on social media while I’m there being serviced. I never complained about the fee and even tipped for the service I was provided. The front desk associate is not customer service oriented and extremely rude. Dare I say petty in a sense to discuss customers via an Instagram story. I will not be back as I do not appreciate the lack of customer service and professionalism. Please don’t give your money to an establishment that does not respect or value their customers.

I went to this place for the first time a few weeks back and liked my nails, but before I left...I was asked by the owner/receptionist if I wanted to book my next appointment with the same nail tech in advance bc he gets booked fast and I answered yes. The RECEPTIONIST asked me did I want apres gel x again and I answered yes then asked for my name and phone number and that was it. 3 weeks later when it’s time for my appointment the nail tech reaches out to me A DAY before my appointment to let me know I can only get solid nail color bc he doesn’t have time to do nail art. I asked him why and he said he doesn’t have time and bc it’s not in the booking notes and that customers are suppose to be very specific about each and every nail art while booking and stated that the receptionist asks each and every client if they want nail art so it’s my fault. This was deemed to be false bc if I was asked about nail art, a wise person with a brain would know that i would’ve answered the question with a yes. I haven’t had a solid color nail set since high school and Im good of age. Instead of taking ACCOUNTABILITY for their mistake and MAKING THINGS RIGHT WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, when I called to make a complaint they said well if you don’t like plain nails, we will just cancel your appointment in a very rude, jerky, non-chalant manner. Never once did they try to accommodate me for their own mistake or try to make things right. Male owner was extremely RUDE and unprofessional and made it clear that he didn’t care not 1 cent about my problem. I noticed he gives this treatment a lot to black people that make sincere complaints over his Caucasian customers that make complaints. Completely a waste of nail salon and time. Don’t visit here.

Found Nail Nest when I was trying to find a place close to home for mani/pedi. Tried to walk-in but they are RESERVATION ONLY, although they couldnt accommodate me right away, they were able to get me an appointment within 1.5 hrs.I got my services with Cabrina and she was beyond amazing. Pedicure and Gel manicure was by far the best Ive ever gotten. Place is very chic and clean.HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place!

Omg! How in the world did I miss this place? We had the best experience that we’ve had in a very long time.First of all, you can make an appointment online and select your services. Never had that option before. Secondly, their level of cleanliness is exceptional. We were extremely pleased. They make you wash your hands upon entering. Our nail techs, Trung and Darcy were the bomb. Trung exceeded my level of expectations. He was so gentle and detailed. Normally when I’m getting a mani or pedi I’m on pins and needles bc of previous experiences where people have cut me or dug into my skin. My husband said Darcy’s foot massage was the best he’s had. Trung gave me a massage that was extremely relaxing... it wasn’t rushed at all.We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you, Nail Nest!

WOW, WOW, WOW!!! This is hands down the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life! First of all, for the spa pedicures they use REAL NATURAL INGREDIENTS NOT SYNTHETIC IMITATION CHEMICALS!! For instance, I received the luxurious honeycomb pedicure and they use real rose petals, poured warm milk into my foot bath and to rinse my legs at the end, used real honey to wrap my skin, used actual ORANGE PEELS TO SCRUB MY SKIN WITH BROWN SUGAR!! Like OMG SO LUXURIOUS! Everything smelled and felt so amazing!! Then I got the Apres Gel Extension nails since I’m anti-acrylic and all about preserving the health of my nails. My manicurist, PIN did and EXCEPTIONAL job. It’s so easy to do Apres incorrectly. I can’t tell you how many bad Apres jobs I’ve had. But Pin was so DETAIL-ORIENTED and a perfectionist. And the interior design of the space is so clean, warm, and inviting. Beautiful foot tubs, beautiful interior, clean and beautiful bathrooms. They served me hot green tea throughout my service. It was just so DIVINE!! I wish I lived in Atlanta, because I would be back every week, but I’m just passing through. They definitely set the bar very high and at such affordable prices!!!! Anywhere else in America this level of service would have set me back hundreds of dollars! Hell I’ve paid hundreds of dollars for HALF of what they offered! LOOK NO FURTHER THIS PLACE IS THE BEST NAIL SALON IN THE USA

I am a regular client for Nessa, she is so talented and specializes in après gel extensions, which is my go to service. They have built an amazing team so they offer a variety of services for everyone’s needs. Pin also did my nails and he gave me the best gel manicure I ever had that lasted about 3 weeks. Trung is amazing with pedicures, he put so much love into my massage I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. The honeycomb pedicure is so luxurious and a must! The atmosphere is so chill with good vibes and they offer a selection of complimentary beverages with your service. I drive about 30-40mins from my home to go to this nail salon and it is worth it every time. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking quality services.
