I drive two and a half hours to this salon!They did better than I expected! I love my nails. I also have my hair done here!

I had my hair layered the same day i set up the appointment. I understand this is unexpected but I asked if it was ok or if i should schedule an appointment. So i was taken in by a 26-ish year old man. Keep in mind i washed my hair and styled well because the morning of I had Church. He washed my hair again, the shampoo left my hair soft/conditioner after it aired dry. Though he was rough as if he was getting grease or piojos off my hair. Then detangled my hair pretty rough, which i almost volunteered to do myself as I HAD long hair up to half of my butt. He did the whole haircut and assured it was not that short. When it came to the drying he did the bangs and pulled hard. maybe fried my hair WITHOUT A HEAT PROTECTOR. Decent haircut, maybe a little more gentile in the future..

Very good nail techs but best to make appt because they let many go to eat lunch at same time and it gets backed up midday. They e been there for a while and are super creative. I enjoy going there. IMPORTANT: Pls have cash to tip because they dont allow you to add on your cars.

Came in with my boyfriend because he wanted to get his hair cut. I figured I’d get my nails done while I’m there. I already felt a little underwhelmed as I’ve been here before several times and the guy who greets people isn’t exactly the most welcoming person. But that’s common knowledge, Everyone who’s ever been here knows he’s a character... but he’s not the problem this time. He sent me over to a lady who was finishing this girls nails (literally, the girl was getting up to leave). I said Hello to the nail tech and she simply looked at me. When the she was working on girl walked away, i looked at her to let her know I was about to sit, before I got a chance to the nail tech proceeds to pull the chair over to not allow me to sit. I was really confused as I didn’t want to believe the level of unprofessionalism. She then turned away from me and started watching something on her phone. I kindly told her “excuse me, I was told to come to you. Is this not a good time?” And this woman did not acknowledge me at all. After standing there for a while, I walked off feeling horribly humiliated. I don’t know what the matter was. I know I was entirely nice to her and didn’t do anything to deserve this type of treatment. We are currently in the middle of a pandemic and I am not someone who refuses to wear masks, so I know that’s not the reason. I am confident that I was very respectful to her and addressed her in the nicest way possible, so it can’t be that? I don’t want to believe that she refused to work on me because of my ethnicity as this salon is inside a Hispanic mall and everyone else she worked on was also Hispanic as am I. So I don’t think it’s that either. I don’t know what I could have done to cause this woman to act this way. I think she might’ve had a bad day... I just don’t think this behavior is acceptable. This salon was already not a first choice for me, I will most definitely never be back.

Got my nails done from here. It was regular gel nail paint, and it didn’t even last for a week. Usually gel nail paint does not comes off that easily. But this place has the worst products. So disappointed with the service. On top of that, the lady hurt me while cutting the cuticles I told her several times yet she was rough and ended up bleeding. Never going back to this place ever. Worst place.

I have been coming here for a little over 10 years and initially I would get my nails done. I no longer do my nails so the only reason I continue to come here is to get my hair done by Henry. I have always trusted him with my hair and will continue to do so until the day he leaves. I’ve gone to other places due to this place being far but It’s never the way Henry does my hair. If you do come here I highly recommend Henry and of course if you get your nails done here make sure you ask about pricing before getting them done because I did have an incident years ago where something was done but price wasn’t mentioned. Other than that Henry is amazing check him out!

So I did my nails here , they came out okay , the Chinese lady pointed out one of the mistakes she did in my nails , not to me but another lady , Cleary I saw it was fat but me being me , im pretty shy , so I left it like that , she told me it was 55 , and like thats a lot , I usually pay 45 , and thats with that powder thing they do but this was mostly just nail polished use .. It seem like she was in a rush too , she also but one of the nail brushes in here hair to keep her hair up , I was shocked.

Best experience I have had in a while! I got medium - long coffin gel nails and was $40 fast service! Good conversation 💕 Will be coming back again 🙈

Worst place ever. my nails came out horrible. the lady that attended me threw my hand around and even smacked it. very unsanitary. and my eyebrows came out horrible. i naturally have thick brows but this lady left them supper thin and very crooked. i definitely don’t recommend this place. my hands smell horrible now and face broke out. i really hope the salon sees this.

I only come here to get my haircuts done, and I really like it! Pricing; good. Haircut; good. Wait times; not so amazing. But really, thats the only negative. Ive come with other people so that they can get their nails done, they didnt tell me how it went but they come back so I assume it was good. Im also unsure of the manicure/pedicure pricing but I think its not too high. Recommend.

Ive been knowing the owner of Tiffany Hair & Nail Salon for 20 years and she always been the same, sweet and kind hearted to all her customers as well as her husband who helps her run the place. The staff are funny and very kind and the staff really holds a conversation with you. Now you cant get any better that. Tiffany keep up the good work 👧.!😍😍😍😍😍😍

They did a fantastic job, I actually had a broken nail the day before my job interviews. Even though I was introduced as an American girl and they probably didnt know that Im semi-fluent in Spanish, they took great care of me and my nails. Plus it was about $10 cheaper than anywhere else Ive been!! Totally will be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would . The way the owners husband and the nail techs treat their customers is disgusting. They pick and choose whos nails they want to do and what order they want to do them in . They have absolutely no customer service and are very rude and arrogant

I went to cut my military-style hair, but first I asked a Chinese woman that if I could pay with my credit card and how much the cut cost. Cut hair was good. And in the end I paid the price increased, I asked her why? and she told me it was a special cut. So I get mad and she ask me if I want my money back. I told her, I don’t care that money, just don’t lie. I don’t like that kind of “Surprises” for some extra dollars.

Martin is good hair styler for guys hair cut. This place is always busy. Average price range. Good service. Not that all of the hair stylist are great. Few are good and few are average.

I went to this nail salon to get services and my nail tech was soooo unprofessional theyre very greedy here they want u to buy more services than you request and she got mad when I didnt want a pedicure because I had to catch a flight. She polished my toe nails and my skin too and when I showed her the mistake she suggested I leave and said my polish was free just so she didnt have to correct her mess. I had to go home and do my own nailMy 1st & last time here!!! Rude and unprofessional!!

It was my first time going to this salon and I guess it was ok. Nothing too special. There’s nothing that shows the prices so I didn’t really like that. The lady who did my nails did an ok job. She kept trying to yank out cuticles even after I kept telling her it was hurting me. The nail designs are ugly and the lady also tried sending me off with a messed up nail design but I had her redo it. I would only come back if it’s my absolutely only option.

I went for a haircut but the lady who cut it burned my hair from so much iron that happened to her as she could not do the haircut that I asked her to iron a lot to try to accommodate, they are not professional. I went to the owner (the Chinese one) to fix something for me but I totally ignored myself.

The employees are not attentive or friendly. The girl who made my nails finished, took me to dry my nails and left. He did not say anything, I mean if he would return ANYTHING. The truth is very hesitant to tip, maybe had a bad day or not but should have a good attitude towards the customer. I do not think I will return.

The truth is I was a person that I did not like to make my feet But I discovered this place this card room Latin girl that help you improve the hygiene of your skin of your nails and I think it is very good I visited twice to the month once a month or so sometimes very often because I really suffer from excess dead skin and it helps me a lot thanks to the girls who make the feet that are possible to look pretty

Terrible Cervicio, my feet were damaged, in the cleaning they hurt me horrible, I went to complain and the owner was angry, heavy and saying that it was nothing I have, and it even affects me to walk, and to do my job, never again I will return to this place and I do not recommend it, be very careful when you go to this place.
