I got my nails done on the 17th of July. It was not even 3 days before the darker turquoise color started to rub off because of the type of polish it is. I was bit advised of this and customers should be since ALL the nails that have that color were an extra $5 EACH. As you can see in the pictures, the sea green color is still great. Not only did my acrylic chop off on my right hand thumb, untimarely chipping my real nail underneath (my real nail was still in tact when the acrylic chipped), but the acrylic on my pinky nail (last pic) split straight across! I have not even had these bails a full 10 days! I will not be going to this salon again. I paid $70 and tipped as well and the quality is just not worth it.

This nail salon has to be one of my favorites! It is very clean , has a welcoming environment, and the staff is very nice! Now lets talk about my nails! Can you believe this is dip powder?? Jenny did an amazing job on my nails! I brought a picture to show in reference to how I wanted my nails to be done, and she exceeded my expectations!!! Ive been here a few times and had good service. I decided to bring my mom last week when she was visiting. I scheduled appointments the day before, but when we arrived, all the nail techs were busy. Were seen by an older gentleman and a very young teenage boy. The man who did my mom cut her cuticles so poorly that he caused her to bleed 3 times. To fix this, he rubbed alcohol on them and continued to cut. Finally after he did not react to her wincing, she asked him to stop and just paint her toes.I dont think the boy who did my nails had ever given a pedicure before. He kept looking to the other techs for reassurance and advice. It took him twice as long as anyone else and was truly the worst pedicure Ive gotten. The polish was clumpy and streaky, the massage just felt like long finger nails poking my arches, and my cuticles are a disaster.My moms toes are still in a lot of pain and my toes look like my little brother painted them. Im very disappointed in my experience as we were not treated in a professional manner at all.

Jenny is So NICE! She made sure my nails looked perfect and everyone is so friendly. They want you to be relaxed and happy. Reasonable price, great skills, awesome customer service. 10/5 would recommend. PLUS she gives a 10% off student discount

Really great nail salon. My manicure stayed perfect with zero chips for 5 days straight. Very clean, nice employees, free parking and great color selection.

The pedicure was basic and rushed even though I picked the top tier. I also received a horrible polish job. She polished in a million different directions and it was not smooth. The acrylic that was added to my big to was crooked and not filed to evenness. One person. started my nails, another person finished. I wouldnt go back here if it were free

I am so surprised by the reviews. My experience was completely different than any others it these are fake reviews. I left with bloody cuticles and the polish job was terrible. They didnt try to stop the bleeding just ignored it. Truly poor quality. Great price but will not go back.

I have been going here on and off for my SNS. Its is convenient to work and I can usually get in with the manager. She takes her time and makes my nails look great. She also listens and does not use the drill on my natural nails, file only. She is the only person who I allow to do my names. Clean and nice shop.

I followed the owner Jenny to this salon, having been her client where she worked previously for many years before she opened it a few years ago. She and her staff are friendly and educated in nail care. Her salon is clean. She keeps an eye on all clients, including those with other staff. Regarding the couple of one-star reviews who said the salon took people not in order of walking in, they didnt know Jenny takes appointments. I always make an appointment as I dont like waiting-- they honor appointments. That should merit a good review...those folks didnt bother listening. Jenny has a truly professional attitude. I attended many salons before I found her. Read those less-than-positive reviews, and its obvious, unfortunately, they were out to hurt the business, including one who posted 8 times, though she admits she didnt even stay for her appointment. Jenny tries hard to please, is competent, and has excellent English comprehension. Most of all: they are talented with and knowledgeable about nails.. And priced competitively.

Been going here on and off for the 3 years. They guy that works at the shop does good pedicures but if they are full they do a rush job that doesn’t match the price of the pedicure. Absolutely horrible at doing sns and acrylic except for Jenny herself. Won’t be going back. Got my acrylics done yesterday and they were ugly and horribly done. I told the lady and she didn’t even fix the errors I pointed out. Complete waste of money manicure wise. Didn’t get my cuticles trimmed or even a true manicure for that matter. They just applied the acrylic. Lost a customer.

I hate to do this but I’m so upset with how awful my nails are. I just moved to Atlanta and I went to the same nail tech for 7 years straight back home. I wanted to give this place a chance and it was the biggest waste of $30 I’ve ever had. I went in for a fill in on ombré and it looks like they never even were filled in. Super uneven, super discolored, just all around bad. The girl that did them seriously did not take her time at all and just kinda winged it. I just got them done TODAY and they’re already chipping. What’s sad is she kept looking at them funny and so I know that she was aware of how bad it was. But I’ve literally never had a bad experience with nails until now and it’s definitely super frustrating. If you’re looking to try a new place, don’t come here. Definitely a waste of time and money.

Horrible. Came to get my nails done and polish change on toes. Owner did my nails and left for an appointment after. The other people had to squeeze me in to do my toes while assisting other people. I came to the nail shop at 10 and left at 1:15: I’m strongly considering getting serviced by the new upcoming nails techs in Atlanta. These Koreans are getting lazy and careless with the service they provide to you for their prices and their nails never look how these young nail techs are doing on Instagram. Will never go back to this location.

My friend and I came in today for some quality girls time since we havent met each other for a long long time. This is her favorite place and I can totally see why. I had a spa pedicure while she had a manicure and pedicure. The lady was very attentive and skillful. She took her time to take care of every detail and did not rush to make sure everything is right as my requests. The place is clean and well organized. They clean up after every customer. Good quality products and beautiful colors used. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended !!!

This is the best nail salon in Atlanta. The owner, Jennie, has had a lot of experience with nail care for many years before she opened this salon a few years ago. I have terrible nail (runs in the family) and since I have been getting my nails done at Top Coat they are stronger and longer. I have the nails that I always envied of others (did gel but now SNS). Her staff is friendly and very educated in nail care. Her salon is modern but more importantly clean. I can only say that it is better if you dont go on weekends or Fridays, like everywhere else thats when it is the most busy. She does both appointments and walk ins Believe the five star reviews. Those few that gave it a one totally dont get it.

I came to this nail salon to try something new and I was amazed by the quality. Customer service was the first thing I noticed about them. They made me feel very comfortable being there. I did the basic manicure for only $12. That was a very reasonable price for an awesome job that they did for me. I would totally come back to this place in the future. Highly recommended!!

I went here because of their great reviews and I am so disappointed. My pedi took 15-20 minuets, felt SO rushed. I noticed two of my toes were not painted fully after I had already left the salon. My cuticles on my hands are still not cleaned up. I wasn’t offered anything to drink. The one doing my fingernails was very rude. Bad experience. Will not return.

For the first time since I moved to Atlanta I found someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of natural looking nails when using gel polish. Usually gel polish left my nails looking thick and fake.JENNY takes the time to make your nails look as thin & natural as possible yet strong enough to last weeks. I can honestly say Im in love with my nails again. The salon is clean and quiet not too crowded and the staff is friendly never in a rush. They are located on the second floor right off the elevator which is nice if you have handicap needs. Prices are affordable $30 for manicure (gel polish) and $35 for SNS. They have a great selection of colors and if you are indecisive at times to choose colors jenny is always accommodating and very patient she guides you with colors that compliment your skin tones and nail shape. I love this place free wine, water or soft drinks to help you stay refreshed.

Nice pedicure! But my SNS manicure was not finished well (lots of rough spots with no top clear coat) my cuticles were not pushed back and cleaned up/cut and look pretty bad, manicure seems to only include the application of color here.

I think the first thing you notice about this salon is their nail polish! It is just huge. I literally stood their for awhile just thinking what color should I actually choose?!? So difficult to choose and I had to see which fit my color more or which color made my skin pop. The staff here was just sweet I might just get a toothache. The tech who did my acrylic was very gentile about pushing it upwards. Filing it nicely as well. I like the shape. I highly recommend if you are in the area.

Worst service ever. Pedicurist was not in the mood to provide quality service. He did not cut my cuticles nor did he address my problem spots. Not only that the manicurist decided that in 5 mins my toes were dry and she put my toes in ziplock bags with cuticle oil. When I took them off my nail polish was smeared. Also, The pedicurist proceeded to cut my toe and cause me to bleed. By the far the worst place I have ever been too. I would NOT recommend anyone to go here. They also did not accommodate me nor did they attempt to address my displeasure. Avoid this place.

The ladies here are simply amazing I really enjoyed their affordable service so friendly and affordable! Did a wonderful job on my nails giving me a wonderful set!

The serivce was very slow and they didnt take customers in order of arrival. The technicians didnt listen to the customer about the nail shape and decided to argue and have an attitude. We ended up leaving and going to a different store.

My luxury OPI manicure was absolutely amazing the sugar crystals scrub exfoliation was very nice touch and the technicians were just so friendly and very comfortable to be around with!

This is definitely the best salon in the area. I got a great mani-pedi. The girls were very sweet and did a great job. The girl who did my toes did an amazingggg design on my toes!!! It is very nice inside the salon and they offer drinks as well. Definitely go here!

Its got a parking lot so no off street parking thats a plus. Its very clean its 5pm on Tuesday and Im the only one here very relaxing.
