Loveeeeee this place! Beautiful every single time and great service!

I have been here a few times and each time I go home the polish bubbles up! I told the guy upon doing it yesterday and he didnt care. In addition I watched the entire staff disrespect an unhappy customer. It was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL thing I have ever seen. Upon reading the comments it seems like this place operates in poor service and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this place. Choose another!

Zero Stars Warranted!!!! Lil chubby Asian needs to be Fired. I came in with my daughter and was told it was $11 to paint her nails and $17 for a full manicure. The lil guy got tired of me asking prices and what was included and said he was done with me and walked away??? Rude and unprofessional. The acne proned lady called the owner and I was told they actually charge more for kids. I was done!!! Came across the street to Nail Fever, $6 to paint my child’s nails. Ended up going with gel. Don’t waste time going to Allure, they aren’t worth the trouble. Trust

Do not go there!!!When I first went to this Allure, more than a year ago, I was so satisfied that I referred my friends. As of today, none of us go there. First of all, their prices are unbelievable. They never charge you the price on the card Its always something they have to add and they dont let you know until they’re done. Thats 1.Two, the employees!!! They are so lazy, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I went back yesterday because i needed to do my nails asap amd couldnt find any appointment somewhere else (it was mt last resort). I had a mani & pedi. Not only the girl were rushing me to find a color or design, but the old lady that did my pedi was soooo lazy and unprofessional. I had to tell her every time what was not done correctly. Same for the one doing my mani. And I every time i would tell them to fix something, they would act like Im bothering them “mme what you want me to do” with an attitude.Some lady came there for her daughter and had the same issues with them lying about their services/prices. She asked some questions and the man who was there got upset because she is asking the right questions. He threw the card at her then went in the back leaving her there. After the lady spoke to the manager and left more upset, they were all laughing at her out loud and screaming “BYE” to her. When she left, they started talking about her and in a very disrespectful way. We, clients who were there, were just looking at them shaking our head.If you’re looking for good service worth the price and experience, do not go there. I still regret going there yesterdayOh I almost forgot: their pedicure is just about washing your feet at once. If you want a real pedicure you have to pay 50+ for a premium. And that lady withthe rough face, is thr worst front desk lady they could have. Disrespectful and don’t even care about how she treats customers.

I am brand new to the area and SUPER picky about my nails!! This place is super clean, has a very calm atmosphere, and they get you in and out quickly without sabotaging quality!!

Beautiful and clean shop but the service is not what I paid for! I paid $90 and I got gel polish on my nails which 3 days later it’s all chipping! My pedicure also feels like it was never done… my feet are still very rough. 😔 I’ve paid much less for better service. I unfortunately will not be returning and do not recommend this place.. also there was one girl, I do not know her name but she was more so overseeing the workers than working and her attitude was very abrasive and short to the customers, thank God not to me because they wouldn’t be getting the little two stars I’m giving. One star because of the cleanliness and another star because of the location. Other than that this service was completely unacceptable. Now I have to pay again to go elsewhere and have my gel polish removed and done over.

If there was an option to submit zero stars I would. Let me start by saying I am not from the ATL area so when I came across this specific nail salon I thought I’d be in for a pleasant surprise. I was wrong. I came in to get a fill in by Justin and the same day my nail cracked. I called the salon to inquire how’d they be able to rectify the situation and they told me to come in as I would be able to get it fixed because of their three day grace period policy. I came in the next day and they fixed it for free with no problem. Shortly after another nail broke and It’s worth to also mention that these were my real nails. When I called the salon again they told me to come in however, I could not the same day because something came up. I checked in the following day and the receptionist told me to come in again so I could get my second nail that broke fixed. Upon doing so, I was told I had to pay for the broken nail because I had exceeded the three days although I called the day before. When trying to have a productive conversation, the staff was rude to me and actually locked me in and called the police on me because I could not understand why all of a sudden I had to pay when it was agreed upon that they’d fix it as a courtesy as well. Long story short, the issue was resolved but I would never recommend anyone coming here. Save your time, money and conserve your emotional well-being. They should not be in business.

Ive been a customer of this salon since day one. The person Tee that open this salon was my nail tech, and was awesome!! when he left I was introduced to Cindy, who is great! I usually have an appointment but I needed to have a nail fixed and made an impromptu visit but ended up getting a full powder set with Justin? someone helping out that day. As I prepared to also get a pedi, I noticed one of my nails got damaged and I brought it to the receptionist. Well that didnt go very well, after telling her my problem, she got very indigent and very rude about me asking to fix the nail. It was so ugly, that the customer next to me interceded and also noticed how rude she was to me. Im very unhappy at how this situation was handled because I live in the area and they are conveniently located. But I would rather drive elsewhere, I dont have to spend my money with someone treating me with disrespect and rudeness.

Have been coming to this establishment since they opened. Always have a great experience. Each nail tech takes good care of my nails. Have never had an issue here and I always love how my nails turn out!

My experience with both Kayla and Mai were amazing! Kayla did ombré coffin shaped nail and Mai did the Honey Pearl Pedicure. Both ladies took their time and did an great job. As a consumer who cares most about customer service and quality of service this place checks both boxes for me so I will be back as a regular. Not to mention the space is absolutely beautiful and clean. Prices are reasonable as well. I definitely recommend this place. Also for the month of September they are doing 20% off of every service as a opening special! Thank you so much Kayla and Mai!

I’ve been going here for awhile and it’s always hit or miss with the service. This is NOT a cheap nail salon but they act like it. They don’t care about your natural nails and will file your gel and SNS off rather than soak even when they aren’t busy. I asked one of the girls to let the gel soak off and she just walked away and then took another client smh… The last time I went was my last straw, I was there for THREE hours getting my nails done and almost missed my flight. They recently had most of their staff quit and the new people don’t know what they’re doing and the manager isn’t good at being hospitable. She gave me $5 off $100+ dollar bill after having me sit with an inexperienced nail tech for 3 hours. Wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be back. There are lots of other nice nail salons in the area with the same high prices

Ive been going to this salon since they opened. Theyve always been great. Theyve raised their prices and personally I feel the quality of the pedicures are not what they used to be. I went in yesterday March 7th to get a fill in and I had two nails with fungus. I was very upset. The previous time I had my nails done the guy didnt glue around raised edges. I got a fungus you could not file off. This disturbs me. Normally they are great. I might have to look for a new salon.

I got my nails done less than a week ago, and they have all popped off. They werent polished to the edge so Im not shocked just disappointed. I wasnt even offered a beverage. They were friendly but I feel like I wasted 45$

The most perfect SNS nails ever. Nails completely covered edge-to-edge, clean cuticle edge, smooth finish like glass, on my natural nails. The salon was clean & the staff friendly & accommodating. My new go to. Definitely recommended.

First time getting a pedicure and the technician was so nice. He asked multiple times if I was comfortable and my nails came out great! Everything here is clean and organized.

I have been going here since June I love my experience each Time I go buy this time was different. I made a appointment for 11/24 at 10:00am arrived on time and ready to go was the only customer there so I was excited. Now here comes the story. So as the tech was doing my nails I asked for coffin shape and like I normally get. She was telling me how it was her first day there I kindly congratulated her but my nails came out bad as you can tell by the picture none of them look the same and the shape is not at all what I asked for! I take pride in my nails because my short fat fingers are not cute but when I put some long cute nails on I feel amazing now I feel bad. I didn’t speak up because I was in a hurry and really didn’t have the time to sit for her to try to redo it but I got into my car and cried because I’m too nice and was rushing and didn’t speak up. I will be calling them Friday to address this issue.

Not honest with upfront costs. Took me to a dirty station with nails on the floor and nail dust in chair. Rude. Unprofessional. Will NEVER go back!

This place is too expensive for them to be so unprofessional and rude. The quality is not there. There are also a lot of hidden up charges that should be made clear before. They do not value customers. I will not be returning

10/10 would recommend! I have been a couple times and have never left disappointed. During my most recent visit, Ken did my pedicure and Karen did my manicure. Karen is very skilled and attentive in her work and ensured that I was pleased with my nails. In the end, Karen perfectly executed the picture of the nails that I wanted and showed her. They look so good! Ken did my pedicure and took my feet from looking pretty bad to so so good! In the past when I have visited, Ken does my SNS and he always does a GREAT job! He also makes his customers feel very welcome and you can tell that he cares about them. As a college student who attends college in a different state, Ken has helped me take care of my nails so you can tell he really does care about his customers. I would highly recommend both if you are in the area!

Today I went to get a nail fixed by Karen. I’ve been going to her for months and then today I’m told this will be the last time she does my nails because she’s uncomfortable. I didn’t even hardly talk to her this visit and the last visit we did a bunch of fun stuff to my nails. Frustrated because that is extremely unprofessional. They couldn’t even communicate why. If she’s irritated by the designs she did on my nails then don’t advertise that you do designs. Right? I tip her graciously everytime I go. There is a language barrier with her and a lot of workers so if you’re frustrated because I’ve had to repeat what I’m saying constantly and the tone gets stronger - learning English is always an option? 🤦🏾‍♀️ If the like 3 times I’ve gotten designs on my nails have annoyed you- why are you taking pictures of my nails constantly? What these shops need to realize is they may feel uncomfortable when it comes to us stating what we want done to our nails but they’ve made us uncomfortable for YEARS speaking to their coworkers on their own language and laughing but we can’t understand them. There was a time I came in there with a self conscious issue about my nail and she called another coworker over to show him and they started laughing and I got self conscious and asked her why she needed to call him over to fix my nail? This is why we should just support our own. I will be finding a black nail tech next and sharing my experience on the different Atlanta groups I’m in. You can count on it.

The lady who did my nails had a bad attitude. I asked her to fix the nail polish she really didn’t want to. She hit the top of my nail with the drill. She was trying to rush and do my nails. The nails looked horrible I asked the manger she acted like it was a problem to fix them.

DO NOT GO HERE. After 4 days my sns is lifting like crazy, complete waste of my money and time! The pedicure was terrible as well I will not be going back and you did be wide not too as well. $105 down the drain

I was serviced by Tom(hands) and Jayla (feet). They were both so amazing. Very meticulous and neat. I only came in on a whim to pass time because my daughter was at a birthday party near by. Now Im gonna have to make time to drive here once a month to see them! Love my nails. Would definitely recommend to all.

We stopped by while we were in town for a work conference and had the BEST manicure and pedicure here. Allure nail spa was incredibly clean, had the friendliest staff and we love our nails! They really took their time to ensure they were perfect. It was a great experience overall. We will definitely be back when we are in GA!

Place looks really nice. The only downside of it is that they don’t have good pedicure techs. I gave them 3 chances and I always got someone that did a poor job with my ingrown nails. Safe to say, i will not be going back. They do a really good job with hands though, so if that’s what you need, have at it.

Went as a walk-in and was helped immediately. I had the dipped nails and a toe polish. T polished my toes and Henry did my nails. Both were awesome! Very professional and pleasant This place is very clean and well kept. I found my new nail salon.

I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS NAIL SALON IT WAS THE WORST! WASTE OF MONEY SPENT $90 FOR A PEDICURE AND A FILL AND THE VERY NEXT DAY MY NAILS STARTED LIFTING. I NEEDED ARYLIC ON MY BIG TOE BECAUSE IT WAS CRACKED AND DIDNT NOTICE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY THAT HE DIDNT FIX IT. I WENT BACK TO GET THE BIG TOE FIX THEN TWO DAYS LATER THE CRACK STARTED SHOWING AGAIN. THEN I RETURN FOR THE 3RD TIME TO GET MY BIG TOE FIX AND GET THE NAILS THAT WERE LIFTING FIX. THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME $8 TO FIX BROKEN NAILS THAT WAS CLEARLY THEIR FAULT. ITS BEEN 8 DAYS SINCE I GOT MY NAILS DONE AND MY NAILS ARE STILL POPPING OFF, AFTER GETTING TWO REPAIRED. NOW TWO MORE HAS POPPED OFF AND MY OTHER BIG TOE HAS CRACKED.

One of the best nail salon experiences Ive had in Georgia. Very efficient, excellent customer service and the nail techs are thorough and neat with their work. I generally get a Mani/Pedi with gel polish. Beverages offered include water, soda and wine. Ask for Kenny. Hes amazing.

Came in for a pedicure and a gel polish change. Now I do understand it was 5:15pm and they do close 6pm. However, they agreed to do the service. Next, they tell me to come back tomorrow for my nails. Yet, you are playing on your phones and playing kissy face 30 minutes after the So, unprofessional. My first time trying this place and my last.

Decided to stop by after work with a friend and was highly satisfied overall. The employees were super friendly, its super clean and well decorated inside, and the service was outstanding. We got pedicures and it was very relaxing. We will most definitely be back!

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to and thats not an exaggeration. My nail tech gave me the best basic pedicure ever. He kept asking me if i was comfortable and made sure i was never in pain. His technique was thorough, graceful, gentle, and soothing. i enjoyed everything from start to finish. Not to mention he explained how to use the massage chair, took my shoes for me, and offered me a choice of water, wine, etc when i first sat down. And they dont rush you out of the way! My experience here was perfect. I have nothing but good things to say. The establishment is clean, organized, and has such an appealing aesthetic. If you’re thinking about coming here, just do it! You won’t be disappointed🤗

They use the mask on your legs and foot feet which is odd. They also close at 7pm not 7:30pm . I arrived at 6:45pm and was turned around and told they take the last customer at 6:15pm fyi.

I like it! I got my nails done here and they were flawless and lasted for a really long time. They also have a stamp card where you get $5 off after you visit 5 times. I think this will be my new nail shop.

Mia (hopefully I spelled it right) and JoJo were amazing. I got a gel mani and pedi. Everyone was professional and friendly. They are also taking the necessary steps to keep everyone protected during COVID.

Came in for the first time last week and got a deluxe pedicure by JoJo she did a good job and was very nice will be back again.

Beautiful location.Customer service: not great. Staff with bad attitude!!Quality of job: mediocre.The whole experience was just a torture, it took ridiculously long, the owner likes to smoke at the entrance and leaves the door open so if you are not in to smoke this is not your place. I found that completely inconsiderate!
