Ive been going since 2019, I would let whoever was available service me, Ive had my likes and dislikes but now I call on Eddy for my mani and his Mom(dont know her name) for my Pedi, for the last couple years and Im highly satisfied. Making appt to avoid long waits also

Please choose any other nail salon BUT this one!!! Very poor job done on my MANICURE (heavy set guy worked on mine), my pedicure was okay (done by the lady who does the eyebrows) My acrylics look like press on nails, also it hasn’t even been a week yet and they’re already loose. save your time and money!!! OVERPRICED . Had simple nail coloring and he charged me $91 !!!!! very disappointed and definitely regret it!!!!

I went to get my fake nails removed. This is the first salon Ive ever been to where they dont soak your nails or use a fake nail to slide between your real nail and acrylic nail to remove it. The nail tech clipped my nails down to the meat then clipped a piece from the side and ripped my nails from there. She told me my nails were very thin but she still insisted to use the drill(which burned my nails). Very sloppy job done. I will NEVER go here again, I didnt think nail removal was this hard. She had no care for my nails or how it felt.

Great service! The nail tech BELL is very professional. I love her attention to detail and her creativity. Definitely recommend. If u complain alot dont come here messing up the vibe.Very relaxing environment!

Ive been in the metro area for 9 years and this is the ONLY place Ive been that gets my eyebrows right every time. I dont care what part of town I move to I always come back here to get my eyebrows my waxed.

I call this nail salon and ask what time they close today. Although the Internet says 8 PM, the lady who barely spoke English place me on hold and I could hear her asking a gentleman “what time do we close”. He told her to advise me 7 PM. I told her I was on my way. It is now 5:52 PM and I literally just walked in the door and he told me “ sorry we are closed“ I advised him I just called 10 minutes ago & told you I was on my way and you he refuse to do my nails or have anyone in the salon doing my nails and act like I was not even standing there and turned and kept doing what he was doing.

Rude horrible Customer service been waiting over a hour for some one to start on my nails when I was finally next one of the nail techs who became available decide to start on another person hand as if I haven’t been waiting then tells me I had to wait until another tech got done with another person hand been here since 930 and no they did not open on time but very unprofessional if you want to wait three to four hours really for no reason then feel free to come here

I got a toe polish change...she did my nail polish too thick I wanted it changed n they wanted to charge $5

Was my favorite only because of the Nail tech that sits at station#1is absolutely amazing. trying to figure out how 3 other people who came after me for the same service were serviced 1st. No acknowledgement after waiting 2hours. This place is definitely on the broad of being shut down if they don’t take the Xmas decorations down. And sanitize the instruments, and step their customer service up . They should truly look into hiring more nail techs. Since 75% the staff is only pedicure savvy.

Its always a hit or miss with this place. Vicky at the front first chair and theirs a really short guy, hes good but you never know what youre going to get with anyone else. They do good at eyebrows. One time she was on the phone and messed them up. I should of told her to get off of the phone. Customer service is veryyyyyyy poor. They keep Christmas decor up year round. Im writing this for other people because its been 10 years and I know this company isnt changing. It could be 100% better than it is now. Its also a heavier guy that works there who is a little flamboyant who is TERRIBLE at doing nails!!!! Hes always rubbing his nose & his palms are very clammy. That may not be his fault but its been at least 5 years and he still can not apply acrylic correctly 😔 the nail salon across the street isnt any better.

This nail shop is really awful.. They dont use clean sanitized materials on the feet and they dont clean the pedicure wash bin after each person they just slap a new bag in and put the filter right back on. They penny charge for everything. Calluses removal with pedicure. Polish remove after they mess up your nails.The ways are dinghy the same holiday decorations been hanging since they open its just a mess. Code enforcement should really do a pop up visit and see how this place is really operated.. I should of known if they wasnt busy when I walked in on a weekend this aint the place to be. HORRIBLE

I go here all of the time and get a manicure,I have never waited for more than 20-25 minutes. I have never left the shop dissatisfied, nails always look great.

I love going to this place they do the best nails on this side of the Mississippi. The only concern that I have is that recently they went up in prices and did not give a shout out to their normal customers or regular customers and I normally have my budget set in place when I go for luxuries and this was outside of my budget. I still paid for it Ill still go back but I wont like it

My first time getting my eyebrows done everything was fine but the second the lady left a mark on my face that I am not happy about and when I went back to let them know they all in there looking crazy and act like they don’t know what to do. Will not be returning since management is horrible.

I tried to give this place another chance but after two times of getting burnt I no longer care. First experience I was rushed. The lady painted my hands & tried to send me out the door with my feet half done. I had to tell her to put more polish on several toes2nd experience their customer service was horrible. Nail technician was rude & rough. She didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. I left with my feet done & hands unpainted. I will never go here again. They don’t deserve customers

The staff is RUDE. They don’t care about you or making you comfortable all they care about is your money. The nail technician was rough so I asked for someone else & the guy up front ignored me. I asked again & he had an attitude. I walked out & will never go back again. Shut this place down. I’m pretty sure half these “good” reviews are fake

I am so sad about my nails. So sad that I am still sitting here at the shop writing this. This heavy guy did the worst job on my fill. It’s lookslik a 4 year oldPainted them. He filed thru my real nail, he didn’tFile the sides of my nails. I amGetting them removed new ones elsewhere.

Terrible service. Terrible nail design. Disrespectful. Tried to charge me $23 to get one nail fixed and a color change. THATS A FULL SET ELSEWHERE! Like how? Why? Never again. I’ve frequented this shop at least twice monthly for a year now. Lately, the customer service has declined drastically. I just spent 30 minutes waiting to get my SNS nails redone. There are only two techs that do this service and they were busy. I asked if I could start soaking and was told they were busy. I will never go to this shop again.

Poor customer service. Female nail tech got an attitude because I told her a couple of my nails didn’t have acrylic on my nail. I have an overlay. So after she fixed it she got mad and started yanking my hand. Instead of me reacting I had someone else finish my nails. Go to the guys or the one that looks like the grandma here. Never met an angry Asian nail tech. I won’t be back instead go to Natural Nails down the street past North Clayton middle school.
