I went in for a Manny Petty like I normally do. It was the worst job I’ve ever had. My first bad experience with this place. I had to go back in the same day to have them fix the nails; which they blamed me. The nails were dry but not smooth at all. The thin layer if gel she put in my nails will not last a week. They ate nice until you point out a mistake they make. I will not be back. And I have been going there for years.

Gave me nails like diamonds. This is just a shiny buff with no polish. Very gay friendly. Definitely going back.

I have been coming here for about 3-4 years. I have never experienced such excellent customer service, massages, and variety of colors and services available anywhere else, but here, including complementary beverages. Ask for Tracy, she is my tried and true. She will always take the time to make everything perfect. She anticipates every desire that comes to my mind, before I even have an opportunity to ask. My most favorite part, are her massages. I’ve moved since I started coming here and will only come here, because nowhere else pays such good attention.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They are always accommodating, kind, and have stayed past closing to take care of customers. I have never had any upsells pushed on me, either. The salon is also very clean, and service quality is consistent regardless of who helps you.

Always friendly staff, great selection of colors. Drinks are served, so relax and enjoy being pampered.

I went for a fill-in with gel polish and within hours the polish peeled off... I went back the next day for a refund they didn’t refund my money but repainted my nails.two male workers asked me what happened,when I told them they started laughing.second set is peeling again...I will never go back.

I was greeted promptly upon entering the salon. In looking around this office, social distancing is being practiced and other clients were more than 10-15 feet apart from me. Everyone was wearing masks including myself. Equipment appeared clean, and a staff member was walking around wiping down chairs and countertops. Tracy took care of my manicure, and gave me an arm/shoulder massage. Coby handled my pedicure. Both teammates were professional, friendly, and both did a fabulous job. I will be coming back to this office! This is the first time that I have been in a nail salon since February of this year.

We have been coming here for years and have always been pleased with the service we get. Usually just pedicures. Love the massage chairs. They have water, soft drinks, or wine, if you want. Highly recommended.

The best manicure I’ve ever had. I had Jenny. She spent a lot of time with me and listened to what I wanted done. My mother and I just stumbled onto this place. We will definitely be back to see Jenny.

Literally the worst set Ive ever had. Didnt even use the correct top coat for a gel set. REFUSED to give me money back as he already attempted to fix this & it still looks HORRIBLE. DO NOT come here! At all.

This is hands down my favorite nail spa in the Ansley Forest/Piedmont area. Great prices, great customer service, even really good conversation- which is very seldom. Appreciate everything you all do, keep up the great work.

I came in with my daughter and got a pedicure. She got her toes painted. When we got to the counter the price seemed off so I asked the breakdown. The woman at the counter whom I’m assuming is the manager go smart with me. Then they started to laugh and speak in their language. Meanwhile another customer starts getting smart with me saying she can present it to me how she wants because she’s the owner! Each one of them stood there and smiled and laughed. Very rude! All while my 5 year is standing there! I very politely told them I owned a business few doors down and if my clients wanted a breakdown of their costs I don’t laugh and get smart with them! I give them information they ask for! I would never visit this place again! I’m so sick of nail shops thinking they don’t have to explain things to their customers! They better be happy I even paid! She cut me several times! Poured alcohol over my wounds repeatedly. I service SEVERAL women in this area and will be telling them all to avoid this place like the plague. They are rude and entitled. Again I wasn’t trying to not pay! I was trying to see where the extra cost are from. That’s all. We didn’t deserve that type of treatment.

There were five of us, we went in for pedicures and manicures both. I had the deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. Both procedures were done by a man, and he could not have done a better job. He was fabulous ! In fact my gel polish, except for my cuticle growth, is still as perfect today as it was the day he put it on my nails. Even my pedicure polish is still in good shape and its been over 3 weeks now. We didnt have to wait for anything . That salon and their employees were on their toes and hopping. But when it came to the procedures they were very efficient and thorough and definitely gave you your moneys worth ! I give that salon a I0 Plus on everything. Coming from a cosmetologist, from out of state, thats saying something ! I would definitely recommend this salon without hesitation !

I love this place. Its very close to my house, and I have not been disappointed there. If youre looking for a great massage with your pedicure, Tony and Lucas are great. Ive had manicures by Kelly, Tina, and Kimmy, and I have always been pleased with the shape and wear of my nails. The gel mani I had from Tina lasted for 3 weeks, no chipping, no lifting around the edges. Everyone is so friendly

Not exaggerating...the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. I never write a reviews but they deserve it. I went here last week randomly because I needed my nails done while in Atlanta. The ladies were SO nice. Gave my boyfriend and I mimosas and the treatment was amazing. My nails still look fresh a week later. So impressed and will definitely be coming back.

I stopped by this nail salon a couple of weeks ago as a walk in and I was greeted immediately and placed with Kimmy. She did an amazing job and really took her time on my nails. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. I had been searching for a nail salon in the area that had a good amount of great reviews and tried this one because I was close by. Im so glad I did because I will continue to come back. The pricing was very fair and the work was exceptional.

Coby was amazing. His pedicures and manicures always look great and you walk away feeling totally relaxed.

Came as a walk in a few months (Ansley Mall location), warmly greeted and almost immediately placed with a technician. The spa ambiance is abound, clean, and beautifully decorated.I have now been back 3 times and will continue to see Kim my personal technician . She is always polite, professional, treats me like more than a customer and a does a beautiful job every time. She I love her genuine care for others and her beauty inside and out. Pedicure sub-par. Still have dried cuticle skin thats been pushed back but not removed, decorated by fresh paint... Manicure slapped together too. I didnt even bother to let my manicure dry, figure its not cute anyway so will pay SOMEONE ELSE, LESS THAN 40 BUCKS for a better job, tomorrow morning. Two stars for the niceness of staff ONLY.

Try Piedmont nail or Morningside nail. Terrible customer service. They treat Black customers differently. Just serviced white male after claiming to be closed and turning me away. I just needed a single nail fixed that they did a poor job on and it cracked. The nail tech admitted to not doing a good job. Btw I got here at 7:40. They close at 8. White man walked in with no problem at 7:58.

Ask for Coby! Called up the night before the appointment to ask for someone with experience with ombre. They soaked off my old nails like I wanted. I didnt know the difference between acrylic and sns and Coby explained it clearly so I went for it. I got tips on and he shaped them into perfect cute little almonds. Even the price surprised me! Great service, great value!I will be back!

I went in yesterday to have a manicure and pedicure. The girl doing the pedicure was rough . I was startled when she cut me and then she and the pedicure girl just laughed. Unprofessional!!! Of course they do not tell you that a shiny buff is extra. I will never return to this lousy place. On top of all that, the job they did was not good at all.

This place is pretty awesome. They seriously take their time and do a great job.But, my card was overcharged somehow. My services were 78 dollars, I added a $12 tip, signed a receipt with a total of $90 printed on it. But somehow there has been 108.00 taken out of my account.I gave my card to the guy, which was seriously my mistake, and I was reluctant but I still did it, I guess, giving the benefit of the doubt. Ill go tomorrow and discuss this with the manager or whomever.Pay cash, or take your own card to the register, dont let them convince you to pay earlier, when using your card.

I wish I could give them zero stars. First off, my mom and I went to get our nails done by two different guys. For one, they were over priced as hell. Whom charges five dollars for nail polish? I understand gell I guess, but no. On top of that the nail polish was old and bubbly on my nails. I asked for my acrylics to be coffin and very narrow, they were boxy as hell. My acrylics were uneven, it was bumpy, and the acrylic didnt fully cover my nails it all. And this all came to the price of 35 DOLLARS! Now, my mom just got a FILL IN. The guy didnt cover her nail with acrylic at all. All he literally did was buff and file FOR THE SAME PRICE! I go to a place at dunwoody that charges 21 for a FULL SET. Thats a good ass deal and they are amazing. My mom and I will never go back to this over priced horrible nail place ever again.

First started going service was good not great finally the 3rd time I got a guy who WAS GREAT! Last couple of times I was rushed for whatever reason!Think its the lady at the front which I really dont care what the reason is!!! I get gel on my natural nails which I know can be time consuming but I DARN sure pay for it around 80 every 2 wks plus a tip not to be rushed and left unhappy. I get gel because I dont want drills on my natural nail bed RYAN kept trying to drill off the nail polish when your supposed to use acetone wrap smh I guess 80 for an hour and a half of work still isnt enough they dont care about their customers just like any other run down nail shop they just try to make it look prestige. Oh also make sure what your paying for or they will OVERCHARGE YOU needless to say I wont be back very disappointed. One more thing one of the employees kept coughing over and over not covering her mouth disgusting

Went there a month or so ago. Staff is super friendly. My friend was running late for her 7pm appt and they still fit her in (even though they close at 8). Highly recommend if youre looking for a good neighborhood spot!

Went for a fill in and pedicure and two weeks later my nails had fungus. Nails were not properly sealed. Over charged for poor service. Nice environment but the quality did not do me any justice.

The person who did my nails tonight video taped the whole thing on his cell phone. When I asked him what he was doing he said he wasn’t recording me, and he obviously was, then he said he was training his girlfriend on how to do SNS. I asked him to stop taping and he didn’t. When I left, I told the owner I was uncomfortable with this and she defended him, saying he worked there a long time and was probably just taking pics of new colors which was NOT TRUE. So unhappy, I feel disgusted and will not be going here again.

So first i got the mood change color but they didnt change color! How I do not know so I came back 2days later and they fixed it. But the NEXT day which is today my nail broke! Its awful and she really got an attitude with but it hasnt even been four days since my nails got done so WWHHYYY are they breaking ?! Its just sad and I wont be going back so please dont waste your money.

Great attention to detail! The best pedi Ive had in atlanta. Lucas was meticulous and thorough. The basic pedi is $25 and a great value compared to other places where Ive paid more for a basic pedi, and my nails didnt look nearly as good.
