I’m in love with my nails. Jenny (not sure if it’s spelled correctly) did her thing! She was a little rough but very fast and did a really good job at giving me what I wanted.

I love this nail salon!!! It’s always packed out do you know they the real deal! Aiden is my nail tech and I only use him exclusively since March. He does a great job! I highly encourage you to make an appointment to avoid extremely long waits.

The shop is always clean including the bathroom. I love the esthetic and energy in the shop. All of the nail techs are very polite, hard working, talented, and skilled. The nail art is beautiful and they are up to date with all trends. I love how they strive to make you comfortable and get the fantastic results you want. I 10/10 recommend going here to get your nails done.

Not clean … Got a fungus.I got my nails done for my birthday in July . A week later my actual nail is turning blue. I thought it was something that would go away but it didn’t. I decided to take my nails off only to discover the acrylics I had gave me a fungus, meaning they are not using clean tools. My whole nail was blue / purplish. My whole nail bed was coming off so I decided to just clip as much as I can off. Now I am walking around with half of a nail bed on !!!

My pedicures are amazing. However when I first went they did good on my nails. Lately horrible. I asked for a manicure before he did gel set and he didn’t soak my nails or anything just started cutting. I understand they don’t like to loose money but management needs to not get an attitude when you complain but address the issue.

HOW DO YOU CUT SOMEONE WHILE DOING THEIR NAILS? Looking at the reviews, this place has a track record of INJURING THEIR CLIENTS! This has never happened to me before and i get my nails done regularly. The service here is terrible. I guess they just hire anybody here because my nails weren’t even done right. It already looks to be grown out and i had them for 1 day! Please choose any salon other than xclusive nail bar. Not only do they over charge you for mediocre nails, their tools are not clean, and they will injure you! My nail tech was very rude when i asked him if he could use another file on me. I asked for a soak off twice, and he proceeded to just rip the acrylics off. If i didn’t have a wedding to go to i would have walked out there. During the process, the nail tech cut my finger. I will never come back here, hopefully it doesn’t get infected. Terrible service and they need better management.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!! They cut my toe during a pedicure and the next day it was infected. Tried to get a refund and the manager said he couldn’t refund me because it wasn’t on purpose. Toe has been hurting for days now and is swollen. Save yourself the time and money and don’t do business with them.

I WILL NEVER EVER come here again!!!! I shouldve just stuck with VIP nails but I asked for ombre chrome( pic on the right) and got the pic on the left. I told the nail tech what I wanted .. his co workers told him what to do and he still got it wrong THEN they charged me $55 dollars for this..the guy who did my nails said my service was $55, but I thought he was saying that was the total for everything (pedi, fill in chrome).. I even told my pedi guy to not forget to add my brow service but little did I know they charged me a total of $98 + the $14 tip (paid prior to my initial check out in cash) to both nail techs that worked on me.... I questioned the manager about everything and of course, they did NOTHING at all. I asked him if my nails even looked like the pic and he just talked about the services I got totally ignoring me.. I was not in the mood to argue NOR go back and forth with them as I had JUST got off the road from traveling (I was actually passing through Atl). I had already been there long enough having to explain to both nail techs that worked on me at the same time over and over again in regards to what I wanted which left me even more frustrated .. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all... annnd NOTE , Ive been there before and had a totally different experience.. THATS WHY I CAME BACK BUT NEVER AGAIN... TRUST ME!! 😡 ... sn: I will say that my pedi guy did struggle with my service on my feet BUT with communication between us both, he did everything he possibly could do to make it right, so thanks to him but the other 2👎

I have been going to Xclusive Nail Bar since they opened. I use one nail tech and that’s Jacky. He has been doing my nails for almost 8 years. He has a great personality, great customer service and does a excellent job. In 8 years I have broken a nail maybe 4 times. I follow him to whatever shop he goes to. There is also a young lady name Lele and she does a great job also. I live a hour but it’s worth the drive.

Integrity comes into play here when my mom paid a tip when you guys were instructed that I would be paying!!! I came and paid and added tip...and you knowingly took it knowing you guys had already been tipped!!! It would have been a great review otherwise....

I simply love this place. My nails looks so natural after I get them done. I get the s&s and its not put on thick like other places Ive been.

I recently got a Mani & Pedi, three days later my toe polish messed up. I ask if I can get my feet redone. I was told no you should have gotten gel. After sitting there for 20 minutes...

I love this place, Jackie is the absolute best! I must admit, I strayed for a while when he went out of town, but my nails were so horrible, when he came back, he fixed them and made my day! He does the best designs, stones never fall off, the shape is on point, and hes cool to talk to!

I visited this shop on a Saturday around noon. When I pulled up there were a lot of cars outside so I called ahead to see how long the wait would be. The receptionist was very nice and assured me that there would be no wait b/c they were fully staffed. I walked in and was seated immediately for a fill-in and pedicure.I paid $22 for the basic pedicure and it was just that...BASIC. She didnt even put the top coat over my regular polish and when I asked about it she insisted that she did. But I am very observant so I know she didnt. Someone else came and put it on for me.My fill-in was good. I didnt get anything fancy so there would be less room for error. I had a full set done at a different shop previously with coffin shape so she had good base to work with. The price was very reasonable at $30 for a fill-in.Overall I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the attention to small details on my nails. I will be back.

This place is a hit or miss. Nail techs don’t care about you unless they know you. She was doing my nails with drills and tools that were used on other people and not cleaned properly (still white stuff on it). While i was getting my feet done someone else was very upset bc she was bleeding during their pedicure. And they acted like they didn’t care at all that they injured someone. Not a good experience.

I have been a client of Jackys for a decade or more. I cant go to anyone else outside of Xclusive Nail Bar. LeeLee and Jacky are my favorites but Ive never seen a bad job by any of the nail techs.

It was terrible ive been going to Jackie for almost 2 years and I thought it was very wrong for him to stop doing my nails to go to somebody else nails and I made an appointment and when I spoke of it he said he had to do it because hes the manager and I said I made appointment and he replied back well dont make no appointment with me can I reply back I wont!!I will not be going back..

Came in close to closing and received rushed service. My friends pedicure wasnt even 20 minutes from start to finish and her technician decided to be argumentative about the fact that he wasnt doing his job. Charged for glow in the dark and my nails dont glow at all. My full-set feels weak and flimsy and my nails hurt to touch. Spent $200 for terrible service and quality. Do not recommend.

I love it! Although Id have preferred the marble on top of the nude, its still beautiful. She was very patient and precise with wanting to know what I wanted. She even helped to repair my big toe nail, itd gotten too long and pushed against the front of my shoe during work and split along the quick. She cleaned it up and applied acrylic to strengthen it.This is my new spot.

I normally have a great experience, no matter how busy they are, but there’s a woman there named lynn that sits at table 9, i wanted a simple gel overlay over my natural nails and a cut down, she up charged me $5 because i wanted pink powder instead of the clear, when it doesn’t say that at all on the pricelist, and still used the wrong type of gel powder, then she took too much off the side of one of my nails trying to shape it round; to the point that it’s almost down to the white meat and applied an uneven coat. She was snatching my hand up left and right and caught an attitude with me when i told her that she was doing my nails incorrectly. When i made a complaint to the woman checking people in, she didn’t do anything but try to upcharge me $10 for that service even though the nail tech said $5. I’m not going to say that this whole establishment is horrible, because it’s not, this is still one of the best nail salons on this side of town in my opinion. Just be careful of that nail tech and don’t hesitate to check them on their prices.

Unprofessionalism in the work place bad quality nails and when I went it too speak about it they said my receipt was fake after I had proof of spending 200 dollars. Then proceeded too speak about me in my face. Customer service was terrible and I felt disrespected. The shop it self wasnt up to covid19 standards.

Had the pleasure of meeting Bella and she did my full set that I absolutely LOVEeeee.... but my pedicure on the other hand.... not typically one to give a review but felt my feet and it felt like I did not have a pedicure today. Paid for my service and gave a tip even though I was not please. Had to have someone else assist with my feet but the fact that I paid $30 for a pedicure and it actually felt worse after, compared to before me getting my pedicure smh.... will I go back, yes to Bella for my nails but I’ll keep my pedicures at home.

All-around great service they did my nails very well and quick and very efficient with what I ask for I love coming here my nails last for over four weeks where I don’t have to get another fill in till then I really like this place I’m going to be coming back forever

The nail tech was very rude, he act like he didn’t want to be bothered. I should have known something was wrong when the receptionist said to him he had poor customer service. he left my nails looking awful it’s lumps from the dust when he did the filing, he also left so much polish on my skin. Didn’t realize you had to make an appointment but the woman at the front desk got me in. She explained the new policies and procedures. The establishment was clean. They had us 6ft away from each other. I really thank them for being open because my feet needed some tender love lol.

I really wish I could give this nail salon more stars but Im just truly NOT happy with the quality of work Ive received on multiple occasions; I even went back to give them another chance. Ive been going here for gel manis and pedis for a couple of months and I have never experienced so much cracking and lifting from a gel mani EVER. I was completely satisfied with the quality of work of my very first visit. My subsequent visits....not so much. The gel polish on my nails started peeling, NOT EVEN CRACKING.....PEELING in the middle on day 2! Needless to say..... Ill be finding another salon.

This salon use unskilled workers who demonstrate that he/she is not aware of health codes. BEWARE! The work areas are not being cleaned after service and any number of infectious diseases can be passed on. OVERPRICING!

The receptionist was so helpful and very high spirited. I was greeted and showed to my seat as I walked in. My nail technician Lele was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. She did an amazing job and I loved my nails.The interior design is very nice too. Super spacious and lots of coworkers with no wait time. Highly recommended.

Walked in on a Saturday and was seen right away by Kathy. She was professional, took her time and I was happy with the results. This establishment also has complimentary water and wine. Love this place!!!edit: had to take away a few stars. I went in on July 8 around 1pm and was seen by a young guy wearing a black Armani hat and tattoos on his arms. I received no greetings, he just went straight to doing my nails, he proceeded to watch a video on his phone while doing my nails, at times he was so engulfed in his video that he forgot that he was actually supposed to be working. I was not offered water or wine. I guess the boss does not work on Mondays. I will try this place again but only with Kathy because her customer service was exceptional.

Quick ans professional service!!

I had been looking for a good nail salon for while I was referred to this salon my first experience I went and got a gel full set with a pedicure my nails were done by key and my birthday Spirits with him was really good witch made me return especially just to see him for the quality service I received before after come meaning all the young ladies Nails he was currently doing when it was time for me to see he continuously tried to upsell me on the nails that she had I did not want what she had I simply wanted a new gel full set and that was all now here it is a week later and my nails are lifting as well as I have lost a nail and its simply because of the poor service I received now from the same man I came back to after previously receiving good service so after I even have called the shop to let them know that theres no way if I just received a brand new gel full set that I had should not only have lost a nail but also have nails lifting they refuse to even fix my nails or correct them this is horrible service and the normal young lady who runs the shop actually is a fellow Delta co-worker of mine this specific day she was not there and Im guessing her husband was running the operation and things were just chaotic I really hate that I received the poor service and had to actually take time out to do this review but I hope that he helped someone else

Like all the other reviews said the place is clean and the people are really nice. I thought I would give them a shot. After signing in I was told the wait was about 15 minutes it was more like 25. I patiently waited for terrible work. I went in on Saturday to get a pedicure and manicure ( gel on my finger. Today is Thursday and my polish is crack and or peeling. That was a waste of money and now I still i to go back and have some else fix them.

Amazing customer service

Great customer service, great on nails but they DO NOT do a good job on eyelashes and eyebrows. My eyelashes were hanging off before I even left the shop and when I went back in to show him so he could fix it he just tucked the piece that was hanging back up and that was it. My eyelashes we coming apart on my eyelid within 4 days, but still attached so i couldn’t take them off yet so they were just clumpy. I feel like they told me they knew how to do them just to get my money because I wouldn’t have even went if they didn’t do eyelashes.
