I’ve been going to Natural Nails for almost 4 years and receive the best service and welcoming environment every time I go. Tried to go somewhere else and was definitely disappointed and returned to the best crew ever!!! This image is about two weeks old but I’ve received so many compliments on this set. It was the perfect natural look for celebrating my birthday and being apart of a wedding. I love it!!

Best Nail Salon in Atlanta ..... I use to drive from Alpharetta twice a month for my pedicure and nail service. Know that I leave in Texas its my first stop when I land in Atlanta. They have been doing my nails for over a decade and Ive been all over and No other places holds a candle to the consistent outstanding service I receive every time I walk in the door

Bryan did my nails and Ivy did my gel pedi. I was super pleased with both of the services I received. They both made sure I was satisfied throughout my appointment and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be back and I 100% recommend Bryan & Ivy 🤍

Probably one of the best nail salon Ive been to. They have good prices, and great service. Theyre super friendly, and they are careful with their clients and make sure that they provide the best care. Love them! Ive gotten acrylics a couple times from them and theyre always high quality and look good still after two weeks! I usually get manicures there and they always look so much better compared to any other salon ice been to.

When I walked in they told me that I would wait 10 mins, but I waited 35 mins, I couldnt leave because they took of polish off and half way started , but the guy doing my nails handed me the colors to look at and said he would be back , but it took him 20 mins, very inconsiderate! When it was said and done, they job was horrible, you could still see old polish. I finally said something , but it didn’t matter because he didn’t respond at all ! I will never spend my money at a place to feel like they didn’t care about their customers, but they just want the money 🤨

Yesterday was my first visit to this location and I am so impressed! My nail tech was John, he did an amazing job. I think I have found my nail tech finally! This was my first experience at this nail salon. I had previously visited a nail salon and was extremely displeased with what I walked out with.As soon as I walked into Natural Nails I was warmly welcomed from the nails techs. I began to describe to John what I wanted and he immediately knew what I was talking about!For what I wanted I needed a new set. John took his time and removed the acrylic from my nails without breaking my already long natural nails. That was the smoothest I had every experienced.My nails turned out beautiful!! John was so awesome. When you go you have to see John but all the nail techs there have such amazing customer service.I highly recommend visiting Natural Nails. You will not be disappointed.

Had a great first time experience here! Its also another hidden gem. Prices are normal. My tech was super nice and accommodating and gentle while still doing a good job. This wont be my main place but Ill be back at some point as they have easy availability. Great atmosphere for pampering yourself!

This was the third salon I’ve tried since moving to the area, and I’ve FINALLY find my new nail spot! The techs were very friendly and got me in last minute for a fill in even though I called around 7:15pm. When I arrived with my stepdaughter they happily asked if she needed anything and did a polish change for her. My nails were in horrible shape and the male tech who did my fill in was still extremely professional and courteous even though they were within closing hours. He reshaped my nails to perfection and assured me to take my time letting them dry since I got regular polish. I will absolutely be back.

They messed up on my nails after cutting into the middle of one of them and than argued with me over it and left off half the spa package that I payed for. The set which was suppose to be painted in gel is already chipping and fading away

I was charged 38 but they charged my card 45 and my nails look like they need a fill in already and I just got them done today

Love this salon! Everyone is nice and professional KEVIN is my favorite. He takes his time and pays attention to detail. I’m always satisfied. I have had all the staff do my nails and Ive been satisfied EVERY TIME! It’s a small shop which I love. The wait can be long but worth it. They are very clean and sanitary.

I really love this place! The nail technicians are friendly and attentive. I found them to be precise when working on my nails, and the cost was very reasonable. They also offer other services like waxing which Im curious to try on a future visit. The building is not the most luxurious (strip mall, bright lights, news on tv, etc) but they go the extra mile to try and give you a spa experience with hot towels, massage chairs, and complimentary drinks. I would definitely return here.

I came in with two other friends. They were super nice. Had a little wait but owner came to apologize. The ladies did a great job on us.. Even served wine.

Nice relaxing atmosphere. Got a really good spa pedicure from Vivian and an American manicure with my natural nail. Feel very womanly...will be returning. Only 4 stars because the place is small so if theyre busy it may be an hour wait. But if you have time, this a nice nail salon.

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to as far as actual nail service, professionalism, customer service, affordability and cleanliness goes. As a cosmetologist myself, I am EXTREMELY particular when it comes to my hair, nails and makeup. I live in Washington, DC and come all the way here to get my nails done. Joe is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. His wife, and co-owner Snow along with Ben, and Tina were my nail technicians today who i must say did a phenomenal job. PHENOMENAL job! Their dedication to making sure that I got exactly what I wanted was so sincere that they stayed open over an hour after closing. They wanted me to leave not just satisfied, but happy. That means a lot to me because that is also how i treat my clients. Needless to say, no one else will ever touch my nails except Natural Nails ATL!

Just visited The Salon for my first time on Tuesday and probably got THE BEST dip powder manicure I have ever received. Honestly, I was nervous because they just received a few bad reviews here. Now, I feel pretty lucky. the guy was kind, knowledgeable and paid crazy attention to detail crafting my gorgeous black manicure. They look so frickin natural. (Will add photos later.) The entire staff was super sweet and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing

Excellent experience. We arrived about 15 minutes early, were greeted immediately, and waited only a minute or two until pedicure chairs were available. Snow and Lin were both efficient and thorough. My hands were a mess from two weeks of cleaning, sorting and packing for a move; Snow restored them! If I were staying in the area, Natural Nails would be my nail salon of choice.

This place is clean, has short wait times and excellent quality work for the price. My SNS nails can lasts about 4 weeks with no cracks or lifting. The pedicure technicians are young are detailed and meticulous. I love this place...I would never go anywhere else.

First time trying this place because of the reviews, everything seemed fine, I got gel polish on my nails and later that day one nail chipped just a little and I noticed he didn’t do a good job on my feet because I still got dead skin in the bottom of my feet. I upgraded to the deluxe pedicure for $35 to still have dead skin on my feet? And 2 weeks later the so called “gel polish” is lifting and most nails are chipped, I’ve never had gel polish chip, if anything gel polish is hard to get off of nails, whatever is on my nails is not gel polish. Probably won’t return.

I am very picky about my nails. I found great reviews on Natural Nails and the nail tech Snow. I had her do my nails today and she did a beautiful job! I am so pleased, that i can’t stop looking at my nails. Prices are a little on the high end, but it is well worth it. You pay for what you get. I will be returning.

I love my nail techs...I use the same two whenever I go. If they are not available, I leave and come back when they are available. Natural Nails is under new ownership and they have made some nice additions including relaxing music, wine/champagne, hot towels and a more positive attitude when clients enter the salon. I would love to see how the experience feels with the lights dimmed a bit (perhaps they can get small lamps for the nail techs to see what they are doing). Overall, Ive been a regular customer every two weeks for almost 3 years and I truly believe that my experience (especially the MASSAGES) is what keeps me sane as a busy wife, mother and business owner!

Visited this place when I was in the area last year. Good basic services deluxe services a little pricey but good. This time I went about an hour before closing. Felt a little rushed, but satisfied with the result. I would go back again, just earlier.

I visited this salon in November of 2019 for my birthday. I requested and received a mani-pedi and my partner did as well. The tech who did my pedicure was very friendly despite very limited English & a language barrier. The tech who did my manicure was not friendly. The quality of my pedicure was adequate. She was on the phone the entire time of doing the manicure. When I asked if she could trim my nails lower, she shortly replied, No. I was surprised. A few moments later, she added, I cannot because of your cuticle (explaining that she could not do so because she would damage my cuticle). Her body language was as though she was thoroughly annoyed. Before completing my mani, she asked if I would pay, which I am accustomed to and therefore was willing to do. However, being this was my 1st visit & I did not want my card to be taken away out of my sight to be swiped for payment, I asked if I could accompany her to the front desk while my payment was being made. Despite me asking repeatedly in a kind, respectful manner, she simply replied, No again, after each request. After several rounds of this, she finally agreed. I tipped well, mainly due to the service I received by my pedicurist, but will not return and will only be supporting Black-owned nail salons in the future where I will not be treated like a number. This tech also did not check in with me to ensure that my nails were dry despite being in a message chair on her phone. When I was ready to leave, I asked a male tech (simply because he was closer to me) if hed check to make sure my nails were dry. He impatiently told me to ask another tech. (To be fair, he was working on another pedicure). I tipped well, mainly due to the service I received by my pedicurist, but will not return and will only be supporting Black-owned nail salons in the future where I will not be treated like a number.

When I tell you I got an amazing pedicure and Ombre full set I speak nothing but facts. Great customer service and they did not rush through process at all. They werent very full so Im not sure of the normal wait but I only waited about 10 minutes. I will be back every other week no doubt.

I love Tina! Shes very friendly and down to earth, and she does a great job with nails. Shes the truth. Really dedicated to her job. I will be going back to her, once I come back to Atlanta Georgia.

So far I am rating them with a 1 because no one spoke when I walked in, the girl I had an appt with Snow left, and the parking sucks!I had a happy ending. One of the owners did my nails and another guy did my pedicure. They did a really good job. I will definitely return, but I would like to see them be a little more friendlier when customers walk in the door.

Very small and crowded, but clean. The technicians use a metal cheese grater to remove calluses. She had to look under the sink and behind the trash can to find one. O_o it was kind of disconcerting to see this after I had placed my feet in the water. I didnt see anyone disinfect or sterilize the water basins after someone finished a pedicure. I told my technician not to use it on me and had to insist. I wasnt asked about clipping my nails. She just did it anyway. I feel like I have no toenails now. My hometown nail techs are a lot cleaner and more friendly.

Ive only been in Atlanta for few months now, had different nail technicians up north, Minnesota, some better than others. I decided to stop at Natural Nails decided to give it a shot because since I’ve been in Atlanta, I’ve had nothing but the worst nail technicians who always do a “rush” job on my nails. My constant nail tech hopping scared me and I slowly lost faith to the point I didn’t want my nails done anymore, and Tina, nail fairy, refilled my nails and filed/shaped them to my liking I’m very particular and she did a wonderful job. I’m beyond happy with my nails and even happier I took a leap of faith and it worked out for the best! If you are somebody like me who keep bumping into techs who don’t care, and skeptical, however ready to just give it a shot again, go here and ask for Tina!!!! Thank you Tina.ROCKYYYYY

Been going here for about three years now every two weeks and the ladies are great. Some technicians are better than others, but they know what I like without me even having to say it.I even left a pair of my expensive shoes there for two weeks and they held on to them for me and gave them back. They are trustworthy and really do a great job!The services I get here are pedicure/gel manicure and eyebrow waxing.This is the ONLY place I go.

I just got my nails done here and i loveeee then so much. I wish i knew how to upload the pictures the guy took of my nails. I forgot his name but he did a BEAUTIFUL ombré set on my nails and it looks exactly like what i asked for. It’s very rare that i get EXACTLY what i ask for but i was very satisfied with the outcome. This was my second time coming here and i was pleased both times. I only come here when I’m in Atlanta and I live 2 hours away. Awesome place!

Maybe they have new owners? Service sucks now. Once I got there and saw the place was nearly empty I should have known. The guy who took care of me tried really hard, but he has no skills to take care of details. The SNS work was a disaster. Nails almost glued to my skin due to the excess, a bunch of red spots, hurted me a couple of time using the buffer. SNS is not cheap, don’t waste your money here. This place used to be great, but not anymore. A disappointment

I hate to leave bad reviews, but Im disappointed in this place considering I was sent here on a recommendation and the reviews looked good. I drove 30 mins to get here because the reviews were good and got here at 10am sharp when they opened since I needed to get in and out because I had some other things I needed to do this morning. The woman that was there greeted me and said they nail techs would be there soon and to pick a color. I did. And waited. At 1015 I asked her how much longer it would be and she said they were on their way. Finally at about 10:17, 2 other employees walked in. They proceeded to go in the laundry room and talk and one started to replenish items for pedicures it looked like. I still just sat there. Apparently none of the 3 people in the shop did nails. Finally, at 10:30 I told her I coudlnt wait much longer and needed to go. Without looking up from her phone, she just said ok. No apology or anything. If you open at 10am, you should be ready to conduct business at 10.

So disappointed!! Been coming here sense the door opened! Today, horrible service! I show up at 10:00 a.m. wanting a pedicure. Ok, so my girl was busy and they said to come back in an hour so I did. Sitting there waiting for 20 minuets only for them to inform me they have ran out of liners for the pedicure bowl and had to run out and purchase some... really?!?! 😡 No respect for my time!! Didn’t offer a discount or nothing! NO EXCUSES! You’re running a business... have inventory on hand! Needless to say love the girl, Cindy Ive used for 10 years but I won’t GO BACK! The new owners need to take ownership if they are going to own/run a business!!

I got to ATL late and I needed to get a pedi before my conference the following morning. I called 6 places. Soely in order of distance from me, but they replied right away got me in and LEGIT PUT ME TO SLEEP. I had a regular spa pedi, but I will tell you my technician took her time and I could tell. Its nothing like knowing someone is taking their time with you. I also got my fingers done even though it wasnt in my budget because they earned my business. Btw the lady with the bomb pedis and massage is Mary. She takes her time and its well worth it!!

The first time I went there they did an amazing job on my pedicure and fill in. Yesterday I went for another pedicure which was awesome but I tried the SNS. I stated I could ONLY use clear and asked if they had it.. I was told yes. She tried to use a tinted pick and it wasnt clear so she had to redo them. My nails look horrible they arent clear looks like crystals and dots. Wont be going back. I was charged for extra for her having to fix them. Now Im searching for another place to go today to get them redone. Wow waste of 47$

I have frequent a lot of local nail shops all over Atlanta but Ive never been to a nail shop as amazing as Natural Nail. The shop is very personal and the attention you receive is always consistent! Tina is the best nail technician by far!!!

First time going to this salon and it was wonderful. They weren’t very busy when i went around 3, so there was no wait. I got a full set and the man did an amazing job with the stiletto shape and polish. Im very indecisive when it comes to my color and took forever to choose one and even ended up changing it twice but he was very patient with me. Both of my parents got pedicures and enjoyed them. The only problem for me was the regular polish. There werent that many great options to choose from so i would recommend looking at the gel colors and just asking for regular if you dont want gel. But overall I would definitely recommend this salon.

I absolutely love Natural Nails!!. It has taken me a few years to find a great nail salon in my area. The nail tech here are very friendly and they don’t rush!....Sno is my fav!... I will contine to come as long as they are here!
