Absolutely and jaw-breakingly wonderful. Best nail salon experience I have ever had. The whole vibe there is great. These are skilled and talented people. I had not done SNS nails before and the owner explained it all to me and set me up for an appointment. The nail tech Kimmy took such good care of me, and wow, these nails are beautiful. They also told me if a nail breaks within 10 days, they fix it for free. WHAT??? But honestly I’m fairly confident that I won’t need it. I’m very impressed and will definitely be coming back.

They are professional and rarely speak in their language, which is good, because at other salons when they do, its rude! 😳 Ive finally found a professional nail salon! The shop was running late, they were unable to do my desired style (found on their IG) and even tried to tell me that they couldn’t extend a broken nail to match the length of the others. After telling Allen (who apparently is a co-owner) that I knew they could fix my nail since my friend recently had the same service, he finally did it with much attitude. He also cut my cuticle and caused me to bleed. He was extremely rude during the entire experience; I didn’t even let them do my pedicure I was booked for because I was so uncomfortable and unsatisfied.

Been going there for six years. The techs are all amazing. Never a bad experience. Good color selection. It is appointment based so you don’t ever have to wait.

I only went in for a gel nail polish removal (from a different salon). The man who helped me did an excellent job at even just removing old polish- it was very clear that this salon takes care of their customers and cares about the quality of their work.

Always love the way my nails come out! I’ve been going to the Nail Shak for 2 years now. I normally see Tiffany but since she’s stepped back from the salon I have been seeing Lihn and she does a great job! Since Covid-19 hot they’ve done an incredible job to make sure everything is clean and sanitized. I feel safe when I’m going to get pampered.

As most people do, I walked into this place one day only to learn it was appointment only. I immediately liked it for that reason. From then on I scheduled my appointments easily online, its very convenient. You can also schedule in person if thats your thing. I feel every person has their preference for people, Ive had great service from many of the technicians. Jade will not be here due to school but shes fantastic. Kimmie gives great service and really listens to your preferences. Linh is fantastic and does great work; shes able to do the more complex sns like ombre. I love the sense of commradary and family in this place. They also serve wine for those that enjoy it. You can tell that there are many regulars. They remember you. I come here with my daughter but also come alone(dont tell her). I love this place! Thank you all for your great work, it is certainly noticed and appreciated.

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! Ok- it was partly boosted by the fact this was my first mani-pedi since Covid, but also by the kindness of my nail technician-Alan. This salon is by appointment only. A fact, as someone new to area ,I was ignorant on-but absolutely worth the wait.

Nails always look perfect, Ive very particular about shape and polish application and she hits the mark every time!

I really really liked my gel manicure service. Kimi was fast and thorough and the result was great. Definitely recommend. This place is busy, so call before to schedule an appointment. The only suggestion I have is to get some fans around because the smell of resin from the sns and gel was extremely strong in the salon.

After some pretty awful experiences getting my nails done around town I decided to try out Nail Shack. It is now the ONLY nail salon I will go to in the city. I always have a great experience with the staff and love my nails. I also always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new nail salon.

So I went there,it was by appointment only,granted.i didnt know.He decided he had a spot for me and didnt even offer me a seat, and went on to say, wash ur hands,u cant touch anything in here. I have acrylic on my toes and he doesnt do acrylic services. But mind u they were people there doing acrylic nails. .glad i didnt give them my dollar.

Mediocre pedicure and manicure for price. I had an appointment for classic manicure, deluxe pedicure and a eyebrow wax ($49 w/o tip) and arrived on time. The lady did a really poor job my eyebrows 😰 Im not happy with my service and will find a different place.

I would really like to give this place a good rating-- but I cant because I have not even been able to go. Apparently, this shop is appointment only, which is great if your online booking system works.Attempted to make an appointment this morning, several times and each time the system said that they could not validate my card. Well, that is complete BS, definitely a system issue. I tried several times before calling the shop itself. Advised the gentleman who answered the phone that I was trying to make an appointment but their system is malfunctioning. He stated that he could not do anything about that because it is done through a third party, fair enough, definitely understandable.My problem comes when I tell him that I still need to make an appointment , but he does not help me. I understand that this is 2019 and the age of technology, but technology malfunctions sometimes, and when that happens there is a good old pen and paper that can keep you from losing business. I could even provide the card number over the phone if they are worried about serial appointment skippers.Unfortunately, for myself and them, I will never experience this shop based off of the lack of basic customer service skills. When a potential new customer is attempting to establish a business relationship and your system is not functioning as it should, you figure out how to retain that business. Period.

Great place get your nails done! They are constantly clean, sanitary and with their work!! Been going for 5 years now . And I do travel 30+ minutes one way to enjoy their experience!! I get sns . Lots of fun colors to choose from!! Thank you !!

I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had with Jay. I highly recommend this place if you live in the East atlanta area. First of all, the website has an online booking option which is amazing. Surprisingly, I don’t usually find online booking for salons even though it is 2019. When you book an appointment; they send you and email confirmation once it is confirmed at the salon. The day before your appointment, they text you to confirm your appointment again. If you book online, you must put in your debit card information to hold your spot. They have it so that if you are super late or completely miss you appointment, they will charge a fee. But this also comes in handy because when it is tome to pay, they already have your card on file. Jay was super nice, not too rough and very thorough. I don’t usually write reviews but I was compelled to after my excellent visit. I will be returning again!

Henry and Kevin did an amazing job. They were great with children but spa is not set up for children. Make sure you call and schedule an appointment. I would recommend their services.

I decided to Google and check out the reviews for the Nail Shack after calling the shop I’ve been going to for 10yrs to find out that they were closed for a week. Since Atlanta has reopened my nail shop haven’t been strong back in game and that doesn’t work for me. After reading the reviews I made an appt with Linh. OMG she is 🔥 as the kids say. I live in the area but never paid the ”Shack” any attention. Customer service was great, the atmosphere was pleasant/laid back and it’s 5min from where I live. I’m 95% sure I will be returning. Oh I tried foil for the first time and I love it and they have a wide variety of sns colors, way more than what my old shop produced, get it, my old shop 😉.

This is the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon.The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. If youre lucky you can walk-in; however its a great place so naturally they are busy often, so I recommend calling ahead. Ive already started a recurring appointment schedule. I love this place!

I always have great experiences in Nail Shack and leave in a great mood! A friend recommended I go there for SNS and see Tin, and I wish I would have started going sooner. The staff is hilarious and so down to earth- you definitely need to go here if you live in the area, just make an appointment first by calling them.

Its an ok spot, youll get what you pay for...been in twice for nails asked for one shape, got another...both times.The second trip there I wanted to see a different tech so through the online booking tool I requested someone else (the person I requested ended up being the owner, I had no idea). I get there and they ask me to switch techs and go to the same person I had before...who I did not want and they asked me right in front of him which was awkward!!! So I saw the same tech against my booking request and during my service the tech didnt file one hand, so I asked him to make sure he files it and instead of doing it; he argued with me about the fact that he did file, Im sitting right there and saw he didnt do it.Then as I sat there, I guess there was an issue with the fact that a possible customer that called in and requested the owner to do her nails, and the owner proceeded to go off about how thats not cool and she wont do it, and shed purposely mess it up if the client forced her to do it...carrying on and on and venting...not really my kinda environment.They do a decent job if you need to run in and get something done quickly bc youve had something pop up, location is pretty convenient to where I live but Ive found another place that works for me.

Small but mighty salon! I really appreciate the automated text appointment reminders and how uncluttered and tidy the shop is. No cheesy 1980s nail posters, no raggedy paper sign-in sheets, no TVs blaring mindless daytime shows when you’re trying to relax. In fact, on my 1st visit, the nail techs were having lively conversations with clients about the World Cup.For sure, book online or call ahead because walk-ins are hard to come by.True, it may be challenging to book an appointment because they stay busy, but it’s worth it. The staff is helpful, thorough and attentive. Thanks to Alan and CeeCee for making my appointment thoroughly enjoyable. I’ve found a new salon!

Best SNS in town, and the staff all play Pokemon Go! This salon is super chill and friendly. The clientele is really diverse, so no one will ask you uncomfortable questions about your hair color or tattoos. Theyre appointment based, but its really easy to book online through their website. Seriously, do your nails a favor and check this place out!

I will never be returning to the Nail Shack. My appointment today was the last time I will ever step foot in that shop. I had been going consistently every 3 weeks for the last 10 months for SNS. Every time I walk into the shop I am NEVER acknowledged. Ever. The owners (Allen and Tiffany) sit at the first table and normally greet people when they come in. Some customers they greet happily, and even by name! Others, including me, they dont say a word to. This inconsistency in unacceptable. I have done nothing to deserve this. This is particularly the case with Allen. He doesnt greet me or acknowledge me at all when I walk in the door. It is extremely rude for a paying customer to enter an establishment and not even acknowledge their presence. It shows me that I am not valued as their customer and therefore will be taking my business elsewhere.

It by appointment only and they promote healthy nails. Alan took my thin nails to a healthy place within 6 months. I only get SNS.

I am fortunate enough to have found a nail shop that I absolutely love! Tiffany and Alan have created a really welcoming atmosphere for their clients as well as the staff. Nail Shack has the best and biggest selection of SNS, so go with your mind made up or youll have a hard time picking a color. Do me a favor, make an appointment and be on time, because late people throw the rest of us off :) Im serious, make an appointment...the clients here are loyal and we make appointments, so to save yourself the disappointment, call ahead or go online and book an appointment. I love going to Nail Shack because they are appointment only and they take their time and they do excellent work on pedicures and manicures! I have been a customer for about 3years and havent had any problems.

I love coming to EAV nail shack! They have great service and a convenient parking lot. I personally go routinely to get their SNS manicure (dip powder system) - they do amazing work! I also love the vast array of colors to choose from, everything from glow in the dark to mood color changing to metallic! Ive even matched a color to my favorite red lipstick!

Easy to find location and incredibly professional. Love the option to book my appointment and technician online!! Love that they always have new colors and the latest techniques, but still give a good old school mani for when you just need neat nails and a good hand and arm massage. LOVE THAT THEY ARE TIMELY!! the time you book is when you get serviced!!

Went in to get a polish change and acrylic repair... Since it wasnt gel which is more expensive the technician stated she wasnt taking acrylic appointments at this time. The way she said it was extremely belittling. I really wish I wasnt so offended because I heard good things about their work but its obvious good work has overrides customer service.

I keep making the same mistake of coming back here... The energy in this place is so unwelcoming. Tiffany and her husband, Allen, are extremely unprofessional. They do not greet you when entering and they show favoritism towards their regular clients. Tiffany is a grotesque female that coughed in my face. Allen cut my cuticles on multiple occasions. The first time I gave him the benefit of doubt that it was an accident. You should be a professional, why are you cutting folks cuticles, Allen? If you don’t get SNS nails, this place is not for you. They “specialize” in SNS and any other nail service will not be offered. What salon doesn’t do acrylic? Small, unventilated, by appointment only, not worth the awkward visit.

I never get my nails done, but wanted them to look nice for Christmas. This was also my first time going to Nail Shack, but came on recommendations from friends. Great customer service, and I could tell there were a lot of regulars there. I had Kim, and during the drying process a few of my nails got a little smudged so she re-did them. This has happened at other salons and they do NOT fix it, they just send you right out the door. She wanted to make them look perfect and they do! I will definitely be back!

I have been coming to this establishment since its beginnings, and I have always enjoyed my manicures and pedicures, I try to go at least once per week, to do at least one or the other, and its a GREAT and FUN atmosphere to be in theres usually someone to visit and talk to and get to know…I am from The ((EAV)) and its always refreshing to me!! My favorite nail place; I’ve been going habitually for about 4-5yrs now. Tiffany or Alan, the owners, always do my SNS but everyone does awesome works. Everytime I’ve tried to let someone else do my SNS, I’ve been disappointed, never with Nail Shack. I hate to brag but I love my nail techs and my nail salon! Lol

After a hard long week I thought it would be nice to take a mini retreat to the Nail Shack Salon and Spa! I have enjoyed my last 3 experiences so today would be no different! WRONG! Today I had the not so pleasure of meeting the owner Tiffany who was extremely rude and unprofessional! They have several sns samples on display to choose from and I made my selection.. and when it was time to get my nails done I noticed the color was completely different then the model sample.. when brought to her attention she rudely disregarded that her samples were not correct and said she doesnt have time to go through them to make sure they match??? Seriously??? Im a paying customer if I ask for a specific color should I not get what I requested??? Apparently not in her eyes.. to say the least I highly encourage others to seek a better business to patron as she will ruin your experience!

Best SNS in Atlanta. I work in a restaurant for a living so Im handling lots of glass ceramic/hot plates all day. My nails grow out without the SNS cracking or breaking and its amazing! I have tired many other salons in the city before I went to Nail Shack and now will not get my nails done anywhere else.

Thinh is the best. He books up quick. This is the best place sns in Atlanta. I’ve gone to other places and have had horrible experiences with my nails chipping but not here. My nails are always in water and chemicals and the sns can handle it. Never going anywhere else.

Everyone at the Nail Shack provided excellent service. My experience was filled with laughter, talking, and street entertainment. The neighborhood is a great area, where you can get a drink or a slice of pizza while you wait on your nail service.

I was refused service without a logical explanation. Nail technicians are suppose to provide you with great hospitality and service not complain to their guest about WHY they cant do the job. Even if there was an issue with my nails, I came to have them REPAIRED. This was my first time EVER experiencing this refusal for service especially for something as simple as a polish change. I was actually RECOMMENDED to Nail Shack, hearing nothing but great things about the selection of colors and greetings. But frankly, my experience was NONE OF THE ABOVE! I felt rushed and singled out walking in then to not even get my nails repaired AT ALL. LOL! I was told to go back to the shop that did my nails before.. Unacceptable

Great little place in EAV. Make an afternoon of it and enjoy some food and the little shops while youre there. Ive gotten lucky and have been able to get in for a pedicure without an appointment but while sitting there Ive seen countless folks get turned away simply because they are packed and have appointments booked up. I will make an appt next time just to be safe.

Not interested in waiting 2 hours. I like weekdays. So I googled and found this place. Dropped in and was fortunate enough to get a seat right away. Apparently they are always very busy. I got Kevin and he was sensational. My nails look great and he was fast and he listened to what I wanted and delivered Oh and the color choices were terrific. Super happy and I’ll go back.

I got SNS with totally different color than I chose . The owner was on the phone the whole time she was working on my nails, no wonder I got the wrong color!!!!!

Alan was the one who did her nails that time :) 5Stars!Well on a last minute surprise trip to ATL I was stuck in the situation of needing to do my nails and she happened to have an appt with Tinh, so I accompanied her. Lets say I was squeezed into a cancellation and was lucky to have Alan do a Fabulous job on my coffin French manicure which I loved.I LOVED my experience there at Nail Shack just as much as my daughter (tho Im much more easy going than my daughter-she never knows what color she wants lol) and when Im in ATL again Ill be sure to make an appt cause the service was Super! In the meantime Ill continue to enjoy Cindy in NYC while my child gloats about her Nail Shack experience.I would definitely recommend others here, its worth the appt wait.
