Heres are the REAL reasons they deserve a 2:1. I have been going to this shop for at least four years off and on (mostly on). I loved this shop! I have, however, noticed a decline in their service and attitude towards the customers. And the quality of work is not the same. I know why the shop has declined in service and the attitudes have changed. But the same people you act up with are the same people who pay your bills. They, we, deserve better in places we spend our money.2. There are Masks Required signs all over the shop. I walk in and there are two technicians working on a customer not wearing a mask. Thats not safe for the technicians OR the other customers they serviced after them.3. I went in to get the SNS taken off and a manicure. The nail tech asked me why. I told her I was giving my hands a break, as I do occasionally. She didnt seem excited about that. Towards the end of nail take off and manicure, I noticed that she started sniffling. Like, for real sniffling. She had on a paper thin mask. Not good. I look over and her nail sanding tools were dirty. They werent clean at all. And the box looked as if she hadnt cleaned them in A WHILE. Yuck. She asks me about gel polish about three or four times after I already said no thank you. She was not happy about that decision either. After the nails are polished, I go to wash my hands. Theyre feeling a little like sandpaper. Im thinking its just some residual SNS, itll come off when I wash again and moisturize. That night when I got home and took a shower, my hands were PEELING. I tried to use a salt scrub to get them smooth. Nothing helped. I asked my nurse friend to look at my hands. She said it was a CHEMICAL BURN (yes, it itches)!!!!! Again Ive been going to this shop for YEARS. This has never happened. Im not saying she did it on purpose. I AM saying I dont believe in coincidences.4. I went to the shop less than 30 minutes after they opened. As I was getting my service, I noticed people who came in AFTER me were CLEANING the shop (vacuuming out drawers and stations, wiping table tops, etc). I had to wipe my own seat before I sat down. Nasty. The floor was still unclean.I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!!

This place told me that they could do my nails like a picture I showed them for my birthday the next day . In the ENTIRE PLACE there was only ONE PERSON who could do them and she was backed up because everyone else in the salon does very poor quality work and has bad customer service. After my nails were applied I was told the lady left for the day and they wanted to put clear polish and send me home with these LONG clear nails. The manager on duty decided to argue with me and insist I pay for these instead of trying to find one of the ten people here to fix it. & ALOT OF EMPLOYEES WERE THERE! When I told him I was not paying for this the tech grabbed my hand to try and clip my nails!! Then and I snatched it back and told him to call authorities! When they arrived they also agreed this looks CRAZY & the manager was forced to call the ONE GIRL to confirm me an appointment for the morning . The officer felt so bad for me he even went to buy me a card with chocolates to lighten the situation. They have a disgusting attitude & way of dealing with customers. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN HERE !!

This place just keeps disappointing. I’ve been here maybe 3 times to have my nails fixed because for whatever reason, they break a week or two into wear. I have NEVER been asked for a dime. But for someone reason IVONNE or whatever the lady at the fronts name is chose to charge me $10 to fix three nails. And didn’t even tell me until I was about to walk out the door. She said it’s only until 3 days that they can be fixed which I’m FINE with. But why am I just hearing about this now. Please learn some consistency when it comes to your customers.

THEY STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS! Read other reviews and see picture attached. I received a pedicure and gel polish on my hands and feet on 6/25. My total was $60 and with 20% tip, $72 total. After my transaction posted, my bank account showed $139.00 (not even doubled - just a random charge for way more)!!!!!!!! At first attempt to get my money back, they AGAIN charged my card for the $60 services and told me I would get a refund of the full $139 that night (this was on 6/29). We are now up to $199 total charge for a transaction that should only be $72. While at the salon, they pulled up my transaction on their computer. I tipped $12 but they put it in as a $79.00 tip!!!! I was also able to see other transactions (picture attached) and all of them had random tip amounts over 100% tip! Stealing aside, I know no one would tip over 100% at this salon. Every time I have gotten my nails done here they crack or break almost immediately. Needless to say, I went back up there FOUR-FIVE times after not receiving my refund when they said I would each time. After multiple visits to get my money back, I FINALLY received a refund almost A MONTH LATER (on 7/19). A lot of people don’t even have $200 to spare or to wait a month for. If I did not check my statement, I would have never known they stole almost $70 from me and I’m sure they do this to MULTIPLE people on a daily basis. I have gone to this salon for a few months now as I live walking distance. I have never been happy with their services and they CONSTANTLY upcharge/do not charge based off of their advertising in salon. I solely went here for CONVENIENCE and convenience only. I will never go back. I now drive 20 minutes away and LOVE my new place.

First time visiting. I did some research for nail salons near my hotel in Atlanta. This one was the closest. For as many reviews as they had, they were almost a 4 out of 5 stars. A little hard to find per being in an Uber. Its a large space and nice. We were greeted and asked what services we were seeking. Immediately went in and was seated at the appropriate stations. I got my first gel manicure and this was my second manicure ever. I deducted a star because my cuticle was cut. The lady put some solution, that stung, on it 4 times! Even the manager person came by on the second application because the nail tech said something. I should have asked for a discount but didnt. They are well priced too! When I got home I looked at the brochure for my usual spot and Nail Talks gel manicure is $20 cheaper!

I will try to add a picture on my desired look that I always get from Pinterest versus what they give me.Everything that I requested the nail technicians always give.( Lily,Jon,Emily,Don and etc) Everything from designs, to the way I need my foot to be polished plus exfoliated. theyre always professional, theyre clean, location is convenient and they always give advice during, before and after my service if needed. Example if you cant decide decide what color design or if you do not know how to maintain your nails in between time, they will advise you.They are pricey but the quality justifies the prices and they give you exactly what you want if you show a picture which is very rare. And if they cant do it they will tell you that before they continue the service. I love this place

I went to this location on 6/27/2021. I got the deluxe pedicure and a fill in/gel polish. I had two new people serving me! The service was horrible! Regardless of how bad the service was I still tipped them $5.00. My service came to 86.00 with the tip $91.00. I checked my statement later that evening to realize that the lady in the front apparently thought that my top wasn’t good enough and charged/stole an additional $12.00 from me!! This is totally unacceptable, not mention a CRIME!!! & I will be pressing charges!!!!!!

I was told to go see Khan, Mindy or Terry. None were available so I was placed with Savannah. She was funny and friendly and she did a fabulous job with my nails. I highly recommend her as well

The manager (the lady) she should go through professional training. The fact that she told me I had to wait almost an hr just to get a “French manicure” is ridiculous. She said no one is capable of doing designs except 2 people there which they both are busy. She stated she couldn’t do it because it was too hard, nevertheless she has done my nails before and I had designs. Sadly I will not be returning. I spend a lot of money every two weeks here. If want to be talked to and treated like a dog come here! Nothing like the nail talk in Buckhead or Marietta.

I had the spa organics pedicure which came with hot wax, leg and neck massage and wine..What I didnt expect was Savannah my tech who was an excellent communicator filled with tons of humor. It was just what I needed

I love the two man service we were finished within an hr . Most of all love ANNA she is my new nail tech for sure!

Terrible customer service. Tried to up sale every opportunity they could . Would have loved a more thorough pedicure but we were pressed for time.To make matter worse the job done wasn’t that great. The pedicure I had done myself looked better.My cousin also receive poor service. They didn’t even file her big toes or ask if she preferred them that way. I assumed this is because we would not choose more expensive services.I tipped according to the service. $5 on a $36 ticket was honestly more than they deserved but they (2 nail techs and a receptionist) had the nerve to shame the tip I left by yelling it out loud.I am speechless

I absolutely love going to this nail salon. I used to work at a property next door and decided to come here to get my nails and toes done during lunch. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, its clean, smells good, not too busy or crowded. They were able to do a fill in and a gel color change for my toes within an hour or less. Its now my go to spots.

Gel nails uneven and polish cheap and bubbling up not curing the gel properly. When you tell them you don’t like it they get rude and angry, DONT GO HERE. They up charge as they go and act as if they can’t speak English when there is an issue. If I could give no stars I would. They used to be great. But they are not clean nor safe during the pandemic.

So over priced for such a poor quality set of nails. I paid over 50$ for SHORT nails, and more often than not they are all uneven in length, crooked, and completely unacceptable. I have tried to give them of the benefit of the doubt, perhaps they were having a bad day, so I went back because of convenience and my nails looked more and more horrendous every time. not to mention I’ve been cut after explaining the filing was really hurting. she continued to apply the primer and acrylic over my bleeding cuticle. I have had to go home and just fix them myself because when I explain what I don’t like they act like I’m crazy. don’t waste your money, go anywhere but here. Went to salon on 4/13/21 and my service was pretty decent. 5 days later my sns broke off when I picked up a suitcase by the handle (middle finger nail, no force used to pickup or grab my handle). I went back to the on Monday 4/19/21 to get my nail replaced and left disappointed. When I first entered the techs kept saying I needed a fill in, even though I had just gotten my nails done less than a week before. The tech that replaced my nail used gel instead of sns to replace my nail. He never asked which type I had originally. I had tips on my original nails. The replacement nail is now longer, thicker and a different color than my original nail. To top off this poor experience, I was charged $5 to replace the nail, despite the quality of my nail and the service. This was very disappointing because the salons I normally go to give you 7 days to get your nail replaced, if needed. Later in the evening that day when I was at home, a different nail came off after picking up some laundry. Livid is an understatement. Ive had nails come off before, but never less than a week after getting them done. I am highly disappointed and do not recommend getting your nails done here.

I came in today and had to sit through two technicians, Mindy and Duy, talking about my friend that was with me. They did not know I understood Vietnamese and talked about my friend the entire time. It was disgusting and rude. They are seriously the most terrible people and if you must use this salon, do not use them. I never said anything to them as I did not want to hurt my friends feelings but I did tell the manager in Vietnamese what had happened. These two people should be fired.

WORST SALON AND EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER A FRIEND!!!! I went over a month ago and they were extremely rude and had terrible customer service. I stood at the front desk for about 20 minutes while the workers just kept staring at me. They finally acknowledged me and sat me in a pedicure chair to wait. I sat there so long that the water turned completely cold, so I got up and left. Well I went back to give them a second chance a few weeks ago (assumed they were just very busy the first time). They were once again VERY rude and the lady at the front even got an attitude with me about choosing a color. I get sat down at the pedicure chair and the guy giving me my pedicure was so rough I had to jerk my foot away and tell him to stop and that I no longer wanted the pedicure. Next, a lady comes over to give me my manicure. I was very specific with her and told her that I just wanted a gel fill in and a color change. I never mentioned that I wanted a cut down (my natural nails are already long I did not have acrylics- please see attached picture which was before I walked into this salon). The lady cut my nails completely down to the skin and instead of just giving me a fill in completely took all of the gel overlay off my nails which I did NOT ask for (please see attached photo). I asked her to just stop and I got up to leave. The salon manager still made me pay 35 even though I did not get a pedicure or a manicure!!!!! I am still in disbelief at what awful service I received. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!

My credit card information was stolen after getting unprofessional individual eyelashes she did not tape my bottom eye lid down so glue is on my bottom real lashes I have to pull bottom lashes out to remove glue very painful and I still tipped her 5 . Next day my card was charged at red fortune Japanese restaurant I know for a fact she stole my credit card information because she was very unprofessional and it seemed every staff was mad I notice when I walked in they all had mean looks on their face

Wait was super long even after waiting 15-20 min to get served. After I was seating, no one paid attention to me. Finally some one came and started cleaning my nails- but pretty harshly. Harsh enough that the skin around my ring finger peeled and bled which didn’t phase my nail artist. I asked if I could have a black polish with gold sparkles and I even laid out options that I thought would work well together. Despite this, he just looked in confusion as if I was crazy and said no. He pointed and sampled a gold sparkly polish that I ended up doing after giving up on my initial easy to accomplish vision of Black with gold. When the cleaning phase ended, he told me to get up and wash my hands but didn’t instruct me to where. When I came back with wet hands because I couldn’t find the towels, he seemed pretty annoyed. He went in painting my nails and did his job. Just wasn’t great. When he was done, he said “i like it!” and didn’t really ask if I thought it was ok. Immediately after he finished painted, he motioned me to head over to the counter. I hadn’t even dried my hands! Finally, he turned on the fans and let me dry, but I still felt super rushed. In all this havoc, some of my polish got chipped, but I didn’t want to bother to even tell him to fix it- he just wanted me to pay. At least he helped me get my credit card out of my wallet.

This was my first visit ever! First impression was really impressed! You get greeted promptly at the door and taken to get serviced right away! I enjoyed the ambiance and look of the salon. The staff was super nice, theyre great at their job and attentive to what I wanted. I will be coming back soon!

I come to this plaza a lot! Never stop at this nail salon because I have another one that i have been going to for years. They was close so I stop at this for a pedicure and eyebrow arch. My pedicure started off fine I got the sugar jelly pedicure. But my tech was rough, rushing, and kept snatching my meat off my toes causing me to bleed twice. I told her it was bleeding she replied no no it’s fine placed some type of liquid stuff on it and said it stop. She got to the other side and did the same thing. Days later my toes are still hurting. This is why I stick to what I know best. Instead of tying something new!

Could not be happier with how nice the staff is. I have been to plenty salons where they’re not friendly. Both the person doing my pedicure & SNS nails were great. Also the ambience is so nice! Plus the massage was amazing!

🤬Expensive and worst service ever they drilled my nail beds down to the meat they have no one in there who really does a good job and they keep switching your nail tech if you complain save your money if you care about your fingers being healthy!

This is my go to spot when its time for a pedicure. Quinn is the best. They even give you a glass of wine if want. Its super clean, the decor is beautiful, the thing I most love, is the safe sanitation protection methods they use. You will not be disappointed.

I have been here about 5 times (because its super convenient, and trying to figure out which nail tech is best) and have only been satisfied with my nails once. I feel like only about 3 people working there actually know what they are doing, the rest are just there to fill in when the others are busy. Pedicures are okay, but never getting my nails done there again.

First time review - salon is absolutely beautiful but service is not the best. Several others were offered drinks and wine - I asked for a glass but was never given one. I wanted a normal pedi but was unsold because a normal pedi here doesn’t include dead skin removal which seems to me like what I get at any other place? I also didn’t ask for gel and was charged for it anyway. I feel overcharged in general. For the price, it may not be worth it.

I came here to get a manicure and pedicure and they charge me and extra 20 dollars for gel when I didn’t ask for gel the clerk swiped my debit card without my permission very unprofessional I will never return here again and my pedicure was wrong I still had skin on the bottom of my feet I would not recommend coming back here again

I use to come here when I lived in Atlanta and would visit when I come back in town. I was a little sad to read the negative reviews but decided to give it a try again. I had a great experience! Emily did a good job on my nails and Rose did a great job on my feet. I was greeted warmly and customer service was awesome. I would highly recommend it.

Great location and good prices. They take the time to understand what you need. Several stations for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure and manicure last a long time even when they are busy. They do not rush you out of the door.

I am big on customer service and quality. The management in this salon has shown me poor customer service from the time that I entered the establishment. I can say the quality of work from Anna is great. If you don’t care about customer service, and quality is more important to you than this place is perfect.

Horrible location. Came in to get my toes and nails done I asked the guy of the final price or what I wanted done. He told me 46$ as I pay and tip after doing my nails they start on my feet and change the price and tell me $10 more dollars. I have been coming to this location for a while now and the same people have been here consistently there for they should know the prices before charging some one extra. These Koreans just want your money. Apparently doing nails for a living doesn’t suit their needs so they over charge people and don’t care how your nails look. Never coming back.

They did a rush job on my pedicure. I asked the woman to clean under and file my toenails right before she began to polish them (I was waiting to see if she was going to do it on her own) and she cut my big toe with a black nail file. Next, the manager did a mediocre paint job on my toes, she was content with leaving my toes with rippled and uneven polish but she did go back and fix them when I pointed it out to her.

I love this place! Every time I come, I am impressed with their work. (Emily is bomb!). There has been a time (Saturday morning at time of open) that I’ve had to wait because other staff had not arrived yet. For the quality and service, I didn’t even mind the wait.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I also hate having bad experiences and wasting my money! I came here on a Friday to get a fill in which was $35 off the bat, okay cool. When I showed Kenny a picture of my nails he said he could do it. All I wanted was a ombré with chrome which was an extra $10. I left there paying $45 just for a fill in. Once I got home the chrome color changed completely and I asked him before I left the nail salon would the color change and he said no. So on Monday I went back up there explaining my experience with Yvonne. Yes she did fix my nails for $20 though! Why on earth would I have to pay extra for one of the nail technicians giving me False information?? I did not expect to pay $65 ON MY BIRTHDAY for basic nails! I WILL NOT EVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE!!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

For this nail salon to be averagely upscale, the service sucks!!! They rush and speak very negatively about you under the impression that you dont know what theyre talking about, but I had on my translator as the man giving me a pedicure spoke of me horribly. They get upset if you request that they file better, or do your pedicure a certain way. I was soo displeased with their level of customer service. Oh and if you looking to be reimbursed, not even about to happen!!You want great service, and awesome work....go to nail trap in Decatur! They do a fabulous job!!!

Wasnt properly greeted, wasnt offered a drink although others around me were. Went in to get a nail fixed and a polish change. On the nail that needed to be replaced, the young lady put it on crooked and I tell her. Instead of her fixing it she just says how her nails grow crooked.Upside: very clean establishment and comfortable. May return honestly if someone else does my nails. Polish job was good and lasted

My service was great but they charged my friend for things she didn’t ask for such as gel for her toes .. the lady just asked her did she want that color but didn’t tell her that it was gel polish so she got charged more than she anticipating on paying! Very sneaky I won’t be back

I called to make a appointment for me and my daughter to get 2 new gel sets on a day they are open and the lady immediately said they was closed and hung up in my face without knowing if I was booking for that day or another. That is very unprofessional and very rude. I will be going somewhere else because I get my nails done every 2 weeks. I dont know what makes her think its ok to hang on someone but it goes to show how professional their business really is. I will not spend a cent there or ever recommend anyone to go there.

I forgot the guys name that did my nails but he did great! I usually wear my nails a couple weeks then bite them off because the sides start to lift. I have had these nails for at least a month and they are super secure, now im forced to actually go get a fill-in. He got the design I requested exactly how I wanted. He also shaped my nails perfectly. I usually have to tell the nail tech that the shape is either too square or too round but not this time. I went on a day when it was raining so that may have something to do with why there was no wait, but I was in and out really quick.

The salon is relaxing and clean. I like that they have disposable foot scrubs (pumice) because I do not like sharing my pumice. Ryan did my pedicure and I wasnt 100% satisfied so Ill try someone else next time.*****2/21/19******Went back to try them out and Kenny did an amazing job on my nails. Helen is absolutely AMAZING...I refuse to go to anyone else. Her pedicures are the best Ive ever had! Shes a perfectionist & knows how to alleviate body pain through your feet. Love her lol

My favorite place ever! I dont go to anyone else. Im always greeted with wine and if I need something repaired, I never have an issue getting it fixed at no charge. ASK FOR STEVEN! He cares about your nails and is my all time favorite. All my friends go to him now for nails and feet ....

The workers are very nice in there, but their work is terrible. I got a gel mani & pedi. My nails or toes didn’t stand a chance, they were chipping in 2 days. Never again

When I first walked into the establishment it took 7 minutes for a staff member to even acknowledge me. Then when someone finally came to the front desk, she had me sit in a salon chair for about 45 minutes before she then told me to move to another salon chair. When the nail tech finally started on my nails (2 hours after I had gotten there), she treated me as if she did not want to do my nails. The entire time she spoke in a different language to other staff members and ignored me. She was very rough with me and rushed through my nails. I will never return to this establishment.

I go to Emily for a gel manicure and recently got a pedicure with Kahn. These will be my go to nail techs for nails and toes - they both did a thorough and beautiful job. I was in and out in 40 minutes, with previous gel removal. The salon is clean and I got sat down right away with an appointment made same-day. The price is a bit more than I would usually pay - $30 gel mani and $25 pedi - but the service and experience is worth treating yourself.

The customer service went out of the door once I told her I wanted the regular pedicure. She didn’t do a complete pedicure and my feet look horrible. I tipped because “blacks don’t tip” but I’m not happy w/ my services and will not be going back.

Good pedicures I just wouldn’t recommend getting my nails done here. No chip last 5 days and they can’t polish . Full set nails always crooked I gave them another chance and even let them do my real nails but now my polish is off on 3 nails and it’s only been a week .

Service was good! The young man doing my pedicure needed more experience. He kept messing up the toe polish.

Went in for a pedicure and the water was dirty that they tried to have me put my feet in, which I asked them to more thoroughly clean it out. (I dont think they cleaned it from the last person.) The guy who did my pedicure BARELY spoke english and just over a whisper so it was very difficult to understand him. I told him a total of 3 times that I just wanted the Spa Pedicure to which he ignored and gave me the next level up Salt Scrub Pedicure without my consent. Charged me $5 to take off my previous nail polish (Which I had been there before and theyve never charged me for.) So going in I was expecting to pay $27 + $5 tip and ended up paying $44 for a very pathetic pedicure. its been 3 days and the nail polish is already coming up on the sides of some of my toes. I tried to argue the pricing and they refused to go down on the price and pretended to not understand me. I will NEVER come here again. This is the first time Ive ever felt obligated to write a bad review. DO NOT GO HERE.

I was concerned at first trying a new shop, but Im glad I did! Yesterday Steven did an amazing job on my nails and the whole gang was totally efficient and awesome! Plus my husband enjoyed his pedicure and didnt feel awkward about it (as most places tend to make the consumer a bit uncomfortable by being rude and overly critical in vietamese) but im sure Ill be back to visit. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience and I think people should really give this place a try.

They dont listen to what you want. The lady had asked if I wanted my toe nails clipped and I told her just trimmed. She ended up cutting them all the way down. 😔 Then they told me the price over the phone and it ended up being 14 over what they quoted me. They charge u $5 just to take off Gel polish! This is just crazy!!!! Then I was told my toes were dry. Got home and they were messed up! I will never return to this place again! Also while I visited I talked with another lady n she also had issues with the price and service.

Love love Love!!! After the absolute worst experience I called to see if they did the style I was asking for and yes they did exactly what I wanted on top of providing excellent customer service and a complimentary glass of wine. I will not go anywhere else.

On yesterday morning I came in and asked for a fill in. After my nails dried they bubbled up. I asked could it be fixed, they only added more top coat which made it worse. I called that evening from spoke with the manager.. She said it would be fixed today...When I came in the same guy said he would fix them.... INSTEAD OF HIM REMOVING THE OLD POLISH HE PAINTED OVER IT INSTEAD.. MAKING IT WORSE THAN BEFORE...The manner QUEN did it the correct way.. I am very pleased now

I want to blow them up with good reviews. But I cant. I have super thin nails, and they were filed too thin. Im in month 2, growing them back before I can even get a manicure.

I always go to this nail salon when Im in Atlanta. I havent been there in awhile, but they recently remodeled and it looks beautiful inside. Parking is easy. There is food nearby (Publix and wingstop) and they service is excellent.

This was one of my go to spot for getting my nails done but after my experience today I wont be coming back. When I walked in the Greeter greeted me and asked what service I wanted. I informed her that I wanted a pedicure and a fill-in with ombré polish. After seating me for my pedicure she proceeds to ask me again on two separate occasions to confirm how I wanted my nails. Each time I informed her I wanted the ombré.By the time the tech was finishing up my pedicure the nail lady comes over and starts on my nails. She gets halfway through my nails and is stopped by the greeter because apparently she did not know I wanted ombré. The nail tech also did not use the appropriate color acrylic powder for me to get what I wanted. So here I am, sitting there with my nails completely filled in with the regular acrylic and the first thing she says to me in English is its too late. Too Late? She then says to me well were going to have to start all over again. As if to say its an inconvenience.By this time Im already within hours of my next appointment so I did not have time to soak off a full set of nails. I informed them how upset I was with having to settle for something I truly did not want and how this service should be comp since I informed them on many occasions what I truly wanted and now did not have time to get that. I ended up having to settle for a basic gel color and I processed to check out.When I go to check out the greeter along with the nail tech insist on charging me full price. It wasnt until I explained to her how terrible their service was and how they have a lack of concern for their customers was she willing to comp my nails. I had to really speak my peace in order for them to be willing to slightly deduct my service. This is unfortunate because Ive frequent this business on many occasions and if they truly valued their patrons I would not have had to bring to her attention how they dropped the ball.These shops are quick in/out shops with little to no care for their patrons. Theyre only into pushing the units and making a dollar and not truly there for their customers. After I paid, the lady said next time they would do the ombré for me. BUT THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME!

WORST NAIL PLACE IN ATL!!!!Did a horrible job and didn’t even last a week and the cost is inflated. Beware!
