I took my 7 year old granddaughter as a special treat to have our nails done. It was a last minute appointment. Everyone was so kind! We had an opportunity to make a special memory together! Their services are outstanding! My technician not only gave me a beautiful pedicure but a wonderful leg massage as well! My granddaughter was truly treated as a little princess! We had so much fun! We even purchased her mom (my daughter-in-law) a gift certificate for her birthday before we left. Thank you Terry and your fellow technician for a wonderful experience for the 2 of us! We will be back!

Made an appointment for 2pm. I was shown to a chair quickly, however I was left in the chair alone for a while. I waited for 30 minutes and no services had been started. I ultimately left after 30 minutes to go get services elsewhere. The whole experience was disappointing and the staff was not friendly. The receptionist didn’t even make eye contact when I had tried to check in. Fortunately there are dozens of other local salons so I was able to go get services elsewhere.

Wyn is THE best! She always makes you feel like youre her only client (even though theres often times someone else waiting for her!), that your time is important, she never rushes through to get on to the next person and she takes pride in her work and it shows!

This is the best nail salon in Atlanta, hands down. The owner is amazing, and I haven’t been disappointed at any of the locations with my services. The only issue I’ve had is with appointments starting on time, but now that I text my amazing nail tech, Liz, directly, I don’t have a problem getting in right at my appointment time. Sometimes when I would call the receptionist, they would lose my appointment or double book, and I’d have to wait, but no more.The ambiance is the best. I love the decor and vibe of the place. It’s beautiful, and that’s really important to me when I’m getting a service where I want to relax. It’s super clean, and my nails always look amazing weeks after I have them done. I highly recommend SNS. It will last for weeks, and Liz is amazing at it. The pedicures are awesome, too, and there are tons of options for different manicures and pedicures.Also, I had my daughter’s 6th birthday there, and it was so fun, and the girls had an amazing time getting pampered! I highly recommend it for a birthday party for any age!

My nail tech is the best Ive been with her for a while now and Im not switching lol. The atmosphere is so elegant and peaceful, I love going there and relaxing. Last time I went I had someone other than my nail tech do my pedi and I may request her everytime simply because I genuinely enjoyed her massage.

Very clean, beautiful spot. The nail technicians did a great job. There are no massage chairs, but you won’t miss them!!

Sugarcoat Chastain did a wonderful job with my manicure and pedicure.I had made an appointment on a Saturday bc they get busy. Well i was right they were very busy which resulted in a bit of a wait for the pedicure to start. This is where the owner herself came over and gave me a few minutes foot massage and apologized for the wait. Very impressed in her and the teams attentiveness to the customers in the store that day.It’s super clean and the gel manicure seems to last ! Plus there is great local art on the wall to enjoy while you are getting your nails done.

I must give credit when it’s due! I stopped by to see Danny today at the Roswell Rd location. She is very thorough and detail oriented. I’m a very very picky client. And she rocked it...thank you Danny! Can’t wait to see you again for a manicure and pedicure.

I recently moved into the area and I tried Sugarcoat based on some reviews on Nextdoor. Everyone is friendly and professional. Its trendy and clean with great mani-pedi options at good prices. Being able to pay for services and tip with your card is very convenient. I would definitely recommend Sugarcoat

Not enough staff and horrible front desk service. I made an appointment for a Sunday afternoon after I initially went in as a walk-in on a prior day. Dont even consider this place, if you want your time VALUED! I came in for my appointment with minutes to spare and was told my manicurist was finishing up a client. After waiting 25 minutes, I left the foot apparatus and attempted to inquire why I am waiting for such a timely period when my appointment was made 2 weeks in advance...the front desk staff leaves much to be desired when it comes to customer service. They are full with only two customers in the shop. I drove 20 mins back and all they say is sorry. They clearly dont value customers or thier business at all. Will think THRICE before re-visiting this poorly inept franchise. I feel badly for the manicurist that I scheduled my appointment with because at the end of the day its her pay that suffers when a paying client leaves with POOR service.

Love this place. The owner and staff are really professional. My manicures and pedicures are great and last well over two weeks. Highly recommend.

Some excellent nail techs but also some moody teenagers who cant pain nails to save their lives. Only worth patronizing if you know who youre seeing.
