Taking accountability for not taking care of my nails, but I am disappointed that it wasn’t suggested to me to get a solid color instead of French. After realizing my pedicure would look like this and being somewhat dissatisfied, tech said I would have still had to pay $10 to get it changed. Not a bad place, just don’t expect them to care about your feelings as it seems as though they just care about money.

This Nails salon is the best Nail Salon ive ever been. It is very clean and nice. People are friendly, good customer services and they do great nails design and shape. I could give 6 starts if i can.

Theyre awesome. Always deliver exactly what I ask for. Needed a simple look for work. My nail tech was so detailed to get the tape to curve instead of a straight line across. This was my birthday gift to me and she made it perfect.

Ask for John he does the Beat pedicures and Lynn is the best for designs . I love getting my gel polish pedicures here. John is gentle and does a great job with my toe polish.

Long story short I got a poor job done and went back 6 days later. The lady was nice and insisted she’d fix what her coworker couldn’t do. I left with what i wanted. 5 stars for the two technicians that helped me.

I love my nails. It was a long wait. Kim did a great job. I got SNS with a design.

My nails were perfect but the pedicure….🤔 the bottom of my feet we’re feeling the same as it did when I came in. I received the $30 pedi, and I do this because I have tried paying for the deluxe and there isn’t a difference. Long story short, they can keep their pedicure. If I have to remove my own calluses before I go to them EVERYTIME what am I paying for???

The staff here are pleasant and friendly and they seem to be taking Covid safety seriously. They all work together well to provide a very pleasant experience. The pedicure is wonderful.

Just started going to this shop and my first two visits were great but now I’m starting to see the work quality really decline. I just got a pedi and fill in less than a week ago and the polish is coming off my toes and I have several nails with cracks in them. I had high hopes for this place but I’m really starting to think I may be looking for a new shop. I pay a good amount for service and tip, I would like for nails to last longer than a week. The staff is friendly and the shop is nice but with that quality work should also be on the list is pros. Very disappointed...

Some of my nails are pretty jacked up from acrylic nail damage a decade ago. This powdered layered polish was skillfully applied to make my nails look normal and beautiful.

The owner did my nails three times and each time it was worse than the last please dont go there

Last time i came here i was not impressed, however i contacted the manager and she was very kind and scheduled me an appointment to fix them! after the 2nd time i was very pleased, not only with the nails but how kind the manager was! i will definitely vist agian!

Took my girl to have her feet and hands done, was asked did I wanted to get my feet done and I agreed since other men was getting their feet done. It was amazing they put myfeets in this bag with some orange stuff and my feet came out soft as hell! Im going back lol a lik pricey but worth the money.

Probably one of the best nail salon Ive been to. They have good prices, and great service. Theyre super friendly, and they are careful with their clients and make sure that they provide the best care. Love them! Ive gotten acrylics a couple times from them and theyre always high quality and look good still after two weeks! I usually get manicures there and they always look so much better compared to any other salon ice been to.

The guys here did a really great job on my pedicure and manicure. Definitely check them out.

After my most recent visit to LV Nails I would never return. We were forced to pay for a service that was not properly performed and the owner sided with a staff member he knew was lying over his customers.I visited Friday night with my 16 y/o niece. She and I both asked for a pedicure and we were seated next to each other. Her technician did not give her a full pedicure, skipping a number of the steps listed in the description, such as the scrub, massage, and hot towel wrap. Her pedicure took half as long as mine.I did not speak up when I noticed the technician skimping on my nieces pedicure because I assumed they were giving her the childs pedicure. I was shocked when they tried to charge me for the full adult classic pedicure at checkout. I pointed out that she had not gotten the full pedicure and describe the steps that the technician skipped. The staff member working the register refused to take anything off and called the owner.He summoned the technician who did my nieces pedicure, and she insisted that she had completed all these steps. My niece and I were adamant that she had not done the scrub, massage, or hot towels. I told him that his technician was not telling the truth and she did not take these steps. She insisted she did. Then within seconds, she switched her story, and claimed that she could not take these steps because my niece was wearing jeans that came down to low. We showed that the jeans could have been pulled up very easily had she asked.She blatantly lied. At first she insisted she did it, and then she claimed she couldnt do it because of the jeans. Both of those stories could not be true. The owner did not care in the least that this was an obvious lie.Even faced with these two conflicting stories and even knowing that his technician was lying to him and lying to his customers, the owner still refused to charge anything less than the full amount for the incomplete pedicure.It is outrageous that the owner of this establishment sided with a staff member he knew was lying over a customer. I will never give another dollar of my business to a salon with such little integrity.

Had been here many times before, which was good up until the last visit which was subpar. The nail technician didnt do a good job for myself nor my mother-in-law whom I had brought along. The owner was less than accommodating when I requested my manicure be redone as he still charged me the full price and then some for extra work, I guess? Needless to say that was my last visit. Too many other nail salons in the area to receive that type of no customer service.

Like every nail shop everywhere, your happiness with the results of your visit depends on how busy they are when you get there, who you get to do your service, and that persons desire to do a good job while paying attention to what is important to you. I have been in this shop several times and it is usually busy, usually average in its service with usually a decent result. This visit was better than average but, as I said, your results will vary based on all the above.

I felt kind of rushed. Not sure who I had but I went in for a pedi/mani to relax for the day. I still had rough spots on my heel after everything dried up once I got home. I probably won’t go back again. 6/2020

Came back to take a star off and update my review. Be aware, they do double dip the wax. My mom and I came back for brows and we started itching almost immediately. I noticed it too late. I still stand by 5 stars for the pedicure though!!They are excellent! I needed a pedicure and didn’t know what time they closed and I walked in 5 mins before closing. I apologized and told them I would return the next day but a young man named Harry offered to take me anyway. He was amazing! He took his time and didn’t seem to rush even though I was the one who was an inconvenience. Everyone was so kind and patient. Hands down the best pedicure I ever had, Harry was the best!

I started going here a about 2 months ago because its close to my job. I can conveniently come here on my lunch break. I went today (Sunday, July 14) to get my brows done and a pedicure. They called me to the back to do my brows, then when I walked out the girl who did my brows just left me standing there as she walked back over to continue to do someone elses pedicure. Then one of the guys came to me and told me I could go back up front. Then another lady walked in and asked for a pedicure. The same guy who told me to go sit up front nicely told the lady to come on back and he proceeded to do her pedicure. Remind you I was there first. I nicely paid for my brows and told them that it wasnt right to let someone come and get in front of me and only thing the lady said was oh sorry. Well I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Im very big on customer service.

Not very friendly. They used old nail polish on my nails that kept smudging 2hours after I left. I have to come back for them to redo it. It was only about 4 days later before one of my nails started to lift again.Update: I guess it’s time for part 2 of my review. I stopped coming here for nails but they did so well on my brows last time I came back for just that. When I got there at was maybe an hour close, and not full. I showed the lady a picture of MYSELF how I wanted my brows to look and she said “she couldn’t do it like the picture cause my brows aren’t the same as “the girl in the picture” even tho it was me. My brows are uneven, too thin, and they rushed on both my and my sister doing them. Where last time it took about 5 mins, this time it took less than 2. Never Again !

UPDATE: although we got off to a rocky start 2 years ago, since I have fallen in love with this spot. Amazing addition to the neighborhood. And very welcoming to the everyday guy who also likes to treat himself to a little self-care. I would recommend them over any nail spa in the city. Friendly staff, and extremely CLEAN facilities.*******££Extremely RUDE to male customers. I walked and there were 4 ladies in the pedicure chairs with 2-3 workers working on their hands/feet. A worker looked up at me and said 20minutes. Excuse me ? You have 10 workers here working on 4 customers. When I do that math , there is no wait. Horrible treatment to be a neighborhood spot. I’d hate to believe that it was because I was male and African American. But I’ve lived in Glenwood and grant park before it was a trend or this trash box was even erected. Good luck

Went to LV today to get my nails done and I hated it. My nails are very thick. I asked for a coffin shape and it looks nothing like coffin shape. I even tried correcting the nail tech to fix it. I will never go back again to get my nails done. I will be going to a different salon to get my nails re-done tomorrow.

I’ve had to come back to the shop two days straight for poor service. Neither time did I see them sanitize this place not once! I will not return to this place!

Best mani and pedi ever!! Im over 7 months pregnant suffering from pretty bad edema but after the Royal pedi my legs and feet looked normal again. They also felt amazing. I went two days without swelling. Highly, highly recommend this location.

First time and Ill return. Got a gel manicure and pedicure with charcoal detox for $80. Both of the ladies were very nice and had no problem changing my nail color since I didnt like it.

Horrible service and extremely disappointing. The technician didnt follow the steps on the service I paid for. She skipped the massage by polishing my nails first. I have never had a pedicure where they polish your feet first and then do the massage. I would have been okay it had I not shelled out the extra money. She was also very distracted being chatty with the other employees and not paying attention to where she was using the hot stones and causing pain. I did talk to the manager about it, but he really didnt care either he seemed more annoyed that I interrupted his video game playing on his iPhone.

This place is clean, has short wait times and excellent quality work for the price. My SNS nails can lasts about 4 weeks with no cracks or lifting. The pedicure technicians are young are detailed and meticulous. I love this place...I would never go anywhere else.

They do a great job. The salon is very clean and the staff is helpful and busy making sure you are not there for too long. They do Gel, SNS, and all your regular mail treatments! My SNS set has lasted me longer than any other salon.

Got a really nice pedicure for $35. Got lots of dead skin off. I think I had the deluxe. They have a really nice assortment of products that u can have used for various things like dryness, fatigue, calming, invigorating, etc.

They were very busy which I understand but they left me sitting with my feet in the water for so long that they were getting wrinkled. Then the nail tech cut each side of my big toe nail with the cuticle clipper and ripped it up along side of my nail so now it’s painful to walk and my toe is oozing on one side.

Nail tech smelled liked smoke. I could tell he just took a smoke break. Not pleasant at all. And my gel nail chipped with 3 days.

I love this shop! Everyone is friendly, the shop is clean, the prices are reasonable, and they do a great job. I recently moved here from Chicago and tried 3 different nail shops before I finally found this one...Ive found my home!

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming for years and have had nothing but great experiences.

I went to LV after having a really expensive and damaging visit to another local nail shop the day before. The staff at LV were incredibly attentive and concerned about repairing the damage done to my nails to the best of their abilities. Luckily for me they were super capable and I left looking like nothing had ever happened and my nails felt amazingly healthy weeks later. I dont think this would have been the case had I not found them. Special thanks to Jennifer :) They really saved the day and I will continue to go here from now on. Extra points for having a very clean space with lots of natural light!

Had a manicure and pedicure for myself and daughter on Wednesday, August 14th. On Friday our polish started popping off already. By Monday my nails are a mess.

This is the only nail salon I’ll go to in Atlanta. It’s close to home and they consistently do an amazing job. I’ve never had a bad service and they last for a long time. King is the only one I trust with my gel mani. Highly reccommend this salon and the very kind staff.

In my opinion their nail technique is not the best. My nails were rather thick.. I didnt hate it but I have had better... my pedicure was ok.

Have been here several times and brought other customers with me but wont be going back. I had SNS done on July 18th but nails started cracking 9 days later. Went back today and showed the owner the results of a bad SNS application. Not understanding he offered to redo but that I was being charged again. Had I understood that this was another paying service, I would have gone elsewhere.

Have been here several times, bringing other customers with me but after the last SNS service on July 18th, which was subpar and started cracking in 9 days, I wont be returning; not so much because of that service but the fact the owner did not understand my point was to have them redone, adequately not to be charged another full service fee to make up for the unacceptable result after only 9 days at which I returned to the salon on day 14. Ive never had an SNS service only last 14 days. He failed miserably at Customer Service. #1 Nails around the corner, Tony, is much better with customer service.

They do good work, but had to stop going there. Getting my nails done is my me time to relax and get pampered. Kinda hard to do that when you know your being talked about by catty women in a language u dont understand. Had to take my money somewhere else, glad i did because i found a faboulous salon close to my job with staff that are welcoming and do great work!

Came in for a fill in, reshape, gel mani and a regular pedi. My pedi was fine.. I was a little unnerved when the lady pulled out that cheese grader for my feet(no one has ever used it on my before). Overall not the issue. My mani went as expected until I looked at my nails as the guy was applying my gel onto a very thick nail that was not shaped to look natural.. but my biggest issue is that a couple of my fingers are red, sensitive and itchy around the cuticle. I dont know what this could be from as it started feeling like this a couple of hours after I left. Im thinking I got some kind of infection. Personally will not be going back.

I was super satisfied when leaving the nail shop they were friendly not too long of a wait. One week later my entire right hand every nail was lifting paid 45 dollars for a full set with gel. Very disappointed

I was satsfied with service in general but did not did not like the fact that the the technicians were laughing and talking about people. They may think because we dont understand their language, dont mean we stupid either. If we stop patronizing them maybe they will stop the BS.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. WORST manicure ever. The nail polish was uneven, my cuticles were left raggedy, and the guy doing my nails was super rude and rushed. If I could upload pictures I would.

I stopped by glennwood lv nails RIGHT after receiving a terrible gel manicure at a shop right up the street. i was hesitant to do so, but i showed the friendly folks my nails and they happily fixed my manicure; it looks worlds better. i highly recommend! very kind staff and very intentional about their work. this is the place to go if youre looking for a perfect manicure.

Sloppy work. they make their acrylic nails too bulky. my nail polish is chipping after only one day. i told them to make my nails long and they made them short. i hate this place with a passion. never again will i go there.

Nail tech made me bleed on TWO fingers. This was my first time going and my last. My manicure looks very unprofessional, and I think that was the most painful experiences Ive had in a nail salon to date. I also asked for a pedicure and that was OK, but the older woman who did my manicure kept trying to put cotton on my fingers where she had cut them and ended up using super glue to make it stop. It looks awful, and I would recommend going somewhere else.

I walked in on my graduation day to get a VERY generic pink nail fixed and I was turned away at the door. The guy literally never even looked at my nail to see the color and automatically said they didnt have the color and I should leave. Worst place EVER!

I have been there 3 times; the first the younger guy put one of my nails crooked, the second time the older guy made cuts on the flesh around my nails and the third time one of the ladies made a homp of one of my nails. So I guess is a work in progress?

Highly irritated with this place. I came in for a mani and pedi. All of the techs were busy but one woman started on my pedi right away. Fifteen minutes later, two other women walked in and wanted a mani. When the techs were done working on the previous customers they started on the new people. I had to wait until the girl doing my pedi completely finished and then started my mani. On top of that she rushed thru my pedi! Horrible service! I will not be back!

Just left after getting a TWO HOUR service. Went in to get my SNS from another nail salon that I love taken off and a simple no polish manicure to clean them up. (LV is closer, and it seemed like a pretty in and out service.) The guy was super cocky and didn’t know what he was doing. Half of my nails still have bits of SNS on them, and we ended up having to cut all my natural nail off Bc he was so rough with the buffer that he was splitting them. He also left all the exfoliator on my arms?? Then put lotion over it? Then left my arms wet? What??? I literally had to ask for a towel to dry them off and ended up washing off all the lotion he massaged my hands with bc there was still sticky exfoliator mixed in. Oh and- when he polished what was left of my nails, he only polished them in middle and left a pink buffing polish all in my cuticles and nail beds. But after two hours on a simple task I did not want him to fix it and needed to leave. I paid in a huff, walked out, and immediately realized I shouldn’t have paid at all. Called and asked for a refund and was told no, I needed to come back in. Sorry, but no- I will NEVER come back in. I will go to my awesome nail salon from now on in Inman Park. Way less convenient in distance, but at least I know they won’t ruin my nails.

Clean space and decent color selection, but gel manicure is $37 and performed by odd, somewhat inexperienced staff. Convenient if youre hitting Kroger but there are other options that arent as expensive.
