This place was recommended by a friend. Really enjoyed the ambiance however it was a bit crowded giving the pandemic. They did a decent job with social distancing but the later it got the more packed it became. There was also a lot of kids there. The service though was very good! I did the VIP pedicure with the hot stone and wax and it was very good! They took their time and was very diligent. The prices are pretty steep but for a treat it was good!

John always does a great job on my nails. Hes very busy so I always make an appointment. I drive all the way from Duluth and its well worth it .

Líen and Nikki are great! Líen is really gentle with the hands and cares about the health of your natural nails, she is super sweet too! It was raining when I arrived and I saw Nikki walking a customer to their car with an umbrella. They really love their customers here.

Got a VIP pedicure for $60 and it was totally not worth it ! They were rushing and did not take care of my feet properly for the price and they were very slow! Should of went to my usual place.

Get John to do your nails, but make an appointment with him if you can cause he is always busy.Lisa or Kimchi on your feet and Lisa is quick with your eyebrows. This is my go to spot. Everyone is great, but the ones I mentioned above are awesome.

Nice shop pretty speedy service with lots of stations. Lots of options of pedicures ranging from regular to massages it hot rocks. Also lots of nail options but I dont do acrylics. They do a nice job with eye brow waxes too. They are cleaning between customers and seating at every oter seat

My jelly pedicure was amazing, my hubby got his feet done, but the employee cut the s%&$ out of his toe while shaving dead skin. Which is terrible..could have gotten an infection and all smh. Other than that part I enjoyed my time I didnt have any issues 💯

I love VIP nails. The first time I went I was helped by Nancy. She was very sweet and did a great job. I went back again but she was on vacation so another lady helped me. The lady was on FaceTime the whole time but wanted a tip. Nails turn out nice both time but the five stars is for Nancy. Nancy did the blue nails and the other lady did the yellow ones.

Me and my hubby went here for my anniversary. We got jelly pedicures mine was good, but my hubby had a bad experience. While the employee was getting dead skin of his feet she made a large gash on his toe and drew ALOT of blood. Never again will this be a option for us

The lady who did my pedicure was great, but my full set is TERRIBLE! Its uneven and bumpy. I kept telling the lady things that needed to be fixed and she created new issues. I spent 105 for a pedicure and full set and the full set wasnt worth it.

I’ve been here numerous times, the owner is super pleasant and friendly, calling everyone baby. It’s cute.I’ve never had any issues. I did see they were taking extra cleaning measures for the pedicure spa but the tech that did my nails did not clean the station before I sat down. Her station was a little messy and pieces of nails from prior clients were still present. I only went in for a powder dip. She did pretty well but the shape is off on 3 of my nails.I’m not happy with the sanitary actions of the tech but I enjoy going to the location. I also called to let the owner know of my experience.

The person who receives clients is friendly enough but the overall service is lacking. The salon was not very clean (there were nails and other debris on the floor) and very little social distancing or sanitizing between clients. The towels they use were filthy, and need to be replaced. While getting my pedicure, scant regard was given to my foot as if I was being done a favour. Also, lack of details in the work done to my and nieces toes (slanted nails, etc.). Not a place I would recommend.

Came in asked for a manicure was told to have a seat someone would be with me in 5 minutes and five minutes never came I set for over 30 minutes and still no service not to mention people came in after me and was serviced right away

Not clean or sanitary. I only got a simple pedicure and manicure with gel polish and the lady rushed through the process using dirty towels, she didn’t do a good job on the polish at all, very uneven and only a few days after being done the polish is chipping off. Terrible. I will NOT go back. Nor do I recommend it to anyone else.

Ive been looking for a new nail shop since I relocated to college park. Sam did my nails exactly the way I envisioned. The pedicure and massage chairs were amazing. Ill definitely be back again.

Not a regular there but thought I would just run by for a fill in,since I wasnt goin to make it to Lush nail.The service couldve been great if the older short guy couldve just used more POLISH,my nails still kinda cute just thin Gel polish an lumps an u can see it.an it happens to be my thumb nails,an TIPS are offered an shldnt be begged for,an plus my fill in was 35 prices not too good.👎

Michael has made my entire experience there go down the drain...after the nail tech did my nails incorrectly it led to my nails breaking Ive been back three times in one week and spent over $160 on just my nails Im very disappointed. They care more about the dollar then they do for the customer and their happiness. I still had to file the nails into the right shape after all was said and done

They are the ONLY place I trust fully to do my pedicures. They always come out amazing and their gel quality is superb as it never comes off or chips.

The nail tech did a good job on my SNS nails but 1 week into my manicure they cracked and broke. They use very cheap product and charge you an arm an a leg to apply it. I paid $70 for SNS manicure and gel polish on my toes. I’ve been getting SNS for years and never had my nails crack and lose the shine in less than a week. I’m extremely dissatisfied and I will never go here again.

I really have started enjoying coming in here to get my nails done. The lady that runs the front desk and walks around talking to everybody makes you feel like you’re not just a number.The nail quality is not necessarily the best, but I come in here for the friendliness. Michael did my gel toes and nails today. His key phrase was “whatever you want” which was nice. Not the perfect job but whatever.2019Every time I go here (why is there more than one) its some bs. Jenny let me ask her for some wine 5 times and had the nerve to bring my a SHOT. Bye. 🙄

First and foremost this is not my regular nail salon but I went out on a limb, me and my boyfriend walked in and a nail tech was cashing out a customer but never spoke. I then proceeded to say hello and was still ignored.After finishing with the other customer she just walked off without saying anything. I immediately wait a few minutes just to see if someone else would say someone will be with us in a moment,but no nothing. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY IN AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT CANT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE A CUSTOMER!! YOUR SERVICE SUCKS AND YOUR BUSINESS WILL NOT PROSPER LIKE THIS..

First time going here. I dont live near here but was on this side of town meeting with a client and decided to stop by to get a pedicure. It took 30 minutes before I got to a chair. The lady did a great job on my pedicure but she did a horrible job on polishing my toes 😡. I canceled the manicure. With the $3 tip, I was charged $43 and my receipt says $43. However, the pending charge is for $51? I called back but they keep hanging up when I ask about the extra amount that isnt reflected on my receipt.Also, the place isnt clean. Floors extremely dirty and small roaches crawling around.

Great job, this place was recommended by the female security guard from goodwill. She was definitely on point. She steered me from one shop and highly recommended this one. It was well worth it. I was greeted at the door with a smile and the technician did an excellent job and offered a beverage.

When I came in the women at the front desk was very sweet and professional and sat me down at number 21 With a male tech when I sat down he asked me what shape before glueing the nails on my nails I told him I wanted the coffin shape. While doing my nails I noticed he did a squared shape so then I asked him why did he do a squared shape he said because, I got my nails filed down too short. Then I asked if I got them to short to do the shape why didn’t you tell me before cutting them? He argued with me that I never told him a shape. (I clearly told him the shape throughout the process because, he glued a stiletto shape nail on my nails) I then just told him to cut them all the way short because, Squared is not my shape of preference. He did a very poor job and they charged me $40. When I asked to get them fixed he had a attitude. Even the women at the front desk noticed and shook her head.

I got a full set of ombré French and I asked for 2 nails on each hand to have deep cut smile French. The apex is flat on all of my nails, there is a very noticeable downward dip from one color to the next and the white ends are super thin!!! Then they charged me $70 for them! Bad pricing, bad service. He kept over wetting the brush causing the acrylic to be super thin and run off my nails.

Since the reopening this place has gone completely down, VERY unprofessional, their work is horrible. I came in for a fill-in stayed 4 hours only to have to come back the next day for them redo my complete set over. They tried to make me pay $75 on top of $40 $35 for the pedicure. The prices are most definitely not worth the service, save yourself the trouble & go somewhere else. It sad because I only like one nail tech here but she’s always booked.

I’ve been going to VIP since I moved to Atlanta from New York and I refuse to go anywhere else the manager is an absolute doll!! They serve drinks and champagne, they can basically do anything you ask for. The young girls in there are super talented if you like all the extra stuff like me ☺️I highly recommend them!!

I stick with John and Wendy. And Nicki makes the atmosphere a delight

This has been my go to piece of peace for a long time. Even with new ownership the techs and hostess remain phenomenal! Danny rocks, kiki is the bomb, and everyone else is great.

Bad service my nails look like I got them done by a child there are very rude. Prices are to high service is terrible my nails are to thick, uneven and not even on my nails right also two days late the polish is coming off. Gel nalis thats what I got.

Appearance of the salon is great. Have given this salon a few tries over the years as Ive not had any issues. But this last experience a few weeks ago ruined that.The nail techs do not want to work with you if you are specific on what you want. They will start your nails and if you ask questions or give a request about how you want them, they will stop and send you to another tech or say that someone else can do your nails better and not to do your nails overall. After this happened on 3 occasions, I decided to mention this to the owner, she talks to you in a form that can be taken as disrespectful.Once I got with my nail tech, she informed me that they didnt want to work with me because they said I was difficult because I asked for my nails to be shaped a certain way.Its almost like they have an attitude like you have to take how your nails are done and dont ask for anything specific. I have heard that they can be rude when going there, however, I had never had such an experience as I did this last time.There are too many nail salons in Atlanta to be treated this way, Ill spend my money elsewhere.

I LOVE this place. Mimi is great! The acrylics are not too thick and she is very talented. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did not have the specific jewels that I requested, which is why I am giving them four stars. If they could bring chrome theyd be perfect. Reasonably priced and clean.

They have good service but it cost me 145.00 to get nails & toes & lashes done which was fine considering how long my nails were plus the acrylic fill. Went there today got the same done but nails are short as hell & natural no acrylic & got charged the same amount 145.00. Disappointed in that! I normally tip 10 to 20$ each person but not today & I wont be going back!

This is by far the best nail salon Ive ever been to. The staff was very attentive to me, I went on my lunch break and they did everything to make sure they got me back to work on time. I got my nails and toes done in 1 hr they did an EXCELLENT job with my nails. I had a bruise on my big toe so bad that my whole toe nail came off and they fixed the new nail that grew in and made my whole toe look absolutely brand new. The lady massaged my feet until the other lady finished my nails even though she had finished my toes. I am absolutely impressed with this company I wont be going anywhere else.

I have 2 reasons why I gave this place 1 star. The first is the ridiculous pricing that they don’t even breakbown for you. They don’t have their prices listed anywhere or even a brochure and when you ask for an explanation the owner just grabs someone that speaks minimal English, a note pad, and a calculator. She gave me $5 back because she couldn’t explain why my nails were so expensive. Thanks, I guess. The second is the lack of experience. The male nail tech didn’t remove any extra acrylic from under my nails and the women scrapped the skin off two knuckles while doing my toes. At least the music and massage chairs were nice.
