Today was my first day there and it’s already become my favorite place to go get my nails done, Susan is great she’s so kind and attentive to the necessities of the clients, I got there with two broken nails and she took the initiative to fix them and make them look like the rest, and finally she did a beautiful design on one of my nails also by her own initiative. While I was there other clients got there and she made me feel so good seeing how she treated them with such familiarity, if you haven’t come here yet you need to come here 100% would recommend. I love my nails. Thank you!

Out of all the nail salons I’ve tried in this area, this is my favorite. The nail techs always do a superb job on my SNS manicures, the wait time is short, the salon is very clean and relaxing! I come here every time!

I’ve never felt so disrespected and offended in my life. I had been going here for some time now and I went today for honestly I received the worst service possible. I had square shape nails and and asked the owner(guy) if he could do coffin and he stated he could. He did my nails and when he was done my nails looked horrible different shapes and nothing like coffin when I told him what was wrong with my nails he gave me an attitude and said that’s it was just me then went on and said my finger nails were uneven not his work. I told him to please correct it he got super upset pulled my hand and said and I quote “ you’re making me waste my time here” I was so upset he was mumbling under his breath that it was all me and his work was perfect and if I didn’t like it then not to get my nails done with him and don’t go there, I got really upset and told him he could just charge me and I would do to another’s nail salon to get my nails fixed he stated he didn’t care and continued saying disrespectful things. As I got up and washed my hands before laying his wife ran up to me and kept insisting she fix my nails I kept saying no but she dragged me to her chair. She started “fixing” my nails and she even stated that they were messed up and different shapes. She stated ans made them longer bulkier and square nothing compared to the coffin shape I had originally asked. She painted then and honestly I was not satisfied. It was horrible, there was a lot of extra powder under my nails, uneven shapes but I paid. Not because I had to but because I’m not that type of person. This was the worst experience ever mind you I’ve known them for years. But how dare you yell at a customer and say they are wasting your time. I’m paying you for something and I would like for it to be good.

Quantity over quality here! I’ve been getting my nails done for awhile now not specifically with them but I’ve been getting them done for 10 years now and have done them on my own but never once have I hated a nail salon as much as this one. The nail technician never once pushed my cuticle to expose the new nail growth, never got rid of any dead cuticle, and just put on the nail on top just like that and started getting to work. My nails feel so weird, the polish is very uneven on all my nails and they already started to chip which shouldn’t happen since I got gel and it’s only been a few days. Never said anything because I knew I was just going to go to another nail salon but never thought I would hate a nail salon this much before. A coworker of mine who does her nails often also said she did not like them and commented on how totally wrong they did it because it was noticeable she said.

Quantity over quality. They want to get it down quickly and poorly. Nails are average and although, they are very nice, the service is not up tomorrow. they are always on rush and my last visit, they took a piece of my eyebrow out. Not coming back, thanks for screwing up my face.

This is my all time favorite nail salon. I have been going here for over 10 years now. The service is professional, clean, and well done. This is the only place that I can get gel manicures and they last over 4 weeks with no chipping. It is wonderful!

Ladies, drop where you usually go to salon! Here is a place that gives reasonable prices and does a wonderful set. Great location as well! Dont forget about the decor in this place, brings in a lot of light makes it feel really relaxing as they are doing massages. Makes you feel as if your on a beach! I left with pretty nails so thats a plus!

Wow! The owner and staffs of Nail Season were very amazing today. They greeted me at door with a friendly smile. I had Gel Manicure and it came out perfect just as i expected. The lady helped me pick the color and did my nails exactly the way i wanted. Price was inexpensive. Keep up the good work.

I dont get my nails done often, but when I do, I am a perfectionists about it. Andy did a wonderful job on my acrylics. I cant find a single flaw. The young lady that did my pedicure was also great--very thorough and had a gentle yet effective touch. Every one on staff was friendly and welcoming, and I never got the feeling that they were talking about clients in their native tongue. The prices are very reasonable as well for the quality of work. I will definitely be back.

Went in to get my manicure done and was the best decision Ive made in a long time! This place is very clean from what I can see. The techs working here are also friendly and sociable. Not a single tech was rude to a customer. Also, didnt had to wait long in the waiting area. Even though I didnt had a appointment and it was really pack. The nail working on my nails did a wonderful job of removing the cuticles without causing me to bleed once! Very skillful lady. She did everything wonderfully after she was done! My nails look absolutely beautiful! Definitely coming back here again for sure!

I really wanted this to be my new go-to nail salon. I went here based off of reviews. The service was great. I became a little concerned when they couldnt find the same color of my gel manicure for my pedicure, but my technician was dedicated to helping me find something close. All was well until a few days later when my gel manicured seemed slightly off colored, as if it didnt harden right. No problem, since you couldnt tell unless you really looked at it. What prompted me to leave a two star review (service was good so I didnt give a one star) was that four of my nails have started to chip/peel. Granted its been about 3 weeks, but gels shouldnt do that and Ive never had a gel set do this before. Unfortunately, I wont be going back.

The staff is rude and will talk bad about their clientele infront of you. Today was my first time at this nail salon and they charged me $35.00 for a white tip set...! I went on their website to check the listing price since there is NO pricing signs anywhere in the salon. The lady that took care of me said “What the website says doesn’t matter because it is old, she literally says it’s 20 years old.” Beware. Anything you read on their website, they will NOT honor. I was told this website was created by another owner that went out business. “Tim” was very upset at the fact that I was asking for the price and didn’t just paid. They still charged me $35 for the set, embarrassed me and didn’t finish my nails!!

Clean. Friendly staff. The staff are kind - I have not had to wait, no matter how busy. Relaxing environment. Easy parking. Quiet enough so you can read.

Ive been coming here for over six years now. I love every single one of them. V, her husband, and his sister do an amazing job with nails, but everyone is still pretty good. You dont get picky when they get swamped, and you dont have to be. V does my eye brows. For about three years I lived over 40 minutes away and still made the trip.

Oh my gosh, I havent been to such a nice nail salon as this one. The salon was super clean with simple but well organized decoration. I Love how they keep this place so clean by cleaning up everything after every customer. Their staffs were so nice too. The lady worked on my nails was such a professional. She took her time on every details of my nails and they lasted much longer than what I got from other nail salon in the area. Definitely, I will be back.

Appointments dont mean anything at this salon! You make an appointment and you still have to sit and wait. I was a regular customer who tipped very well. I had a standing appointment every other Friday at 5pm, seeing the same nail tech and they act brand new each time I came in. I even called and dropped by several times during the week to remind them of my upcoming appointment. I understand they are busy, we are all busy, thats why I tolerated it as long as I did. I had enough two weeks ago when during my scheduled appointment the nail tech stopped in the middle of my nail service and took care of someone else who had come in to complain about her nails. I sat there for 15-20 minutes before she said anything to me. I complained to the manager but he is useless! I shared this incident with my coworker, she has decided to go somewhere else for her nail services. And Im sharing this same information with you today. If you want good customer service, dont go here!

Best nail salon in Sandy Springs/Buckhead. Staff is always friendly. Old Man does an amazing job on my manicure (tips w/acrylic overlay with gel color). Nev, Andy, Susan, Tina and Felicia do the best pedicures (and nail design). You wont find a better, more welcoming, reasonably priced nail salon anywhere in Atlanta. They know their clients by name and always know what YOU like. Its like Cheers. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I was so tempted to not write a good review, but only because Im selfish and I dont want yall making it too hard for me to get in with Old Man and Andy. Honestly, I adore this shop and my nails are AMAZEBALLS. I get compliments everywhere I go, even when Im a week over due on a fill and polish. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

A no no! Quantity over quality here!From my experiences, the worker’s priority is making money and charging you for services that are not being efficiently given to get to the next or to just get you out of the chair. I have been rushed out of the chair more than once while expressing concerns of rushed work that I seen. I am charged to much to be treated as if I’m not a loyal, paying, and tipping customer. Not anymore! I will not be going here again.For the last time my nails were cricked, my fill-in was never done (yet I was charged) and my polish was sheer (which means there were not enough coats applied. Thanks for a rip off! 😠
