I recently moved to the city and have obviously been looking for a reliable shop that keeps up with the latest in nail fashion. I found West End on Google Maps and decided to give it a shot. Needless to say, Ive continued to return. Peter is amazing at what he does. The environment is calm and it usually isnt super busy. If you need q good nail salon, I highly recommend you give them a try!

I have visited this nail shop many many times for myself as well as my 2 daughters. Wait times are minimal and turnaround time is short. Family run and technicians are savvy enough for both adult and youth clientele. Located in the heart of the West End with additional parking directly across the street at the mall. I have always received quality service with every visit no matter what I’m getting done. Pedicure services are the best!!!!

I love this place every time I go Im greeted and treated very fair. Ive never been disappointed. This is the only nail place I will go to faithfully. Every person Ive sent there also tell me this is their new spot.

My regular gel pedicures are performed here at a great value. I always get compliments on the color of my toes polish. Loyal customer and a fan of kind people in business.

Exceptional place and excellent customer service. They take their time and they give the best pedicures. Omg this is my go to place for nails and pedicures as well as hooking up my eyebrows. I come from Buckhead just to get my nails done won’t disappoint 💅🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience every time I go. My guy at the front takes care of me in a timely manner or he will let me know the approximate wait. I definitely recommend if you are in the west end area.

Yooo I got my feet done like 3 weeks to a month ago no gel polish and my feet still look polished they just need some lotion lol, but they were so nice to me and my mom and rubbed my feet so well I haven’t had my nails done in a year so this was definitely ground breaking for me during this panoramic (lol) I feel so good about my feet and will go back yes honey

First time at this location. I like the fact they clean after every customer. There is also plastic barriers at the pedicure & nail stations. Very friendly and good work. I got a pedicure & a full set

Waited 3 hours for them to soak my nails off when she could of just pull them off. Very unprofessional ask to use the restroom one of the nail tech straight ignore me will never return again.

My nails are ruined after one visit, I’m pretty sure they use EMA in their arcrylic nail application because I got an infection in 3 nails. Had them removed today and they don’t know how to gently remove the nails like a real “nail bar” they just yank them off. I didn’t like the nail shape they created they were kind of sloppy.

Quick service my tech was nice n gentle im scared to let dem do my brows but so far their pretty good ill giv an update after a week or so to see if my nails are still attached 😁

First I was referred by a very good source to visit salon. My Nail Tech was MEME, she did a fill on my nails. After leaving the salon within one hour more than three of my nails broke and actually one broke down to the skin, i have to go to urgent care to have removed. I, then went back to salon, to ask for a refund and was completely ignored. She told me that they looked nice when I left and went back to doing someone else nails. I explained to her that my business was having a big event today and needed my nails re done she said she couldn’t do them no more time today and take my business some where else. I also asked for the manager and they responded that they don’t have a manager. I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional service in my nail journey!!! I will never go back to this salon and only gave one star so i could write a review!!

They told me Yoyo no longer worked there. 😭So Mimi was the last resort in my book. She did a HORRIBLE job on my eyebrows. I showed her a picture and stated I want my eyebrows to remain thick. Once she was done my eyebrows were razor thin 😩 My natural arch is completely ruined.

Worst nail bar experience ever! I waited 5 hours to be seen and when a customer walked in they took her immediately before me, she only waited 5 minutes. However, my friends were able to get their nails done. Honestly for the quality they could have done their nails at home. To top everything off they did not clean their materials properly.

I got my nails done at this place March 14th 2019. I went as early as 10:10 a.m. and I must say the service was really awful the person that did my nails was rude completely and didn't care about how she was was doing my nail. She cut me few times the nails were not installed properly. Just had a very bad experience.

I went to get just a gel mani, but they had my nails soaking in acetone for over 30 mintutes. My nails have never felt so weak and brittle in my whole life. To make matters worse the gel polish is already chipping off, its not okay to rush through a client who is paying their money for a service. I will absolutely not return, and Im upset because I will probably have to go get a new manicure in a few days just to save my nails. Not worth the money ☹️

My tech was clearly inexperienced and not trained. He took about 30 minutes just to file my gel polish off then the acrylic fill dried very crooked and sloppy. Wasnt symmetrical at all. The final polish job was also very sloppy, the tech had to correct with polish remover for every nail. Will not return.

So I went there this afternoon for a mani and a pedi.When I first walked in I waited for about 10 minutes before I was finally helped. Then I sat in the waiting area another 15mins before I was told to sit in the massage chair for my pedicure. From the start I could tell he was inexperienced I had to complain twice about the water being too hot, He was so rough when cutting and filing my toenails that when it came time to clean my cuticles and he was digging so deep I made him stop and told him I would wait for someone else. After 10 more minutes I was told he was the only one available so I decided to just get my nails done. I told the nail tech I wanted a overlay, but I wanted my current nails taken off. He told me NO!!! he couldnt take them off because they were too strong (whatever that means.. not to mention Im choosing to pay more to take them off) And the only way he could do it was to soak them off... THE NEXT DAY, REALLY!!! So after taking the polish off both my nails and feet I left with neither done.Horrible Customer Service ...Bad Service Period Dont Waste Your Time Or Money

My experience was horrible. I went there after months of growing my eyebrows, expecting them to be done very well. Instead the old lady in the shop completely and totally messed my eyebrows up. She decreased my natural arch, and completely went against the natural look of my eyebrows. After, she tried to blame the fact that they were overgrown. I will NEVER return to this nailbar for any type of service. Nor will i reccomend this nailbar to anyone.

Horrible service and nasty attitude! Nails started to come off within two days. This place has gone down over the years. Never ever ever get your eyebrows arched there either. Ive witness 3 women on 3 seperate occasions almost fight the eyebrow tech because of the horrible attitude and job they did.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.! Managers wife is rude and DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HER WORK ! Spent 55$ on nails with gel polish after two-three days polish looked terrible . Did not want to fix the polish , stated that I was too ruff on my nails . I work in a office answering phones all day thats it . I will NEVER return to this business again .
