They were super busy so I had to wait a bit but I was okay with it. The tech did a really good job. They were also dealing with some very demanding customers and stayed courteous.

Nail city has been my go to place for 21 years! They recently remodeled the whole establishment and everything is brand new. My favorite techs are Jacob and Stephanie. Prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly.

I like to relax when I go to a nail salon but was asked two times to give up my seat (after my nails were done and were drying) to go sit somewhere else. Then once I sat somewhere else I was asked again to move. The pedicure was good but did not like the fact that I needed to move twice.

I have loved Nail Cit Brookhaven for years! The quality of my pedicure is top notch! To make things even better, they just had a beautiful remodel!

Quin and her staff have changed my mind. I am super sad to be moving soon and JUST NOW found them. I may just make the drive to stay with these lovely people. Thank you for making my nails beautiful for my Cancun trip. Amidst all the COVID crazy this place is making people feel awesome and normal again! Ive never had a better SNS job done. Nail City Brookhaven is the BEST nail salon in Atlanta. Ive been coming here for almost two years and will stay loyal to this business because they are professionals, perfectionists, and personable. Ive had pedicures done from different employees and each and every one of them always does a great job. I would highly recommend coming here for all your nail services!

Thai did a great job on my nails and I love that they offer so many color choices too. Ill be going back in a few weeks.

This is the only nail salon I have been using for the last couple of years and I must say, things have changed. Management is still great, but as far as time management....yeah no! The last time I visited was my last time. I made an appointment and still waited for over 1/2 an hour for service, so I left, because what was the point in having an appointment. I have other stories, but this was it for me. If you dont mind waiting forever for service, then enjoy your time there!

Very Bad attitude. Very poor quality - had to ask them repeatedly to file the nails after cutting bc they did such a poor job. Jagged rough nails.

They do not care about the satisfaction of their customers, and most of the nail techs do not know how to shape nails, and they charge a convenience fee for your nails so whether you like the nails or not they dont care. Completely wasted $50 for them to not do anything to my nails.

Reviews were good, tried them but bails looked horrible after 1 week. Phoned to give them an opportunity to fix the problem but never got a call back from Tony. Sorry but over rated. Wasted $90.

Very rude, got there said hi, did not ask what service I wanted, someone came in after me and was asked how can I help. Stood around for a few minutes, she asked who was there first and what they wanted done, mind you, I still was not asked anything. Disgusting rude horrible service

I walked in at 6:45pm for a mani/pedi, “Stephanie” stops me at the front to tell me they closed at 6pm. I informed her of what the business has posted on Google. I also, called ahead to confirm that they were open 😑 Also, there’s a customer in the store. She tells me they STILL haven’t updated their “COVID hours”.I am happy to be taking my money elsewhere.

Stay far away! I’ve been here 3-4 times and every time I hope “maybe this time it’ll be better” but nope! They love love LOVE to overcharge customers without letting them know. Last time I asked them for ombré nails and they quoted me a certain price. When I was done and went to pay, they added $10 extra charge. I asked why and they said because the nail shape I chose was additional cost. Well why didn’t you tell me that before? Instead they try to be clever and sneak in extra charges for every little thing. I ended up paying way too much for a basic nail job. Sometimes they’ll charge more for longer nails or types of nail colors but you’ll only find this out once you get to checkout and there’s no going back. The second thing is their open racism. One time I went in and they asked everyone around me what drink they wanted and just ignored me. I wasn’t even offered a glass of water and they rushed me out of there. I still tried to be polite and start a conversation with my nail tech and she answered with one-word responses showing me that she had no interest to talk. Lastly the nail techs were talking loudly in their own language and laughing and call me paranoid but I couldn’t help but feel that they were talking about me. So rude to do that in front of paying customers! Please avoid this place like the plague!

I decided to go here after work one day because my old salon was providing poor service. I got a fill in from Steph. She has a great personality and values her work. I loved my nails and would visit again.

I love this salon! I get my nails done (either fill or new set) every 2-3 weeks here. Ms. Quin and her staff always make me feel welcome, and I leave happy! The salon is on the smaller side, but it is clean and cute. Ive seen the techs and staff work until after closing time to accommodate all their clients, even without appointments.Overall: friendly, clean, and accommodating! I am definitely a satisfied (and therefor) loyal customer!

We wanted to treat our friend to a birthday pedicure, but we waited 30 minutes just to get seen, it was not clean, and our massage chairs were broken. I would never recommend this nail salon or return.

Loved my experience. Came in as a walk in today. I was immediately seated and given water. Great massage. The total came up to 39 for the deluxe pedicure. Just in case you were curious.

I had gel polish on acrylics and the polish came off on majority of my nails in less than 24 hours. I went back to get them fixed and the nail tech was incredibly rude. She rushed so much in fixing them that they now look worse than when I came in. Definitely won’t waste my money here again.

Gave me a same day appointment. I got SNS OPI60 and Im in love with the color. Jacob always does a great job. My hour travel time to Nail city is worth it every time. Place is clean and they provide a nice atmosphere. I feel like family at Nail city. Thank you for the great service and hospitality guys.

My nails are OK. I ASKED for them to be thicker cause I work with my hands alot. She talked me out of wat I wanted . And my short nails were 53 dollars I wont be back.

Not happy with the quality of manicure. The nail paint was also inconsistent and I feel like I could have done a better job myself. They also charge $3 extra for some specific brands which I think is overpriced.

Came back here after 2 years still love this spot. There is new management, but Kenny does a good job on my sns nails. It is better to make appointment it does get very busy at certain times.

Very efficient staff, came in at end of the day and they where very accommodating. My technician was very good, Thai, she did a wonderful job and knew it quite well, a pro. Owner also was very pleasant, got to talk with her and she makes the business run smoothly. This is legitimately the best nail salon Ive ever been to. The services are unbelievable. Ive never felt like the manicurists were rushing through and even the basic pedicure is absolutely to die for. They include a scrub in the basic package, compared to most places that only include it in the upgrades. The technicians also always provide a decent length massage with the services. Seriously, this place is the best.

I always have a great experience whenever I get my nails manicured at Nail City. Every technician is professional and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure I am pleased. The salon is clean and there are great color choices. I won’t go anywhere else!

Called first to ask how much they would charge for marble nails and they told me $4 per nail on top of the gel price which is super reasonable. So i drove all the way out to the location and they let me know that they made a mistake on the phone and that it is $10 per nail. I thought that this was very unprofessional and price gauging and they weren’t willing to honor what they said over the phone. Will not be going back.

I’ve had been looking for a good nail salon for 2 years and I finally found an amazing and consistent salon! They do a great job every single time. All of their technicians are very talented. I never have to wait and they have the biggest color selection I’ve ever seen..especially for SNS!

Disappointed 😔 that I was overcharged and not informed of pricing while getting my nails done even after asking the technician. I will not be returning or recommending. My expensive marble didn’t even last more than 2 days. There was no manager present on a Saturday morning to resolve the issue. The cashier could only tell me what should’ve happened.

Horrible experience! Waited over 30minutes for 2 pedicures. Barely any sugar scrub used on legs. Massaged each leg at same time, with one hand on each. From start to finish pedicure lasted 20 minutes. Still have dead skin around toes that was not removed.Never had such a poor pedicure anywhere in Atlanta.Very unorganized staff, chairs were dirty. I should have gotten up and left when I saw that.Do NOT waste your money.

This place is awesome!!!! There was a little wait coming in without an appointment but the staff were great, very attentive and very sweet. I recommend coming to Nail City in Brookhaven. My experience was great.

Came in the middle of the day on a Monday for a regular mani/pedi. I was greeted promptly and seated after selecting my color. Technicians were friendly, careful, and took their time. Toes look great. Polish on my nails did have bubbles after drying, but I change my polish every few days anyway.

They always have enough staff to handle a walk in. Over 15 pedicure spa chairs with excellent back massagers. Some other massage chairs hurt my butt from sitting too long. Not these! I got a great foot and leg massage which for me is the best part of a spa pedicure.

Ive been going to Nail City for years now & I am a devoted client! Most of the nail techs are great & listen to your requests (i.e. if I change my mind about nail shape/color halfway through). I get SNS pretty much everytime & if I ever do have the occasional pop off/crack (which is bound to happen every once in a while with how tough I am on my nails) they always let me come back & fix it for free. Gwen wont even let me pay! Plus, their prices are SUPER reasonable compared to other nail salons in the area.Bottom line is that they do a great job & they will take great care of you!

This place is great and everyone is friendly! I recently visited to get my nails redone as I’d went to another nail salon to get a gel polish manicure. Within 3 days the polish was lifting. Jimmy at Nail city knew the recent polish had only been on less than a week! He did a beautiful job on my nails and i will definitely go back.

I recently moved to Brookhaven, & I am super happy with my choice to try Nail City! Everyone there was SO nice & my nails look incredible! I will most definitely be making this my regular nail salon.

First, absolutely amazing customer service! The owner did my sns manicure and she worked so hard to find the colors I wanted and make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Second, the manicure it self was flawless. Even though I came in later than I had planned (thanks to ATL traffic) she did not rush. She took her time and made sure it was perfect! Such friendly staff and amazing service. I will make sure to come back when I am in town!

My gradient nails look sooo good!! I have to admit that I was kinda scared in the middle cause it looks really rough initially, but as you can see, the final look is perfect!! Would definitely recommend going here!

Great service here. Was greeted promptly by two individuals and was serviced immediately. My technician Marissa was great, she spoke to me and got to know me throughout the entire experience. My nails looks great. The prices are fair, a little expensive than what Im used to, but granted I needed to nails repaired, and changed my shape for $5 extra. I am used to getting my nails done outside of atlanta, so Im sure for gel acrylic fill ins, the prices are comparable. Even though its a little higher it was definitely worth the work completed for me by Marissa. Its hard to find a good shop, with so many choices in Atlanta, I would definitely recommend Nail City. The location on Peachtree road is convenient as well, and theres parking in the back. Thanks Marissa!

The only nail salon Ill go to. All my sisters and Mom come here. Ive gotten SNS, gel, and regular manicures done. Always on point and my nails always come out perfect. Ive never had a bad experience with any of the nail techs. They work very hard to make sure you are happy with your nails. The only nail salon a recommend.Parking can get a little hectic during the weekends as it shares a plaza with Mellow Mushroom and Husdon Grille.

Good end result, S&S a little thick but still looks good. Small place that gets crowded. Suggest going during off peak times if you want to relax.

Ladies & gentleman here are very nice & speak very well. Great color selection and Im not pressured into Gell nail, $10 more good for you the smells used during spa pedicures are amazing and the scrub is a part of the level 1 pedicure. Expect to pay about $3 more for services here but youre not only paying for the better service, but the better atmosphere as well. Well worth the money.

I went to Nail City for a pedicure and silk gel nail fill. It was the best experience ever! Everyone was kind and they took their time with a full foot massage. I felt pampered there. Ill definitely go back!

I went for my first walk in appointment today and got SNS nails and a gel pedicure. They are efficient but not rushed. They have a great selection of SNS colors to choose from! My pedicure was very relaxing. I took off one star because the tech that did my nails was a little aggressive with the electric file near my cuticles and I did bleed. The salon is small but they have packed a lot of chairs inside and it was clean. I just moved to the area so I may keep looking around for a salon, but this one is solid.

I love nail city. The technicians are friendly and they paint the ENTIRE nail. I hate places where the edges of my nail are not painted. The renovations are also very nice. And from 10-12 Monday through Friday you get an extra 20% off your services!! #AWESOME

When i googled this place i say nothing but great reviews and decided to give them a try. SO GLAD that i did! Talk about a place that knows the meaning of customer service. Soon after my nail tech gets done with her previous customer and takes over and they both apologize for the wait time. When I was done and ready to pay Jimmy told me not to worry about that the pedicure was on the house. I do thank them for making this right. I am willing to come back and give this place another chance.EDIT: Once again this place has disappointed me. I came in today 4/11/2019 for a pedicure. I had an appointment at 6:30pm. Mind you am coming straight from work expecting to get my pedicure and go home. However that didn’t quite happen. The assistant manger name Jimmy did let me know that my nail tech was assisting a previous customer which I was fine with. I didn’t think it was going to take much time. I am currently sitting here waiting to get my pedicure done. I arrived at 6:20pm and it is now 7:30pm (CLOSING TIME). I have come to this nail salon before and only get my pedicures done by a specific nail tech. She is the only reason why I still come here. Honestly after today, I will think twice before I come here again due to the amount of time I waited.

Water can barely get past lukewarm. Polish on hands done well but they dumped my used manicure water (which was cold) into the foot spa water. No wifi and no usb port in chair. Staff kept changing my chair out of the comfortable position I wanted to how they wanted. Dont offer a description of various services or the price so you must be comfortable trusting that you are getting what you think you are paying for.

This is easily the best nail salon Ive ever been to in Atlanta and I am born and raised here. I came here on the recommendation of a friend as a walk-in customer on a Friday night during the holidays. Although I did wait about 30 minutes, the staff made sure every customer was seated comfortably and offered us beverages and candy.Once I was seated at a nail station, I waited about 10 more minutes. During that time I was able to watch everyone working. The techs take extreme care with each customer and the atmosphere was light hearted and upbeat. De did my full set and polish change on my toes and I dont think Ill ever let anyone else touch my hands and feet ever again lol. All the techs do precision work and I would give this salon 10/10.

Nail City is the ABSOLUTE BEST IN ATLANTA!!!! They are so professional, clean, pleasant, and they work on your nails so precise that its done to the highest standards and that equals nail PERFECTION! They dont give rush work, even when I got there 10 min before they closed. I love this place and I got here 2 weeks ago from out of town and Im not going anywhere else because based on the reviews theres just no comparison elsewhere and it would be a total waste of time and money. People travel OVER 30 MIN and above JUST to come here, and itd in a nice neighborhood so the area is great! The manager Toni is so kool and down to earth that when I told him I was new here he gave me all these suggestions to go visit and even gave me the name to their Pandora radio station because I told him I loved it and it was so relaxing that I needed to listen to that station after work hahaha!

My friend and I came here on a Friday and the salon was packed. The wait time wasnt too long. We both received pedicures and they did a good job. The only reason why not five stars is because we entered through their back entrance and immediately it seemed obvious that the workers were annoyed. They told us that the other door was the entrance. Im not sure if they were just too busy or the people, but half the employees were rude, but the other half were really nice. On a Friday, after a long work week, it would be nice if everyone was pleasant to speak to.

Please be mindful that most positive ratings come from the previous owner/management. The new ownership lacks customer service and the decency of human respect.I have been a patron of this nail salon off and on from the better part of four years. As they have a heavy turnover with nail techs, everyone I used to schedule with has left and gone to newer salons. Giving the salon the benefit of convenience, I walked in to get my nails done. The nail service was fair but the experience was horrendous. The technician convinced me to get a different service and assured me it was the same price as the service I requested. After over 90 minutes of any non-spa like service I was ready to leave. When I went to check out the cashier would not honor the price I was quoted by the technician after I explained the situation to her and subsequently the manager. The manager went out of her way to attempt to belittle me and my request by trying to explain how she would be doing me a favor to honor the price I was given. She yelled, screamed, and even threw and slammed a basket of gel nail colors in my face. Being that money was not the issue I attempted to just quickly whatever made up and changed price I was given to exit the hell-hole of an establishment as the manager continue to beraid me with yells and insults.They do not respect their customers and lack the common decency to practice any degree of customer service.I have never experienced such a racial charged encounter.

I hate to even write this ! I have been going to Nail City faithfully for over 2 years now. I have referred my friends and family here ! I even had all of my bridesmaids get there nails done here for my wedding a year ago ! I live over 30 minutes away , more with traffic. But didn’t mind the distance for great service. I loved this nail salon ! However since owners changed a few months ago, it has changed for the worse ! I went today after work and got there at 5:46 and was immediately told they were closed ! No greeting , didn’t ask what service I needed ... just closed ! Left went to my car but then thought about my 47 minute commute there and went back in ! (Open light still on and hours still stated 7:30 on door ) Asked owner what time they closed , she said 6 because of the holiday and that they weren’t taking any more clients. It was literally 5:51 !!!! ( all I needed was a fill in) I told the owner I called earlier that day and was not told anything about them closing at 6 ! All she said was this was their holiday closing time ! I am so disappointed. The lack of customer service is unacceptable! Unfortunately , this was my last time going to Nail City !

I really tried to give this place a chance. This is the 2nd time Ive come here and everything went wrong. Im sitting here now and have been waiting to get a simple full set for 15 minutes. Meanwhile the woman next to me just walked in and immediately gets serviced. Im done.

Edited to say: the brand new set of acrylic/powder that I got from them all fell off or broke in a month. New sets should last MONTHS. Which is completely worthless. I will not be back.Ive been getting my nails done for years and this is hands down the best place Ive ever been.They got me seated and taken care of once I walked in, I wasnt sure what I wanted I just had pictures from Instagram and they were very knowledgeable and merged the two looks I like!I cant stop staring at my nails they are beautiful.Only downside is no one told me pricing or handed me a pamphlet and I apparently spent $135 for a pedicure and a new set of powder. Normally that costs me mayybee $50 at my other salon.

I am SO impressed. I cannot tell you how tired I am of the “typical nail salon experience.” The majority of nail shops are so used to our business that they couldn’t care any less about the service they provide. Finding a salon where they are not rude, don’t talk about you, mess your nails up and blame YOU, etc. is truly like finding a needle in a haystack—-AND I HAVE FOUND ONE. Customer service to me is EVERYTHING. Everyone at Brookhaven Nail City was extremely friendly, professional and courteous. They did my nails exactly as I asked. They did not do a “lazy” pedicure—-my feet were super soft (and so just did the regular pedicure). They were very busy which was to be expected (it was a Friday evening), but the manager came over to me repeatedly to check on me and let me know it would not be much longer and the woman who did my pedicure also acknowledged that I had waited (which he must have communicated to her!!!) and she acknowdged my wait and thanked me for being patient!!! This has been my go to nail salon for 2 years. I dont even live in Brookhaven anymore but I still come here. I am about to move to Midtown and I will still make it a point to come to this salon. Their nail work is great, they have a ton of color options, and they provide great service! My SNS nails stay perfect for 4 weeks, everytime. Definitely rate them a 10/10.

The gel nail polish was thin and chipped the very next day. One of my nails broke and fell off half way through, only one week after application. Never, ever spending my money here again.

Theyre great and Im a guy they take their time and give u a great pedicure . My wife loves this place! She says the gel shellac is the best there!

I came for a fill and a gel manicure--they were very efficient but the polish looked good for about 3 hours until two of my nails chipped. Not sure if it was because the gel didnt cure all the way or what.

I contacted the nail salon and spoke with Tiffany and she politely informed me to come back. I have been going here for awhile but my last few visits have left me wanting to find a new nail salon.The first time I was miffed was when I called 2 days ahead to book an appointment with Cherry. I spoke to a man who repeated back to my 5:30 Friday with Cherry?Yes I replied.I get there on Friday and I am told Cherry is busy and the appointment was never written down so someone else will do my nails... Annoying, but the person who does them that time is very nice, so whatever.My most recent visit, I dont make an appt because, why? It wont be honored anyway. I walk-in, it is a little busy but not slammed. There are several girls lounging in chairs, but maybe they were off-duty..? Idk. So I am prepared to wait a bit and I pick out my color and plop down. I dont wait long before a older woman comes and gets my polish from me and beckons me. I follow her and tell her what I think are small requests.- Can you paint in really thin coats, please? Otherwise it takes forever to dry!- Yes, trim my nails but not too short, please.I cannot describe it in any other way than a manicure sprint. She sped through the ordeal so fast I wondered what I had done to her in a past life!! My previous polish color wasnt even fully removed from my nails before they were cut so short I can see my finger tip meat(?) over them!! Overall a really unpleasant experience.If they were at max capacity when I arrived, I honestly would rather have been told to wait 15 mins or even TURNED AWAY! Better that than to have to pay for something I could have literally done a better job of at home, with my cat.

I was very specific about what I wanted, and not very happy with the results. I was rushed through the process because they were busy and people waiting. My nails always soaked before the manicures Ive had before. Well, not here. My first (and last) time going to Nail City.
