I had an amazing experience.I came to visit this place because Id gone to Nails at Greenbriar Mall, and the nail polish came off two of my toes in under 3 days. It was bad-- and embarrassing!Lee did the most phenomenal job! She was patient, thorough, and she did exactly what I wanted. My toes looked and felt fantastic!I will definitely be going back!

Excellent foot massage! Pedicure with care. It is rare to find a Nail Tech that listen and ask for your preference on shape, file down and overall look. Job welldone.

Clean with about 30 spa chairs, and and about 30 nail stations the e wait isnt that bad and the work is great.

Very unprofessional, had two ladies talking to the nail tech while he was trying to perform a service. I asked a question about my nails and he got smart very disrespectful but want our money. Never again.

Pretty fast service even tho they were packed. Went in for a wax and a fill. I’m super picky about my nails so the fact that they did a great job wasawesome. Other than that the nail tech wasn’t super chatty which I didn’t mind at all and the price was actually really good compared to what I pay back home in California. I’d definitely return

Walked in, signed in, shortly after was waited on, was out in under an hour. The nail tech was attentive at all times . I wish I could remember her name but I was serviced at station 15, full set of nails and some dainty flour art, Love it 😀

This is my second time visiting this salon. Each time, my nails chip. I don’t do anything strenuous that’s would cause my nails to chip either. So not pleased! I have attached pictures of my most recent set and they are not anything to be happy about. They are very thick for an overlay and not properly shaped. Will not be visiting this salon again!

I been here all of 3 times and I would probably never return back... I came here for a gel pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I actually enjoyed the pedi a lot. She was taking her time and doing a great job with everything until she asked about the cut down. I am very specific when it comes to that because Ive been growing my toe nails for years and dont like them too low. I said just cut a little to make them even and she did that at first but toward the end of it it was a whole lot shorter! At first I didnt mind because 1. I didnt have a choice and 2. She did a really good job but Ive been looking at them and it just upsets me that its not exactly what I wanted. Then I got my eyebrows done and this was my 2nd time doing that here and they came out okay but that night i felt a burning sensation on my eyelid and the next day i wake up to a scar. I went back up there for a refund and they gave me a partial one. I would suggest making sure the person who is doing your brows be the best brow person in there because everyone cant do them. You guys need to put your aces in their place because I think the toenail person should stay on that and eyebrow person should do the same...

They get 1 star because they are rude. As soon as you make a request they start talking about you in another language and it’s so obvious they talking about you negatively. They don’t care about the health of your nails, only getting you out as quickly as possible to get the next person in. It’s so sad because they make so much money off of the black community you would think they would take better care of us. We need more black owned nail salons!

So I’ve recently moved to Atlanta and was having trouble with finding a new shop. I’ve been walking around looking raggedy for months until I was referred here. Cathy did my nails and I love it! It’s so hard to find good nail techs that get the shape right and doesn’t have your nails looking lumpy. It’s a very long distance from where I live but I’ll be traveling to continue to have them bless my nails.

I want to give this place a five star review but last time I came to get my nails done my nails literally came off 10 minutes into me being at home I was. This has never happened before out of all the times I’ve ever gotten my nails done and it was the gel polish on my toes and my nails.The nails were cracking from the side the first day I went back they fix the same thing still happening I don’t know if it was the nail tech or maybe the way he applied it but the last set I had was horrible even after they fixed it

I went there twice. The first time I went there, I was overlooked. I went to the front desk and wrote my name on the sign in sheet. I noticed that people who came in after me were getting service before me. After 30 mins, I went to the front desk again and she had me sit in the back. I went to the back and waited another 30 minutes before someone helped me. The nails were okay.I went back the second time to get a nail fixed. The lady at the front desk told me to sit at seat 6. I had 3 techs ask me what I needed done and 5 techs walk by me. I waited 30-40 minutes in the back before I left. Im done.

Came to visit my brother here in Columbus Georgia, was looking for a salon to get a new set and pedicure, it took three days of searching the internet and reading reviews, I was skeptical at first, getting my nails done at a new location was always a fail for me, but I was in need of a little pampering , I came with my sister, waited 5 mins max!, the massage chairs were amazing hot/cold operated, I literally fell asleep, Vivian did my pedicure she was a doll she did an amazing service!Queeny was a sweet heart very patient she did an excellent job on my nails!The best nail salon in Columbus GA, hands down!Sign up for their rewards program for free!

If I could give them 0 I would. Because I didnt get tips or gel or basically more expensive service I got treated like they didnt care that I was a paying customer that waited for a long time. I wanted a simple manicure. I waited for an hour before someone came to help me. Various employees kept coming to me asking if I wanted gel mani and I kept saying no. Finally when someone came to me she didnt want to file my nails or barely help me. I had an appointment so could not stay long. I intended to come back for a sns mani gel pedi. Because of the treatment I just went to USA nails a few days later. They were very busy so obviously they do a good job they just didnt give me the exceptional customer service they gave others that came in after me but was getting more expensive services.

Very consistent in quality service. I prefer this nail salon over any other one in Camp Creek Marketplace. The prices are very affordable as well.

I went and got my nails done here and days later my nail color started to change I got a full set and paid $38 and now the color of my nails are changing some weird color out of nowhere I tried contacting them they do not answer their phone and I either want a refund or I want someone else to do my nails I’ve never went to the nail shop and Had this happen to my nails I’m highly disappointed BEWARE! Extremely rude I came here asked if they had anything open I said if not it would be all right I could come back later instead they had one lady start me and she was rough on my cuticles.. I told her I wanted pointed nails she started giving me Square and then partway through she stops doing my fingernails and switches me to someone else because she said she had another appointment thats extremely disrespectful if you had another appointment coming up you shouldve told me not to start me an 5 minutes in switch me.. I will never come back..

Got a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Loved them both and gave a tip in cash. 2 days went by and the payment on my banking app was still pending. I assumed it was that way b/c I went on a weekend and the money would come out by Monday. It did, but for a different amount. The tip I gave in cash was added to my card. I tried speaking with someone about it, even had the receipt to show the discrepancy, but everyone acted like they didnt know what was going on. Im sure this isnt the first time this has happened. I suggest checking your statement and comparing it to your receipt if youve been here.

I went to this shop bc of a recommendation. Bad decision!!!! They were more focused on getting the job done fast than the quality of the nails. The woman who did my nails was very pushy and you could tell she was getting irritated by dissatisfaction. She has already started the process of doing my nails before she decided to tell me that the people in her shop could not do the nails I wanted. Although it was evident that I was not happy with my nails she still charged me and asked me was I going to tip her. There was no manager around so I felt uncomfortable saying how I felt. She was my elder and I was trying to be respectful. After leaving I immediately called and asked to speak with management. He proceeded to tell me they don’t do refunds but if I returned he’d fix the issue. Once I arrived, I guess he looked at my nails and didn’t feel they were too much of an issue because he then expressed that I would have to pay extra money to get them fixed. He would be doing me a favor by taking 10 dollars off. My nail shape was off the color was dull and it was a bad experience.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I took friends who came to town to visit here and I sat next to my friend and watched her nail tech give her full attitude and be rough with her hands. Before he even glued down the acrylic she told him he could stop and didn’t have to do her nails because she was in so much pain. her nails are noticeably rough and nailbeds are red from soreness. we told the manager and she was VERY rude and still made her pay for the service. TERRIBLE when I get my nails done I go for quality and good service and they only have one

This is a great spot if youre short on time and dont make mani/pedis a regular maintenance. So it suited my needs. I got a color change for my toes , manicure and gel nails. The nail tech was very nice and did a decent job (only time will tell how long the polish lasts) but I feel like she was rushing. She didnt apply 5 coats of polish to my toes (a huge pet peeve of mine) so Im happy with the end product.

I had an amazing experience with Song today. Its been almost 3 months since my last pedicure. Song took such great care of my feet and she has such a sweet personality too!

They can do simple and they can do exquisite work as well. Always happy in the end, if not they will quickly change anything you dont like so youre happy when you leave.Even the men that work here do some of the best work. Dont be nervous whoever you get If you tell them what youre looking for when you come in, they will get you the perfect attendant.

I just go here for eyebrow waxes and they do good every time.

I have been coming to Cleopatra Nails on Camp Creek for over 8 years and the customer service has deteriorated tremendously since Helen and John left. I will not be returning and I truly hate that for my nail techs. I refuse to spend my money where customers are not appreciated.

First off let’s start by saying this place is very nice and and lot of people recommend this place. BUT NOOOO MAAM. The lady that did my nails was so rude and was talking about me ik cause everybody was looking at me which was so rude. It took her 20 minutes to do my nails which was the quickest acrylics i ever got. They are ok but the are over price i payed 47 dollars for short nails which i am very very upset I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! THEY ARE RUDE..

Some of the staff are so rude! And their manager doesnt understand nor speak proper english so no matter how much you try to explain something to her, its waste of time.One of the new guys did my nails 2 days ago, and was extremely rude when I asked him not to file them on the edges cause I like them square shaped. He snapped and said NO! And he did a very sloppy job on my nails. After 2 days, the acrylic is peeling off from the sides. Obviously, these new people are not trained well and have zero notion of what good customer service is; the lady who usually does my nails hasnt returned to work and I usually have no problem whatsoever with her..I think the owner should appoint someone who speaks proper English as an operations manager, to handle complaints and make sure her staff dont get away with rude behavior and bad work quality.I was a regular but they dont deserve my business and they hiked up the prices steeply!! I found out after I got my nails done about the $5 increase!There are tons of other nail salons and it takes a lot to win new customers, and seconds to lose existing ones..

When you make an appointment, it is not honored. I waited 1.5 hours to be seen. If I return, I will take who is available.

Great place to get your nails done. Linda does my pedi and I love her!!! My nails are natural and they take great care of them. Sns color choices is about 225 and gel about 150. Prices are a few dollars higher then other salons but they are worth every cent plus the 25% tip I give.

Terrible..... staff has terrible attitude..... they will never get another dollar of mine... I dont mind paying for services and tipping because Im there for that.... but I not going to pay you for less than qua6 work WITH attitude 😒🙄

Cleopatra is by far the best nail salon in Atlanta. SARA is the best technician there. She takes her time to ensure that your feet and hands are soft, smooth, and free of dead skin. So my review is based on the fact that my nails started to come off before two weeks. I had gel nails which were short and thick. It was my first time and it will be my last time getting my nails done here. I do love that the staff wore masks and face shields. Also, they are professional however the nail techs may need to work on making sure that the customers nails do not come off before two weeks. No I did not do any heavy activities that caused my nails to come off. So this is my review and hopefully this will give potential customers an insight on this place.

Vu and Meme were awesome.... Meme took her time with my pedicure listened and gave me exactly what I asked for and Vu did amazing fixing the shaping for my fill in that the last technician 2 weeks messed up. He also took his time, covered my entire nail and sides with polish, and they dont look like Im halfway to a fill in already!!! First time I did feel rushed out the door. Once you find the right person its worth the money and tips...great job!!!Eyebrow lady rushed a little had to walk back in for a little more working on once seen tge imperfections in the real sunlight...just pay attention that shes not just shaping them to look arched and trimmed....individual lashes was great tho first time on tho and she was quick and they look great 👍

Have been going there for several years. Yen has been my go-to tech although they have many other techs just as talented. Once they know your “style” they consistently perform. Not a smelly salon. Cheerful atmosphere.

Love this place.Lilly works wonders on your toes and Rachel is fast with the SNS.Full spa pedi and SNS with soak off in and out in 75 min and that includes me taking my time selecting colors.,

I was pretty happy with my service and my nails. But I dont get major procedures at the nail salon. Basic peticure, no razors and simple polish changes.

Waited 2 hrs then was seated thinking that I was going to be next, NOPE, said another person they had to do! Wont go there again🤬🤬

This was my first time visiting this establishment. Ken who did my nails was sweet. However, my SNS manicure did not have a smooth finished. My nails were rough and bumpy. Linda did my basic pedicure which lasted all of 15 minutes. The service was extremely rushed and she was rough during the entire service. She also answered her personal phone during my service to take a FaceTime call.

Theyre always busy but luckily I met Emmy on my first visit and shes been amazing. I forgot to make an appointment for my 2nd visit, she saw me waiting and prepped me while she finished up another client. Its been a great experience & Ill continue going there until otherwise.

There is an overpowering odor at this location. It reeks of acetone. I went with my friend, and she received a mani and eyebrow wax. I had to go to TJ Maxx to wait on her because the smell was too strong. I went back a couple of months later for myself to get a gel mani. I arrived a little after their opening time. No one greeted me for a couple of minutes, and the stench was still so awful I had to leave! Unfortunately, I never got serviced here, and because of the unwholesome effluvium of acetone, I will not be returning!

I love Cleopatra nails! I’ve been coming here since 2014. Yen is the BEST nail tech! I don’t let anybody else do my nails. The only drawback - the space is very loud.

Cleopatra nails is awesome. My friend had a pedicure got in right away I only waited 5 minutes to get individual lashes she did a great job I am very satisfied. We got there at 4:30pm I thought it was going to take forever but it didnt.

The shop is very trendy and up to date. Its more like a hit or miss. If you want a relaxing a thorough pedicure, this is not he place. They will rush. The are excellent with nails however. I always make an appointment with the same lady, she used to rush on me, but she knows that I dont like to be rushed on now. They are pricey but overall they do a good job.

Love that they use liners in the soaking pedi tubs but services vary with workers. Sometimes softeners are added in the water, sometimes not. Last time I was there was the worst. My top coat was only on partially literally. She polished half of one third of the nail. I didnt realize until I got home.. Didnt go back because if the worker didnt realize the blatant inconsistencies, I just need to find a new place to go. Perfect nails to horrible, just depending on who is doing them. All persons should be trained to do the same work.

Sometimes depending on who u get, pedicures are done too fast. They dont even allow your feet to soak five minutes to soften up. The technicians rush with pedicures to hurry and get another customer. But the nail techs are pretty good especially Vincent and Johnny.
