It is exactly what I asked for, pretty and simple. The dip is just right level of thickness. Other places do it so thick that they end up looking like nubs, not here. This feels and looks amazing.

This place is the best! I found them when I needed a new place near work and they havent ever disappointed. Especially this time! Im so happy to be so accommodated by them; they were understanding of me being a few minutes late ans theyre handling being overwhelmingly busy with class and style. I know Im gassing them up but its the truth! Thanks again to Jennifer and Andy and the whole lush crew.

This was my first time visiting Lush Nail Bar and I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of work they perform. They have great customer service and they are all so friendly and nice. They make you feel welcome and they go over and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with the services they’ve provided! I was definitely satisfied and will be back! April and Mai are AMAZING!

Cindy is AMAZING! she is so careful and intentional with all her work. I have never hated anything that she has done. The rest of the staff is great too. I prefer making an appointment for the best overall service

I had Vivian on my hands and Tee on my feet. Literally the best nail experience i have ever had. They were soo friendly, and made sure i got exactly what i want and exactly how i want. I don’t live super close, but i am willing to continue to make this slight commute for this place! 10/10 would recommend.

Sky is my favorite, everyone is great & ive never left feeling anything less than happy but sky always goes above & beyond to make sure the shape is right & you are happy with your nails before he moves on. He’s the best & I’d definitely/have definitely recommend to friends or anyone who likes pretty nails :)

I’ve honestly never had a worst experience at a nail salon or had my nails look this horrible. I came here to get my nails done for my wedding with my bridal party, a few friends, and two of my nieces. No one’s nails look good, I could have done a better job while drunk. They were not kind to my 4 year old niece at all and basically brushed her off completely. When I pointed out there was dust in two of my nails, a nail technician angrily painted over it, made it worse, and told me they don’t guarantee regular polish to look good, only gel. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was friendly and helped me pick out the perfect color BUT the lady doing my manicure made me bleed on both hands. One week later it still hasnt healed properly and is still painful. I have been embarrassed to show off my nails. Not worth $91, a shame really.

Receptionist was friendly and wonderful.... unfortunately the nail technician who did my pedicure was rude. It seemed like once I did not select the more expensive pedicure that she kept pointing to on the menu, she became very short, non-communicative and rather hostile. I stopped by to get a quick pedicure because we were on a quick mid-week vacation at Battery Park for the Braves vs Reds baseball series. I will not be going back there during my future visits to Battery Park

I work a lot with my hands making products for my business (RainSkyHome) so it is important for me to see how well the quality holds up.It has been about two weeks and the nails aren’t loose, dull, or damaged. This says a lot!The experience was also wonderful. The entire staff seemed friendly and attentive. I am not sure if it was the owner/manager who spoke with me, but he was very nice and helpful in helping me choose various shades of brown.I am happy to say this will be my new go to nail salon and I’d be interested to see if they can do some “out of the norm” crazy nail styles for when I want to be flashy!I will also be recommending to my girlfriends, as we are all new to Atlanta and seeking a good salon to frequent!A+++

Ive enjoyed my experiences at this location. The staff is always friendly, and the salon space is clean. My boyfriend and I get our pedicures here together. All in all, the experience is A+ for standard gel treatments. The cherry on top would be that you get to grab a delicious lunch from one of the nearby restaurants right after your appointment!

Alex did my gel pedicure and I’m seriously happy with how it came out and will be requesting him from now on! My big toe nails are perfectly squared off. The pricing is higher than what I’m used to paying in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs gel typically is 10-15 additional on a pedicure

I had Tai for my nail tech and he did an awesome job! He’s a really nice guy and I had a good conversation with him while I was there so definitely talk to him if you have him! He was very careful and took his time doing my nails and they came out beautiful! I didn’t feel it was rushed at all and felt cared for at this business :)

Had a pedicure here on a Monday at lunch time. Good pedicure. I had the supreme for extra massage. It was nice and the chairs and everything were new and clean.

I received an acrylic fill in and pedicure. The salon is very clean, beautifully decorated and staff is very friendly. I walked in without an appointment and service began within 5 minutes of my arrival. I was offered complimentary water. Full service took about an hour. I was very satisfied with the outcome of my nails. They also offer touch-less pay, which I though was awesome! Will definitely be back again.

I brought my husband in for a manicure and pedicure and they got him back in 10 minutes. We were walk-ins without an appointment, so that was great. He loved the services he received and everything was clean and professional. Ill be coming back if I need any services for myself in the future. Thanks again!

Love getting my nails done here! I started coming here when they first opened and I’ve been coming ever since! I ❤️ It. Highly suggest making an appointment—-but even with the appt they are always very accommodating. Hannah has been doing my nails for over a year now and they always last for a good amount of time... it’s hard to find someone who can do long, gel nails and last! That’s super imp! And the atmosphere is very nice

Loved the check in process and the receptionist was very helpful in helping me choose the nail service I wanted. Also, you can add a manicure to your nail service which I love because what’s a fresh mail job without clean cuticles and healthy nail bed.

By far one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. Definitely not worth the money! There was no feet soaking prior to beginning my pedicure. It was very quick and the foot message and buff was not up to par with others I have had for half the price. I got the yolo pedicure for $40 and i had that same pedicure at another place for $20. The “hot towels” was actually just one towel draped over the top of both my legs while my toes were being polished. I will not being going back

I was looking for a place to try new nail art ans stumbled upon Lush. The guy who helped me was so great, listened to the design I wanted and delivered! Would recommend! Definitely going back!

This place is cute, but the lady that performed my pedicure was rude and rough. She rushed it and tried not to perform everything that I asked for only because I didn’t want the gel polish. She then rushed us out and threw my husbands drink away instead of asking if he wanted it. (It was in a souvenir cup.) I hate that people are just looking for the most money or next dollar instead of taking care of their customers. Won’t be back.

I requested an SNS manicure and made an appointment. This was my third time coming to this particular salon, and everyone was friendly and provided me with service in a timely fashion. I recently had Hannah do my SNS manicure. She was so quick, but so detail orientated. I was in and out in 40 minutes and my nails look perfect. She made sure to double check everything at every step, but still managed to work fast. I have really short nails, so its hard not to get product in spots there shouldnt be product, but it came out so clean and professional. Will definitely continue coming here!

Lush nail bar have quality professionals, products, and services. In the midst of a pandemic right now, technicians are extremely careful with their practices for manicure, pedicure, and nails. I have received services from 3 different individuals here on multiple occasions and received consistent quality services. I would recommend this location of Lush nail bar because there are so many other things to do in the area. You can bring your friends, get nails, grab a beer and pizza at Antico’s!Despite of using hand sanitizer on a regular basis, my SNS nails have not damaged and lasts for about 1.5 months! This is the only place I go to when I want my nails and toes done! They are extremely professional and kind. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and beautiful! I like to get my nails long, and their prices are so reasonable. I love that it’s only 10 minutes away from my house!

I went for the first time in December 2019 and will never use anyone but Vivian as long as she works there. She is an artistic person who does the best designs of anyone I have ever used (and I have used A LOT and never been loyal to any nail tech). I show her a picture and she creates something better. She creates freestyle without stencils or decals. My friends are amazed. She is a gem. The second time I went was to treat my girlfriend for her birthday. I felt like I was a VIP. Everyone wished her a happy birthday when she walked in the door. They just happened to bring cupcakes in that day and came out with two cupcakes and sang happy birthday to her. There is a woman named T who was very instrumental in making this a celebratory experience for my girlfriends birthday. And to finish that day off she gave both of us a parting gift. I have never had a nail salon be so generous and friendly.

I received sns with tip extension and Im pretty pleased. Diane made a custom design using chrome/holographic powder according to what I requested. I tried something different for both myself and her. She was patient and made sure I got what I asked for.

My lady was not friendly at all. Didnt even greet me. Made eye contact maybe twice. Basically ignored me & rushed to get done.The water was so hot for my feet, she never once asked if it was ok, & I swear she sighed when I said something about it. Never said thank you, or that she was even done, just got up & walked away. I will never return to this location again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I went to get a gel mani and pedi on 7/7/2021 and Tai was the person who took very good care of me.. He is awesome he does a superb job.. I even love Lush it self, its so clean and the staff is very professional.

I receive a pedicure , soak off and manicure almost three weeks ago. The pedicure was great and still looks fresh. Let’s get into my nails. The gentleman that soaked and removed my gel x nails did a horrible. He filed away at my nails instead of taking the time to soak them properly and remove the gel first. I complained about my nails burning and then the polish from the manicure being a mess and uneven. I didn’t have time to sit and have him fix the mess he made which stemmed from not removing my nails properly. I removed the polish after two days because it started chipping and what was underneath was remaining gel. Still trying to get it completely off. My nails are fragile and breaking because of his removal techniques. Never again.

I wait a long time to be seen even when I have appointment, and then they rush through my pedicure. I remember when a mani pedi was like a spa service. They still do a good job, but I was expecting to get a nice long soak in the hot water. Nope dip your toes in and get the hell out!

I’m just leaving the salon and I don’t know who these people got, but I will NEVER come back. $100 for a mani/pedi (SNS only on hands) is already over priced, but I’m also leaving with 2 bleeding fingers because she cut me so deep during the manicure. I told the girl at checkout, and she gave me $5 off - not even worth the conversation. If you value your skin, DO NOT come here.

Will definitely be back! My daughter had her nails painted for the 1st time, and every single person made her feel like a princess! I forgot to get her nail tech’s name, but she was so great with her. Andy, Esther, and Trish were so kind. We even accidentally broke a nail polish, and they were very forgiving and light hearted. The young lady at the front desk was great too! From beginning to end, best salon experience so far.

Fabulous experience for my daughter and her bridesmaids as they prepared for my daughters wedding! The staff was friendly, fast, safe, and did an excellent job on all of the ladies nails and pedicures too! I appreciated their attention to safety and cleanliness while still concentrating on the beauty of their work!

I recently switched to this location of LUSH nails after moving from sandy springs. I was happy with the switch! They are very professional and do a great job. Ask for Holly! She is super sweet and gives the best massages.I gave 4 stars because the one thing i don’t care for is they charge you a fee to use your debit card and they are a bit pricier than other nail salons which i attribute to their location at the battery.

I went a week ago and after two days one of my nails broke, two cracked in half and another two are completely crooked. I should have nails with SNS that last a couple weeks and should not be crooked at all. And when asking if i could get them shorter i was told it wouldn’t look good and they couldn’t do it. Very disappointed. Throwing down $50 dollars on nails i was expecting something WAY better.

I was very disappointed in my service today. Both of the technicians doing my manicure and pedicure were rushing like I have never seen before. The technician doing my pedicure kept trying to convince me to get the more expensive pedicure and I had to say no 3 times, after that she didn’t say one word to me and gave the most mediocre pedicure I have ever had. I went with my friend and her technician was actively rude to her when she was trying so hard to be kind to her. I never write reviews but this was probably the worst service I’ve had at a nail salon.

Beautiful location at the Battery but basic service. I got a pedicure that was a nightmare. The lady that did my pedicure was rough, inattentive & chatted with the lady next to her the entire time. The polish I received was as awful as if I polished it myself. I asked her to fix the polish bc there was a lump in it, she just added another coat & blames the polish, which the polish was there’s. I kept asking her questions but she doesn’t speak English so the lady next to me kept trying to tell me what she’s saying. Awful enough to where I’ll never be back.

After 3 weeks, 7 nails broke off. Nails chipped. Cracks throughout the nail. Never had acrylic nails break off within weeks. When they broke off, I didn’t even notice, they softly broke in half . I’m so

I was visiting Atlanta with a friend this past weekend and we stopped at Lush for a quick manicure. Its a nice establishment, pretty building, good parking, all that. My issue is with how bad the manicure.I got a simple nail polish with a matte top coat. The nail technician put 3 thick layers of nail polish and then the top coat. When I asked if it should dry or rest in between she said it was fine. Afterwards I was instructed to sit my hands under the lights and dryers for 15 minutes, after which my nails were still super wet. I stayed under for almost an hour, after which we had to leave. My nails looked so bad I didnt even want to take a picture of them to send friends and I just kinda pretended it didnt happen. 24 hours later, my nails looked like the pictures attached.I have literally never had a manicure this bad. Even the ones my little sister would give me were better than this. Im glad the color I picked was cute otherwise Id be scared to pull them out my pockets.

I’m new to the area and I chose to come to lush nail bar because of the good reviews. I have been here twice before yesterday.The first time I got an sns manicure & pedicure, and the second time i got an sns manicure. Their employees are really nice and do a great job on my nails, but this time, not so much. I decided to switch things up and try gel. I had sns powder on my nails previously, so I obviously had to soak it off. after 10 minutes soaking my hands in acetone, they started to burn. This is relatively normal for me considering my psoriasis, but this burn was a lot more intense then usual. I ended up having to pull my hand out of the bowl because it was beyond uncomfortable and painful. The nail tech I had sat in front of me and gave me my color options. As I was flipping through, I was deciding between colors and she told me to make sure I keep my hands soaking. I told her it was stinging and she was very nice about the situation, but proceeded to tell me that they had to soak. She then drilled off majority of the remaining powder and had me get the rest off in the acetone. When I was finally finished removing the powder, my foot was tapping because of the burning in my fingers. she cut my cuticles, & soaked my fingers in bags of alcohol. I pulled them up and noticed my skin had become open. I’m not certain if she noticed or not, but she paid no mind to the fact that my fingers were red and still burning like crazy. She cut my nails just as I asked, but the length of both of my thumbnails are completely different. I didn’t look hard enough until I left the store. I also asked for a marble accent nail. She completely missed the bottom of the nail when she was applying the marble design. My hands were super dry and cracked and she barely gave me any lotion at the end of it. When I woke up the next day (yesterday) I noticed the open skin on my middle and ring finger on my left hand were left with scabs. This was a really disappointing time because Lush has done a great job in the past.

I went in today during my lunch and was taken care of right away. Tee was my nail tech and she was so friendly and bubbly! She was very receptive to my needs and requests for my nails. She checked in frequently throughout to ensure the job was done to satisfaction. I will definitely be returning ina few weeks!

I received SNS with extension from Kelly, and my husband got a man-icure all for about $67. It was a soothing experience and I wish I could have tipped more. Definitely will come back some time.

Great service! I asked for the basic manicure ($18) and basic pedicure ($28) and they didnt try to upsell me, which was nice. Love the way my nails came out, nail tech was professional.I was a walk-in on a Saturday at 4pm and there was no wait! Everyone was friendly and wore masks. Lots of people coming in for services which is a good sign (its questionable when you walk into a nail salon on a Saturday afternoon and youre the only customer lol).And supposedly if you pay with cash, Venmo, or Cashapp, you get a discount. That was nice because I didnt have to risk ruining my nails to pull my card out of my wallet.

Not a relaxing or enjoyable experience at all. My technician clearly did not want to be there and did a horrible job with my nails, arguing with me every time I tried to ask him for something such as cutting my nails and not just filing. The other technicians seems good and my friend had a great experience; however, when I asked for someone else to fix my nails, they continued to paint over the bad paint job. Hopefully my experience was a one off but I will not be going back. Also my technician initially came out not wearing a mask.

The location is convenient but if youre looking for detailed service, this is not the place.

Very Clean when it comes to sanation, especially during COVID19. Very Friendly and the owner is very diverse and educated with her business. I got a manicure in addition a massage.

I come here to get my nails done 2x a month and they always do a perfect job with doing so!

The nail tech was going from person to person without changing his gloves. When he sat down in front of me, he had OIL on his gloves, from the prior manicure. That was a hard stop. Please go wash your hands and change your gloves. His work was mediocre at best.

They have a huge selection of colors, and the technicians were very careful and paid attention to details when working on our nails. I ended up chipping a nail and cracking another the day after my manicure, and I went back in to see if I could get it fixed. They redid the 2 nails for free! Really great customer service, I’m happy I went here.

They were fast with seating me and did an amazing job with my nails, but my moms were absolutely horrible. They said it would be 35 for a new set and charged me 87. Nice inside, but that was unacceptable. We did come back later and they fixed my moms for free, but the fact that we had to come back for there wrong doing was a little unprofessional.

Love the clever service names for the pedicures! Owner is very friendly, comical, and hospitable. I’m not a big champagne fan, but the one he offered was delicious! Both nail techs were very skilled, fast, and did a quality job! I did the SNS manicure and the “No Chipper Jones“ pedicure. Both still look AMAZING after four weeks! The nail tech was even able to save a nail that was broken halfway down and it hasn’t broken off, is not weak/fragile, nor has it snagged on anything over the month! I can only tell it’s broken because my nails have grown so much that the crack is now evident from the backside. I’ll be back, TODAY!!!
