1st time going and had to go back. Owner Asian lady did my nails. She needs to recertify! She put acrylic between my real nails n the fake nail and said it was because she couldnt glue it on my nail. She filed my real nails down to the wick and put glue over it. I have never in 20 yrs had such a horrible job done to my nails. And then she didnt refund me for this mess! And talked about me to the other guy and cursed. Never going back!!!!!

Yeah, definitely should have read the reviews before entering. I had acrlyic and gel that I wanted to be removed. The woman rushed doing my nails and after I repeatedly told her not to cut my nails, she still managed to make them jagged. I even expressed that I would prefer her to soak the acrylic off , but because it starred to rain she used a nail clipper to hack away at the gel and used a fake nail to shove in between my nail and the acrylic. After she was done I told her there was still acrylic on there and she protested. The lighting is so terrible in there, no wonder she cant see.

I have been coming Nail Trix since they where in Underground Atlanta, Upstairs to the right just as you came off the escalator! Thats been a long time! I will agree that sometime they are understaffed but i never leave disappointed. last time I was there Steve told me he is considering retiring from the shop or moving it away from downtown....Either way I am loyal to Nail Trix!!! Its hard to find a good nail salon that actually isnt crowded with people passing out flyers and trying to sell you something downtown!

This is the WORST nail shop. They were VERY unprofessional. Upon entering, I was greeted by the owner. I was then asked to sit at a booth. I wasn’t atteneded to until 30 mins after my arrival. The nail tech gave me a shape that I did not ask for. She also added on nail art that I didn’t ask for. My nails are SLOPPY, POORLY SHAPED AND UGLY! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!!

They rush through your nails. If theres a problem with the service, they fuss about correcting it. Theres only one good person that does nails there. Shes a brown skin lady that sits in the back. I dont know her name, but she was getting a lot of service while I was in there.

Great pedicures! I love for Diana to do my nails. I highly recommend this place.

Horrible!!!!!!!!! The manager of this location is rude to her employees. I went in to get gel mood change polish pedicure and manicure . My nail technician helped me select a polish that I liked. So I got the polish on it didnt change color at all ,the nail tech let the manager know and she argued with the nail tech saying it changed the nail tech explained to her that it didnt change. That the polish was OLD!!!!!do not go here there is a much better one right around the corner with new polish. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔☹️☹️☹️

Very bad service. My pedicure was very short and the lady acted like she didnt want to do it. I didnt know what you say but I told them I wasnt pleased with the pedicure service before I left..........Im so upset. I payed my hard earned money for garbage. If I just wanted my toes polished I would have stayed home.

The service was horrible the lady kept starting on my nails and then went to do other things. I told her I didnt like them she hust stared at me. My nails literally looks like building blocks she doesnt know how to file at all. I don’t reccomend this place at all. Please take this as a warning and save your money

I usually dont like leaving bad reviews, I gave it a 3 stars because it wasnt worth the money. Service was bad. I wont come back

Great service for pedi and medi, I recommend Diana if you go there!

This place has nice workers, however when I asked for the price before service of a full set and pedicure it increased after I got everything completed because they “didn’t understand what I was asking”. Wouldn’t be my go-to salon.
