Im from out of town, and googled nail salons near me (Chamblee area). I read reviews on most salons, in the area. Although Queens nail was rated highest, I still drove to other places. Once I arrived (the other places) I didnt have a good feeling and the reviews were accurate; unfriendly and ignored customers. At this point, I drove to Queens. The minute I walked in, I was greeted by a real nice gentleman. He advised that Lynn would help me. That she did. She also did an exceptional job (although what I wanted was simple). Thank you! I will return.

I wish I remembered the lady’s name who did these sets (it was the same lady both times). She’s AMAZING and very friendly. I didn’t take photos from my first visit but you’ll see my second following this post. Every nail was nice and neat. I love how the acrylic goes all the way to my cuticles. As stated previously, TRY THEM!! You won’t regret it. ☺️

This place is my favorite nail salon right now. They are very clean and good at nails. They have all the latest stuff. But, they could work on getting a better front fest receptionist. The guy at the front was not positive or friendly or very accommodating maybe because he is young. This time with no appointment I went with a different girl on Sunday. She was almost rude. I had to explain to her my shape several times. That wasnt the problem. But she snapped and argued. It’s very easy to do my shape. She was young too. Just have to stick with Johnny and make sure not to take her again. I do like this place. I guess times are changing with staffing and etc. I feel bad for the the small business owner.

I read the reviews about gel nails peeling so quickly after coming here but wanted to give them benefit of a doubt. One nail chipped after one hour of leaving the salon, the next nail chipped the following day and its been a downward spiral since. This is exactly one week later and nails and polish have chipped on most fingers.On a brighter note, my husband and myself did the pedicures (it was his first experience) and we thoroughly enjoyed the pedicures. Would give them 5 stars for the pedicures alone, however truly disappointed with my gel manicure.

They always do a phenomenal job no matter what crazy nail idea I come in with. Natalie is an amazing nail tech and she is always so detailed, thorough, and patient.

Great service!! I have been coming here for a couple of years now and everyone has always been so nice. The salon is always clean and they always find a way to fit you in if you need an appointment. If you are really picky on how your nails look I recommend seeing Long. I have always done my nails with Long and I wouldn’t change him for anything in the world. He is so nice, patient, if you ask for an idea he nicely gives you some ideas, he is very detailed and makes sure that everything looks nice. 100% recommend!!

I have been going to this place for over 5 years, even when I moved away, I drove 20 minutes out here and now I am truly fed up. I went in for a fill in and a pedicure. One nail was lifting but the young lady said I needed a full set. Cool. I didn’t feel like arguing. My nails were redone HORRIBLY. My shape that I wear is a tapered square. My new nails are all different shapes are ugly. I was not allowed to wash my hands after filing drilling and shaping. No base coat was applied for the gel polish. If you are gonna redo my nails come with it sweetheart. And my pedicure only had water and I my toe nails are horribly shaped. For 88 bucks? And this was on my birthday! Queens nails needs to realize that Tucker, N.Druid and the downtown Decatur area is coming up and fast with plenty of new franchises such as Chan and Bay, and Luxury Nail Salon. I’ll now head that way in search of a new salon even though Queens is 3 mins from my house. I now see why neighbors gasp and scream no when I mention “Queens Nails” I’m done.✌🏾

I absolutely love getting my nails done here! Long is the most detailed nail technician who’s ever worked on my nails. He makes sure everything is absolutely perfect before I walk out the door. Highly recommend him and this salon!

After just one week all the Gel manicures are gone and the manager says because it was on your own nail our expectation is a week and we can’t fix it unless you pay again $30.00.But I used to do the same thing in the other nail salon lasted for a month.I don’t recommend this salon at all, do not waste your money….

Quick job. The massage for my pedicure (soothing one, $30) was less than 2 minutes. The nail polish arrangement is very messy with the brands and colors all scattered about. If you use a card to pay there’s a $1.50 fee. With that it’s a solid 3 star place, nothing great but it is cheaper than most places.

Q was my nail tech!! I’ve been here several times now and she has by far been my favorite. She is super patient and polite. Overall I loved my experience with her and will continue to come back here :))

The nail tech did an outstanding job on my pedicure, I felt relaxed. She took her time and I didn’t feel rush even though they were busy. I love this business and never had a bad experience.

Walking in I could tell they were busy. There was no receptionist to help with the flow of steady customers. The gentleman gave me a time of 15 minutes to be seen for an SNS and pedicure. 20 minutes later I was seated in a chair with no warm in the tub and no technician. No big deal. I waited 5 minutes. A technician immediately started helping a woman who arrived AFTER me. I asked if she had an appointment. “No.” I walked out. I recognize they’re busy but I also recognize when someone overlooks a patron because they’re making assumptions about who deserves to be cared for first. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to another salon with incredible service.

This is my favorite local nail shop. Always friendly and on time when you make an appointment. Very clean. Ive seen some great artwork on manicures here! I love the massage chairs for pedicures.

I love this place so much My old nail tech I felt like their tips were always breakingsomeone referred me here and every nail set I’ve gotten so far has been the best.I started with acrylic so I could do ombre and then I did glow-in-the-dark acrylic and then I went back to my S&S and I love it. They are busy so booking appointments would probably be the best unless you go early like myself

I’ve gotten all kinds of services done at Queens nails and they NEVER disappoint. Staff are all really sweet and are highly trained and it’s super clean. I’ve never had a better set of gel nails than the ones I get from here!

They do a decent job with nails. One thing that made me upset this past weekend was the fact that they dont require people to wear a mask anymore. In a nail shop, everyone has to be in close proximity to others to be serviced; thats nothing new. However, unless you have been living under a rock, you know that Covid cases are on the rise again very quickly for reasons such as this. My daughter and I felt very uncomfortable getting serviced with no one wearing masks and lots of coughing. It seems as though well be living with Covid forever since businesses like this wont try to keep their customers safe.

I decided to give the salon another try, after Dan corrected my gel set from an earlier service with another nail tech. During my visit, I found the new nail tech to be professional and courteous - just like the previous one. He, like the previous nail techs, stated the gel set would last at least two weeks. My service was on Monday, June 15th. Two days later, the nail enamel began to peel. Ive not reached the 2-week mark, yet enamel is now on half of my nails.Please know the salon is very clean, professional, practices social distancing and has a welcoming environment. It is exactly as my referral described minus the outcome. After two failed attempts, I will try another salon.

It was so nice working with Q, she took care of me and listened to the designs and colors I wanted to explore. She gave me her advice but listened well and created a beautiful collage of unique designs to make my hands perfect. She also focused on her work which made me feel comfortable like she wasn’t going accidentally cut me. I would highly recommend this place! 💕

I switched local salons several years back & have had great experiences every time I go. I’m a regular so I am there every 2 weeks. I typically use Amy & Natalie; however, when Amy isn’t available, I use Anna. Sometimes they’re running a little late; sometimes I’m a little late but either way, they are always flexible.Dan, who owns the salon, is extremely courteous & professional & runs a great shop (his son who helps out is the same!). The employees look happy & the salon is always very clean.

At the high recommendation from a colleague and positive Google reviews, I decided to check out the salon. When it comes to ‘glows’, the salon gets high marks for professionalism and cleanliness. While I thought my manicure and gel nails met my expectations, two days later, they looked as though I needed a fill-in. The appearance, underneath the nails, looked horrible. During my pedicure ($40 service), the technician nicked my toe, didn’t acknowledge it until I mentioned the blood, then jokingly said, “You didn’t ask for red with your American pedicure”.I showed my nails to my colleague and she was outdone. She indicated she would speak with the owner on her next visit because this was unacceptable. She made it clear she’s cognizant of businesses and services she recommends to others. At the moment, I’m not sure if I will return for future visits.

It was my first time at this salon yesterday as a walk in. And it had been a while since I personally got a manicure, And let me tell you, I’m pretty picky which is one of the main reasons I stopped getting a manicure. But I was truly satisfied. I am currently really pregnant and my experience went well, no complaints at all and I can’t wait to go back and try out there pedicures as well. Everyone was very kind and sanitized throughout especially during this pandemic. Thank you guys, I love my current set!

I visited this shop for the first time on 9/19, with my 3-year-old granddaughter. They treated us warmly and professionally. My granddaughter got her fingernails and toenails polished with gel polish. Ann did a wonderful job. I got SNS with tips and Calvin did a great job. He took his time and my nails look fantastic. I also got a pedicure, which felt wonderful. Thank you Lyne. I will be going back to this salon.

Needed a place to take my bestie for a bridal treatment so the regular nail shop was not gonna happen. I loved how T and Dan conversed with me (I am not use to nail techs holding conversations)... It was a wonderful experience and their salon name is the PERFECT name because they treat their customers like royalty☺! I absolutely loved this place I have now gone there 3 times. Once with my cousins, once by myself, and once with my mom. We all had an amazing experiences and our nails always came out looking beautiful. The salon itself is beautiful, clean and very nice energy. I highly recommend!! The owner (Dan, desk #1) is my nail tech and I love going to him. He’s very respectful, accommodating, and all around a good person. As a person who is wheelchair bound I can tell you that this nail salon is very easy to get around and if something isn’t as easy, all the employees will gladly give any help that may be needed. I’ve been going there since October. I’ve always had a great experience up until recently. I got my pedicure done I was advice a nail tech will get to me shorty for a full set . I sat there for 30 mins watched everyone get seated with NO appointments since I can hear the receptionist ask the customers as they’re coming in. When I asked how much longer I had to wait they replied idk. I decide to go ahead and check out the guy that sits in the first row to the left when you walk into the salon said next time make an appointment everyone else has appointments. He lied to my face I sat there and listened to ppl come in with no OUT appointments. The tech that did my pedicure was more apologetic then the owner or manager whatever he is. I have a problem with people lying. have a better system in place. Oh and don’t lie to your customers!

My nail tech was Anna I had stopped by 2 weeks ago to have my eyebrows waxed. Today I wanted to get a gel manicure and eyebrows waxed. I went there at 10 this morning however she was busy so an appointment was made for 2:30 I received a call from a gentleman asking if I could wait until 2:45 I said no problem less than 5 minutes later he called back and asked if I could wait until 4:15 I said no problem he then said he would not charge me for my eyebrows because my appointment had been changed twice..THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I have found my new nail spa..thanks Anna and the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone..💜Very friendly..

It was an amazing mommy and daughtee day. My daughter and I got mani and pedis and the ladies were very sweet and professional. My daughter had them cracking up putting my hairy legs on blast lol. But we will definitely be back. I enjoyed myself and my baby girl did too.

This is my one stop shop for mani/pedi/SNS and now waxing! I started going to QNS a few months ago, and haven’t been anywhere else since then. It’s a very nice and clean salon with a great atmosphere. No need in worrying about social distancing. They have barriers up between you, the nail tech and the customer next to you. Lin does a great job on my nails! I tried the eyebrow wax and tint today and I’m very pleased! Anna did an awesome job! Everyone is always professional and friendly. That really makes a difference at any business. A lot of nail salons have terrible customer service and they do a mediocre job... you WON’T have those issues at QNS! Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Love this place and so glad I found it. Dan usually does my nails and he is awesome. My shape comes out perfect every time - shape is important to me. I had to go through two others before I realized he was the tech that met my needs. Calvin is also great too! I continue going back every 2 weeks because they’re that good.

I went in to get my acrylics removed properly. I got to my moms and showed her my nails. I explained that the tech (Natalie) had pried my nails off using a plastic nail. I didn’t know that this method is a short cut and damages the nail bed. I was shocked! I thought it was just supposed to hurt? They are supposed to soak the nail in acetone first. My nails are paper thin now and I wish I had gone somewhere else or just tried to do this at home. I figured a salon would do the right thing. Guess I learned a lesson. A painful one!

This is the only place I go to for my nails. I only get SNS and my nails always grow healthy and long and it never chips or breaks. I even had them do my nails for my wedding and graduation. If you’re coming for nails you MUST let the men do them. Carl is my favorite! The women for whatever reason don’t do a really good job with nails. I’ve learned that lesson the hard way. Pedicure and eyebrow services are okay but I usually only really come for my nails. Other then that, the place has been remodeled so the interior is lovely and the staff is always relatively friendly. Will continue to patronize!

I needed a quick gel manicure and I was serviced in less than 5 mins. Lin did an awesome job!! I’ll be going back to see her for sure. Prices are reasonable and they have plexiglass in between the tech and the customer. I felt safe and satisfied with the service. Also, some places talk about you in their native language, for whatever reason, and you can tell. It’s very disrespectful, but I’m happy that I didn’t experience that while I was there. This was my first visit and they’ll definitely be my new nail salon!

My 1st 4 visits were amazing, I was a loyal customer, still am somewhat but after corona it’s been hit or miss. Sometimes my acrylic nails stay on for 5 weeks, sometimes they will just pop off after 2-3 days...the people are very nice and your nail design will be on point!

This salon was recommended to me by my daughter and I had a very pleasant visit...Customer service is great and prices are comparable to other salons near by, but the QUALITY of their work really sets them apart...

Linn does a terrific job with my nails. They put up plastic barriers between the salon technician and the client. Everybody wears a mask and they ask you to wash your hands before and after your service. I watched them spray down the chairs and table top after a client left. All of this made me feel safer.

I never get disappointed. I go to Anna, she is very pleasant and does a great job every time I go to her.

I really enjoyed the service I received here. They are very knowledgeable, do great designs and has plenty of options of nail colors.

My son and myself received the spa pedicure. After my feet soaked for about 5 minutes, my son was being serviced. 10 minutes into my pedicure my sons pedicure was complete. The nail tech had assisted me had natural long nails. I take it that she did not know the length of her nails and kept pinching my toes while clipping the cuticle. She went around each toe one time with the cuticle nipper and went on to the next toe. It is not surprising that the pedicure is of very poor quality and polish job was lack there of. The polish looks like the toe nail has being growing and missing polish on the new area of the nail. Pricing is not discussed up front and definitely a surprise bill at the end. I will not return to this location.

I initially gave this shop 5 stars but am changing it to a 1. After my initial experience, I went back for a follow up mani. Lin did a horrible job on my mani.....I went back 2 days later and the owner, a lady, gave me attitude about my legitimate complaint of polish that was extremely lumpy, thick and uneven. She scheduled me to come back the next day and Natalie repainted my nails. I chose a different color based on the fact that I was told the previous color was hard to paint. Natalie painted my nails and did an equally bad job. She did not dry out the nail beds before painting them and now I have fish eyes in the polish along with streaky polish. To top it all off, they attempted to charge me $20 to correct their poor work. When I disagreed, they bumped it down to $15 which is still unacceptable. I will not return.

This was my first time here and they were so personable. Jenny, Liam and Kelly personally talked with me and my roommate the whole time and took great care of our nails and made sure we were completely satisfied. Love them :)

Calvin is the best. Always on time for your appointment and I have not showed him something that he has not been able to replicate. He is a perfectionist so be prepared for him to redo a nail even when you think it looks good🤦‍♀️

My nails stayed on nicely, they looked really good and the guy doing them was very attentive, but the girl prepping my nails and applying the tips was a bit rude laughing and pointing at me with her co-worker. I felt a bit uncomfortable because it was right in front of me :/

I was referred to Queens Nails by a close friend. I was looking for professional, clean, comfortable and elegant. I purchased gift cards for my mother and treated her for Christmas. I was recently there to have a pedicure since I have gone through some foot surgery, I needed some pampering! Queens Nails did not disappoint!

High standard of quality from management which I really appreciate as he will not let you leave the shop if the service is not up to par.
