They do it all here. Thomas is my usual go to for nail art, but they all do a great job. I usually show Thomas a picture of what I want or let him freestyle. I also love getting pedicures here as well. Everyone is really friendly and you’ll want to come back.

My nails and feet were ok, not the best work. My nails are natural, the acrylic popped off my thumb after a week. The environment was clean, but their service seemed more mechanical than personal. There was no personal touch or paying attention to details. That’s what makes the experience good enough to go back time after time. Needless to say… I won’t visit them again.

Nice Salon, Great Prices but they do not speak or understand much English. So me and my friend had to constantly repeat ourselves. But after they understood they did some of what we asked.

Rushed, uneven nails that looked like a bad imitation of my desired picture.Dude did not clean the area at all between clients. The previous persons finger dust was all on the table.

Absolutely horrible manicure. My gel nail polish fully came off less than a week after because the nail tech didn’t take the time to properly file/buff/clean my nails. It’s been a long time since I got my nails done, and I knew he was moving quickly but didn’t realize the job would be so half done. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

I waited an hour and had several people who came in after me, get sat for service before me. The first nail tech they sent didn’t know how to encapsulate a couple nails, so I waited even longer for someone else. They charged me $100 for a full set with 4 encapsulated nails that literally didn’t last a day. Literally before the day was over, 2 nails had lifted off of the bed of my fingers. Today a couple more did the same on the opposite hand. I will never go back and don’t recommend the place to anyone else.

I absolutely love this place. I been going to them for 10 years now. They’re very proficient & fast; however, I recommend going in the morning. For the last ten years I don’t let anyone else work on my nails. They have a large variety of colors and their customer service is awesome! I love my 3D designs and they bring my idea to reality every time. I’m never unsatisfied & now I have all of my friends going there.

From full sets, pedicures, and eyebrow waxes, Q-Nails gets the job done perfectly and in a timely manner! My best friend and I come back every two weeks to get dolled up. This is my favorite nail shop in Atlanta. Let me start by saying that it is not all of the glitz and glamour that some people look for....its does not have spa type feel but what it does have is talented technicians, years of experience, creativity, and unbeatable prices! It is not decorated with that posh/chic style but who cares??... Those places tend to come with higher prices and oftentimes less quality work. The place is usually busy but definitely worth the wait. I literally walk in and trust them to pick my color and design. The most they might ask is if I want something bright or neutral and they take it from there. Neal and Tony are great. They definitely remember repeat customers and make your experience entertaining. Give them a try! They wont disappoint.

I’m here visiting Atlanta an I googled this place saw great reviews an when I showed up at 4pm I’ve just got seated at 6:04They talked very loud an the one lady put a while chair directly behind my seat to do eyebrows than grabbed my chair an started moving me speaking in another language if I moved she bumped me I said something several times but the staff just continued as if no one heard me another customer started laughing saying it didn’t make since to them either, than once my hands were started he tried to put overlay lengths on my nails an charge me $45 not even a design was thought of at this point no social distancing at allAll the seats are stacked together an with only 2 that available he than said he had to charge me to soak my 3 nails I explained I did them they’ve been on for a months he insisted on soaking an charging me I asked if I could take them off he said he cannot give me anything but he never tried so at that point I just up an left a two hr wait i will never return but I have to be honest he look like he was doing some great nail work maybe he was over worked but my presence wasn’t token in to consideration at all here a lot of homeless people filled the front as well with a million flies attacking the customers the whole 2 hrs smh

I came here for the first time with three of my other friends and the process was pretty quick! The nails were nicely done but my experience with my nail tech was very disturbing. He made various ignorant comments about black women and compared us to white women as well. He also joked about slavery. As a BLACK WOMEN giving my hard earned money to support your business it is not only unprofessional, but rude to generalize me and my people under a negative characteristic. My friends and I will not be returning. Hopefully he educates himself and finds other topics to talk about!

They know all the latest nail trends and have almost any color, glitter, etc you bring to the table! They stay packed but make sure to get you in and out in a decent time! I have been going to Q nails for 7 years and i have never had a problem with my nails that they were not able to fix. Each person in the shop had their own style but amazing talent at making your nails look great. The staff are funny and professional, and give you exactly what you ask for. They are reasonably price but the reason I gave 4 stars is because I feel like they sometimes charge more money than often when sometimes I payless. I would encourage them to be more consistent with pricing so that I dont have to guest what I will owe if I want my nails shorter or longer. Other than pricing my pedicures are always on point and my manicures are always the way I want them. I have tried the dip powder and they do a good job with dip. Whenever I get diamonds the designs are amazing. Q nails dont disappoint when it comes to quality but they need to work on consistency of pricing.

Last Friday 3/30/18, I got a fill in and like two days later my nail broke without me noticing. Then after that 2 of my other nails broke. I NEVER had my nails break off so easily before. I was so frustrated and in rage they broke so easily because I just got them done. My nails wasn’t professionally done. I went back to get my 3 nails fixed but the nail tech caught a attitude with me and was arguing with me about how my nails broke because they’re fill in and not a full set. I told him regardless of a fill in, my nails should of never broke so easily. He said he would charge me $15 which is the same price for a whole fill in. I left and went to west end nails where she charged me a reasonably price $12 and understood my situation. I will never go back here again and don’t recommend anybody to get their nails done here. I recommend you go to West End nails or any other place that can professionally do nails right!

Great prices HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I came in ready to get a gel full set, polish change and eyebrows well over a $100 gain. After finding out the polish change was $20 I opted for regular polish and designs. They quickly shuffled me from a spa chair to an itchy standard chair. They then proceeded to laugh and banter. I quickly just obliged for a $7 polish change. Thanks sweetie, but no thanks. Support BLACK BUSINESS ! THIS PROVES THEY DONT REDPECT YOUR DOLLARS!

Used to come here years ago. Recently went back . They do a good job. Customer service not a priority they more concerned about getting people in and out & collecting money.Note- they will try to get over on you, make sure you are calculating everything yourself or youll end up paying for something you didnt even get & They do not give clear prices on extra services. They make it up a they go. If you question them about their prices, they wont give exact amount then they talk crap about you (of course not in English). Some of us arent as dumb as others and wont play dumb.

Everyone is friendly & youll feel comfortable with whoever your technician is because they like to talk mess (in a good way) My nails always look great & i always get compliments on my nails. Had my current set for 3 weeks now & Im still getting compliments. Eyebrow lady is very good too!

They do great work but I really feel they discriminate against fat/plus size women. Everyone there of smaller size was able to sit in their considered luxury black chairs. When time for me to be serviced the owner removed the luxury chair and tried to provide a hard chair for me to sit in. Did she think because I am fat I would damage her chair? Are we not there to have a spa and comfortable experience? If you feel someone would damage your equipment... Simply upgrade. Its sad that 95% of their business comes from the black community who also represent many different sizes. This was a very horrible experience. I suggest taking your business to those who really appreciate your service.

I was very disappointed in the complete service. I like the attention to detail and care my normal nail tech gives me. May never be back. Im very disappointed in them as a whole. Ive been getting the same manicure since I came in and paying the same price. Now, my nail tech doesnt do it and I ask why and Im told its $10 more. So today, its $10 more for what you normally do during a manicure?! That the kind of customer care that makes me not want to come back.

I’m on break and in between houses because I am a co-owner of a cleaning company, so I decided to stop somewhere in the area of my next appointment since I missed my regular yesterday. Customer service was terrible. I’d rate it 0 if it were possible. The guy who did my nails was very rude and snarky. He demanded that I pay before he had even finished. Also, my French nails look mediocre. I’ve never seen such poor quality work before ever! My nail artist will have a workload to fix next time because of this mess. Please stay away from this establishment. I’m not even sure how businesses like this remain open.

Its kinda hood, however the eyebrow lady is really good. If you get your brows done here be prepared to sit in a chair in middle of the salon while everyone watch.

I was creating a flyer on my phone while getting my nails done and he helped me by placing my phone on the other side when he switched hands. I love the atmosphere and location. Lisa is amazingly good! She takes her time with you, obtain a personal rapport with clients and a job well done every time. I go to no other tech just wait the time to be attended to.

I been going there for over 3 years but have decided to stop going. It always crowded with it being a small place and can barely walk in and barely somewhere to sit, the guys that work on nails always got unnecessary jokes or commons, they make up prices for every visit and etc. I asked them why does my gel polish chip after a week old. They say maybe because of typing from work. So now Ive been going to a new location in Midtown Atlanta for 5 months and the gel polish last for 3 weeks maybe longer ( So what that tells you). Now they are good with designs but the quality of the nails doesnt last. Also be prepared to spend atleast 2 hours there for ANY services.

I HATE writing negative reviews, but I feel this is a must. I called on a Sunday @ 4:30 to see what time they closed and was told 5:30. I get there at 5 the door is locked and the open sign is off. A man opens the door and said what you need? I tell him and he says okay sit down. He does my nails SUPER fast, clearly in a rush because at this point he has about 8 people that walked in behind me, so hes trying to get to them as quick as possible, so they can close, which I understand. He polishes my nails and 4 of them have A LOT of bubbles and the polish has swirls in it. I tell the guy who was doing my feet and he argued me down that I touched something. My nails are hot pink, if I touched something you would see hot pink somewhere. But of course you didnt, because I didnt touch anything. So he fixes them, I pay ($40, tip included) and later that day with me just laying in bed I find 2 of my nails to be broken. I come back the next day at 12:00, he says long nails break easy, I told you that. You still have to pay to get them fixed. Its funny how theyre jokey jokey when everything is okay, but when you have an issue the jokes go out the door and they treat you like you just werent a paying customer LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO!! I shouldve known to go elsewhere when another young lady walked in and had a problem and said everytime I come here its something, I wont be back. I now have learned my lesson. Customer service is everything, but clearly they dont care. You could make a lot MORE money if you handled situations like these better. You never know who a person knows!

I came here for the $20 mani pedi special and received excellent service. I had pretty rough nails and some blisters. I had used an art product that expands and hardens into splinters when it dries, and when my gloves tore, I accidentally got the product stuck under my nails. The woman didnt speak any of the languages I speak, but was able to see the problem and fix it with manicure oil. I saw customers with car grease, dirt, paint, etc. that day on their hands and under their nails, and the two women were able to fix it quickly.The reason for 4 stars is because when I was done a man told me I needed to pay cash, even though there were multiple signs saying they took credit card. I didnt have enough cash at the moment for both the service and tip in cash, and I had gotten great service, so I politely argued until he took my credit card, which took a while. I didnt appreciate the delay.

There was an issue with my nails. I came in the NEXT MORNING and politely asked the store manger to correct the situation. He proceeds to tell me I dont know what you did to your nails but you need a full set. The crap went on and on and he started speaking Vietnamese. You know how that goes. They perform a half ass job, nickle and dime you for everything then treat you any kind way.
