I went to Blanc this morning g to get a fill-in, pedi, and eye brow wax. I have been going here since they opened. The you g lady who took care of me today has done my nails before. I do wish I remember her name she is very sweet and takes her time. Unfortunately, my thumb nail popped off a few hours later. I went back so that they could repair the nail sale day. When I walked in the guy who is usually at the front greeting and walking around the salon sat me down. As I was telling him that my nail popped off he proceeded to tell me that I broke it off. I did not got back and forth I just asked for it to be repaired. He fixed it reluctantly. As I was getting ready to leave he told me the repair would be $7 even though I was literally just there and the broken nail was not at my fault (I’m assuming it was literally just too thin) I gave him the $7 and I am feeling discouraged because not only do I spend a lot of money every single time I come here (especially since there has been a clear up charge in the services since reopening) I felt like they did not want to help in terms in fixing an issue. Everything is great when you are spending your hard earned money but when there is an issue there is a certain attitude and treatment that was given that I did not appreciate.

Amazing quality. I just got a pedicure from David. He is so so nice and professional. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Also extremely clean. They make you wash your hands when you get in. Everyone is masked. Overall great experience!

Overpriced, mediocre nails. The aesthetic is nice, thats about it. They nickel and dime you for everything. Nails started out at 40 and ended at 62 after upcharges. Gel, 15. Mishapen Coffin, 5, length 2... they arent even long. And the polish on my toes was so thick that even after drying over 30 minutes in the shop they were still messed up by the time I went home.The person that did my set didnt know how to properly build nails. They were too thin and I had to ask him to add more acrylic or they would break. It didnt seem like the work of a licensed nail professional. They are flat and have no apex, just thin at the base and thinner at the tip.This is top prices for just average work...if that. My coffin shape doesnt look good, my nails are thicker on one side than the other, I couldnt get the matte top coat I wanted because they were going to charge me $5 for that! I wont be back.Edit- 1wk later and my nails are peeling and lifting. If the person that did my nails is licensed Ill be amazed. The gel polish was peeling after a few days.

Extremely happy with their work. My favorite nail place ever. Spacious, clean, nice, can do any design and lasts longer than any others Ive had.

Definitely would not recommend. For the price, I shouldn’t walk out with SNS powder all over my hands. And I had to have my pedicure redone because it looked truly ridiculous. And I’m really not high-maintenance but the quality was unacceptable.I’ve also never heard of a pedicure that doesn’t include scrubbing your heels. An extra $5 for something that’s typically just included is not something I’m particularly interested in.Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Within 2 days these are the nails that broke. I paid $168.00 for 2 pedicures and 2 fill-in’s, for me and my daughter. I did come back and asked them to fix this, I couldn’t ignore. I had spent a lot of money, never again. I’ve been to ghetto nail salons and there nails last for a month or more, spend only $35. Boujee don’t always equal quality!!

Megan was so thorough. It had been a while since my last pedicure so I needed some extra attention. She was excellent. The shop is also very clean and pandemic safety is strictly enforced. You must wear a mask and wash hands upon entry. I will definitely be back.

The place is spacious and clean but the quality seems to have gotten worse and worse. The technician today barely kept my gel under the lamp before switching it. When I mentioned the timer went off after 5 secs she put them back under for barely 20 seconds before having me switch it. Im pretty sure the gel will peel off. Ive been going since it first opened and kept going because of Covid and how clean and spaced out it is. However I probably wont continue. Its too pricey to make it worthwhile.

Great service! My first time visiting this nail salon and I was definitely pleased with my service. Made an appointment for a pedicure, had to wait a little while (requested a female technician) and she did a really good job. I would definitely recommend this nail salon and I will be back!

Amazing! The salon is aesthetically pleasing and very clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and did not have to wait. Jen did my pedicure with gel polish and she was so professional and personable! Kayla (corrected 😂) provided me with an awesome SNS that wasnt too think and my nails were shaped just like I like them. These are my two nail professionals and I have finally settled on a neighborhood salon!The gentleman that checked me out advised me to call to schedule an appointment after I asked about an online scheduling system. This is not a problem but an online system would be effective as well. Ill be back in two weeks!

Brand new! The place is bright and very clean. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. The service was very thorough-they really took their time to do a good job! They offered beverages if you wanted any.Only negative is their prices are a bit higher than the other places I’ve been nearby.

So I give this place 2 stars because the actual layout of this place was thought out perfectly ! It’s spacious , has about 20 nails stations and 20 pedicure seats and it’s always sooo clean . And to add they do not play about washing your hands as soon as you enter . However the quality of work here is terrible . Every time I try to give this place a chance they disappoint me . Almost as if the products they use are super cheap which is crazy because I forgot to mention they are expensive !!! Your nails will not last and the nails techs seem very inexperienced. There is not detail on their work and no one in the building is precise when it comes the building a nail . I wish I had a picture to show you how my nails look after 1 week . And why did I keep coming back you ask ? They have the most perfect location !! Who doesn’t want to go to yoga, get their nails done , then finish off with grocery shopping at Publix ..

I really wanted to like this place for a number of reasons. For starters, the location is within a mile from my house. Secondly, the space is gorgeous and clean. Thirdly, my nail technician was so personable. However, my nails and toes were not good. Everything was just too thick. The powder dip on my nails was messy. Instantly, and I do mean within a day, my nails began to crack. I prefer gel for my pedicure. The gel was so thick it looked like the polish was sitting on top of my toes. Let’s not forget the cost associated with this place. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit.

I’ve been twice now and I’m so disappointed. Every service ends up being $30 more than you expect with all the add-ins that shouldn’t cost extra. My $30 pedicure with regular polish ended up being $60 and I have no idea what was added on.There were big miscommunications both times. Granted I’m shy and should have said something, but I got a new acrylic set and she made it the length of my natural nails… she just started cutting them without asking.I’ve been getting acrylics for 10+ years and these also break in half or pop off so much faster than I’m used to. This time it lasted about a week before one popped off.

This place is amazing! I felt totally safe with coved19. They practice social distancing. They have barriers. And it’s very very clean. Plus my nails look AMAZING! Jason is so good at nails! I highly recommend coming here!

I really wanted to like them, but after I got home, I noticed the horrible job that was done on my pedicure and plus I got a nail fungus from them. This was definitely NOT what I paid $80 for and I am disappointed with them. I did notice that the tech didnt use a clean file with my nails so shame on me for not speaking up about it.

My girlfriend went here May 18th and was very disappointed with the service provided by the receptionist. The nail technicians were very nice but they did not apply the correct color polish. When the error was pointed out they tried to blame her when the color on her toes and nails obviously did not match. Eventually after more than 2 hours and with no apology offered from the receptionist the work was completed but it was a terrible experience. We will not be taking our business back there and would not recommend anyone else who cares about customer service do either.

The worst customer service, especially the manager or whatever you want to call him. So rude! The work by the technicians is good majority of the time but the overall service and what you pay, absolutely terrible. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was absolutely terrible at explaining what I wanted and I just showed my nail tech a bunch of pictures. He took creative control and did a phenomenal job! He went all the way down to my cuticle even though my nails were short and came all the way around the front. He was quick, professional, and patient! The inside was very modern and clean with an attentive staff. This is my new favorite place to go now!

I came when they were opened at noon on Sunday and they gave me a specific time to return and told me that they couldn’t service me. An hour before they were scheduled to close. They were rude and completely inconsiderate. I had a huge event to attend and i could’ve made different arrangements. I’m soooo upset at this establishment. I hate unprofessional things. They are okay during the weekday

Megan is FANTASTIC! I am a licensed cosmetologist so cleanliness, detail and quality is a non negotiable for me. The whole salon is extremely clean, they follow state mandated covid guidelines and Megan always does an incredible job on my nails. Im so glad I live next door to this awesome nail bar!

Spacious, very clean salon with great color options and friendly service. Can be busy, even on weekdays. Efficient but not rushed service. Have been twice for SNS and havent had any skin abrasions from the buffer. Cant say thats been the case at other salons.

Well the water was cold and instead of letting some out, she added more water this it was lukewarm. Probably half way through she finally added enough water to my liking. But she very unfriendly, while the others were laughing and enjoying their clients 🙃. I would come back just not for her.

Beautiful place but terrible costumer service.Employees are slow and rude.. I got SNS and it cracked after three days. The nail technician cut me multiple times, never said sorry. After almost two hours there he finally finish my nails and charged me way more than what they advertise, when I questioned them, he didn’t know how to explain and kept saying that was the price.Overall a terrible experience! Don’t waste your time or money going to that place.

I’ve always liked my mani/pedi regardless of who provided the service. It’s also super clean. The ONLY thing that drives me crazy is the requirement of washing hands. Sanitizer would be more efficient/effective but such a minor detail. They’re great!

They do both at the same time to save you time and offer you wine or water while you are pampered! This place is awesome! I’ll definitely return! Here’s my nails one week later! Services were fantastic - up until the point where they painted my nails. The French on my toes is so thick and my nails are sloppy - I could’ve painted my nails better at home. Just stick with clear coat and you’ll be golden. Employees were very friendly and everyone was professional and clean.

DO NOT get your eyebrows done here! Yes nails are wonderful and they have wonderful customer service but waxing is a NO! Either hire someone who can do the job or take it off of your services. It looked like she didn’t even touch them! Just horrible!

The place is beautiful and clean, but the quality of work is very bad. I got an SNS manicure there a week and a half ago and within 24 hours I had cracks in 4 out of 5 of my nails, and within 7 days I had two broken nails. That is not how SNS is supposed to work.

Ive visited Blanc Nail Bar at least 5 times and Ive always gotten SUPERB service. Theyre timely (so please be on time) and are very good at their craft. Dave recently did my nails (see pic) and he gave me exactly what I wanted. Plus, the ambiance is very relaxing and the salon is very, very clean. Id definitely recommend.

Terrible. They take FOREVER. They don’t know how to smooth nails out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Not only was the customer service fantastic. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and my nail tech SNAPPED! He took creative control and made something beautiful for my birthday. He even added lil jewels!! They were so kind and made sure we were accommodated. Love them. I WILL BE BACK!

Kimmy saved my nails!!!The day before I visited Blanc, I went to another nail salon in the area and got a full set of acrylic nails with a gel polish finish. The nail tech left my nails ruined... the acrylic as lumpy, the acrylic was sealed onto my cuticles and she gave me a horrible shape. (I asked for round, I got dinosaur)The next day, I called Blanc and they put me down for an appointment after I explained my dilemma. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted well and all of the nail techs assessed my nails. It was literally like they were about to perform surgery. They got Kimmy in (the head of surgery lol) and she was in disbelief, but she explained that she would do her best to first clear my cuticles of the excess acrylic, remold the acrylic to even out the lumps and reshape as best as she could. (They could not take the acrylic off because it was freshly sealed and they did not want to damage my nail bed)She warned me it could hurt a bit but advised me to let her know if I was in pain and she would stop. She started the process and it did not hurt AT ALL. Kimmy was so delicate with her craft and she really did her thing! I am SO happy with the result. Their location in Buckhead, Les Mains, is also very good but it was just too far from me.Thank you so much Kimmy! You really saved my nails and brightened my mood. ❤️

Just moved to this area and had a great experience here! Jason paid such close attention to my nails it was incredible. He made my nails look very natural for a full set. Definitely recommend.

I was told the area this nail bar is located is Reynoldstown which is very cute and upcoming they said. So about the parking situation, I got lucky and came on a rainy Sunday afternoon and was able to park in the front and take the elevator upstairs. Other than that if I didn’t park there I wouldn’t know where else to park.Upon walking in the business was very clean and really spacious. It was also decorated very cute and modern. I also was immediately offered a beverage which was a nice added touch while I waited.Another thing to add, while I waited this lady suggested I also get a pedicure and thank god I did because I wasn’t getting one originally and my feet looked a mess. Also, a nice woman named Ashley did my feet and did an excellent job. She also suggested a color I would never do but it ended up looking good. I really enjoyed my experience here as everyone was personable and friendly.What I noticed was they definitely make sure you’re satisfied because there was this lady in there asking for the most and there was 3 people tending to her.I ended up coming here because I followed my nail tech Jason from one location to this one. As always he did an amazing job on my nails and suggested colors & designs I liked and worked fairly fast. Definitely going back.Give them a try!

Finally tried this place out and I loved it! Its very open, bright, and most importantly clean. Theyve taken extra precautions with covid-19, first noticed as they ask you to wash your hands when you arrive. They also maintain an empty chair between guests and theres a clear divider on the counter between the nail tech and customer for hand services. I also witnessed an employee thoroughly sanitizing chairs after each guest. Ms. Me did an amazing SNS job on my nails and was super attentive with my requests. Im obsessed with my nails and will definitely be coming back!

This place just opened about a month ago right by my house and I figured I would give it a try. I went in for a pedicure and was very happy with the service. The interior was very spacious, clean, and stylish. Good color selection and prices were very reasonable. Will be going back for sure.

Just had deluxe mani/pedicure. I enjoyed the ambiance and the music selection was relaxing. So glad they didnt have TVs. Service was great and efficient. Just a minor complaint since both the women that started my manicure and pedicure were summoned elsewhere and the guy that finished for both seemed to rush

Overall experience was great and Im so happy about this addition to the neighborhood! Super friendly, very clean and spacious, great colors (OPI and Esse) and products. They did a really good job, plenty of chairs and nail stations, and took all safety precautions.

They did a great job on my toes and nails. I’m super picky about gel polish and they did it right. Place is very clean. Staff is very kind and professional. They have kids pricing for manicures and pedicures. I got gel nail polish with a design and a pedicure for $60. I’m definitely coming back!

Fantastic experience. Made a same day appointment for three of us and were quickly accommodated, even when two of us added on gel manicures when we got there. The space is absolutely gorgeous, it’s the perfect spot to treat yourself or to go for a special occasion. It’s pricier than my usual (less fancy) spot, but it really was the best mani pedi I’ve ever had. Gel is lasting perfectly and no arguing needed to get them to do a third coat, they suggested it so it would match my toe color perfectly. I would highly recommend making an appointment if you can, it does seem like they are still working to build up their staff, but the staff they have were highly professional and courteous. I will be back.

Came here last week for the first time, the 31st. It is now the 7th and my SNS still looks amazing. I waited to review to make sure it held up and it looks SO good still. I expect it will keep for another week and a half at least. Also really nice atmosphere, super professional & clean. Will be back for sure.

Omg I love this place! They just opened up yesterday. I went in for SNS and a pedicure and the service was amazing especially Ann, she made sure I was comfortable and gave the best massage. My nails came out great! The salon is so pretty and clean of course because it’s brand new. I will definitely be back.

Update: Gave this shop a second chance and just like before nails chipped or cracked almost immediately. In fact the first nail cracked 3 hours after getting them done. Within 4 days I had 4 cracked nails. Won’t be returning for a third time.It’s a clean, brand new shop in the neighborhood so I wanted to give it a shot. The first day I went they were understaffed so I returned the next day with an appointment. Ann was thorough with my SNS (It took over an hour) but my nails to crack the first week. I’ve been an SNS wearer for 8 years and it has always lasted at least 2 weeks. I’d consider giving them another shot based on customer service alone.

So this nail salon was life changing! My friend and I went and got SNS for her and a gel pedicure for me. Ashley did an amazing job on my toes and the Mango Delight Deluxe Pedicure was heavenly! Ann did an amazing job on my friends SNS set as well. We left very happy campers and they also provide liquid refreshment for their customers! The salon is new (1 month old), and it is classy and upscale with decent prices and amazing techs! I cant wait for my next pedicure! My only suggestion is that you take Uber/Lyft because parking is scarce, but it is definitely worth going! I made an appointment and we were greated by name!

I went there for the first time to get SNS nails and 2 cracked within 5 days. My SNS nails usually last 2-3 weeks and these couldn’t last 1. Would not recommend if you want SNS nails.
