All employees have TERRIBLE attitudes especially the two sisters that work in the front!! They won’t do your nails right and when you ask them to fix them they get attitudes and talk smart. I was told I would fit right in in a less established nail salon bc I asked to get two nails fixed. Another THREW A NAIL FILE AT ME!! I will NEVER give them another dime of my hard earned money.As a business owner if you are too tired to work it’s up to you to adjust your hours to better suit you and your customers. It’s not our fault you are in a rush or simply don’t feel like doing a service CORRECTLY. They constantly talk rude, make snuff comments and then gave poor service. I have two crooked nails (one on each hand). I travel a lot and run THREE businesses but now that someone didn’t feel like doing THEIR JOB right, I have to walk around looking like Edward scissor hands until I can step away from my duties to get a service done correctly.Sad and unfortunate.Treat your customers with respect and you will get it in return.

I just left there less than 30 minutes ago. My nails, toes, and eyebrows already look two weeks old or like nothing was done. Worse experience ever! I have to get everything done over!! 90$ I just gave away!!

Marie and Amanda were wonderful! Marie did such a good job on my toes. These are the best they’ve looked since moving to Atlanta and trying to find a consistent shop. Will definitely be back

I called ahead to see if there was a wait. When they said no I headed to them. I arrive and they tell me to give the lady a few minutes because she was eating. After I went to the restroom (and passed by a toddler bed), Im told to go to seat 7 where they had begun prepping the water. I was highly disappointed to sit there because the woman next to me was so loud, almost yelling in her phone. I sat down reluctantly and waited 15 minutes. A lady who Id seen eating sat down in front of an empty chair beside me to prep that station. When another client sat there, I got up to leave. The employee that was in front of him yelled, Just wait! She coming. I just prep for her. The pedicure ended up being OK, but the low rating is due to one of the employees whose toddler ran around, crawled behind the seats, talking, crying, making forts with her blanket and the pedicure chair pillows. It was so distracting. I came to relax and could not do so, even with Bluetooth earphones in.

Love this nail shop always do a good job with nails however very upset with how nail tech did my toe nails. Looks like my polish dripping on my toe nails that aint cute at all! He was cleaning up the nail bed but polish still dripping. Other than that nail shop is beautiful they upgraded on furniture always clean and fully staffed just always busy as ever!!!

Amanda did a wonderful job on my sns nails and I will be going back to her in the future! She was very nice and had a good attitude and personality! She turned around what could have been a very horrible experience with one of the guy nail techs who started my nails! I was angry at first because he really didn’t know what he was doing but she did what I asked and I was very satisfied in the end!

Price $$$$ ,the wait can be long depending on the time of day and what each client is getting.

Talking about bad. First the disparaging manner in which they discussed the community theyre suppose to be serving. They wore their cross pendants all the while conducting themselves contrary the symbol. The woman took no care in my pedicure I discovered after the fact she had cut me. She failed to put any polish on one nail. I left a then realized that the whole nail was not touched. Went back and the so called manager tried to give me an argument, but it was obvious the technician had done a piss poor job. Dont go to this place, especially if you live in this neighborhood cause its obvious to me they dont like or respect the citizens of the Greenbriar neighborhood.

A friend told me about this place. She basically came here bc their prices was so cheap... but let me tell you, their professionalism is cheap as well! Not even 2 mins in the door and I was immediately turned off by Maries nasty attitude! It was so bad I had to ask her if she personally knew me bc this was my first time in the establishment. Now, I am a lady who carries herself well but I am a very friendly person, so the only thing I can come up with is she must have been intimated (I was completely baffled). I politely declined any services and left! I would rather pay more and deal with people who behave with a little more class!

Well ive only been to this place twice and my first experience was amazing.A guy did my nails exactly how i love them he grommed them shaped them and cleaned them i was so in love with my nails. 😍😍😍😍😍 However this time i got my nails done by a female she rushed on my nails n did them how she wanted them done , she didnt groom and clean them she didnt succeed at the shape i wanted i was very disappointed in the work today . but i did leave a 5$ tip which is bare minimum for me because i always tip way over that amount if i am satisfied. However i was very upset

Never again. I should have known it was a sign when I heard the first and second complaint while getting my pedicure. I decided to get sns nails with tips. Uggghhh! My nails look terrible! I told the guy they were bumpy and he tried to tell me he couldnt do anything about it because you cant do to much with sns. He didnt even clean up around my nails so I came out looking sloppy and on top of that when I got to my car I realized he had cut me! there were over four complaints about ppls nails and all they do is try to give stupid excuses for their poor work. This place truly sucked and I wish I could get my $53 back! I will never return here.

They dont really say much but talk to each other while looking mad the whole time. Then I go to have nails removed for first time she was too rough and ended up splitting my nail in half on the bed of skin, then decides oh let me soak her hands. So I ended up paying 20$ for her to just paint my nails and injure me taking my nails off. Wont be back!

The first thing I would like to say is I would prefer to not add one star. They definitely deserve ZERO stars. This salon is the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER had ANYWHERE in my entire life!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! An older lady, who may have been the owner, had a horrible attitude practically upon walking in. I waited with my daughter for approximately 15 min. before being called to get a mani/pedi. The water was already in the tub and there was spilled (or used) water on the area where you rest your feet. So, I asked the lady if she could wipe it off and if this was fresh water. She wiped the water off with her hands with an attitude and said something in her language in an angry tone. She never responded to my question, so another actually nice lady explained that the water was there for someone else who took longer than they expected. So, they called me. I thanked this particular nice lady and proceeded to take off my sandals and I laid them upside down on top of each other on the side counter so neither the sole nor the heel of the shoe would touch the surface. The older mean lady continued in a very angry, negative, and derogatory manner saying more comments in her native language, with negative body language, and off-putting and mean facial expressions as she is getting ready to take the polish off of my toes. It was so distracting, I asked her is everything ok? Then I asked if she was having a bad day because she was so negative and you could feel the bad energy. She got offended and said I could leave. Im surprised to hear this and actually did not fully understand. She is talking to the others and then a very disrespectful younger hood like girl who worked there says she said you can leave because you disrespected her by putting your shoes on the counter. Mind you, this girl is being very loud, ignorant, and rude. I said, she could have just said that--though I did not have my heels on the counter and the psycho woman had an attitude to begin with. At any rate, my daughter came over and exchanged words to get an understanding to learn that these two were utterly ridiculous and ignorant as well as simply unprofessional. The woman repeatedly spoke in her language and I told her if you are talking about me, speak in English so I can hear you...Nonetheless, this was definitely beneath us...We left--NEVER TO RETURN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE. To be fair, there was a very nice lady working on someones nails, (who is the one who actually answered my question that was for the older mean older lady with the bad attitude earlier) as well as an older guy who was very pleasant. They were both also very professional. They need to teach the other non-professional employees how to conduct themselves with customers or get rid of them as they could be very bad for business. That said, The facility appeared nice. Prices fair...
