This is quite literally the worst nail salon I have ever been to, and i am not typically one to complain. My nails are not even close to what I asked for. I went in for an acrylic fill (very simple) and asked that he clean up the current nail shape and trim them down a little. He then proceeded the take a nail clipper and cut my nails down to the tip of my finger (MUCH shorter than I asked for). In my past experience at every nail salon I have been to, they make sure you like the length before cutting them and he did not. I also asked for a coffin shape and they are very rounded. After telling him I would like my nails longer, he said he would fix them and simply never did. He did not clean up the acrylic at all and they are extremely thick, globby, and horribly done. They were in such a hurry to get us out of there, it was ridiculous. I will never come back here ever again and I will never recommend this place to anyone. They were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

Super fast and good service. My only small complaint is that when youre getting a manicure its a little tight space wise. But I will most definitely be returning!!

Slowly going downhill...- Rushed service, everyone seems to be in a hurry- No attention to detail- Items on their menu not performed- I had a manicure and they didnt put lotion on my hands, moisturize them, trim my cuticles...?- Sloppy nail polish- Mis-shaped nails - some are round, some are square/roundThey used to be a really good nail place but, they have done a pretty sloppy job the past two times I have been- unfortunately, looking elsewhere.

This is my 2nd visit both times I have used Amy and she does a great job. A highly recommend getting the gel.

I had a wonderful experience at Hammond today. I got a beautiful manicure and had a personal call from the owner to make sure that I received good services. She was awesome. The best manicure I’ve ever had. I highly recommend The salon. Also Dung does great work.

I scheduled an appointment here for the first time and was completely unsatisfied and was not made to feel like a paying customer. The male nail tech did a poor paint job and when I complained he redid it the SAME WAY! Uneven and choppy!! When someone else came over she said it was because my nail was uneven and bad. I faithfully get my nails done and I have never had this issue. So it’s my fault you cannot efficiently do your job??? I was charged full price and I will NEVER BE BACK!!!

I was referred to this shop and was very happy with the work. Had a pedi and S and S mani. Both techs did an excellent job!

Overall, extremely rushed experience.- I had a reservation for two pedicures, we waited about 30 minutes before being seen without update or apologies. Basically, your reservation doesn’t matter they seated you first come first serve- they rushed through the pedicure, barely got a massage or scrub. They are obviously rushing.- barely filed or shaped my nails. My toenails are all weird shapes vs rounded- employees are not friendly and don’t even acknowledge you when you speak- we sat at the front waiting to pay. It took a while even after asking to pay for someone to come help us- you cannot tip on credit card, they have an option where you can Venmo. When the lady checking me out told me I could tip via Venmo, I said ok. She then proceeded to tap the Venmo sticker over and over while I put my credit card and wallet away. It was really frustrating that I had sat up there waiting to pay five minutes but I had to get my phone out to pay Venmo to tip and it obviously wasn’t fast enough and that she tapped at me after I had acknowledged that I heard, understood, and would be using Venmo for tip.- the entire experience acts like they are doing you a favor when you come inGo to infinity nails on Peachtree instead. Much better experience. This is my second and last bad experience with Hammond nails.

I love this salon. I’ve been to this location and in Buckhead. I went recently on a Friday night. Service was efficient. I will say some stay are not always overly friendly but I’ve always had great mani’s and pedi’s at both places.

Literally do not go here. They are so rude and did a horrible job on my SNS & Pedicure. I even upgraded my pedicure, and the nail tech didn’t massage my feet. It was a total joke. I got pink nails and asked for them to pick a color for my toes that will match, and they did a red-orange color. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Always greeted with a smile! They always get my nails done perfect in a timely manner and always friendly! I recommend them to all my friends!! Camtu is always so receptive, friendly and professional.. its my get away from stress, I always leave there feeling happy and lighter. The environment is very welcoming and tranquil.

This was without a doubt the worst ‘manicure’ I’ve ever received. I was given essentially one drop of oil/liquid to each finger and the technician immediately began cutting at my dry cuticles. The experience was rushed, painful, and unprofessional as far as manicures go. There was nothing else involved in my manicure aside from one buff across each nail, and i was expected to pay full price of $15 for a 7 minute horrible experience. I left only paying $12 after my complaints (& I’ve gotten bad manicures before but i have never audibly complained at check out until today). I will say however, that my pedicure was fantastic and quite possibly one of the best I’ve ever received. My services were done by two separate employees.

Very clean and I love that they offer organic nail polish. 2 weeks later and they still look great. ( the pick is after 2 weeks have passed)

I have been coming for this salon for a couple of years ! Was happy to see clean salon with lots of colors .. now it begins with your luck and who would do the nails .. I usually go for SNS. But it took a year to find a girl to do the light thickness and do a good job on a plain color .I notice always that I am rushed to pick a color .. rushed with the process.. but I let it pass . I always thought it’s not fair they work hard maybe they are tired .. until today the straw that broke the camels back .I came for a fun color going on the beach .. asked to do a certain style with different combinations..after the girl was done or almost done I said I don’t like it . I said I will pay for it but please remove it and fix .. and that was the end of the world !Their was no one of them did not look at me !! Spoke in their language like hyenas.. could not even get my point through. Then the woman who originally used to do my nails being rude telling me they need to go home and they need to close and it was one hour for closing time ..was huffing and puffing with the girl next to her and all I end up is settling with white after she yelled at me that she thought I wanted clear after all .. now I paid full price .. tipped the staff twice $10 EACH .. then tipped again $5 for putting the white color . I am not writing this because of the poor service! Or that I was trying not pay . Because I did not say a word ..my complaint is all speaking their language when I had this issue also it happened every time I see a client complaint.FYI . I also speak another language. It’s NOT an excuse.Never coming back to them

Bad service. Came for a manicure, had to ask the lady to work on my cuticle twice and she still did not do a good job. The nail polish on my fingers looks sloppy and I think I’d have done a better job myself. Super overpriced. I don’t mind paying well if the quality is good but this is just ridiculous.

It started out with 5/7 staffers standing around with No clients and me sitting in the pedi chair waiting for 10 mins to be served. Then when the guy came over I told him the basin was dirty, he said that they would be using a platic bag. I should have left after tjose 2 things, but I didnt. My feet were just as dry and ashy as they were when I took my socks off to get the pedicure when I left the salon! Toe nails werent shaped the same. I requested the grater and he suggested some type of scrub that I declined and he said, Well...you dont have to get it!...RUDELY! When he put toilet tissue to separate my toes, I gave him my personal toe separaters because my toes tend to tuck under the next and I didnt want to ruin my polish. Jimmy huffed and puffed like he was bothered. Then when I asked to repolish one of my big toes because I could see bubbles in the paint, he pretended not to see and huffed and puffed and mumbled something when I insisted...as well as shook his. When I asked what did he say, he said NOTHING short, and rude. He never said thank you..just grabbed my shoes and dropped them where I was to dry my feet and laid my invoice on the table near me and left! Needless to say...I WONT BE BACK and Im leaving reviews everywhere I can. Oh yeah!! He also nicked the polish on my pinky toe and didnt bother to repaint it! The picks were taken as soon as I got in my car from having my pedicure done. To bad I cant regain my 20 mins of time back...hmmph! 😖

The owners are far from being nice, I was regular customer there for few months and never felt welcomed. I used to go to the same technician and she was great but she left from the same reason.Since my technician left I’ve try few others just because it closed to my home but none of them was doing a good job - to say the least.So now I’m driving 15 min to a different nail salon that treat you nicely and doing a great job!

I’ve been in search of a new place to do my SNS for forever. After looking online for a week I scheduled an appointment with everyone’s suggested “Hannah” and she really out did my expectations! She listened to my requests and I will be making another appointment.

I was in the salon on Monday, Oct 5th, 2020 for both a manicure and pedicure. This was my second time in for services.The nail technicians were not friendly with very little communication skills. I started feeling soreness and pain in my right big toe yesterday. Today, I awakened with painful red swelling along the side of the nail bed of my toe. I went to see my physician who made a diagnosis of an infection in my great toe. I paid for a sports pedicure and it appears I got an infection as a by product of the pedicure service I received.

This was my first time there and I absolutely loved it! They have a huge selection of colors for regular polish, gel, and sns (or dip nails as I learned them). I got a gel manicure for $32! Tina, my nail technician was gentle and paid attention to the way I wanted my nails done. I will definitely be back again!

The best salon for SNS / Dip Nails! I have tried many around time, and only Hammond gives you a beautiful, thin coat (I can still pick things up) that lasts for a month at least. I am on my fourth week and no chips. They still look great! I wont go anywhere else.

If you like SNS, this is the place to go. I started going here to get it a while ago and was always impressed with how thin/natural it looked. Then I went somewhere else to get SNS because I moved and it was a mess. So now I will be making the drive to this nail salon to make sure it looks the way it’s supposed to. They have a huge selection of colors as well. Quick service even when it’s busy. They also are practicing social distancing and have the plexiglass up between the staff and customers due to COVID. Highly recommend.

If im not mistaken it asked you simple questions about your recent health related to covid 19Everything that was used was disposable.He put a bag in the foot tub to provide a extra layer of sanitation.I paid somewhere between 50-55 for a gel pedicure with acrylic on both big toes.

Dear Women of Color, they want your money but they don’t want you in this place. It’s not a good look for them. They are focused only on who they believe will tip them & you know they don’t think it’s us. The receptionist is who will ruin your day. She is very rude and mean. Keep searching, you will find something better. This isn’t the place.

This was my first experience at this location. The pedicure was great until too much skin was pulled off my cuticle and it started bleeding. However the gel manicure was a disaster from the start. It took over an hour alone just for the manicure. The guy had no nails so he couldn’t clean up the extra polish so it got all over my fingers and too much off the sides. At the end he had to spend more time filing down the extra gel so my nails wouldn’t be stuck down anymore. each of my nails are a different shape and he complained about having to cut them like I wanted. It wasn’t very clean here either compared to buckhead.

This is my second time getting my nails did here. The first time I got a gel manicure it lasted about a week. Despite my reservations I decided to give them another try. I got another gel manicure and pedicure on the 30th of December. Today is the 1 of January and my gel polish is already peeling. I do NOT recommend this place for gel manicure. Regular polish last longer then this. Very disappointed! I will not be going back.

I always get my nails done with Hanna....she is the absolute best. During my first appointment I was nervous about switching salons but she made me feel comfortable and made great recommendations based on the look I was going for. She remembers what I like at each appointment and takes time with me. I have super (like suuuupppper) dry cuticles and she makes them look great. The staff here is very professional and they get you in and out! Prices are a little higher than what I have paid in the past but I dont mind paying for the quality of the service I receive.

First time visitor....super busy however no wait because they have a ton of chairs. The basic manicure was awesome and they spent a ton of time making everything perfect. Not expensive although the place and how well they did I expected to pay more. Highly recommended

So, lets start with the positives: the place is VERY clean. They use all new or sanitized instruments when they do your nails, which is great. Also, the pedicure was amazing!! My toe nails looked SO good. Also, they did my nails at the same time that they were doing my toes so it didnt take up too much time! Also, the people at the front desk and the people doing my nails were very nice!Negative: My SNS was terrible!! It was chunky and they did not go to the edge of my nails or to the edge of my cuticles. When they were done it literally already looked like they had been growing out a week. It was completely awful. After only a week I couldnt stand to look at them anymore and got them done at a different place where they look impeccable.Bottom line, I would go here again for a pedicure, NEVER again for an SNS.

Extremely rude receptionist. Bought a gift certificate for my daughter, and regretted it immediately upon request because the receptionist was so off-putting and unprofessional. As a father trying to buy a thoughtful gift for her daughter, she made me feel as though I was a complete nuisance. I regret going through with the purchase and sure hope my daughter doesnt recieve the same stand-off, rude treatment when she uses the certificate. I definitely do not recommend Hammond Nails off Dresden.

The place is beautiful, clean, and everyone is attentive and quick. Jackie did my nails today and she was the most gentle person I’ve ever had. I have fragile and sensitive nails, and I’m glad I’ve finally found a person that is careful and quick!

They do a great job. Like any other salon, you have to find your go to person for your taste. Only downside is it can get pricey in here. Basic services are reasonable enough but add-ons/upgrades can get up there fast. But... its Brookhaven right?

I keep giving this salon the benefit of the doubt, but tonight was my last visit. The manager is very rude and spoke with a tone that said, “You’re bothering me by being here.” The manicure I received is a mess - uneven cut (used clippers on one hand but not the other) and shaping, and the polish is runny and gloppy. The technicians watched me checkout, which was weird, and no one said thank you or anything like that as I left. I won’t be coming back again.

I have had decent manis and pedis here, but I do have concerns about cleanliness and whether they are truly sterilizing their materials. I always feel that I need to take a bath when I return from this salon. I go because it is close to my house but I am looking for another nail salon in the area. I also think that the women at the front desk are the rudest individuals I think I have ever experienced by those supposedly serving a clientele. I just came from there and for the third time I was treated badly. I dont recommend this salon.

The staff is great and very welcoming. The location offers a variety of services at good prices as well. The only hiccup is that they arent the best location for designs or really fancy/fashionable nails.

First time customer today. I googled and found them and called to make sure they could do ombré French manicure a lot of people say they know how and, really don’t but, they actually did. My nail tech was April and if you look though the pictures, I posted one. They are SNS bubble gum pink was used for the pink in case anyone wants them like that. A bit pricey but, I got what I asked for...

Expensive and Im not sure its worth it. They never clean under my nails despite my always paying for a manicure. The shaping and cleanness of the lines of the polish or sns is only so-so. My sns right now hah a lot of dust and debris trapped in it, giving a cloudy appearance, but my last time here that did not happen (I got glitter sns and it was very clear). They have a good rewards program but did not tell me about it in my first visit, so I missed out on $100 of credit towards the program. Overall, the service is hit or miss.

Price was $30 more than how much I had been told before that it was, and they drilled into my natural nails so badly, that after I removed my acrylics, my nails had deep, painful ridges from the drilling.

I love this nail salon. Hanna does the best sns nails and even sns ombre and marble. She remembers what i like down to the little details. Everyone else is amazing too.

I came here after having a problem at my is salon to get SNS nails. They abided many my request to file and drill as little as possible before applying the nails. They were very nice. The prices are a little more than my old salon. $42 for an SNS manicure, but it was well worth it. They also participate in five star loyalty program so after spending a certain amount you get rewards. Ill be coming back when its time to get them redone. Ill also start getting my pedicures here as well. They had beautiful colors!

I am very picky about my nails. Have been twice now and both times were great!

The nail technician that did my nails left my index finger crooked and kept telling me it was my nail, although this has never happened to me anywhere else and I have been getting acrylic nails for 6+ years. When I took the lady at the front, she tried to come up with excuses. Everyone working in the shop continuously stopped and looked at my nails, knowing it was crooked but not saying anything. They gave me $3 off a $40 set
