Very nice place to go get a little pampering. Staff is very friendly but they need more employees to be able to service clients. Must make appointment. Other than that nice place to visit.

Very good customer service ! They are currently short staffed so the service is a bit slow and wait times are long . It’s best to make an appointment . I booked for a pedicure and sns. They both came out perfect ! I was very pleased with the service and the chairs are very comfortable. The price is a bit high but you get what you pay for !

Extremely disappointed in this location’s service and professionalism.As a loyal customer of 6 months, upon “walk-in” arrival, I was quoted an hour to which I understood and patiently waited to be called. Bald headed, shorter gentleman approached and asked for me to go and have a seat. I walked over to choose my color and that same gentleman stood beside me while I sifted through the gel selection. I asked him if a certain color was available to which he replied, “What we have is what you see” in a rushing manner. I continued looking at the colors and he walks away making a comment prompting laughter from 2 other technicians nearby.At this point, I proceed to ask if everything is ok, towhich he replies “yea”. Because of his overall manner and professionalism I ask for an alternative technician. Two nail techs stated they could not do it today, however a lady technician decides she can but not until 430 (1 1/2 hours later). I depart and return by 430 and am finally able to have my nails done in order to show them I’m not easily made to feel uncomfortable. The service has taken a major decline and the staff’s demeanors have become very unmanaged and unprofessional. The visit before this time I felt a pinch of this, however ignored it. This was the cherry on top.That will be my last time providing them my business.

I really love this place.It is really nice and clean ,it has good service.I have Tina as my go-to Technician, they both do a great job!! I came in about 4 times so I thought about writing this review My go-to tech Tina is good at pedicure and SNS She is really sweet. Luckily I found a place that suits me. Everyone is really friendly but I really recommend asking for Tina.I would recommend to go to this place again.

Absolutely rude! After many bad experiences, I am done. I called at 2pm today and asked if I could come in at 7pm to do gel nails and toes at the same time and they said I could. Arrived at 7pm and was told they dont do that when they fully have before and agreed I could today. I was basically called a liar and he was so rude I didnt stay to do either. I wasnt offered to even start either, they were busy so I guess they treat how they feel based on the day: Very embarrassing to be treated that way in-front of a full nail shop. This is my final straw with this nail shop. Sadly its just happens to be in the same shopping area I live in. I avoid coming to them sometimes and have a much better experience at the nail shop north in the Kroger shopping center (Lush) and a better experience in the nail shop down Roswell by ardens garden (Hammond). The both have better reviews overall. After this incident I will never come here again for the connivence. I dont do acrylic nails but my two girlfriends were visiting last week and had a bad experiences with getting nails. They were at the shop for hours just to have their decals on their nails start to come off/chip after a few days. My experience with getting gel: I have been burned while getting a pedicure. I have had my gel removed harshly multiple times damaging my nails. The older woman that works here soaked my nails so long the tips of my fingers were cracking and dry for days. I cant believe how many bad experiences Ive had here.... looks like Ill just have to make a short drive from here on out and avoid the numerous headaches and bad customer service.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! These people will nickle and dime you for every little service. I got the Lux pedicure/manicure combo and gel polish on both. The combo was $58 + $15 for gel on my hands +$17 for gel on my toes. I don’t even have acrylics!!! I’m furious! I will never come back here. I’m sure the lady didn’t know what she was talking about because I’ve come here before and it was the same total for so much more.

I had previously posted a lower rating due to my SNS chipping within 4 days. However, I came back to get a fill in and LOVED it. Tina helped fix the shape and they looked great and have lasted, so I wanted to give a higher rating now that I have had a better experience. I would definitely come back for a fill in and ask for Tina!

After cutting both of my cuticles on two fingers due to a lack of attention, the base nail was pretty.I showed a picture of a basic French tip, which the person said they could do. He lied. He started and restarted 4 times (no exaggeration ) and then completely gave up.I then had to wait until the only real nail design tech completed someone else’s nails so he could take over.The pedicure was awful and overly aggressive . The polish smudged after letting the toes dry for over 20 minutes. Thankfully so was wearing closed toe shoes for my wedding 😂Once that was completely done, the nail tech lied about pricing of the services. He stated a price and upon looking out their price book, it did not add up to the price given.Overall, go here if you want to waste your time, money and patience.

Not the best. I went in for a fill but because my nails were grown out (not chipped barely lifting, all nails STILL ON) they had to take everything off and do a full set. Fine. Whatever. They didn’t have the product that I liked and have been using for months. I was reassured that the product that they used was just as strong, won’t lift, and won’t break. Not true. At all. A few days after I started to notice the gel top coat was peeling off. Again, Whatever. I’ll deal with it. Today one of my nails painfully popped off. I called to ask them to remove the entire set because I was just so annoyed. Unfortunately because it’s “after ten days” I have to pay for the service. Mind you... I paid $100 for the full set and ten days later they’re all lifting and popping off!! Will not return. I should have just drove an hour back to my other people. But this salon came highly suggested. Not sure why...

I found Surin on Instagram and this is my second visit at this salon. The first time I got SNS, a bright yellow color for summer. My nails turned out really nice, although my nails were filed unevenly (right and left hands weren’t same length) and it was obvious that my nail tech smokes cigarettes because of his scent.I went again today to get both SNS and a classic pedicure. I honestly could’ve painted my toes better myself but the older lady that did it massaged my legs well. A few of my toes were filed too short and not the square shape I asked for twice but they didn’t look bad at all. Surin did my nails again but he seemed annoyed with me for whatever reason, maybe he’s just nonchalant... I don’t know. My nails turned out better than last time, even though my left pointer nail is still much shorter than my right due to over filing.I just wasn’t impressed with the overall vibe and customer service. I waited for 10 mins in a pedi chair while I waited for them to finish setting up and opening. I arrived at noon, I feel they should’ve been here 15 mins before opening to get everything together. They also hadn’t mentioned the punch card they have on my first visit and when I brought it up this time, Surin gave me pushback about punching it twice... he should’ve been thorough the first time but I guess it is what it is.

Surin accepted and booked an appointment with me when I showed up I had to wait 20 minutes to get them done. After trying to reschedule for a fill in online & being ignored for days I called the shop and was told he’s no longer accepting new clients. Even though he had just done my nails. Now in order to get my nails done by someone else I have to take them completely off because these modern nail techs don’t work over others work. Very unprofessional if he knew that he wasn’t accepting new clients he should have never scheduled and accepted an appointment from me. Money hungry with no respect for others money or time very unprofessional now I have to pay for another full set after just getting one done 2 weeks ago. I’mVery upset super unprofessional.

I was immediately greeted and did not have a long wait to be serviced. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Johnnie serviced my nails and manicure and Amy performed my pedicure. Very great place my friend and i were on the hunt for a new place to get our nails done and this one is it! we were both extremely satisfied with our acrylic fills and our pedicures! im sure everyone is great but tina and surin did our fills and did a great job! they made a regular out of us for sure:)

I called and scheduled an appt for Memorial Day weekend for myself and my friends. They were super courteous and fit us in the same day. I had the pleasure of having Devi do my nails and she was AMAZING. Her level of care, service and overall creativity was unmatched! I will definitely be back.

Walking into the nail bar , there was a rude attendant . The Acrylic nails they did was so badly done and at the end they charged a different price then the one on the list. The finished work was unacceptable, I will not return again.

At first I was very satisfied Allure and the quality of work that I received from Surin. I was at home and soaked off my fill in from the full set that he did. After my nails soaked off I realized that two of my fingers were green. Finger fungus developed under my nails from this set and there was nothing ever wrong with my nails before! Ill never be back!

I visited Allure for the first time soon after it opened and have not gone to another nail solon in Atlanta since! It is peaceful; no loud televisions with a 24-hour news channel ruining your quiet time! The music varies but is always relaxing. The nail clinicians are attentive and focused on their work; they are not conversing with one another inappropriately. I have always been pleased with their work. Tony did my nails this week when I was short of time and he expertly got what I wanted done in the limited time frame! All the employees are great. Allure Nail Bar is a relaxing break in a busy day.

Nwver disappoints

Ive visited this place several times, and the service has always been divine. Todays visit was particularly delightful for me. Every technician Ive ever had has been great. But today, I was particularly impressed with Henry who was very meticulous and careful, but he didnt take more time than was necessary. I highly recommend this place.

Today, I come to the salon to get just a gel manicure and the nail technician states that she cannot do my nails because they are short. I just came to the same salon 2 weeks ago and my nails were done. The manager nor the associate apologized for their lack of rudeness and telling me that they could not do something for me that had already been done before.

The customer service was fantastic! I love the new look of the place and the new chairs, etc. The woman that did my manicure and pedicure was a perfectionist. She was also very patient as she corrected the same finger nail twice because I bumped it into something, and had to change the polish on my toes becasue I did not like the color I picked out. She watched out for me until the end.

Very hit and miss. I wish they were more consistent. Whenever I try to ask for a specific person, they have already moved on to another salon.

I have never given such a low review before but Im really disappointed in the service I received. I got a full acrylic set and paid $50 total for it. The technician did not do any work around my cuticles (didnt even push them back) and left a huge gap so it looked like they needed filled within a day or two. 10 days after getting my nails done, they were so grown out that one of the nails completely snapped off when I was doing every day stuff.

This was my first visit to this nail salon. At first sight I was pleased with the aesthetic, which was posh. I was greeted immediately and directed to pick a color, standard/typical intro at any salon. I was getting a pedicure and SNS manicure. My pedi was started immediately. I asked the technician if I could start soaking my nails and she indicated that someone else would do that. While waiting for the manicurist, other patrons came in and their services were started promptly. When the manicurist made her way to start on me (30 minutes later) I felt I didnt have enough time to get the manicure so I tried to decline, letting her know that I had an important meeting to get to in an hour. She assured me that she could complete the service quickly and get me out on time. I was skeptical and we went back and forth several times. I truly regret that I relented. Not only was I late for my meeting, but my nails look terrible. The manicurist knew that she had done a poor job and offered no apology and still charged full price. Now I will spend time and money to have my nails re-done one day later because I cant walk around with my hands looking like this for 2 weeks. The pedicure was fine but totally overshadowed by the other experience.

The place is clean and beautiful . Surin is a awesome nail tech. The lady that did my toes was great and everybody was very nice. I highly recommend this salon !! Oh yeah I forgot I love my nails !!!!

I had a great experience. Nancy did an amazing job on my pedicure. My nails were nice, but I got gel acrylic and gel Polish, its chipping for some reason. They are very nice. I would go back.

Amazing job, consistently good each time Ive gone! This is definitely my go to place in Atlanta. I had Tony do my manicure and Christie pedicure, highly recommend both!!

Love this salon. I drive 30+ miles to get her just to have Cindy do my SNS. I have gotten SNS nails done all over the city and Cindy is by far the best tech I have ever had. I never have any issues with my nails and they come out perfect each time. Highly recommend.

Not sure of the text name but she had a lot of tattoos. My nails look awesome she was very good at stiletto ombre. I am still getting compliments for them and its been over 3 weeks

I just left here and although i like the color, the nail job is uneven, polish missing from the sides and an all around awful job. this place does not honor their prices and they are charging way more for services than any place I have every been. I faithfully get my nails done every two weeks and have never paid more than $25-30 for a fill. I look on their website it clearly states gel nail fill ins are $25 and they charged me $40. I still left a tip and paid because I am not a cruel person, but when I complained about it no one had a real answer and no one would honor the website prices. I even called back to discuss and they told me I could come back and get the polished removed and replaced with regular prices. I am disappointed in this place and they will not be getting anymore of my money. I do not recommend I have had better service and only came here because I was on lunch and needed my nails done desperately, I missed eating lunch to be overcharged. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Gel manicure didn’t even last two days before it chipped. They did repair it but then the rest chipped in less than a week. Won’t return.

This place is honestly outrageously priced for the work they do. My nails were supposed to be short pink and white ombré and they honestly look they are from 1995. They are so thick and bulky and none of the ombré nails match. I’m so embarrassed to even have my nails look this horrible I’ll be going somewhere else tomorrow to get them soaked off and redone. A full set and pedi was legitimately $80. And they look horrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

I love my nails. The salon is beautiful, service is fantastic. Joseph does a great job on my SNS and Kristy does a wonderful job on my pedicure. I would recommend Allure to all my friends and family. This will be my new go to.

Great service!! I got SNS nails and I love them!!!They came out beautifully. Pedicure was the most relaxing Ive had in a very long time and I ONLY got the basic ones. The more expensive ones are probably HEAVENLY! My only complaint would be that my nail tech was slightly too rough with the buffer machine on the edge of my nails where you would get a hang nail at. He did rip my skin a tiny bit but other techs at different salons have literally made my fingers BLEED before, so at least there was no blood lol. Ive been to about 3 nail salons near by this one and none of them can compare. Ive finally found my nail spot! I will be back for sure and will probably remain loyal to them. Once I find good nail techs I stick with them!

I visited this nail saloon to get a gel nail manicure and pedicure. My manicure began to fall off after one day. I went back to have the manicure fixed and then it began to fall off one day later. I went back to request a refund and the staff said they could not and that I needed to return within two weeks of the original manicure when the manager, Surin, was working. I returned two days prior to two weeks and the manager refused to give a refund for the botched gel polish manicure. He claimed that it needs to be within 10 days to get a refund.

I really don’t mind spending money when the nail salon is nice & clean & the service & quality of the nails are actually good!The nail salon is clean & up to date but the customer service SUCKS! You barely get a greeting when you walk in, the ladies who do your nails just come & start your nails, don’t say anything to you, the nail techs try to overly charge for everything base on how you look. The prices they make up for services are different from what’s on the price list.My nails get filed slanted & uneven, I get charged $5 for every little thing & it really doesn’t make sense. Fillings seem to be more expensive then when I come for a full set? The pedicure is $30But I have to ask them to scrub the bottom of my feet to get all the dead skin. What is the $30 for ? To soak in tap water & paint? A JOKE.My pedicure & nails were completed & I got left at the seat after payment. No thank you, no one takes your bag or shoes for you, help you to the dryer like most places since your nails are wet.I’ve spent about $300 with this place within 4 visits for poor quality. Today was my last straw! Honestly idek why I came back!!

HORRIBLE! They charged me $3 extra to file my nails. Mind you, I got a pedicure and a fill-in, yet they charged me $3 on top of the $17 for the fill-in to FILE MY NAILS. The owner tried to tell me that every nail salon in Atlanta charges an extra $3 to file your nails. Never have I been charged for that when I got a fill-in or full set. Then she told me that they dont charge people who have gel nails an extra $3 because their nails are already expensive but since I had cheap acryllic she was going to charge me. I asked the other customers in the salon if they were being charged to have their nails filed and they said no. Everyone else in the salon were white. Im black. I think she charged different because of my race. Thats the only thing that was different from the other customers. One girl was getting an acryllic fill-in same as me and she wasnt being charged an extra $3. I asked the owner why and she just started saying its up to you Then speaking her native language. She never would answer me when I asked why the other lady wasnt being charged for having her nails filed.

This is the worst salon Ive been to; the first time I went the guy cut me and just kept saying sorry like that was going to make it better. At check out they tried to charge me $30 after he did that. I didnt make a scene but I work in customer service and this place has the worse customer service!!!! They just want your money!!!! NO RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!

Ive tried giving this salon many, many chances. After many times coming back after four days and nails not lasting... This is my final time Ill return. Im not sure if theyre under new management, but today was the worst. Very rude and not a relaxing experience at all. Shouldnt leave the nail salon stressed out 😕

I went to this nail salon on Saturday, February 24th. I had an awful experience. I went in to get a gel polish change and a pedicure with my girlfriend. She and I both were unhappy with our services we received! My pedicure was absolutely horrible! After she washed my feet off and dried them with a towel, I felt a slight burn on my feet, but I was so distracted by the awful job he was doing on my nails that I didnt pay it any mind! After I left the nail salon I had a few more errands to run so I did not got straight home. I finally arrived home and showered and my right foot was burning badly! I was cut twice on my foot. One cut was on the outside of my foot and the other cut was on the inside! I went back on Monday to express what has happened to the manager and I was laughed at and not taken seriously! They began to speak in their language and giggled and laughed! I have never seen such bad customer service in my life! ALL THIS SALON WANTS IS YOUR MONEY! THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS EXTREMELY POOR, BECAUSE THEY RUSH THROUGH THE SERVICE! My foot is still cut twice and nothing was done about it! The manager tried to rush me out the salon, so that current customers could not hear my concerns! I hate that I even had to give then 1 star!
