I was a previous client of Kevins at his former place of employment for almost a year. I knew I had to show my support to his familys new business when he informed me about it. I happily drove 45 minutes to get my nails done perfectly as always. This nail salon is a renovation in a former salon and is new, and there may not be as many extras as some places, but the service, rest assured, IS top-notch. Dont be put off by the location or the lack of fanciful, as I said. There are plenty of comfortable chairs, multiple pedicure options, matching color systems, and talent here. I will continue to give them my business and cant wait to witness their growth. Kevin is the best at what he does, takes his time, and makes sure you get what you want.

Posh is a hidden gem!! Kristen did an amazing job on my nails and especially the art designs. Jenny always makes my pedicures look perfect.

Im not sure what happened with these bad reviews, but I JUST LEFT AND THIS IS THE BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE BEEN TO IN A WHILE! Kevin, Sandy and Vee did an AMAZING job. I got a fill in with work done at another salon (the black nails), and they truly brought my set back to life (the pink set) . After giving another salon in Smyrna many chances, I have found a new salon. Thank you all so much ! 10/10 def recommend. Great customer service & they are efficient! They don’t rush to get you out but you don’t have to sit there all day. THE PINK SET IN THE PICTURE IS POSH NAILS, the black nails are my previous salon, just to show how amazing they did.

I’ve been coming to this salon for roughly 5 years now…covid hit and my visits became sporadic, but when we came back I was happy to see familiar faces although there were mostly new technicians. All of the new techs were very friendly from the time I called to make the appointment until the time we left. They are very professional and all around great at what they do and the salon is ALWAYS VERY CLEAN. I was serviced by Jenny & Tina and my daughter was serviced by Kristin. I received gel mani and pedi services and my daughter received sns mani with nail design. My 11yr old child said Kristin was very nice and is absolutely thrilled with her artistry. We presented her with a picture and she nailed it…literally. I always go to Tina for my pedicures…i love the way she files, shapes- and polishes. They also implemented a new frequent customer program which offers discounts after a certain amount of visits, which i think is a nice ode to customers. I am very happy with Posh nails and have been for years. I think they’ve done a great job in maintaining and surviving this pandemic without jeopardizing the quality of service. This wasnt my first time going. But my first time so horrible I thought maybe they just needed another chance. My first time I spent two and a half hours at the nail salon and when he came in after you left before me because they went to them first. On top of that they charge so I went back today to try again. And I was yet again disappointed. I was seeing a lot faster this time. Which was a plus. Called ahead to make sure I had my prices correct but not only am I loved with holes in my nails from unsmooth strokes and bubbles that werent popped but I was also charged $10 more. I asked her about the charge and she said it was because of length. I was charged more my first time because of length and yet again I was charged for length again. This time for link I got them shortened and it was only a filling it wasnt even a full set. It has the potential of being a great place is just not the place for me.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the overall services that I received. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door. I was asked to sign in to their high tech screen and as soon as I signed in, I was ushered to a pedicure chair which was adjusted until I say I was comfortable. The foot bath had disposable plastic which was then filled with water to my comfort. While my feet were professionally pedicured, another professional nail tech was taking care of my manicure. Both did an awesome job while my back was being massaged by the chair I was sitting in. I completed my visit with a beautiful eye brow cleaning and shaping. Great Job! If you are a guest of the Sonesta Hotel, just walk across to the Publix plaza and there you will find one of the best nail salon in town.

Posh is a great nail salon. Staff are always friendly and professional. The salon is clean. The staff are also accommodating no matter how many times I change my mind choosing nail colors.

Really top rate salon. Very knowledgeable. Had an ingrown toe nail and they did an awesome job of removing the piece of nail and by the end of the day it was no longer sore.

My pedicure was decent. After my pedicure my daughter and 1 waited 40 min she had already started on my daughters nails. While I was waiting two white women walk ins who came in after me had 2 techs each one on their feet and one on nails! I noticed how well they were being treated but still waited nicely! When the 2 women were done and it was my turn the tech grabbed my hands and rushed me .... just yanking me. I show her a picture of the nails I wanted white French tip with a blk line down the middle she said NO and kept rushing my nails. I asked why not she said we don’t do design. More white women come in me and my daughter and another AA woman are left to wait nails half way done those women’s are being serviced. Do you see the pattern?She then filled my nails with barely any acrylic didn’t remove any lifted nails. Which can cause fungus!I stopped her 3x to tell her I didn’t like them thin the nails I came with were not thin she ignored me 3 times! Left to do another white womans nails who came after me! I told her I don’t like them she said “U pay now” ? My nails look horrible!!! She didn’t care! I paid and I was so angry but I told her to finish her clients I will be back so she can finish my nails correctly without a rush. I came back and she was still rushing I was over! Never again!I was kind and observant the whole time I was there I watched the staff take their time with these white women give them A1 service! They received there service from begins to end!! I was yanked stopped and rushed never heard a hello come her just rushed!!!Upon leaving she tells me she has too many customers waiting and she the only one who can do design. So she can’t keep them waiting.It’s the worst feeling to not only get bad service but watch other people get good service and then have to pay!

This is my favorite salon in The Atlanta area! I’m a regular with Sandy and Vivian, and have brought my fiancé and in laws when they come to visit! Call for an appointment and everything will be set up when you get there!

I love my nails! I also got my eyebrows done. The price is very affordable and it only took me 1 hour and 30 mins. That includes waiting time since I was a walk in. I live less than 10mins away so I will definitely be coming here from now on.

John was great. I called ahead and was greeted and seated as soon as I arrived. In and out in an hour (gel polish removed, nail repaired and gel polish reapplied) 😄😁

I received probably the worst gel manicure in the world. Honestly just terrible customer service. I was told my nails didn’t look bad..

I went to Atlanta to see a show Sawyer Fredericks at City Winery Atlanta and had extra time to get my nails done. Walked right in and was helped immediately and everyone was so very nice. Awesome job on my nails. Very nice salon. Happy customer!

Sandy & Danny are totally awesome people and they run a wonderful shop. I’ve strayed away from there on 2 occasions now because I was “in a hurry” and went some place closer to home and both times took forever and I was left with disappointing results. I had to completely remove my nails and then come back here to let them do a whole new set for me.Needless to say I’ve finally learned my lesson...don’t stray away from a great business make the time to get there.

Sandy does an amazing job on my nails. I won’t go anywhere else now. My skin tears easily and she has never once made my cuticles bleed. I also usually spend the half hour after getting my nails done, fixing little things like nail polish on my skin, extra acrylic under the nail, or a rough edge. I’ve never needed to go back and fix anything on my nails because they are perfect when I leave. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

I just feel like they didn’t care about me / weren’t interested in me, and then the manicure was genuinely painful and she made 3 of my fingers bleed from excessive and aggressive plucking. It took a week for my fingers to stop feeling sensitive and sore. I’m never going back and I would never recommend it to anyone. I know they generally don’t speak the best English but their comprehensiveness was exceptionally bad here.

Awesome service! My nail and eyelash tech was Sandy. She was very nice and catered to my needs. I came on my lunch and she was able to finish my SNS nails and full set of eyelash extension within that time. It was a little more than what I pay, but it was worth it. I love my nails and lashes. I will definitely be returning.

I used to go to this nail salon regularly before the new owners took over a couple of years ago. Since then, I’ve been twice and will never go back again. The staff is rude, no customer service whatsoever, and the place is filthy. I almost walked out in the middle of the pedicure because it was so dirty and appeared unsanitary. The lady doing the pedicure was terrible. It’s a shame to see this nail salon in the condition it is in today. They definitely need a visit from the health department.

I like this nail salon because it is generally a quiet, relaxing experience. The prices are competitive and they do a good job. No television! There isnt much you can do about the occasional client who talks on the cell phone or watches videos without ear buds. They do accept appointments and so you might have to wait even if you arrive before someone who has an appointment. Thats how appointments and reservations work. Glad theyre in my neighborhood. Ive walked in a few other places when in a hurry and out and about but they are always more noisy and not quite as clean.

This is a great spa in Sandy Springs GA at the Powers Ferry Landing location. I get manicures and pedicures. Hong, my service provider, is outstanding! It is a very clean and friendly place! I recommend it highly!!! Also, it is open 7 days a week.bill

Chelsey is the best! A great place to get a manicure/pedicure, which is always clean and on top of the latest trends and practices in the industry. They line the pedicure tubs and always use products which have either been sterilized or new.

Ive always had a positive experience here which keeps me going back. Theyve always done a good job.

Service is mediocre for their prices. I am willing to pay extra for a service if there is value. To top that off, the owner is rude as hell. The only perk is the location, even that wouldnt keep my business or help me refer this place to anyone.

I made an appointment for gel nail polish. When I came in I was sat with a woman who began doing my nails. She thought I was someone else so when her appointment came in she moved on to her and a man came to take over. He began doing my nails and I realized he thought I was getting sns. He advised that someone else would do my gel. This seemed unnecessary and unprofessional since I stated I wanted gel when I made my appointment. Its been 6 days and my nails look horrible...like embarrassing. They started pink but have a brown tint on them thats darker at the base of my nail. I dont expect sns quality but this was a complete waste of money they lasted 2 days.

UnprofessionaloverpricedDisrespectful.Today I experienced my first and last time at this place. My first impression was that its presentable, had a good polish selection, and it was also empty in there except for 2 people. I went in for a simple fill in and 3 repairs. I walked in at 12:33pm and walked out at 1:45pm- I started off with one lady, the owner and halfway through the process she had another girl finish. I was cut once and hurt repeatedly; the nails that were replaced were cut down shorter than the rest and were left round- the remainder of my nails are square. When it was time for me to pay, I mentioned my dissatisfaction and pointed out the differences to the nail tech. Instead of offering to fix it, she said well, just pay $20.The fill in was $15, and the repairs for 3 nails were $8. Repairs everywhere else I have gone are $12, and $2 per repair. I accepted it because it was convenient at the time, but definitely not after being extremely dissatisfied. But then I told her I did not feel it was appropriate for me to pay the repair amount being that it was done wrong and it showed. So then she proceeds to say, well, then I can just take the 3 nails off and you can go to your original nail place.I told her my nails were already sore and that I didnt find it fair that she would additionally damage my nails by removing fresh glue and acrylic. and she said, whatever then just pay $15.So I agreed.Then, the owner came around, the one with the mushed Michael Jackson nose, and said, next time for repair just go to your shop, and let her know you dont like the length so that she doesnt waste her time she could be helping other customer.So I replied, You were the one that adjusted the length of my nails, she put the new nails on and cut them too short after the glue settled- I unfortunately have no control over that.I told the nail tech she could just leave my nails without the final coat because I did not want to continue her to waste her time as her boss stated, and she said, no its ok, you need a top coat. clearly recognizing something was wrong. So i agreed and thanked her.I paid, said thank you. As I proceeded to leave- the owner yells, thanks, I hope to never see you again!So i turned around in disbelief and said, excuse me?and she repeated and topped it off with waste of time.

Very unorganized. They have regulars that are catered to but if you are a walk in you must wait. Should be first come first served.

This was such a bad experience. I was greated by a gentleman who said there would be a 30 minute wait and there were only 4 customes there on a Saturday afternoon. After waiting for about 15 minutes 2 ladies walked in who had a 3:30 appointment and while waiting for an additional 15 minutes...now a total of 30 minutes with no idea at this point when I would get serviced. I walked out and went to my regular nail salon. I was only trying this place because I recently moved to the area and thought I could find a nail salon closer to where I live now but that was not the case here! I will never revisit this establishment.

With the exception of the young man that works there, the staff was not very friendly. They seem to show manners to the regulars and are very short, rude and brisk with newcomers. Im not impressed
