Im so fkn mad my nails coming up! Its been literally a week! My nails were coming up in three days! They wont fix them! I been coming here for years! But I wont go back anymore!

I don’t want to leave any stars. My nails are bleeding and I’m in pain. A man did them. I forgot his name. He cut my real nails and filed too low. I have payment proof also. I will not speak for the others but this guy was the younger one in the shop. He rushed and was disrespectful in a little way. No thank you to ever going back when I visit. (I have pictures on yelp)

Disgusting and nasty place. The guy that did my nails told me 35$ then charged me $45. The gel color is very poorly done and the shape is completely off. Will never go hear again. Completely unprofessional place.

Cheap nail polish. Rush service.

Horrific experience. Infection in nail bed, and nails were falling to pieces within days. I was told that a refund would be processed.I visited to the shop with receipt for them to do so. Lisa appeared to be sweet and offered to remove the nails at no charge. I compensated her for removal anyway cash. Instead of reversing original payment, these guys charged my card $11 then “refunded” that saying that it was a mistake. Owner randomly stated I owed 5 more dollars for “cuticle removal” the day I visited for nail removal after I was told I would be issued a refund and I had already given cash. My friend and I went to a restaurant to eat afterwards, there was an hour and a half that passed. We come out of the restaurant and the owner is there demanding $5 more dollars. He followed us 2 blocks away! These people are very hostile, unethical and mentally disturbed.

Worst experience ever. Rude staff. WANTED TO CHARGE ME $3 EXTRA FOR SHAPING. HUH??? I tried so hard to be understanding and patient with them to no avail. I couldnt understand what any of them were saying. The woman who started my nails didnt ask me what I wanted and just started doing whatever. When I tried to show her a picture she wouldnt let me. They kept murmuring and talking about me in their native language. She stopped doing my nails midway and they told me to leave. Im only posting this so no one has to go through the same experience I did. I left and went to City Nails instead.

It was my go to nail shop for about 5 months, started out a really good relationship but went down hill. I always use the same person but I pay attention to detail and notice imperfections so I brought it to my techs attention and she got upset when I made request such as please dont use the drill as much, when laying the gel on my natural nails make sure my nail is fully covered and please dont break my nails trying to peel the old gel/or acrylic off especially when I requested a soak off. She wanted to blame it on my nails banging against stuff, and told me shes been doing nails for years. Ok than why do I look like I need a fill in when I leave and my Polish has a realizable gap between my cuticles and nails. She really showed me that my loyalty meant nothing to her. 😳

They remembered me I havent been there in 3yrs.

I was treated horribly. Waited about 10 minutes just to receive a quote on my service. My usual shop was closed so I went to this shop inquiring prices. The lady finally told me I could only get a price after she glues a nail down to my nail?! What the heck is that. The (maybe) owner comes over and says “we don’t have time for that you can go get them done somewhere else” My nails have absolutely nothing on them why would I let you apply nail glue to my nail In order to get a price? The shop I went in right before gave me a price immediately. I left after that smh. I’d give no stars if I could.

I want to rate it 0 ! A week later my nail cracked in half and flew off. I called to tell them this and ask will they repair it for free and the owner named Peter was very rude and disrespectful and called me a liar stating that I slammed it or something dramatic. Do not ever go here! Also this is not the first time, this has happened to me. I came by because I wanted to give them another chance. Wrong !

My nail popped off the next day. The rest off the nails would not come off at all. The male nail technician named Lee didnt give me gel nails although I asked before he even started. One nail also popped off while he was still shaping the acrylic.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON THEY DO NOT CLEAN ANYTHING AND DO NOT CARE IF YOUR NAILS ARE FALLING OFF MY NAILS ARE SEPERATING FROM THE NAIL BED AND THEY WONT BE IN BUSINESS LONG

I found this nail salon by accident (thought it was a different location) lol it is a bit unsettling first walking into the salon but but guy who did my nails did an AMAZING job. I got a gel full-set done using their moonshine polish, coffin shape and square. Best my hands have looked since moving to Atlanta.

If I could have given no stars I would have. The service is terrible. Worst set of nails I have ever gotten. Also paid for a deluxe pedicure & she did it about 10 minutes. Im serious- dont go here. Save your money & do your nails at home. I promise they will turn out better than this joke of a nail tech gave me.

I do not like this place at all. 1rst sign that something was wrong was there was no one in there at all maybe 5 ppl and good salons never have techs waiting to do nails but they all kept trying to FORCE people to get done what they wanted them to get done maybe bc they are NOT making no money but if I dont plan on spending no damn $50 dollars, dont make me get the kit for $50 and she messed up on my damn nails
