I will never return here. I dont get my nails done often, but I know its not suppose to look like this. Number 1 Nails is Trash. This was a rush job. This is not quality work. I should have asked for a refund or redo, but I didnt want to chance getting the same thing twice. Save your money and your time. This place is NOT worth it. And I paid $20 for a polish... basically. As you can see in the pics. I was still at the salon..... also, the dryer area was super dusty. I get it, no one gets regular polish anymore, but dust it sheesh!! I dont like to complain, but if I could save you the heartache and headache I will.

Took my sock off on day 5 of gel pedicure and one toes gel polish was completely gone. Just crumbled off do better products are needed

Rude and dostespectful all because I asked a quesion about gettin $5 taken off my gel polish. Price because my last visit it peeled and chipped up. I will mever return here for service again with that Nasty attitude and rolling her eyes. I kept it respectful although she didnt deserve respect from me

I was not satisfied leaving the nail salon. As you can see there is still SNS hardened powder on my skin by my cuticles. This place does not take their time to do a good job. They are also over charging. I’ve been here numerous times and I have NEVER been charged a $10 soak off fee when getting a new SNS set. Please spend your money elsewhere.

I left with two wholes/cuts in my fingers. The nail tech made me bleed 3 times. The guy that works in there is rude he was about to do my nails but put up his acrylic and sent me to other lady when I pointed out an issue. It’s polish all over my hands. They’re rough, rude & don’t do a great job. Save your money go somewhere else. I wish I could give this establishment 0 stars.

Steven was very professional and never stop doing my pedi to assist someone else. I do not like it when you are just left sitting while they attend to someone else when the service should be just about you until they finish. He was very kind, polite, and my pedi looked real nice.The person who did my nails did a great job but left me three times and never once said anything. Just came back like nothing was wrong. Everyone is on a time limit especially your clients, always make the service about the person you are working with at that moment. Over all I would recommend this place due the service I received from Steven.

I would not recommend. I showed the lady how I wanted my eyebrows (mind you the photo I showed her was of me) she did not respect what I asked for. She made my eyebrow way to thin. Newsflash not everyone like to be bare face and have to draw in their eyebrows.

I love this place because I had to go in the hospital for emergency surgery the owner of the shop was so concerned and im a new customer she treated like a queen and still kelp me calm because I was afraid because the surgery was an emergency awesome and good hearted ❤

The nails came out pretty however it was a very painful process! She cut down my cuticles all the way down to my skin and made me bleed on two fingers. She then put acetone and syptic (not sure if I spelled that correctly) on my cuts repeatedly, it was just very painful, My nails still hurt and I payed $90!!!

I have been a customer of #1 nails for 20 years now. I love how Nancy do my nails.

They are not friendly at all. On one visit, the air was off and hot as hell in there. A lady asked if they could turn it on,there was no response to her but a plenty chatter and laughter in their native language after the question was asked. Mind you, it was completely silent before. Personally, I like to be greeted when entering an establishment. I am never greeted here. One occasion, they proceeded to see someone that came in after me. There was no sign in sheet. Most importantly, the work depends on who you get. Ive only had one really good experience. The other times, my nails were either too bulky or odd shaped.

They had did a good job when do went there great services. But the one things is that they had made a cut on the side of my nails 💅

Wait wasnt long. Service was fast but not rushed. Loved the experience and my nails are poppin!!!

This was my first time there due to a move. It was great. The staff had great personalities . It was very clean which was important to me. My nail tech suggested colors for me and knew exactly what i wanted when i asked for a simple design. The best thing was when my clumsy self messed up the pedicure putting on flip flops they fixed it free of charge. This is my new salon will definitely be back

They are usually crowded on Saturdays which to be expected but work fast. Customer Service seems to be a priority. Be sure to have cash just in case the credit card machine is down as its been down a few times when Ive went. Also, have cash if youre just getting your eyebrows arched as the transaction has to be $10 or more to use the credit card machine. Also, if you want to keep your eyebrows think be sure to let them know.

This is the worst experience I’ve had. I actually tried to give them a second chance to do my nails and they failed terribly. Again. My nails are bulky and poorly shaped and when I mentioned it, she said the color was the reason and suggested I change my color. Now I have a color on my nails I don’t want because she obviously couldn’t paint.

My last visit to this shop was 2 weeks ago for a full set and the service was horrible. The tech didnt seem to know what she was doing. The tips were not applied securely, the polish job was inadequate and her attitude when I complained about her work was very unprofessional. I started to give her a tip anyway but changed my mind when she started talking about an issue I had a month ago with a male technician. Glad I didnt tip because about 5 days later two nails broke. Definitely not #1 in my book.

I love gettin my eyebrows arched here right up th street from were I live... U cant beat that.. I even walk sometimes to save on ⛽ gas. They also do good foot massage... Nice nails 2...😀

As any salon u have to have someone special who you trust, and knows how to do what u want. Walking into a salon an just allowing anyone to service you is just not my style. I’ve been going here for a few years.Alex and Nancy are the only ones that do my nails. They are good at what they do, and the shop stays current, w/ the gel colors.

Got a gel manicure and it pealed off the same day. First time going there....not a real fan. The service was great but I wouldnt get gel done on my natural nails again. It doesnt even look or feel like gel polish. Sticking to my regular nail tech.

My 1st time & there was a wait (on a Wednesday). I have no complaints. Linda did my nails & she will be doing them here on out.

Inconsistent work. Had a great experience once. Since then, the work doesnt last long and experience is rushed. Gel polish isnt nice quality. Atmosphere isnt that great. Go someplace of higher quality

My favorite salon...great staff, I have been a customer since the mid 90s.

The first time I went here. I had gel nail polish taken off my natural nails... the lady shaped my nail bed down until it was raw. My fingers hurt for a month and took even longer to heal. Finally went back one day on a whim. I asked for gel polish on my natural nails. Someone how all my natural nails were cut off therefore prompting me to get tips. Which I did not want because I grow a healthy set of nails on my own. The lady attempted to put acrylic powder on my nails without asking me, but I stopped her and told her again. I only wanted gel polish. So since she had already went too far I told her to do gel powder since its a little gentler on my nails. She did a horrible job on my application and polish. I just let her finish because I was so irritated by then. They use the electric cuticle shaver which shouldnt be used on people who have a healthy nail bed. When they do use them they cut the skin off your fingers. Its just horrible. I will never come back here again Ill stick to mthe regular nail tech in buckhead at this point.

Im giving this a 1 star rating, if I could give it less, I would. Ive been coming to this nail salon for over a year now. Today, I would have to say theyve definitely disappointed me. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! Im not speaking out of anger but do not waste your time or money here. The older lady that works there, I could not get her name, did my nails and they were VERY thick & lumpy! I came in hoping they would fix it without a problem. I was WRONG! They talked about me with another customer, out loud. They were very childish and petty. Instead of being grown women and having propper customer service, they yelled and flung their hands at me. Sad, but as soon I threatened them with a dispute and notified them I work at the bank, it all changed. Need less to say, if you are not satisfied with your service, you will have to ARGUE with them to fix it.

Depends on who does your service... 5 stars to Linda, Alex, Donna, and this other lady whos name I forget at the moment. Most of the others are meh.. Just ok.. and 1 or 2 of them just plain suck. Theyre cool though and they keep it clean.

This salon is very unprofessional and not clean...in one day I witnessed three customers go off about service received.They will mess up your eyebrows.. Incompetent....Older Asian/Chinese man-very rude.sarcasticHe will tell you..they dont need you to come to them..they have customers..People spend your money where it is appreciated...stay away

Today was my second time going. Both visits I received a fill in and file down but this time I was charged for it. My thing is if theyre going to charge for a service they should allow the customer to decide upfront if they want to pay but not at the end of the service. I dont like establishments who fail to allow the customer to decide what they want to paying for not them. They do pretty good work but the tools they use are not cleaned to state board requirements. A fill-in is fine but a pedi or mani is definitely out the question. This type of non sanitary practice can easily cause infections. They would be shut down immediately in an area such as buckhead.

I went to this salon seeking to get a powder gel fill in (which they dont have any colors of) and pedi. I was seated to get a pedi first the water was cold as hell i told the nail tech which she didnt seem to turn the hot water on any higher. So as Im sitting every worker in the salon are working on these two women who walked in just before me on hands and feet. Sooo basically they where going to have me sit there for and hour until this women nails were done (both were getting full sets) i got my feet out that cold ass water and went to my regular nail salon. Those ppl are rude. NO STARS!

This lady did my eyebrows this morning and was so busy laughing with her coworkers, she continued to wipe my eyebrow that she has already burned with the wax, with a dry piece of tissue!!!! I asked her to STOP wiping my eye because it hurts, she said sorry and KEPT WIPING IT DRY!!! Now my entire right eye is swollen with a blistered burn above it! Luckily my event I have to attend isnt for 2days but prayerfully it will be gone by then!!!

Jim and Nancy are awesome I have been going for 6 years and they have become my favorite place. I have moved and still drive out my way to go back.
