This was by far one of the best experiences that I have had at a nail salon. The owner of the salon works by appt only, so there will not be a ton of people in the salon with you while your services are being performed and she uses the best essential oils on your skin! If you are reading this, definitely give her a try!

Maybe mine was an isolated experience because I could tell other customers are regulars. However, my nail tech was so rough on my cuticles that 3 of them started bleeding. No apology was uttered even though it happened right as she was finishing the nails off. She even wiped it with alcohol! Ouch!!The charge ended up being $45 (SNS with 1 tip extension). For the exact same service incl. tips I’m used to $37-40. Don’t think I’ll be back!

Love this place! Diane is my girl!! She does great SNS, and I LOVE that she always remembers my name and my family every time we come in. The customer service here is truly wonderful. They serve tea (its REALLY good). And just a great overall atmosphere.

I just left this nail shop and drove down the street to a different place next to Publix. The pedicure was going good until the nail polish was being applied on my toes. She did a messy job and I didn’t like the color. I asked her to change to a different color. I was told I would be charged an extra $10. Mind you, I was in the process of getting a manicure. I told her to remove the polish and stop the manicure. She told me that they work on commission and they have to charge. I will never go to this place and you should stay away too.

Love Sooji’s located right off Northside Dive & Powers Ferry Road. Amazing staff, very friendly. Fast. Affordable. Attention to detail with specific requests. Sooji’s team is wonderful. I had a massage recently and it was by far THE BEST massage ever. Attention to detail is their specialty. Try one of the facials and enjoy some relaxation. Highly recommend!!

If i could rate them zero stars i would. Worst service ever, complete waste of my time & money and i had to redo my pedicure when i got home bc the polish is old and was applied to heavy, it didnt dry properly and had messed up only after a few hours of getting my nails done. The technician who i do not feel is licensed cut at least five of my toes & nail beds with the clippers only after having my feet soaking for barely a minute in the barely warm water, she did not add the foot soak sea salts in the water, she didnt push back my cuticles, my old polish which was teal was still in the cuticle segments around my nail after she called herself being finished & painted over my toes with clearly lumpy polish even though the teal was still noticeable. My cuticles which she didnt push back where jagged, my heels were not properly smoothed out & i had nail polish all over random spots on my FEET, her application of the polish seemed like she wasnt even qualified to paint nails let alone have a nail certification to work on anyones hands or feet. Shes allegedly the person who does the messages and that maybe her area of certification & specialty becase she cant do manicures or pedicures. I hesitated giving such a negative review but this was the 3rd time I had a less than pleasant experience here. They are not professional to everyone - they are low key biased to some of their customers while they treat others like stars. Everyone should be treated the same as we are all paying customers. It is owned & operated by Korean women for the person that posted that the Korean technician Maria was great, honey they are all Korean, so Im not sure what the point of stating that was. My point in stating the fact that the owner is Korean is because of the fact that there has been history of bias towards the African American community whom they do not serve equally/fairly. I got a basic pedicure because they always seem to take forever and i only have 1 hour for lunch. There was a group of three women in the salon whom cackled for the whole hour i was there, this was supposed to be a relaxing event but between the non stop loud talking and my toes getting cut by my tech it was a horrible experience. The 2 African American women they hired a few months ago are literally not any better, one of my co-workers went there yesterday just for a polish change & that was a debacle bc the AA tech w/braids had long nails on that interfered with her ability to provide a basic nail polish change. They only have a total of 5 staff members at any given time (in an effort to keep salary cost down), everyones schedule is open to close which Im pretty sure has to go against some labor laws. If you go without making an appointment youll probably have a wait like i was told one visit my wait would be 30 minutes after walking in and waiting for 10 minutes. Since the lighting inside is kind of dark i really couldnt see & truly assess my nails while inside so i went towards the front door to really look before i paid, the owner sees my looking and ask is it ok, do you like the nails i tell her that i couldnt really see but they were ok -she never uses that opportunity to ask a follow up like whats wrong/what dont you like what can i or my staff do to make it great or i will correct whatever myself -this is a statement a truly professional and unbiased owner & operator is supposed to say to all their clients, not just the caucasian clients. Needless to say Im not going back, Ill find another salon near the Galleria area that i can go to on my lunch break or Ill wait till i get to Gwinnett and go to my salon in Duluth/Johns Creek area where Im always treated as a person & celebrity, like i matter and they go above and beyond to provide the best service every time, its relaxing, they offer water, wine or beer while you get your service. Sooji Nails is horrible, waste of my time & money. The subpar treatment of African Americans explains why i never see any AA there even though that area has allot of businesses.
