I came in soo late after work. They were extra nice. Fixed my cheap fill-in from another place, and did my pedicure at the same time. Sunshine did my nails. They’re perfect. Y’all I feel GOOD. i love my nails. You get what you pay for.

Very disappointed with my nail job. I came once before and went to Tan and he did an amazing job. Tonight I had to go to someone else since he was busy. The photo on the left is what I asked for and the photo on the right is what I got. All of the nails look different from each other and the shapes do not match. On top of that, there is about five layers of acrylic powder on the nails. Very disappointing to have to pay $65 for a nail job that looks like this, especially when I asked specifically for what I wanted.

I got the deluxe manicure and pedicure. They did a phenomenal job. I am so relaxed right now. They rubbed my arms and shoulders and my feet and calves. I wish I could bring them home to Chicago with me!

As quick and attentive as they were, the quality of their environment and services was impeccable but the only thing that dissatisfied me was the fact that I requested a certain kind of powder for my full manicure set, and they reassured me that they could fulfill that request which was “Glow in the dark” but after departing from the establishment and 24 hours later, I was expecting glowing nails in the dark but to no avail. Even if they had the product to create the appearance that they stated that they could, apparently they were unsure of the product that was used on me because it indeed is not what I requested.Andy was great and professional but I would love for their employees to be familiarized with their products in order to prevent such mishaps from occurring with their clients.

I got a mani pedi, medium length acrylic nails and a simple black gel for my toes. They dont tell you the actual price until you check out. She ended up ringing me up for $153.00, now the nails were cute but not worth the price. My acrylics are lifting and its been less than a week. They are better a squeezing you for money than doing nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone. AND they had my friend waiting for an hour and started bashing her (to me) when she got upset and left. Dont spend your time or money here.

In Atlanta for the weekend and made an appointment here for a basic manicure & pedicure. A lot of places rush you through and it shows, but the woman who did my nails here really took her time and I appreciate the extra effort she put in to really make this one of the best mani/pedis I have had in years. Highly recommend.

Michelle did my nails one day. Such a great experience I returned for her to do a pedicure. I’m ticklish and really don’t enjoy pedicures or anyone touching my feet but she gave me the best foot and leg massage I’ve ever had! She was very attentive, informative, and accommodating! I haven’t had the pleasure of interacting with their other staff, but honestly, Michelle is so wonderful I’ll only go to her. They are very clean, sanitary, and Covid serious! Following all social distancing protocols, even taking your temperature and sanitizing your hands before coming in for a pedicure (for the manicure, the first stop was the sink before I sat in the chair). Does not have a heavy chemical or nail polish smell. Perfectly, pleasant experience!!

I scheduled an appointment for my mother and I to get her nails done for her birthday and were really excited. Upon arrival we were not greeted by a single employee; the employees looked at me and then turned their heads as I waited to be serviced; I even made two attempts to speak and be greeted (still nothing). Finally after asking again to be serviced a gentleman (pretty tall) came up to me with an attitude. I said hi my name is (Insert) and I made an appointment for my mother and I to get our nails done and he stated that there would be an hour wait without even checking our appointment time in the system. I had just got off the phone with the manager who stated that my appointment was confirmed and we could be serviced and she also guided me towards parking. (Back to the shop) the employee stated, I know that you spoke with the manager but she’s not here and she doesn’t know how backed up and busy we are. I was extremely disappointed because I set the appointment the Saturday before and truly wanted my mother to have a great time but instead we received terrible service and an employee with a bad attitude. I could see if we were a regular walk in and there was an hour wait (then what choice would we have) but we actually had an appointment which the walk ins or even other appointments should have been scheduled around so that there was no conflict. If I could I would give this place zero stars just for the customer service. Also this is really detailed! I cant make this stuff up!!!

Just moved to ATL and have gone to this place 2x and received an acrylic set, an S&S set and gel pedicures both times. They’ve been timely, kind, and communicative. I haven’t been disappointed with the quality of my results. They take pride in their work, and they’re efficient.One other important factor for me is how painful my experience is removing acrylics or gel, the removal process has been extremely painless. They’re gentle and considerate.

The experience was horrible.....lady did horrible gel Mani and pedi..I had to tell her how to do my Mani and pedi and im the guest . She did not listen to anything I said and then tried to rush me because of appointments. I would not recommend the older lady . Their customer service is horrible.They only have 2 nail techs that can do nails. They have no sense of a system. If you need one nail fixed and one person is waiting for a full set, they don’t have the wherewithal or sense to at least as the customer the fullest if they will wait 5 mins to repair ONE nail!! It’s terrible. It will definitely be my last time coming. This is the 4 nail I have replaced in a week.

First visit: walked-in one Friday on my break to get gel fill-ins. The staff were very courteous and the renovated salon space is beautiful! Ms. Tami did a great job fixing my nail shape and getting me in & out within the hour. Very satisfied!

DO NOT GET LASHES. I actually really enjoyed the the acrylic set. 2 weeks later and they’re all still on.HOWEVERI got “individual lashes” I specifically told her no clusters. I lie down and get comfortable and not twenty minutes later she tells me she’s done. I’m like HOW?I get up and look and there is lash glue clumped all over my lashes and they are very short clusters (8-10mm) when I specifically asked for 15-18 mm.I just got them removed and have 50% of my lashes left. DONT EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE IF YOU WANT SOME LEFT.

Before visiting here I thought the best pedicure I’ve ever had was in LA. However, after experiencing the rose petal pedicure offered here with a hot stone massage, I may have to re-evaluate!! There wasn’t any wait and I was greeted upon walking in. She took her time with my gel pedicure and even went an extra mile to show my feet the TLC they needed. This picture is a month later and I’m still getting compliments on my polish!!

Since I HAVE to give a 1, I will! I have been getting my nails done for 30 plus years now, and I have NEVER experienced a bad job, a not-so pleasant experience maybe, but not a bad job! These look horrible! The people working on me seemed like they had just graduated from nail tech school by the skin of their teeth. They are also very unprofessional.At one point, the male receptionist came over to my chair, was pointing at my nails, and the three of them started giggling. Of course, I couldnt understand why they were laughing because they were speaking in their native tongue. There was also a point where the nail tech verbally showed her frustration with not being able to position my nails in the SNS powder correctly. She blamed that on the curvature of my nail. As a result, she had to re-do a couple of my nails a couple times, and as you can see, the lines she created were severely uneven and not crisp at all. Fast forward 1/2 hour and my cuticles began looking awful - they were dry, cracked, and full of SNS powder that she had not cleaned out properly.As far as the pedicure, he was horrible. He seemed like he didnt want to be bothered with me at all and touched me as if I had a skin disease or something. As a result, my skin was just as dry and crackly as the moment I initially walked in there. In the middle of polishing my toe nails, they switched pedicurists, and I had the pleasure of having the receptionist finishing the toe polish job. He had no idea how to polish toes. He started using very small, choppy strokes, which made my polish come out uneven and lumpy. To make matters worse, when he went to put on my sandal, he actually grabbed my wet toenail and ended up having to touch it up. This was a horrible experience! I dont know who these people are in these pics with these pretty and professional-looking nail jobs, but you see what type of job I walked out with....not even comparable. Horrible!!! Dont go! Run away!!

I’ve gotten my nails done here a few times now because it’s closer to school/work and they do a pretty nice job usually. The past two times I’ve been here, they’ve killed my cuticles with the file, and today when asked if they could shape my nails he said he’d do his best. I understand that my nails are shorter than regular coffin length, but I’d rather you say no than use the file too close to my skin and leave deep cuts on 4/10 of my fingers.

The service was good but over priced. The listed price was $36 pedicure not the amount charged but an additional $15 for gel polish not Iisted had to pay $51. False advertising

The service can definitely be better. I wanted pink ombré and from reading other reviews lolthey definitely have a bad habit of clear miscommunication. I’ve never spent 95 dollars on nails. When I asked for pink ombré he chose a color that was too bright but assured me that he could soften the color to something I would like, and that it was also glow in the dark! So I got it because I didn’t really care and I just wanted to hurry up so that I could get to work. I’m pretty sure that is why I paid so much, and I honestly don’t mind but stuff like this should be told to customers. We shouldn’t have to ask, especially if it’s being offered. Me being in the restaurant industry, I do not try to upsell the entrée that takes the longest to be cooked, and/or is the most expensive. I sell what they are looking for, and what is convenient. Your reviews would be better if you guys did the same! And worked a little more on having a Customer service focused attitude that seems genuine.Moreover a bit disappointed bc two nails broke when I was trying to open mail lol one popped all the way off at work from catching a ceramic bowl from falling onto the ground lol so I had to get some press on nail glue. This all happened within the first two weeks and I’m used to it happening after. Going back today and will figure out from this experience if I’ll be a returning customer —have received so many compliments. Not sure it was worth 95 but definitely one of the prettiest sets I’ve ever received!

I was recommended to this nail salon by a friend of mine. It was definitely a worthwhile experience. I had one of the best pedicure and manicure ever. I was on my lunch break and they were able to offer the services at the same time. The techs were friendly and very detail oriented. Not only was the pedicure good, they also offer really good foot massage with the pedicure. The pedicure and manicure both came out to be 40 dollars. It’s a bit pricey but it was worth it!

This is such beautiful salon.. loved the atmosphere!! as soon as you walk in you have this beautiful light up water tank and In front of it is a really nice front desk person. He immediately greeted me and my friend and We felt very comfortable. I got a pedicure done and i have to say it’s one of the best pedicure I’ve had. My tech was really friendly, and accommodating. She got my ingrown toe nails out without me bleeding (that has never happened before). I didn’t get her name but I’m sure everyone here is as awesome as she is. We came in during lunch time and i thought it would be busy, however, they have plenty of techs on staff. I also noticed in the back they have a hair salon as well. I will definitely try to get an appointment to get my hair done next time!

Fair pricing, quick service. I got a gel manicure and eyebrows waxed. The nails turned out nice. The only thing was one of the nails chipped the same day after I left but they were able to redo it for me when I came back the next day

I was too busy to get my nails done before leaving home and decided to find someone while in ATL. This spot was close to my hotel so I made an appointment online the night before..which was awesome in its self! Not being familiar with the area it was a little difficult to find since the mall is Underground but I will say that it was totally worth the effort. The salon was super clean the staff was very friendly and Michelle and Tommy did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure. Sitting in the chair I found this crazy design that I loved so I asked Tommy if he could recreate it!!! It came out even better than the picture! I would highly recommend the salon. I will definitely be checking them out the next time Im in town.

Worst experience ever! Came here from Kentucky to visit.. during my pedicure my tech got up about 7 times. I sat in the pedicure chair until my water got cold. Several others with appointments waited for over 2 hours to be serviced!

Her room is private and quiet.She was able to figure out my style and had some suggestions of her own. I love my modern spring look 😁.I highly recommend Valentina at Luxury Nails ans Spa. They suggest appointments but can accomodate walk ins as well.

I work in a nearby building and go twice a month. They have just renovated and their facilities are top notch and services are awesome! They do an excellent job on manicures (I get SNS) and pedicures. I also generally add on either a foot massage or back massage. Cost is very reasonable and they do a fantastic job. Sometimes they are very busy, so I always make an appointment and have never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes. One of the nicest nail salons I have ever been to. I read in an earlier review that the girls dont speak English; some do speak better English than others, but the manager speaks extremely well; just convey to him what you want and he will make sure your wishes are conveyed. I have never been disappointed here, and now that they have renovated its more spacious and they have added quite a few more services. The place is awesome and wont disappoint.

Pleasant atmosphere.

I have tried several nail salon and I have to say this is one of my favorite nail salon to go to. I always get a gel manicure and every time I do, it last over 3 weeks. All their techs are very friendly and do some great work. They know what they’re doing, and they really care about the health of my nails. Steve, the manager always brings me something to drink, and not a lot of other salons take the time do that. I’m really happy I found this nail salon in my area I really like!

Literally the worst manicure, asked for clear polish with a simple flower design and got this. The nail artist was acting like this was a difficult request and tried to overcharge me. as an artist I Im able to assess how difficult a design can be and can assure you that this was an easy task. I am going to go home and repaint over this myself. Majorly disappointing. this is the second time that Ive been here and not been satisfied with the work. As previous reviews state if you say that they are wrong for their error theyre just going to charge you more to fix it.

I was in town for a wedding and realized I had forgotten to get my nails done. This nail salon came up and I decided to try it out. I’m so happy I did! Everyone was friendly, I was offered complimentary drinks, and my tech gave me one of the best pedicure I ever had. I also did their sns dipping powder. They had tons of colors. They did everything at the same time which was a huge help since I barely had enough time in the first place. I wish this nail shop was near home, they are the best and the manager was so sweet!

I was with a party of five and I was the last one to start the pedicure and the first to finish. The guy I had barely massaged my legs/feet and painted my toes worse than a five year old could paint a wall. I was looking for a design on my phone and when I found one, I looked up and he was putting the flip flops on my feet and it was too late to tell him I wanted a design (side note, he never asked if I wanted a design).I do not recommend this location if you are looking for somewhere relaxing to get a good massage and good quality pedicure.On the bright side, the guy that sits at the front desk is very nice!

This place is not at all worth the high prices. I went here for a simple Pink and White full set and ended having to pay $65 because the nail tech messed up the set and had to do extra to make it right. I left completely unsatisfied.The staff was not at all accommodating and seems to blame you for their mistakes. You’re much better off going to nail salon down the street from the Peachtree Mall. They provide much better quality for a decent price.

My girlfriend convince me to get my pedicure done, and we did it at luxury nails and spa. The place was one of the biggest I’ve seen. Everyone was friendly, and accommodating. The manager, Steve was really nice and offer us something to drink. I would definitely be back.

I was visiting Atlanta, and I needed to get my nails done for a wedding. I got gel manicure and gel pedicure. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I ever had. They really take care of me and offered me complimentary wine. The place looks fabulous, and the techs were friendly. I also got my eyebrows cleaned up. It’s literally a one stop shop. I love this place and I wish I could bring this back to Belgium with me.

WORST PEDICURE EVER! I travel and get pedicures regularly and this is the worst ever. I would not recommend going here. My feet were soaking maybe 30 seconds, if that. When she was scrubbing my heal she dropped my foot. Asked for a small cute design on big toes, got a couple.of lines. Now I dont want to be that person, but the person beside me was a friend of theirs and they were getting the 5 star royal treatment, while I was bargain basement discount. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Horrible. NEVER AGAIN! MY STORY IS TOO LONG AND DETAILED. I will summarize-too expensive (*$41) for a short, gel set-inexperienced nail tech-SNATCHED MY HAND MULTIPLE TIMES-argued when I tried to specify my wants-was rude and impolite-aggressive with my hand-Annoyingly illiterate with English (*not racist Im just saying that if u are wanting to do business in a country u at least need to know their most common language)

My best friend and I came here we’re from out of town. I didn’t get my nails done and I was STILL treated like a customer! My friend’s nail tech name is Icy, she is AMAZING and her service was the best ☺️

They do a nice job, the place is clean and orderly. Its convenient for those staying at the Hyatt or Marriott peachtree center hotels. The regulars seem to be treated well and welcome. I use them when Im in ATL on business.

This is one beautiful salon, traveled here for work and I stumbled across this salon. Tom does a fantastic job on my toes and the girl did a great job on my ombré full set. Great atmosphere with good vibes.

My nails were all different lengths. When I want back the very next day to ask for the lady to simply file them down so they would all be the same size she made a huge sense. She told me that the reason my nails are different lengths is my fault and whatever else she said I couldnt understand because it was in another language other than English. If I could give no stars I would. The people that work here are extremely unprofessional.I would recommend stay away from this place at all costs.

I was in Atl. for a conference and my gel manicure was not going to last until I returned home. So I walked into this very nice salon, was seated immediately at Tracys station, and offered a beverage. She was very gentle, friendly, and seemed to take her time. I can be extraordinarily particular about details, but I left very satisfied with my gel manicure. The prices were what I expected for the services.

So visiting in Atlanta, didnt have time before I left to get nails done. Acrylic nail fill with gel nail polish 40.00. okay little over priced, but heck , tourist trap , so np. Ask to trim them down a little more, $5.00 more, like what the heck? Look guys , no newbie here to nails, I live in New York, and even in NY they trim your nails with a fill! No Just S5.00 more here , see ya later!

I went for a wax. I do this every two to three weeks religiously - but elsewhere in Buckhead. Today I thought, it’s close to my job. I can knock it out during a lunch break because I’ll be too busy after work. Needless to say I paid $27 for a 2 minute wax. Literally. She was not thorough whatsoever. And I’ve never paid $27 anywhere for what I had done...and what I do religiously when I get waxed. Eyebrow + sideburns + chin. A little steep for a food court at peachtree center station - filled with homeless people and wanderers. Lesson learned.I’ve learned not to make a big scene these days. I just want to see how you’ll treat me. Well, they’ll never get my business again.

The salon was busy when I entered, but I was seen immediately. I only went for a gel polish change on my acrylic nails, which I had done at another salon a week ago. The person that worked on my nails was polite, listened to how I wanted my nails, and made sure I was satisfied.I will say the only thing that I didnt like was the lack of continuity in stated prices by employees; One person said one price, another person said a different price, and I was charged a completely different price from the two. The prices were also not listed for ease of view, so [I guess] go in with an open mind about what you may end up paying.A nice bonus: there is a discount you get if you work in Peachtree Center. The salon being just a few floors below my workplace and having that incentive is nice. The person whom worked on my nails also stated that there are coupons at the help desk, so even if you dont work here, you may receive a discount.

I don’t always get pedicures everyday but when I do I go here. There are a wide range of different pedicures to choose from. The lowest was 26 dollars, I was feeling special (read: my feet were a disaster) so I chose one of the more expensive ones which was 69 dollars called the organic golden pedicure. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I felt really relaxed even as a guy. And my feet went from the abdominal snowman to Snow White in no time.Don’t suffer in silence guys

They did a great job with my dipped nails but they did not trim my cuticles or rub my hands.

Vivian did a great job on my eyebrows! I had them microbladed and the process was quick and they turned out very natural and beautiful. I would definitely recommend going here and having your eyebrows done. The studio is very clean, professional, and relaxing as well.

They were very fast and efficient, the woman was very pleasant and asked at every step was everything okay with me. She carefully trimmed my cuticles and overall it was a Fantastic Experience.

Very nice salon.. i liked how my lady took her time and paid attention to details. I got the deluxe spa pedicure and got my eyebrows done. One thing i didnt care for was the fact that they said i could get strip lashes because my eyelashes were to short or something. They kept pushing the individual lashes on me and i wasnt trying to do all that. But other than that i was pleased. Definitely will return
