Ive been here before a few years ago and I dont remember having a bad experience and i wouldnt say I had a BAD experience but....I felt like the girl didnt care at ALL to be doing my nails? And like she kinda rushed them? They look nice but if you look close they arent uniform and are kinda tough around the edges? Also they dont feel smooth at all I had to refile them at home otherwise I would have picked at them....and even now they arent very smooth....idk....Im not sure how to feel. I was barely there 20 mins? Like its been years since I done my nails but I feel like they used to care more 🤷‍♀️

I finally went for a pedicure today after several neighbors recommended it. The lady in the pretty lace dress at the front desk was not very friendly, but everyone else made up for it. I let my nail tech know that I was healing from hives and an allergic reaction to medication. She was very kind and did a very good job. I was concerned because my skin is still peeling where I had the hives. I’m so amazed that I was never in pain and she did a beautiful job. I will be back.

The lady in the lace dress with the blue hair was very rude. Me and my daughter went to get a manicure and a pedicure,she asked me how old my daughter was and I told her and she stared to speak in her language and I know she was talking about us.The other nail techs were very nice. I went last week and my gel manicure is starting to peel off and the polish on my toes as well.I will never go back there again.

My nails were ok but the lady who greeted us who I think may be there owner because she didnt do any work, was rude to my mother in law. She didnt know anything about nails, shapes, colors and gel ect. And she had attitude with her and talked to her like she was stupid so she went off on her I was going to leave but everyone else was very nice

I agree with the other reviewers about the owner in the nice fitted dresses. She is hella rude. This is the second and last time that I’m coming here. I thought maybe she was having a bad day the first time I came here, but no. She’s snappy and impatient when you try to convey what you want done. If not for being desperate to get my feet done today, I would have walked out.

I’ve been going here for years. David was my nail tech but I found out he no longer works there. Made an appointment with another nail tech. I arrived on time I was greeted with something to drink. Waited 30 mins, was offered another beverage. I didn’t come for drinks. Finally someone came and said the tech is running late. Seems like they need more staff. Or maybe just bring David back 🤷🏾‍♀️

I dont know if the lady that walks around dressed like she works in a strip club was the owner or what but she has the worst attitude and is so disrespectful. This is not my regular nail salon so I was asking questions about the different nails and prices and I guess she didnt like it. She was talking in her language but made it very known that she was talking about me to the point that I felt so uncomfortable I had to tell the nail tech to stop that I was leaving. We ended up getting into an agreement because I told her how rude she was and if she had something to say to tell me so I can understand but she just kept on in her language. This has to be the most unprofessional nail salon I have ever been to. I will never wait to the last minute to make an appointment with my nail lady again. If you want to go to a salon that has professional acting employees go to Angel Nails off of sublett and 287.

My latest visit there, I was excited to try a new style of nails Ive never done before. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, a simple white design with a couple rhinestones on top.Not only did my nail tech first call the look ugly as he was doing my nails, but he used different cuts of stone and my hands had different patterns. It wasnt like the pictures at all. Even worse, the rhinestones began falling off not even 24 hours after application. I paid too much for them to be using some sort of cheap glue like that.The end result was no where near the picture, and I ended up leaving unsatisfied. Im not sure Ill come back, especially when I have prom coming up and I want to do a slightly more complex design next time.I do have to give them credit and say that they were fairly nice and offered me something to drink. I just think the scenario couldve gone much better.

We went yesterday to get our nails done, the other salon ruined our nails. My daughter was in tears. We came here to get them fixed, Misty was so supportive and actually listened to her. She gave her exactly what she wanted. We were very happy with the service we received and they fixed everything. We will definitely be going back and cant wait to try their pedicure.

I always have a great experience when I go and get my nails done. You dont have to worry about a different nail tech each time you go because youre able to request who you want when you book your appointment.

Misty was my nail tech. She fixed my nail disaster from another nail salon. She went above and beyond. Very sweet, welcoming, and made me comfortable. Will be going back.

Took two daughters in for manicures. One daughter enjoyed it the other hated it. The guy couldn’t understand anything or speak English at all. He was rough she said and very rude.He overcharged like 20 bucks. Horrible, just horrible.

Came at 7pm and literally saw someone run to the door to lock it as I was about to walk in. Was going to be my first time here but NEVER again. So no they don’t close at 7:30pm and they will lock the door practically in your face!!

Im furious. Misty made 7 out of 10 nails bleed. She messed up and blamed me for moving. And I asked for rounded nails and got crooked squared nails. Will never go back. My fingers are still throbbing

I came in here on a whim one day because I didn’t feel like traveling to dallas to my usual shop, and I was blown away. Kevin never disappoints with my nails and melody alwayyyys takes care of my feet which are usually in a lot of pain.Hands down best salon experience since I’ve moved to Texas 🥰

Came into the nail salon as they opened this morning and got right in... was coming in for an acrylic nail change, total removal of old and replacing new. Picked what I thought was an acrylic color but when I sat down for Kevin to do my nails, to my disappointment he started using dip. I can’t stand dip, I do hair and it doesn’t last long when my hands are always in water and hair. As the process went on, the dip got messy, overlapping my nail cuticles(noting this would be painful later in this process) I got really quiet and just waited this out, o shouldn’t have. The further we got along in the process the more messy it became. The dip is still up around my cuticles. When it came time to file my nails down, (drill included)he cut into my skin on the side of my nails trying to file down excess dip, my fingers almost all of them have open sores now an hour after finishing up the process. When he buffed my nails down, he used an old used uncleaned buffer on my nails and actually buffed the skin above my cuticles along with the nail dip. My fingers are swollen and painful now with open sores on them. I’d like to call and get my money back because as soon as the sores are healed I’m going to have to go have this dip removed from my nails so my nails don’t get a fungus for how poorly the dip was done. Had I known ahead of time this was the process he was going to use, I would have walked out. I hate dip. Will not ever return again and I’ve been here for pedicures prior to now. First time with wanting acrylic and receiving the dip. Won’t be back ever again.

Owner questioned why I had a Mickey Mouse card... he said I was too old for that? Since when does my age matter for what I have and why is it his business? After I signed and gave him his receipt back he said I should be more sophisticated 😡I went today with the intention of helping his business after all this Covid-19 but I will never again step foot in this establishment!

Went a little over a month ago and it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a nail shop! Misty did an amazing job, I will definitely be back.

They let thier staff drink the margaritas they serve.. One lady messed up my eyebrows with a heavy smell of alcohol on her breath. When I told the front person about it. He only offered for me to go back into the wax room...why? When she had took too much off the one eyebrow..why would I give them a chance to hack the other one?

I have been going here for a while and I would say everything is good except for the owner/manager. The nail technicians are very nice and kind and very professional but the owner comes off rude and sometimes disrespectful. I have waited to write this review because overall my service has been good. But the manager is very rude and acts as if she does not care to please the customers. I do not speak their language but I know when I’m being talked about in a nail salon (mind you I’ve been going to nail salon’s for a while).For their rates I should not leave your shop feeling uncomfortable or feel like my service is not worth it. Not for the actual nail job but for the lack of professionalism period (from 1 person). I have sent a lot of costumers to this shop and they have all called me back and told me they have had the same experience with the owner/manager... NOT GOOD! Well trust me, i won’t be referring anyone anymore!!

I have to say I’m a big fan of Legacy Nail & Spa! The owner has a great sense of humor...the nail techs are friendly (I recommend Ann) and their quality of work is great. They convinced me to give the dip powder a try and I was a gel fanatic...so happy I listened. Give them a try; you’ll be glad you did.

I have been a customer for the last seven years. On my last visit I stopped by to get a pedicure and and a new see of dip nails. Prior to receiving any services I asked Misty who is the owner, if she accepted Apple Pay. She said yes. I said are you sure? She again said yes I have it. I get me service completed and attempt to pay and what do you know, the Apple Pay isn’t working. I told her I’d have to go to the bank and come back. She replies with”Can you leave your phone or DL” I said no I can’t, how am I to withdraw money w/out the DL. She had an attitude when I walked out. I returned in about 15 minutes and paid my 85$ bill... It goes to show you, that you’re not valued as a customer. No matter how often you’ve patronized her business, you’ll never be trusted. I won’t be returning because of this experience.

Worst nail salon I have ever experienced. Besides taking two hours on a full set dip they did not want to acknowledge that the nail tech messed up. I was not offered anything to drink until after the fact they knew they had messed up. I had them try to fix twice and even then at the end they still looked all different sizes. The owner smacked the tech on the back well knowingly her error.

My nails are crooked. And they over charged me. What a rip off.

Im just disappointed. I will not return. Kevin rushed my nails and messed up. No one was waiting, i dont understand the rush. Get this.... after doing my nails, the technician used the same nail file on someones feet after my nails were done. That just grossed me out. I will never go back. I even made the comment and apparently no one said anything.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I have to say this is by far the best place Ive ever been!! I didnt catch the gentlemans name but he did such an amazing job!! I will most definitely return here!!

I give this establishment 2.5 stars. Heres why...When I first came in the receptionist asked if I wanted a pedicure, NOT if I was getting any services done. So after waiting one hr I was finally asked if I needed a service done. (It seems like there were not enough techs for the amount of people.) Although I was offered multiple drinks it didnt make up for the work I received on my nails. I told my tech, Misty, that my nail was crooked and she assured me she would fix it when she shaped my nails. So 1.5 hrs later she finishes my nails and toes, and low and behold the nail is still crooked and now I am bleeding on two fingers. I address the issue and initially she ignores me and just says ok. After the second time she put alcohol on it. And I guess in an effort tho clean up her mistakes she gave me a massage and a hug on the way out. Although she did display some sort of remorse I will not be returning bc for a first time customer it was sub par service.

I LOVE this nail spa! This is a perfect location to bring your all your girlfriends. Our whole group was able to get mani-pedis, all at the exact same time! No waiting for an open bay, no waiting around for your friends to finish up 💕 Drinks are on point, service is wonderful, and most importantly, my nails look absolutely beautiful ❤️

My wife and mother enjoy going here. Its a bit pricey but they always seem very satisfied with the end result. Its very clean and has a relaxing environment but like I said, its pricey.

Well I went with my mom.. We had pedicures.. It was going OK at 1 st.. Then I noticed the lady doing my moms was doing alot more to her legs and feet than the man I had...She massaged her legs and feet for a long time.. The man ran lotion up down my legs.. Up and down once more that was it... I noticed dead skin around my big toe.. Pointed it out to him... He shook his head yes.. And continued . Never taking care of it... HE painted my toes no top shiny polish.. Rushed me over to the area to let my toes dry... Without my shoes.. Next thing I notice is somebody else with my shoes on... I had to argue this old lady down to get my flip-flops back... She said they put the my shoes on her feet and she was gonna wear them... She had her shoes in her hand... Smh... What awful service.. No tip from me.. And I will never RETURN.

I will never come back to this place. On the door it specifically says they accept Discover credit card. I then went to check out they said they do not accept that card, they asked me if I can go please take cash out and give it to them. So I had to go all the way to my house to get cash then come all the way back because they messed up by not taking the sign down that says it does not accept Discover. As I come back they told me I get a $5 off discount. Which is nothing because I spent a lot of money here right now. I did not like the atmosphere here the people giggled at my daughter because she has eczema on her foot they noticed it when they painted her toes. SHES 6 YEARS OLD! this place does not deserve not one star.

The worst manicure I have ever had! I got the sns powder dip in the white sparkle color. All he did was dip my nails and that was it. He did not remove the excess color from around the nail to make it look neat. He did not shape and push my cuticles back. He didnt even put oil around my cuticles or even lotion on my hands. I didnt even know he was finished because he just got up and walked away. My nails look like my toddler painted them.I am very disappointed and will not return. Ive been going here since 2014 and this has happened before with that same guy. Theres too many other nail salon around to choose from.

The staff is amazing but the manager is very rude and tries to do everyone at once. She tries not to lose customers. If she sees someone come in the door she rushes through your nails and doesn’t care about the end result. Horrible experience with her!

I am not impressed at all ! The manager greeted me in and quickly pushed me of to Julie.. who has absolutely no customer service skills. Never spoke or listened to what services I was asking for. She never offered us water, soda etc. They definitely over price their services ... Im not impressed and will never be back. Nothing to brag about. Polish was sloppy. .. And when I pointed this out she had a an excuse instead of correcting....

I like this place. It’s by my job so I can squeeze in service on my lunch if I need to. They offer wine, frozen margaritas and hurricanes and regular beverages as well. The owner/manager is a colorful woman with a lot of spunk although I can understand why some people are put off by her smoking outside when you arrive. But she will still greet you and open the door for you and get you situated. I get her and she doesn’t bother me one bit! The service is great although they push for you to get the highest priced pedi on their menu. If you don’t want to spend then tell them you want the basics. Speak up or people will take advantage of you, not just here but anywhere in life. I will be back to Legacy for a regular mani (I don’t do tips) and Deluxe Spa Pedi from Ann, no one else does it like her!!

1st time here and i must say it was AMAZING! Brought my daughter here for her 9th birthday for pedi and they were very nice and friendly even when she messed up the polish! Thank yall so much we will defiantly be coming back!!!!

If I could leave no stars i would this was the worst experience ever!! The only people nice there is Ann or David. They over charged me messed up my nails after three days of having the gel nail polish they began to pill on my natural nails, i dont do hard labor i work at a desk that has never happened to me before which shows me they buy cheap nail polish and they re-sale it way over price. Misty was terrible ! Shes the owner and she advised she would fix my nails that were peeling she suggested dip and said shed do it for free since i paid 35 bucks 3 days ago!! And advised i could only pick 1 color since they were redoing them for FREE then once shes done she charges me 20 dollars and as soon as i nicely ask where the charge came from she began to yell and get loud and very aggressive! Im not going to argue with someone with an IQ that low but being a black women and seeing how she repaired a white woman nails after almost two weeks of exposure compared to my 3 days for free is a bit triggering, but i kept my character like i encourage all of you to do because in this world when a black woman gets upset we are always looked at like were in the wrong. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AT MISTY STORE EVER AGAIN, i suggest she should check into AA and deal with that alcohol issues because i could smell it all over her breathe which im hoping is why she behaved the way she did. I dont go out of my way to write reviews but in all my 27 years of getting my nails done even at low rated places ive never had an experience such as this.

Misty is Awesome - (Manicure) - I have been coming here for over 8 months and when ever I show her a picture of a new color that I found and like she quickly can recall the nail color in the SNS powder colors that would come close to matching what I am looking for. My nails typically last 4 to 6 weeks.Melody - the MOST Ahh-- Mazing Pedicure Ever ... she is quick to find a matching GEL polish to match the SNS Color I choose. She is takes her time and makes your feet fell happy.The best part comes at the end when you get your back massaged before you leave.

I left Legacy looking awful and they sent me home bc they were closing with my toenails not dry yet so they were ruined just leaving the building. I spent to much money for nothing. I had to go to another nail salon the next day. They will rush you.

Worst experience EVER! The manager Mindy... is very rude. I walked in for an appointment I made and they told me it would be 25 min wait.. I told her I would run another errand and come back, nbd. Came back & waited another 10 mins. Once I got into the chair it was like the lady doing my nails starting rushing because they were closing in 45 mins. What a nightmare! I asked if I could change my polish color & she had this look like really? Needless to say my nails looked horrible, I was asked to pay for my service while still sitting in the chair being worked on... I told her I can go ahead and pay for it but I’d like to make an appointment to come back in the morning & have them fixed and done right... the manager told me no we are booked & “too busy”. Ha. Don’t go there. Horrible customer service. Horrible. They won’t get my business or any of my families ever again! If I could give 0 stars I would!! And the manager definitely talks (bad) amongst her workers about you! Oh & smokes cigarettes out front of her place of business. Very unprofessional
