Ive been coming here for pedicures since they opened. Everyone is friendly and no matter who you have the service is amazing! My daughter treated me today so Im on cloud nine!

I went for the kids pedicure, hello kitty chairs and the fact they had a kids combo. Immediately after getting there i see a lot of warning signs about complaints (makes it seem like they get alot) they had a sign for no cell phone use, i totally get that but i dont ever mess with mine it just sits there while i listen to music or watch a show. The kids pedi mani was great-wonderful personality from the lady doing it, made her first time memorable. I appreciate that. But my lady who did my Dip nails was the complete opposite, she wanted to argue with me about how my nails were done previously. She made an excuse that the glue all over my hands were from my previous nails. I would only come back for the kids pedicures.

The first woman you encounter when you go in the salon is very rude! I had a simple manicure with shellac on my regular nail and She told me it was 40. She will tell you a price MORE than the price on the board they have. When I asked the woman who did my nails what made a simple manicure 40? The woman who checked me in asked what I said to her then caught an attitude and snapped at me for no reason! She then proceeded to mumble under her breath to the customer she was working on and said if I didnt like the prices then find somewhere else to go??? It was very random and weird and one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a nail salon. I will NEVER come here again when Im visiting family in Dallas!

There is absolutely nothing special about this place and they charge a small fortune. My pedicure was just OK but at the end Thuy came in and slapped on the nail polish with no topcoat. Thuy proceeded to do my Dip and ruined the shape of my nails.Don’t waste your money here...go to Cowboys nail or VIP nails and spa, they are clean or more talented and cost less money

My nail tech Tony that did my pedicure did an amazing job. I love my nails but I paid $27 for my pedicure and my feet were only painted and cuticles cut. The pedicure tech was very nice but seemed afraid to touch feet and very slow.I am satisfied with my nails and overall give it a 5... my pedicure gets a 1.I will return but only if the pedicure techs provide the complete services that I’m paying for and nothing less.

My sister-in-law and I go there on a regular basis. We love the staff there. We tend to have special needs ( I should say requests) and they not only remember every time what we like but accommodate with smiles. Eden is by far my favorite nail spa. And I cant wait to take my granddaughter there where they have Hello Kitty pedicure stations for the kids!

I went into this place today to get a basic pedicure. My main concern was an ingrown toenail on my big toe I told the lady that this was why I needed the pedicure she began the pedicure and I told her again to cut the sides of that nail really good because it hurts. After soaking and removing my polish and trimming all the nails the manager told her not to cut the sides of that nail if its painful. So basically all she did is trim and paint my nails which I could have done at home myself. Im very disappointed with my pedicure because my main reason was not addressed at all this is the first time in my life that this has happened To me I always get this fixed at a salon. Needless to say I left no tape and will not return.

5/18/2018- I walked in at 4:50 and asked for my French tips to be soaked off and for a manicure. The guy looks at my nails and basically tells me that it would be faster to use the tools and do the pop off method. I agree. This guy was so unprofessional. I tell him that it hurts but he just shrugs me off and do the whole hand pat/rub thing. I kept my cool (even though he clipped off all of my real nails) until he literally rips off my REAL NAIL and blood oozes over everything. He then asks if I still want a manicure and of course I tell him no. He pushes back his chair, gets up and walk off without saying a word to me. I sit in my chair for a minute and then proceed to leave. As I was putting my son in the car, he runs out and tells me that I owe him $5. I told him that I didnt mind paying but he has horrible customer service skills and that he walked off without telling me anything. I also told him that I wanted to speak to his manager. She looks at my nails and the blood and said that it was unacceptable..she was really trying to help and even offered to fix my nails herself; however she was still working on another customer. I told her no thanks and that I wanted to leave before I say something vulgar to the guy in front of my son. **Been here several times and received great service from that ladies, but I highly doubt that I will return.**

I rarely complain about anything but I am NEVER coming here again!! This is maybe my 5th time coming here and today ruined my entire experience.The lady I had for my pedi was TERRIBLE!! She had the nerve to get an attitude with me because she was halfway doing my pedi. I had polish all over my toe that she never attempted to clean up even after I told her. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the manager was amazing and came to fix them for me.

Mai is awesome and always does an excellent job on my nails!! I will wait to have her do them even if she goes on holiday. I recommended Eden to my new roommate, and she says she ALWAYS gets excellent quality work done on hers too!!

I went to this nail salon 5/17/2018. I ask for a soak off and a deluxe manicure. I wanted to wear my real nails, they’ve gotten long underneath my acrylic nails. The Asian guy named Tony said it would be quicker to file them down and took a nail tip and started ripping the acrylic nails off and it hurt so much. He did a lot of damage to my real nails, and after that had a nerve to ask me if I wanted a full set. This guy is so rude and should not be doing nails. My nail looked terrible and hurt so much.I had no time left because I had a flight to get ready for. I promise that when I got back that I would give them a review to Warn as many people to not get their nails done at this place when I brought it to his attention about how terrible of a job he done and how my nails were in pain he said “I’m sorry you feel that way, trust me they will grow back, but I know what I’m doing”and charge me 20.00. Hopefully I can show you pictures of my nails and the damage he did. how I walk out that place.

This place is horrible. Staffs who work on your nails CANT SPEAK ENGLISH. therefore they dont understand anything you tell them. I have been there twice and i had horrible experience both times. the staff is not careful at all handling your nails and toes. they buffed my nails so hard than my skin got ripped off and started to bleed. On top of that they are very expensive for the horrible service they provide. I can get my nails done better at cheaper price.DONT EVER GO THERE.

Chris and Mai are amazing!! True artists. My daughter and I love to go there - the decor inside is so beautiful, with the little water wall near the entrance to the soothing colors and lines inside. I love this place, and it is my bi-weekly haven.

A man cut my fake nails to desired length with >scissors< which i thought was ghetto. He also did not lift to compare & match pinky to pinky ring finger to ring finger thumb to thumb etc to match lengths. He also did not clean the filing shavings out from under my nail beds. For the higher price its sloppy work...and only looks good at a distance...

They always do a good job on whatever I have done and theyre courteous and professional. The inside is really nice and clean and I never have to wait very long. Ive been coming here consistently for half a year, I love it.

I had a really bad experience when I last went in September. I decided to give it a second chance because a lot of people from my job get their nails done here. A wonderful lady named Lisa helped me on Saturday and she did an amazing job and I will return because of her great service .

The place looks nice. The massage chairs are brand new and work well. Youre offered wine upon arrival, and for those things you get 2 stars. If you were a wine and chair store youd be top notch. The pedicure was over priced. The artist forgot to polish a nail. And 5 hours later Im itching from whatever products they used. I wouldnt recommend.

I took my daughter here today so we could get our get our nails done she got hers painted I was gonna get a pedicure and Full set nails I got my nails but not the pedicure My daughter got hers both toes n nails painted But I will never go back they messed mine up I told the guy not pointed but he made mine pointed anyway and made them very uneven I will never use them again $65 4 nothing down the drain Walmart does a better job then they do n there cheaper 2

Well I’ve given this shop the benefit of the doubt. I’ve been here 4 times. The lady the sits on the second row 1st chair is so rude. She over talks you and tell you what u can and can’t get. I over looked that part tho. So I’m seated with and. Teresa she was AMAZING. She explained the other options that were possible and we came to Cute conclusion. I wasn’t satisfied but I was okay with how my nails came out since my options were limited because of my previous nails. So my next visit I was seated with Ms. Paula so I told Ms Paula about my previous set and we decided to take off and start a new set. I couldn’t decide between ombré and off white she told me to go with the off white because it’s easy to put other colors over and WILL NOT have to do a new set. We go with that. She started shaping my nails into almond shape I told her I wanted them to have a point she tells me it’s $5 extra lol but I say ok. I leave unsatisfied once again. My nails were still almond shaped but I paid the extra $5 for a point. BOOM!! Today go in excited because I seen a ombré style last time I wanted to try. So I walk in the always rude lady addresses me. I show her what I wanted. She say okay we take that off white off and we’ll do it for you. Paula face is looking all sorts of crazy because she knew she clearly told me any color powder will cover off white because it’s white... now she come bringing me my options once again. I decided just to get the basic pink and white ombré and it was considered a fill and I paid what I pay for a full set of ombré nails. Needless to say I’m disappointed and will not be returning. I wanted this to be “my shop” to go to so badly. But I’ll have to keep looking.

I really like the ppl. Here. Especially miss Lisa. Ask for her. She was so nice to me. I was having a bad day and i did have enough money on me that day. She still helped me out. Very cool ppl.

I was pleased with the eyebrow wax. They were pretty attentive, but the massages were lacking in method. They only wiped lotion up and down in a very annoying motion. They shouldnt advertise as a massage!

Very poor skills when it comes to getting dead skin off. My toes are still dirty and my gel manicure is already peeling very bad quality. Honestly no stars I strongly recommend somewhere else ! $78 dollars was definitely not worth it.

I received a deluxe mani/pedi from this nail salon yesterday....It was far from deluxe....it was the MOST TRAUMATIC SALON EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!The technician who performed this botched procedure was utterly horrible. He literally RIPPED my cuticles off of my toes and fingers. Im a tough gal, so I didnt speak up during the pedicure, thinking perhaps my toes were just a little sensitive ....but when he moved to my manicure, and my fingers started to BLEED, I politely asked for him to be more gentle. Despite my request, he continued to dig into my nail beds with force. I question if even had professional training to be doing nails.When I spoke up again....In tears, mind you.....the lead technician came over and finished the job, but claimed that it was likely just because I had thin cuticles. What was worse....was that they touched/smeared my bleeding nails with un-gloved hands. The shop appeared clean, so Im not terribly concerned about getting an infection....but it just seemed so unhygienic on their end.You would think that with such an experience the Owner would have come over to allay my negative feelings....but he did not. I will never go here again. It is a day later and my fingers are still bleeding.....

This place looks nice but the service and quality for the prices are horrible. My nails were lifting after 1 week of getting them done and fungus started to grow. Never had this issue before at any other nail salon until I went to eden.

I got my nails done just yesterday and my 2 of my nails already fell off. They are rude and too rough with your hands, the guy didnt even clean up the rest of the gel off my fingers. I had to do it myself. Never coming back.
