This salon is absolutely amazing. The spa pedi feels wonderful. The massage chairs are new and clean -- there is even a kids massage pedi chair. There is parking all around and the location is super convenient. They also accept venmo and zelle.I wont go to another salon in Arlington!

This place is my favorite place in the DMV area. They take their time and make sure the job is done right. I am never disappointed with their services.

Worst experience—my nail technician was rude and insensitive and continued to attempt selling me up when i had repeatedly (6 times to be exact) told her what i wanted! then at the end I look down at my nails and see they are not acrylic which is what I asked for but instead look like a regular manicure! however i still had to pay the amount for acrylic! Then she began talking bad about my decision making (in front of me) to my friend who looked at her flabbergasted! I WOULD SUGGEST NO ONE EVER GOES THERE! WORST NAIL SALON EVER! also they used the blade on my skin and not the nail! I was in a lot of physical pain which made it even worse! I also did not lotion on my hands either… I am very annoyed, aggravated, and displeased with nails 2000! I would suggest no one goes there! This is my first time writing a review but I feel completely justified in what I am saying!

The people were very nice but my polish was streaky (could’ve been the nail polish) and she sanded off my skin instead of my nail. My sister had a great person who did a fabulous job so could’ve also just been my person.

The service is wonderful. I came here before I was in a wheelchair and I loved the service. Now that I am wheelchair bound Im happy that they still can accommodate me.

I believe that Nails 2000 has really improved over the months. I really liked how I did a walk in and i waited a few minutes. They did an amazing job on my pedicure. I felt very relaxed while they did an great job on my pedicure! I really like their reasonable price! I am really coming back to this salon to get my nails done again!

I love going to this place, they are super friendly and very efficient. I also dont feel awkward going there to get a pedicure as a man, everytime I go they are fantastic. Definitely recommend this place for men ,woman and couples.

I had Candy and she took off an old set of acrylic nails and put on a new set and did a great job. I am visiting from CA and now I know where I will get my nails done when I visit family in Arlington! They also have nice pedicure chairs and even a child size chair for kids!

The amount of effort and time they put in. It is really worth the money. if you are on a budget. Would highly recommend this place as well. They do such a swift gentile job It is an beyond belief pedicure. For all you ladies who want to relax i highly recommend this location. You wont regret it one bit!

Came back from a long business trip, I decided to treat myself good by taking Nails 2000 manicure and pedicure and 30 minutes body massage. It costed me a bit but their services really worth time and money. All of my pain and stress were released. Love to be back to try something different.

This place wont make you run away unsatisfied but makes you want to come back to their nice decor store. Very welcoming and greeted upon entering just amazing!I had gotten mani/pedi was outstanding! Looks so terrific and elegant. Cut my cuticles and didnt try to rip off my skin. Worth every penny and I highly recommend to book an appointment.

Terrible service. Asked to fix her mistake and lady was insanely rude. Nails are bubbly and look terrible. When I asked her to fix, she became really rude, rushed and then didnt massage hands or ultimately fix her mistake. Would never return and I was a loyal customer for many, many years even though it it way overpriced. Definitely go elsewhere.

I was at Nails 2000 on Friday with my daughter. The lady who did my nails was younger and her English was good and she did a great job. The older lady who did my daughters nails spoke NO English. She did NOT consult with me with the extra services she offered my daughter. When it was time to pay, I was charged extra for services that I wasnt consulted with. Also, the lady who rang up the bill (same lady who did my daughters nails), though did NOT speak English, over charged me and wasnt able to explain why the extra charge. I wish the owner or someone who has a better command of the English language take care of the register so that when a customer has questions, it can be answered. I might not go back there again.

UPSELL, UPSELL, UPSELL!!! I feel like Im at a USED CAR DEALERSHIP when I go there!! Thats what they do...EVERYTIME!! I used to go there regularly and got so tired of their UPSELL REQUESTS that I now go to YORKTOWN NAILS (Lee Hwy and George Mason) which has a nicer staff and is much more SANITARY than Nails 2000. My brother took my daughter and his son there tonight, both High School students. Sign says $10 for Manicure for students...ended up paying $15 each...why you may wonder? Asked my nephew if he wanted his nails buffed, he said sure...$5 more. Steered my daughter to the Good Polish...lasts longer...$5 more...BOTH WERE BUMPED 50% MORE!!! WHAT BS!!! ITS NOT THE $5 BUCKS...ITS THE PRINCIPLE!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! BTW...I STILL TIPPED 20%!!
