The lady who did my nails had I very nasty attitude from the start. She kept pulling my hand very rudely after I moved my hand because she was drilling the skin continually. I told her she went on by telling me it was my fought and that I should call my mom. Then went on by throwing my hands down telling me to go wash them when she wasnt finish my nails shaping my nails. When I came back she put the cleaner coat on. And charged me 60$!!!! I was in distraught when she was done. Never again this over priced and HORRIBLE service. When I take the time out my day to write a review Im serious. I wanted to do her like Boosie but ito good of a person for that may she find Jesus.

Been going here for almost 5 years ... Tony does good work and chi-chi also does good work..I try to get designs but there not good at it.. mostly only nails... but the staff is friendly... Kim is good too only used her once..

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had my eyebrows threaded and to be honest, she didnt even really thread them, most of the time she was tweezing them. The lady was super rough. She was literally picking my skin with tweezers. I have cuts under my eyebrows that I have been treating with rubbing alcohol and neosporin. I hope it doesnt scar cause the cuts are deep. I also simply asked her to clean up my eyebrows because I like them naturally thick. Simple. Instead, she made them super thin and short. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. I would not recommend this place at all.

We go here alot. Pedicures are very good. The only problem is that my nails do not last. They tend to fall off in the shower. I have oily skin. Tried other places but this is still better.

Mary did a good job on my nails and eyebrows I gave four stars because she’s a little rough tony is good to comfortable environment so yes I recommend

The lady there asked us to wait 30 mins so me and my people walked to the hair store mind you the hair store is what a 3 min walk from the nail store and we told her we would be back she said okay when we got back she told us we left and we couldnt get our nails done no more after she said she would wait i will not be going back 😡

Ive been going here for eyebrow services for 14 years. Mary does the best work and she is patient. Threading or waxing, I trust her ONLY with my face. Nail services are also great, but be prepared to wait on during peak hours. It is best to come during the week.

They always do my eyebrows how I like them and always make sure Im happy with what I get when I go there

The worst of the worst; my 1st & last time going. I ONLY wanted my nails soaked off which is why I took the chance on going. The inexperienced tech 1st began to pop them off. She dont speak English so I had to get the other techs attention to tell her to soak them instead; I could pop them off at home. After soaking them she then begins to remove the acrylic with her fingernail. I had to again get the YouTube watching tech to stop her and I told him that was not sanitary to do that. He and the rude tech with the drawn brows gets mad. At this point Im frustrated and is about to walk out. Then the rude one finally decided to finish it off.This place is pathetic and I dont blame the trainee because she shouldve been monitored but why get upset when youre establishment is doing things completely wrong.Dont waste your time or money.

Been here twice. Theres one person that gives this spot a bad name, shes rude for no reason, makes me not want to come back. The price is fare, and the nails and pedi came out good the first time I came, the lady that I got the first time was nice. But unfortunately the one I got today, had an attitude for no reason.

The owner is rude. They intend/ insist on over charging you. You asked the price and they will literally tell you you’re being CHEAP! Like the sign says $18, how the freak did I pay $55. Told her they were too long for my job. She responded, “ that’s how they are supposed to be!” THEN CHARGED ME FOR LENGTH! Wanted the $16 pedi, they changed me $30 to scrape the dead skin and remove skin from my cuticles. Just for a nail to break 2days later and polish chipped on my toes the whole 2 weeks! DONT GO I PROMISE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! its very unprofessional the lady at booth #4 was VERY RUDE AND GRUMPY! I waited 40mins to get seen, my nails needed a fill when she seen them she made it seem like I actually needed a full set so I asked her to do a full set then and she told me she didnt have!? Only because they were about to closed but I told her I waited for 40mins already so it shouldnt be a rush. But she told me no ,she didnt have time. Very RUDE Ill never go back to that dirty old fashion nail salon they dont have any up-to-date equipment..i would say Mary at booth 1 was nice the last time I went. And I notice a lot of people like going to tony.but runnnnnn FROM the old lady at booth 4.....shes terrible.

DO NOT COME HERE! I came to get a pedicure and it lasted about 15 min and the time was mostly just her painting my toes paid $22 I was very disappointed and I paid for my eyebrows ahead of time and the lady literally left me with no eyebrows! Horrible experience wish I could leave no stars!!

STAY AWAY! This place is very unprofessional and unclean very rude staff false advertisement on price and the nail work is poor cheap real quality ! I only went there because I moved to this side of grand prairie. I thought it would be a better experince Considering the amount of money paid.I was wrong. I paid $50 for a full set color gel nails which I usually pay that amout and get both nails with a pedi and color gel for almost the same price at another location in grand pairie they do a great job btw its called Crystal nails. I thought I was going to get my money worth but I was dead wrong. I got them done 2 days ago and my nail chipped-_- gel nails arw suppose to last longer. Nevee going to that place again. High price for low cheap quality nail work. No Thank you!
