There was no wait when I got there. Helen was able to get started on me and overall did a good job on my nails. I am concerned with the fact I never saw a fresh pack of sterilized tools (she very well could have grabbed them from another room). Pedicure was good (lasted about twenty minutes). Compared to other nail salons this experience was okay!

My 1st visit 7-11-21 The best nail salon Ive ever been to , everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect . My nail tech Kim is AWESOME AWESOME I just cant say enough about her. I normally have a good service here but on 09/14/21 one of my worst visit ever.Katie or Kate did a horrible service on my full set of nail the uneven lumpy I will continue to go for my pedicure but I will never let her service my needs again as far as the nails I might have to find another nail shop…THIS CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED

DONT USE CHI……I started going here about 2 months ago and the past 2 times I went the experience with Chi was really good. I show him pictures and he is able to recreate them. So today I go had an appoint for 11am and at 11:17 I was still standing waiting(no biggie) finally at 11:25 he was ready for me. O showed him a picture and for the first time he couldn’t recreate it(no bigggie) so I asked him to take off and he started being really rough. I asked for regular polish. Needless to say 55.00 wasted and due to him being so rude after I informed him that I was sorry but I didn’t like it, I will never go back. Not to mention my nails look like ibuprofen pills sitting on my hands

It was my first time getting the dip powder and as the lady was filing my nails, she filed them so low, that it created a hole, which developed fungus... her response after was, Oh, I hurt you as my nail bed was bleeding. Needless to say it was tender for days until I used tea tree oil to fight the fungus

I recently have incorporated nails into my self-care routine and since have been coming to this salon. My first few experiences are what kept me coming back. Today was a long day, and I factor that into my review. I asked the gentleman at the door for a manicure, he suggested a full set after looking at my nails. As the experience went on, I decided that I needed to relax, the workday must have been getting to me. I can understand business becoming busy but I never received the full manicure service I asked for. In conclusion, I didn’t feel like I was at a spa, I felt rushed and inconvenient. With that being said, I will continue to attend, hoping that I receive better service as I do enjoy coming to this spa. I look forward to my next set.

Ms Lisa did my toes and nails beautifully!! No one in Arlington has ever done them so neatly and how I asked! They weren’t heavy/bulky and no extra gel under my nails or big bubbles . I was so happy with my nails and will definitely be coming back!

I always enjoy coming here. Regardless of how busy the get an effort to acknowledge everyone that walks in through the door is made. Appointments are great, but depending on the day they can handle walk ins. Everyone is so pleasant. However, I do have my favorites. Wendy and Tom do a great job on my manicures. Wendy is awesome as she is so creative and does amazing work, her nails are pretty awesome too! Tom has grown to learn how I like my nails and colors that suit me best I just sit and he takes the wheel! Shelly is my go to for pedicures, she’s exceptional! I have been loyal to them for about a year and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Overall, I would recommend Elite spa and nails they are phenomenal!

Michael is the only person that I will allow to do my nails. He never disappoints me. I have had a few bad experiences there with another person. Michael always does an amazing job.

This is my 2nd time coming to this nail salon with my bf and his little sister. We were rushed with basic pedicures. I got a full set dio. I said I wanted a matching color but the tech pushed me to get a non matching color. She was not finished with me and moved me next because her appointment came. Long story short... my nail has chipped in about 2 hours and today it broke off. Very very disappointed in the service and the quality of work. We will be looking for a different nail salon when we come visit family.

Hannah is AMAZING! I am new to the area but when I first moved here, I tried another salon. I was so turned off by my experience there, I knew I needed to find somewhere new. I had an issue with a broken toe nail (big right toe :( ) and was afraid to go anywhere for awhile. I finally decided to treat myself last Thursday night. I went to this place because its right by my house. I stopped a woman who was leaving as I was pulling up and asked her for her opinion before I went inside. She immediately spoke highly of the place. So I decided to give it a try! The place itself is nice; beautiful decorations, packed (which is actually a good sign) and clean. I explained to Hannah the situation with my toe nail, and she immediately began taking care of me. I paid for the Aloe pedicure ($55) and sat in heaven for the next hour. I felt bad because I had come in about 30 minutes before closing, but I had no idea the time they took in giving the pedicure. I kept apologizing to Hannah, but she said it was absolutely okay. Her professionalism, her attentiveness, and her quality of service is NEXT LEVEL. I will always go to her in the future! I absolutely give this place 5 stars because they care about making sure you are pampered and taken care of. Its a little pricey, but if youre treating yourself, its absolutely worth it.

It was my first time trying this place with my sister, however my sister is a frequent client here. my sister told the receptionist that she wanted a nail soak off & a new set of nails. When she gets seated she told my technician & HER technician the services that she wanted done which was a soak off & a new almond set. Well the technician started CLIPPING HER NAILS with a nail clipper & my sister kept telling her that she was hurting her & later asked her calmly “do you guys not offer soak offs anymore” & the lady started yelling at my sister in front of all of their clientele & called her a liar. So if you plan on going to this spa avoid going with Heidi/ Cakie bc she will hurt, break & mess up your real nails.

First I wanna say I loved the way my nails came out. However, I paid with my card and when I checked my transactions they took $50 out in tips!!! This was so disappointing, no matter the quality of the nails if I’m being stolen from that’s the absolute worst. I contacted them and they said to come in the morning and show them the transaction and he will fix it. His attitude on the phone seemed to me that he already knew this happened and it wasn’t a surprise as if it’s something they always do. It’s a lot of other nail shops I can go to, to get a great set of nails without being stolen from, I recommend skyline nails on cooper just 9 minutes away!! The building is much bigger and nicer, very welcoming and professional, there nail work is amazing, they have a full bar, and they don’t steal!!! Definitely won’t be returning to elite nails after being stolen from, yes the nails are good but the robbing of customers through tips is what rates it as a zero if I could put that but since I can’t a 1! If you still choose to go here please check your transactions!!! SKYLINE NAILS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I first went to this spa about a month ago to get acrylic nails before a mini vacation to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. The lady who put them in did an amazing job!! I’ve been getting acrylics for years from a different spa but they were booked up so I decided to give this one a try and it was the best decision of my life!! Normally acrylics will pop off after 4-5 days but these stayed on for a WHOLE MONTH!!! They would have stayed on longer too, but I removed them because they were growing out. I hit my nails on things, I scratched at things, I even clipped them down twice as they grew out, and still they stayed on. I’ve had a horrible nail biting habit for 20 years and tried everything to stop it and having my acrylics last for over 4 weeks finally did it!! My natural nails are so long now!! I also got a pedicure which was really nice. The polish stayed on and didn’t chip at all this whole time too, even with wearing sandals and swimming. All in all, I will definitely recommend!!

Disappointed.....I came here for the first time with my 22 year old, 18 year old, and 9 yr old daughters. We made a nail appointment for 2 of us the day before, for 9am the next day (Saturday). We arrived at 9am the day of our appointment and they didnt have anyone at the location for us, and kept asking if we wanted a pedicure. My 9 year old wanted a kids pedi so I said ok, and decided to get one while I waited for the nail tech to arrive. Nail techs arrived after 930 and several customers were already waiting for services at the front. The nail tech, Kim, did my pedicure and my nails. She spoke very little English and I couldnt understand her while she did my hands but somehow I ended up being charged 45 for artificial nails that I said no I dont want extra - just the 25 artificial set. When she asked me why not I said because its $45! and she shrugged and indicated ok, but she charged me the 45 anyway. She even made me bleed on 3 of my nails! She apologized but shed already cut my skin away. They hurt today, a day later. As I went to pay at the front, I asked for her name and she wrote it on a frequent customer card. When I asked her to stamp my frequent use then for spending over $15 (I spent $103!!), she said no, I had to give those out to my friends and handed me several...what the heck?? I paid but left unhappy and wont be coming back.As I was signing the credit card slip (I was in there til after 11am), a woman behind me had an outburst asking why the hell did she need to come back at 2pm if she had an appointment scheduled at 11am. she was irate and upset, rightfully so - who books a person to come in for an appointment only to tell them to come back at 2?? The woman was upset, telling the employee this was the second time they did this....Word of advice, find another place - they are disorganized and dont listen when you say no to upgrades!

My 3rd time coming to this place and it is beautiful. My first 2 visits were great and they were friendly. This 3rd time was absolutely ridiculous. Waited over 30 minutes to be acknowledged and I just wanted to get my natural nails painted. They lady they gave me had a nasty nasty attitude, was in her phone, very rough, and did not even acknowledge what I wanted done. I do not file my nails bc they are thin and she did what I asked her not to do and got a bad attitude with me. Asked me to pay before she even started. Horrible customer service just lost a costumer and I will share this info. Her name was Megan. I just walked out and left with my nails ruined after months of growing out damaged nail and not even painted. Do not use Megan!

Love the way my nails turned out! I went on Monday and the service was excellent. My tech was very considerate and kept making sure I was satisfied. Only 4 stars bc yesterday I noticed that 3 of my nails are starting to peel on the edges. I plan to go back in today or tomorrow to get this fixed.

I came here 2 days ago and when I looked on website it says all manicures come with a soak and cuticle cutting and even lotion. I did not receive any of those. 4 of my nails are also sticking upwards. I called and they offered me credit but that would be so awkward. Also said that the website is old so I cant get a refund. So dont expect anything good. Basically... DONT GO HERE!

The tech did a poor job on polishing my nails. A tech said she coud do an art design on my fingernails, but she started the manicure, and couldnt shap my nails right so she passed me to the manager who said the art guy was gone so nobody could do my art. I had to insist on a discount, and there was no apoligy, thank you or come back again. Very poor customer service.

Katie is the best if she cant get me in then shes so good I will wait for her two three days a week if I have to and it helps that they have wine and children chairs so my kids can get Services as well

For pedicure Megan is the boss. I have been seeing her for several years now and I would never change her. So glad she’s still available even with this pandemic. Love her. Still hoping Nikki would come back though.

I went there on my birthday to get my nails and toes done but they were in rush and was not doing my nails with attention.. they all are always in rush to get the next client right after they get you.. my nail broke just next day .. i m very disappointed with their service.

I had a bad experience today! I chose the basic pedicure package like I always get. Typically, they give you a couple minute massage. She did not rub my feet at all. She didn’t even scrub my feet to make them smooth. If I would have know this, I would’ve just paid for toe nail painting. Waste of my money!

I went in for just a toe nail gel color change about an hour before closing. Helen convinced me to do a classic pedi, nothing too special didn’t even clean under toe nails and done within 30 mins. When I get to go pay, it was $50. I thought that was very high especially since I had been going to a nice, clean, new and not cluttered salon not too far away that actually does way better on the polish and paid about $15 less. That was my first and last time. It was sloppy.

This place is great if you get the right person! The first time I went I got Tracy, who was very sweet and did a great job on my nails. Then the next time, I got Vinny, and he did them exactly how I asked, but seemed to have a bit of an attitude and wouldnt give me the student discount because I was in cosmetology school and he said that didnt count. Then I had another guy who went by T, and he was amazing! Very friendly and did everything exactly how I wanted. Your experience really depends on who does your nails!

I stay very close by this nail shop and I wanted to try it back on December for my birthday went there on Saturday December 15, 2018 and the hot water wasn’t working for me to get a pedicure, I decided to try them again and went back March 22 , 2019 treated my daughter and sister as well we spent $150 total my daughter got a pedicure and her nails polished, my sister got a pedicure with full set and nails started popping off 4 days later , I received a pedicure and full set gel nails and as I type this review I don’t have a nail on at this moment because they all popped off , I got them done Friday March 22, 2019 and the next day March 23, 2013 at my daughter birthday party a nail broke off I didn’t even feel it or notice until I took a picture , the shop is really nice, the nail teches are nice, they work fast but their work is horrible especially for the money I spent without a compliant or question asked why is it so much , they need to be more into doing nails and make sure they are doing them right instead of half doing them

This place is amazing. Ive been a customer for over 4yrs & Ive only complained 1 time & it honestly was my fault because I was in a hurry. The staff is nice/professional & I never feel rushed. I only deal with Lan Lei & I make my appointments ahead of time. She never disappoints. The whole staff knows me by name & they even know all 3 of my daughters AND my wifes name. We all have our individual nail techs that we use each time but everybody knows us. I HIGHLY recommend this place no matter what the cost is. We LOVE this place!!

I have been to this location a total of 3 times. Today will be my last. I walked In got sat down by a women name Helen she proceed to do my toes. The thing the called massaging was just rubbing in the lotion. Then to top it off she used my feet as a stool to clean the filter for the pedicure machine along with her other tools. As I moved over to get my nails done I asked Helen if she could do the design on the picture she stated yes. As she started it was nothing like in the picture and then when I told her I didn’t like it she blamed it on the color being too lite but it was just she didn’t know how to do it. She kept insisting she could and to try another color. I decided to just go a nude pink because she was rushing me and the color didn’t look anything like the sample they provide. The shape of my nails are literally trash curves and bumbs everywhereI asked for coffin and they could pass as regular square tipped nails they are lopsided and just all in all garbage. She handled me like she didn’t care just throwing my hands and feet and pushing them instead of communicating. I spent 80 on myself 50 for this full set and 30 for my feet.

DO NOT GO HERE. I was pressed for time and went here out of desperation. The woman who did my nails acted like she had never done nails in her life. She nicked my cuticles repeatedly and was not doing the dip correctly. It lasted 5 days. Those of you who get dip know it should last for 2-3 weeks. Massive waste of time and money.

This nail shop can’t even give a proper manicure and pedicure. I have gotten better work at the schools. I left about an 2 hours ago and my nails are so ugly. My 7 year old could polish my nail better than them. I won’t be back.-

Yesterday was my second time back in one week. I get the dipped nails and they always do a great job.This time they were done by a MEGAN. Do not let her do your nails, she does a horrible job and has an attitude when you come back for her to fix. The first time I came back I had dents, because they were not dry when she got done with me, this time (less than a week mind you) I now have two cracked nails and she refused to fix them saying it was not her fault. I have been coming here for several years and now will have to find a different nail salon, because of one employees sloppiness and unconcern. I feel I always tip well and would like a good job done. I am very disappointed. Do not let MEGAN touch your nails!!!Oh, and she keeps wiping and touching her nose and doesn’t use sanitizer. Very unsanitary. 🤢The place is good if you get the right person, also disappointed that manager did not require her to fix my nails and sent her over to be rude in a salon full of people, instead of handing. Normally, I would of went off in there, but wasn’t gonna stoop to her level....

Very Bad experience did my nails on a Friday and two days later my nails were cracked all of them and i had two chipped i went to fix on Labor Day they were nice enough to fix but later that night they chipped again i have never had that happen to my nails Never!! nails didnt even last five days money spent not worth it at all Im not sure if its there product quality or the technician that did my nails ..Linda... Definitely never going back to this place and would not recommend either.

Shelly is the bomb dot com when it comes to Pedicures. I called my regular place Eva’s and was told they take the last walk in and 7 pm. I arrived at 615 pm and was told they are booked for the rest of the day. Imagine my surprise when I saw this little gem just across the way from them and was able to get my full set and Pedi as planned. You guys will have my business from here on out. Thanks Elite

Hey guys I really think you are giving the wrong reviews on this place. The staff is very friendly and efficient..they are mind full to their guests. Only way they will be rude is if you rude to them. No many of them have a hard time understanding English but PATIENCE IS the main key in dealing with diversity. We all have a hard time so why give bad reviews for both misunderstandings. I love this place and have been goin for years. Amy is my stylist and does a excellent job every time... Kim, Rose, Michelle, and Tim are all great stylists too.. you jus have to go with what’s better for you. If you haven’t tried then you need to. They are AWESOME!!!
