Loved my visit! A shop down the street told me it would be an hour so I looked up shops near me. I am so glad I went! They have spread out seating, its super clean, and an open bar! Great place to take a friend or family member for some pampering.

First time ever had this happen after getting my nails done. It was painful, my skin around my nails peeled, and also dealt with bleeding from the tip of my finger. Went back to show them what happened and was blamed for what happened to my nails. Very poor customer service. Didn’t really care about me being satisfied or not. I won’t be back.

It’s a nail salon you expect to sit a little bit beside I was a walk in and it only took 15 minutes. Meanwhile my regular nail salon said 4 hours and the best part top it off the price was less expensive. 😜 I found myself a new nail salon 💅

Very poor customer service. Not professional or friendly at all. Talking about your customers while they are putting money in your pocket is unprofessional. Some people do understand your language and chose not to say anything. I will never go back to this salon. I will support who supports me. This was my very first time going to this salon after seeing they know to keep up with todays nail trends, and other than the screaming child the whole salon had to endure for the first 20 minutes (Small children should not be allowed inside salons. People come here to relax, not to deal with the same stuff they have to at home. Please leave your screaming babies with a sitter and do not subject a group of people to loud Pepa Pig and wailing.), I had a wonderful experience.I forgot the gentlemans name who did my nails (Maybe Ryan?), but he KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING!! I got long, coffin shaped nails with jewels and glitter and I am in love with them.THE BEST nails Ive ever had done from a nail salonI usually only get this kind of quality when I book with an individual nail contractor and not a walk-in salon, Im really amazed! The pedicure was lovely as well, and Im feeling smooth as a seal.

All this time I’ve lived down the street from this place and this is the first here. The techs were very nice, service was fast and my nail tech( I didn’t get her name) was absolutely amazing!!!! My nails turned out perfect in every way!!!! I will pass this on to my sister and everybody else as well. My experience was amazing start to finish!!! Great job!!!

The pedicurist was very thorough. The equipment was in good shape. It seemed they had about 6 to 8 trainees being very loud and unruly. They forgot I said mani/pedi.The manicurist was not happy I asked her to use base coat and let me pay before she painted my nails. In the end I got a $50 mani/pedi, which is why I was there.

I called the shop to see if I need an appointment before I go or to see if there is a crowd because I wear oxygen they are always able to take me with no problem Always In and Out in a timely manner everyone is nice to me..Other nail shops in the area always are hesitant or have no appointments or look at you crazy when you walk in with the oxygen I have not had covid-19 I was wearing the oxygen before the pandemic due to low oxygen

I am VERY particular about my nails. For a little over a year, each and every visit, Loi creates magic! Hes Creatively Consistent!🔥There are several other Dope Techs also.

I love the work they do here. However, my latest visit had me a little uneasy; they do not follow current guidelines and state laws and restrictions. There was not 6 feet in between customers, walk ins and appointment customers all waited inside the building. They do NOT sanitize stations, shared surfaces or equipment in-between clients, and their customer service is absolutely unsatisfactory. Now if all you want is some fly nails that last this is a great place. I have a Bachelors in Public Health so I was extremely displeased with sanitation procedures and asked that the station be cleaned before my service and the guy had a total attitude about me requesting cleanliness. I would love to get my nails done here again but not at the cost of my health.

Good place to get your nails done but they do not have set prices on none of the nails. If you ask what’s a certain price they just come up with a price for you. This place is way to expensive and the service is rushed. Got to be crazy! Cut the prices down. No one will pay for service that’s rushed things is way to expensive! Way to many young folks that thinks they can just charge whatever to customers. This place needs to be shut down.

Been coming here since I moved to Texas back in August! Always had Steven & if he’s unavailable I get recommended to Tony. Both of them do a great job on my nails. I ended up going to another salon 1 time and let’s just stay I’m sticking with salon only!

They are way too expensive I feel sorry for new comers. They don’t even offer service and the quality is poor it’s way too many salons that offers luxury business that offers less

Ok this is my second time here and I LOVE this place! It is so hard to find a good nail shop that will do my nails in the CORRECT shape I want! I’m super picky but they were so helpful with me. The massage is EVERYTHING when you get your feet done! Only bad I could think of, they sometimes don’t focus or briefly pause the work they are doing on you to joke or talk with each other in there home language.

Just started going to this nailshop, so far theyre great.. i love my pedicure & full set ombré nails. Theyre quick & NEAT!

*** UPDATE ***So while at first I did leave a good review l, what I didn’t realize is ghat these people completely messed up my nails. Hurrying to remove my old acrylics, the lady just used force and hurt me quite a lot and I never had such an experience but she said it was normal. Now, today one of the nails just came off and the nail underneath it is not only completely gone, but there is evident damage to it (see mark under nail bed ) . I just hope that it heals right and quickly. Save your money and your hands. Y’all stay safe and stay away if you care about your handsI’m very happy with my nails, Helen did a great job and she was very patient. She listened to me and my needs even when I wasn’t quite sure about what I truly wanted. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to wait over 90minutes before I could be seen when the wait was approximated to be 30-45minutes, and because their phone line is disconnected. I tried calling multiple times before going there but it didn’t work, it’d have been nice to know that there was a long wait so that I could’ve worked it out differently or gone another day. Any business should have a working phone imo. This was my first time there, so let’s see how long they’ll last! But so far I am beyond happy ! Thank you again

I went to get my nails done and I waited for over two hours while 2 of the guys that sit up front went to the back to play video games. They have lost my business. Then the one guy lied to me when I asked him to do my nails he claimed he was booked up with appointments for the next two weeks and while I was there he didnt service anyone. Which is funny because I called and they said they dont do appointments and their website says it as well. So why would you have 2 nail techs free and have me waiting for over 2 hours? Very bad service I do not recommend. I never leave reviews but I had to on this one. If anyone does not value your time, they are not worthy of your money!

I traveled to Desoto from Burleson (45 min drive) to get my nails done by Steven & his brother & it was worth it! Im so happy they are closer now. The new Arlington location is convenient & the quality of nail care is superior.

I got exactly what I asked for

Nick is absolutely the best! He is very professional, talented and quick! I can be a bit high maintenance and very picky when it comes to my nails but he is always so very patient and does my nails exactly as I want them and they always look beautiful. I normally have a problem with my nails lifting but since I have been going to Nick... lifting is no longer an issue! Book with Nick you won’t regret it!

They are always rude and really inconsiderate it’s only about 2 people in their that are nice and patient which is nick and I can’t really remember the other guys name is but everyone else for the most part is stuck up. Yes they do a good job but customer service is everything. The guy that seats at the door always seem to have an attitude and they pick and choose who to say hello to when you walk through the door. If they do something on your nails that you don’t like they try to get an attitude and even go as far to saying you can go get serviced some where else. What is the point of running a business if you can’t receive criticism they just need a whole set of management.

I absolutely love my appointments with Nick. The online booking is very easy. Nick is very professional and so is the rest of the staff. Every time I show him a design, he always masters it! Not to mention that I drive from Lewisville to Arlington to get my nails done, because Nick does such a great job. The other nail techs are great, but I highly suggest Nick. :-)

My first time here and I got my nails done by Billy, he did extremely well. The staff was soo nice, I did have to wait for a while but they kept checking on me and everyone was working on someone so I didn’t mind. I will definitely come back.

I believe the woman said her name was Lee. She did a beautiful job on my acrylics. Perfect sharpe edges and they weren’t bumpy. This is the first place I have gone where I have no complaints and loved my nails. Definitely will be going here from now on. Thank you :)

I went to Loi on last Saturday. He took the time to evaluate my nails to determine what was necessary. After he started he asked what shape I would like, after telling him, he asked me if I was willing to try another shape. That was the best decision. Im in love with my nails and the cost. Im truly paying for what I like.

Me and my friend came for the first time and we didn’t have a pleasant experience . We had to wait for a long time and got skipped by one of their regular customers. Didn’t offer us anything to drink. It was like a basic nail shop, not a spa experience. Also they messed up my friends nails. The acrylic was too thick!

First time visiting this place and was the last time. Not very sanitary. Received a pedicure and the tech seriously tried to file my toe nails with the same file i saw her use on the previous customer. They are cheap files so they should be able to afford more throw away files. They only rinse their instruments right in front of customers and dont have any sterilization buckets. I literally had to ask for new files amd feet scrubbers as she was about to use the worn, used file on my feet. I told them that is not sanitary and Im not trying to get feet fungi or an infection. I dont see how their still in business

I recently visited this nail salon for a quick polish change . When I walked in no one greeted and I asked for a French tip on my toes . No one said they would help and I basically sat there for 10 min with no service. The workers continued to talkTo each other and laugh but didn’t help . I quietly just left and said thank you . Won’t be coming back .

Ive been in Texas 2 years & this is my favorite nail salon. I found out about Studio Nails from a friend of mine who’s nails ALWAYS look perfect and seem to stay so forever. I live in Plano but decided finally to give them a try when my regular nail tech cancelled on me last minute before my summer vacay. I drove all the way to Arlington and received the best set of nails I’ve possibly ever had. The salon itself is not the nicest and the techs are somewhat grumpy but they make up for all of that with the quality of their work. I’ve been 5 times now and will definitely continue to make the drive from Plano for the foreseeable future. Give anyone at Studio Nails a try, you will not be disappointed!Oh! And pre book online, they stay very busy so it will make your life way easier!

Wont go here again. They dont clean the tools after using it on someone previously. My stiletto nails are crooked and its only been a week and the acrylic is cracking. Shes cut me and asked me not to look at my nails because it makes her uncomfortable. However Im checking to make sure they are straight because they obviously dont! I only tipped because I felt sorry for them. That place seems like its close to the end. Dont waste your time here.

I’ve come a handful a times and generally appreciate the end results. The staff can be a bit rude and inconsiderate of the client which is why I left two stars. My first time booking with Loi he last minute canceled my appointment and rescheduled, which is fine but it’s how it was handled which was my issue. When I asked questions about why it was canceled he seemed borderline annoyed and unprofessional. And today 11/20/20 , when I noticed the nails weren’t turning out how I liked I communicated that it wasn’t really doing it for me 🥴 so I decided to ditch the designs I agreed on because again Loi (again) said “well we can only do what we can do” which is iconic because I was asking for the exact same style I had gotten 3 weeks before. Don’t go before they close. I personally won’t be back unless I absolutely have to. I like to be appreciated as a client. Period.

The staff here was nice but I paid 35 dollars for a pedicure just for ALL of the polish on my toes to come off in 3 days. The polish came off in one piece from all of my toes. It was very disappointing because I never had that happen before.

I wanted something more exotic design, but I dont think Steven likes working on shorter nails. He does a good job but i drove over 30 miles for something i can get any where.

Clean nail salon, relaxing atmosphere, and everyone was nice. If youre looking for the latest nail styles then this is the place for you!! From the different colored powders to gel colors and designs. But if youre a simple girl like me and just want a simple basic French manicure done with FINGFER NAIL POLISH this isnt the place for you. Unfortunately the basics arent offered here.

This nail shop is one that I visited years ago but with a different owner and the reason I stayed away was because the shop seemed old stale and the females were set in their ways and not adventurous. They were also unfriendly . Well after all these years I come back when I found it is now new ,fresh and full of talent. These young guys are sharp. Wherther they all speak English or not they make it happen !!!!!!!!!Wow this will be my nail shop from now on . Close to my home and across the street from the stadium.how convenient. Thanks guy. I havent got my nails done except a few times in my whole life but how she did mine was really good. Ill be going back regularly, I need my toes done too so maybe next week I can do that and see how it goes.

Very rude and unprofessional. I recently just moved here a few weeks ago. A friend had recommended this place to me. When I walked in no greeted me. Stood there for about 5 minutes before I requested service. The nail tech that sits directly in the front with a soft tone said “We’re all closing soon, were not taking anyone else.” I said okay, what time do you guys open tomorrow?” while walking out the door. He did “10.” As I was pushing the door open he said something very softly requiring him to repeat himself 3 times. He said “We won’t do your nails.” I thought that was very rude. I said okay and walked out. I DO NOT recommend this place!

The new owners and employees are wonderful. You can expect nothing but the best here. Id you want quality done to your nails this is the place to be.
