I have been to 3 different salons in Arlington and was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a quality salon. Until fortunately a neighbor recommended Ivy Salon. I made an appointment but was 10 min late and they were still able to accommodate me. Regarding Covid policies, the salon itself was very clean, they asked everyone to wash their hands upon entry, all employees were wearing masks correctly, and they distanced me from the other customer inside. Right away I knew I would have a great experience from the greeting and customer service. Amy was friendly, nice, and professional. I received a pedicure and a manicure without polish - just a buff. The price is very reasonable. I was happy that Amy took her time and actually cleaned under my toe nails and clipped cuticles and hangnails without any pain. I highly recommend!! I will be back. They have 3 reserved parking spaces in the garage and validate your parking ticket. Super convenient!

This place is excellent, everyone is so kind and professional. Been going about 3 years they always do a splendid job. Uka did my nails and had a great idea for my nails with the purple tips, love it. Would highly recommend :)

The ladies here are the best. They always take extra care, like coming over to help pick a color out and showing what different shades look like on the nail and even sometimes offering a few minute complimentary back massage after a manicure while drying! They do a really great job painting. Ive been many places who are careless and dont close the edges so my polish chips within a day or two. Not at Ivy Nails! They are so great and very thorough.

WHITE NAILS TURNING YELLOW, see pics.1.5 weeks after getting SNS with tips here, my white nails are yellowing and one has broken off.My nails were damaged to begin with, but I specifically asked if they would break with tips and was told they would not, they would just be weaker. There’s no reason that the SNS I paid around $80 for should be turning from white to yellow after 1 and a half weeks. There are so many other options for nail salons, please go anywhere else.

I usually dont write reviews, but I havent been to a better salon than this one. All the girls are really great there (especially Amy!)- they are all super friendly and I always leave with the best mani/pedi. They are very patient and willing to help you pick out the perfect color :) They offer drinks to you and always make sure you are comfortable. I moved a few times but will always keep this my main nail salon! And, they validate parking!

Amazing service and quality! Absolutely love all of the ladies that work here (especially Uka)! I have been getting my nails done here every 2-3 weeks here for the past 4 years. I keep my natural nails pretty long and always do gel. They let me pick a bunch of colors to test out on my nails before I have to choose. Compared to every other place I have been, I can honestly say the quality and service I receive is by far the best. The prices are very fair and you even get a discount if you do both a pedicure and manicure together. Massages and complimentary beverages are given with services. Note: Tips are cash only.

All of the nail technicians at Ivy Nail Salon do a fantastic job. I have never had a bad experience with any of them. They are usually very busy but do their very best to fit you win, even if you do not have an appointment. Yuna does some of the most detailed and quality work! She takes time to make sure your nails look great, even if they were placed under a microscope!

Great work, friendly. I picked a light color so she offered to add a sparkly coat and brought me two choices. Nice foot and leg massage. Good price. Not cheap but fair. Cash tip only.

I dont want to move from my apartment because I dont want to move away from Ivy Nails. Truly the best place I have ever been. Ive been coming here every 2 weeks for almost 2 years to get mani-pedis and everyone is so kind and attentive. They take their time to do a great job. I always try to make a reservation!

Ive only been here twice, but they do an amazing job. Ive had Ben both times and he is always very patient. He brings his own stylus to work so customers can use it while theres foil on. Not to mention they give cookies and water. I recently tried the SNS my natural nails always break, but they are SO LONG ! I havent broken a single one since coming here.

I love Ivy, its the only place my friends and I go.After several less than sanitary experiences in Ballston nail salons - I decided to try Ivy, and it is very different! The tools they use are sterilized every time, the place is always clean, and the girls are friendly.

I decided to go here after reading the good reviews. The salon is clean but the staff is extremely unfriendly. They dont know what customer service is at all. It was like going into a high school where the cool kids wouldnt pay attention to you because you werent good enough. After my Pedi I wanted Gel Nail polish. I asked the lady to shape my nails that I had grown out for weeks into almond shapes. I asked her repeatedly if she understood and she kept saying yes but she cut all my finger nails off! When I showed her a picture of what I wanted she said I would have to get a full set of acrylics (which I didnt need because I grew out my nails nicely) and the gel polish on top of that equally $75!! She was the one who cut my nails off and now she was telling me to pay 45$ extra to fix them! ( A regular set with polish and everything is 35-40$) Then a manager came who didnt understand what was going on and when she asked if she cut my nails off she completely denied it. I dont know how you could deny such a thing because you can see my cut nails but... Anyways, they were not apologetic at all, didnt want to fix their mistakes, and were just plain rude. My recommendation, dont waste your money. Go somewhere you trust.

Great service. Great nails. They massaged so vwell & the chairs are great. Complimentary beverage as well. U have to pay tip with. They should say that. No atm😞

I have gone to Ivy Nails since they opened years ago. I love Anette and her professionalism. She has continued to do a great job every time I go. If she is not in one of the other technicians always do the same great job. It is a joy to be able to go, relax and not worry about having to watch every step of my mani/pedi.I would recommend highly!Conni McMillian

Racist spa! Been there twice and they never offer me a drink or a mini back rub after my pedi and mani! My white friend gets offered all the time! Crazy! Never going back , they dont treat all customer equally
