This is by far the best nail salon in the area. I’ve been to quite a few others and have never been happy with the experiences or results. American Nail Salon is clean, the prices are very reasonable, and they do an excellent job.

If you’re COVID cautious, I do not recommend. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done here for years, and I didn’t want to risk going somewhere new during COVID. I was disappointed to see that few of the employees wore masks properly, and I was very concerned when the lady who did my eyebrows didn’t wear a mask at all. Lastly, I was disappointed with the politeness of the lady who did my eyebrows; the only words she spoke to me was “pay upfront” and “$10 dollars.” Next time, I will be going somewhere new because it wasn’t worth the COVID risk, and the staff were not as friendly as they have been in the past.

Happy Birthday American Nail Salon! The Most famous and friendly staff. You are the best and the only place that has the honor of touching my nails. Thank you for your wonderful service, smiles and laughs. I cant wait for my nails to grow longer so I can come back in and get them cut from you.

I love this nail salon! They do a great job and are very efficient and thorough in their work. I have never had a bad experience. Theyre not super cheap but not expensive either and are defintely good quality. Love coming back here regularly!

Becky is my pedicurist. She is friendly, efficient, careful, thorough, and an all-around great person to do this job! I recommend her to anyone wanting the best! (I did have a bad experience with one other person who was unfriendly, seemed sort of angry and unhappy working there.)

Bad experience here today. I wanted a manicure and woman working on my nails tried to sell me on a gel manicure. I said no, I just wanted a regular manicure. After asking me 3 or 4 more times, she rushed ,jabbed under my nail and did a horrible job on my manicure. Will never go there again!

This place is ludicrous. They actually tried to restrain me with force when I didnt have enough cash to pay and didnt have my bank card. I ended up paying them in cash; that is...once they let me leave. The owner was crazy and actually locked the front door demanding my phone before I went to get their money!!! There are so many nice places in Arlington. They are despicable people. I am reporting them to the better business bureau, and considering filing suit.

Never go there again, this is how I ended up after my eyebrows waxing.

Whatever you do don’t ask for nude. I’ve got a poopy brown color with nails that are uneven- under serviced and overcharged. I won’t be back.

The woman who did my manicure could barely tolerate being there. She was so impatient she almost ruined my polish trying to hurry and grab my other hand. She couldnt get it done fast enough and was so rude and unfriendly. It was extremely stressful and unpleasant. And my polish chipped two days later. What a waste.
