Appointment based. A growing business with quality techs, products, colors etc. everything was clean/sterile my tech Ashley took good care of me and my nails. I wanted a natural look/length so that I can still do work and she did just that. I definitely will be coming back and recommend it to everyone. Thanks for the great experience

I Don’t Know If Nail Tech Is The Correct Term, But Whatever They Are Called, Anita Is The Absolute Best. I’m A Guy, So Getting A Pedicure Was Weird On All Cylinders. She Made It Seem Like No Big Deal, But At The Same Time She Was Absolutely Professional & Comforting Through The Whole Experience & I Plan On Going On Back Every Two Weeks

I cant really rate the business as much as I wanted to support. I booked one day prior for a pedicure with Edily, but she never showed for our appointment. Im guessing it was a miscommunication and she didnt see the appointment. Avonne, however, was professional, polite, and attentive even via email when I inquired about booking an appointment. She offered to polish my toe nails after she was done servicing her customer. But being that I needed an actual pedi, I didnt take the offer. Avonne and her beautiful establishment are definitely worth visiting tho, the place looks like home and Im sure I would have loved the service.

Very disappointed. I called to make an appointment and I was told that Ashley would do my nails, so I submit my deposit that she requested. By the time she had applied a couple layers of hard gel, I could tell she was not experienced. She told me she just graduated and has only been doing nails for a year. It showed, unfortunately. Just uneven, oddly thick, and scraped so much of the edges off. Fast Forward: I have her remove the nails and I contact the owner who states that the professional pictures I saw were hers and that Ashley will get better with time (... really? Not on my nails). I asked to have my deposit credited for a future appointment with the owner. I was ignored and denied a refund of deposit.I can tell the owner replies better on this review page. Feel free, I have no hard feelings but in order to be a successful professional make sure the quality of your work is properly reflected throughout your business including the people that you choose to work with you.

I have been to this salon multiple times and experienced nothing short of great service. The owner is kind, experienced, and creative. Recently, I was not able to get an appointment with Avonne due to it being last minute. I opted to see Ashley who also works there. Ashley is a newer tech but I loved that she took her time with my nails and wanted nothing less than her best. For a last minute appointment, I’m satisfied with my service! I’ll be visiting this salon for future appointments.

Vonne has been my nail tech going on a couple years. What I like the most is that your nails still look amazing even when you are long overdue for a fill. My nails always broke or cracked with others. Ive never experienced this with her. I get compliments left and right! She is very meticulous about her work and will paint your nails with the finest detail of art. All you need to do is pick a color & she will handle the rest!! I highly recommend her!!

I needed services and called the company the confirm their hours of operation at 8:00 pm (got no answer). Their website states they close at 9:00, so I decided to make the drive up there thinking maybe they were busy. I get there and knock on the door, no answer. I could hear music and people talking. Waste of time, sad I’m not able to leave a good review like the rest. Not happy. Owners should update their hours of operation if things have changed.

Today was my first appointment with Avonne and it wont be my last. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did just that. She took her time and listened and this is the best full set Ive ever gotten. I love my nails! Thank you Avonne!
