Came in and was greeted right away. Staff was very sweet and out going. My daughter had picked out a nail design and the tech made sure she was happy before doing all her nails. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

This is the last time I go to this place it hasnt been 2 weeks and 3 of my nails broke

They were rude and didnt want to do any pedicures in the evening. Im glad I found someone to accommodate. If I was going to a funeral and needed service I wouldnt have got it here. The whole staff was rude on 6/2/21.

Nice, reasonably priced nails. The lady that did my nails was very sweet and gentle on my nails. Im 16 and she was very professional even knowing my age and super sweet. Will come again. ☺️

My daughter and I always go to Nail Art, and have been for over 10 years. Never once have I had a complaint. If you don’t make an appointment you might have to wait or come back, but I have never had a bad experience there.

The ladies here were friendly enough although I was literally The only customer and they still carried on a conversation in another language and laughed The WHOLE time I was there. The prices were reasonable. I explained 3 different times I do nails and expect them to look goid. No problem she said. I told her a few nails were crooked (repeatedly)and she did her best to fix them(to no avail).. The nails themselves are terrible. All different thicknesses, widths, and lengths and the thinner nails are cracking up the middle on day two. The bows that were painted looked horrible. I paid extra for stones which started falling off the next day. There was no light to dry my nails. I was asked to just sit and wait. After about 20 minutes I went to get my wallet out of my bag to pay and the lady tried to get it out of my bag for me so I could be careful. Thats extremely crazy. The polish started chipping off on day two. These nails are trash before I even have new growth showing. I would definitely not recommend and there is no way I would EVER return. Save your money and go somewhere decent.

The ladies are friendly. Even though I have been a client there for years, I only go every 3 or 4 months for pedicures, Im not good at keeping a routine. I am amazed at how they always recognize me and remember my preferences. Nikki is awesome and so kind and friendly everytime.

I have been coming here for years to get dip manicures. Today, Ms. Tina was my nail tech, and did a phenomenal job. I like my nails pretty sharp (stiletto), and often the techs dont get that right. However, Tina listed to me and gave just what I asked for. Also, the dip paint job is perfectly smooth with no bumps or overly thick areas, as sometimes happens when putting it over artificial nail extensions.All-in-all this place does a great job and I highly recommend it!

If I could give this place more stars I would. I have been going here for about a year now and they are amazing. i would 10000% recommend. The staff is so sweet and amazing and know me by name. Best acrylics Ive gotten in my life. I have payed almost twice the price for half the job at other places where my nails fell off within days. I’ve been going to Tiffany for 12 years. I’ve followed her to multiple salons and drive 45 minutes to get to this particular salon for Tiffany. But the owner is incredible. She takes pride in her salon. She stayed after hours when she wasn’t feeling well to be with Tiffany to finish my nails.

I came in wanting ombré nails and was told it could be done only to realize they didn’t have the option of colors they displayed I should’ve left then but I was lazy and didn’t want to drive. A hit and a half later my nails were drilled off and wrong. They kept asking could they fix for me I was tired of them and was really ready to walk out. I paid because I didn’t want police problems but felt robbed because I paid for service I wasn’t happy with. Word to the wise pass them on by

Took both my daughters in today to get acrylic nails...one lady did very good while the other was not so good...my daughter had to get 1 nail pained 3 times cause the lady kept messing them up while checking them...she said they r good and got to the car and it was all messed up again! Had to go back in and get it done again! We have now been here 2 hours and still here! I was gonna come back next week and get mine done but now I will be going somewhere else...u have lost my business! I would not suggest this nail salon to anyone! I wish I knew their names cause the other lady did an amazing job...they started on the girls at the same time and she was done an hour ago and did great!

My first time coming and it wont be my last. Greeted by everyone in the shop, kind, and diligent! The work is great as well. They are highly recommended by myself and I will be bringing my mom here from now on!

Overall all my nails looked some what presentable after repeatedly asking them to fix nails that uneven or proportionate from the rest. But my main issue is that I’ve only had my nails done for a week and two have already broken and the length is natural, also the paint on my toes started coming off after the first day. I was literally laying and bed and Felt something fall my big toe and it was the whole chip of polish , like they must use some cheap polish of something. Not to mention after I left my left thumb looked like I got it some done two weeks ago when all the rest of the nails look fresh .

First time visiting Nail Art, and it was amazing! I will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

Bad service. Really disappointed. I asked the person in the front desk if they had time for 2 people and he said yes. They took us to go sit and put our feet in the water. Me and my mom were waiting for 35min!! Unprofessional! never going again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. When you get there you have to put ur # so I did. I received a message how the experience went. & I told the owner the issueS that we had and nothing! Haven’t heard anything. Please don’t go here. 👎

Meh. Paid $30 for a meh pedicure. Hot towels and stones and oils were nice, the massage was okay but honestly Ive gotten much better. The paint job was pretty sloppy. For $30 I expect my toenails to be perfect but she didnt do very well cleaning the polish off my skin.I took my boyfriend for his first pedicure and he had to wait a good ten minutes while the lady was ordering something over the phone.But they were nice and didnt make us feel like they were talking about us.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!If I could give a zero star I would. I went there for the 1st time. I arrived at 6 pm for a pedi and acrylic. They prepared the pedi water, so I assumed I would not wait long anymore. They started on my nails at 7.30 pm. I complained because they should have told me about the wait. I would have gone somewhere else. They offered me the paraffin for making me wait. I was ok until the lady who did my acrylic told me that everything was dry until I touched my nails. They were sticky because they were just not dry yet, the machine light was still even on. She was just too in a hurry to go home.First and last time ever.

My mom and I went to get our nails done and they didnt make sure they were all balanced. i mentioned this to her and she said it was bc my nail was bigger on one hand than the other but really it was bc she just cut the nail at random and then filed it down without making sure it matched the other. idk. they look alright i guess. as long as you dont look at them real hard.
