Ive been going to see Ms. Tran for over a year and I must say that this woman truly knows her craft. I had issues with 2 of my nails and with a brief moment of discomfort, she gave me such relief from the pain these nails caused. I went in for a basic pedicure, and was satisfied with what I got. The nail tech did a good job on my feet and nails, and was courteous. The location was clean and organized, and looks better than I thought it would judging from the front door.I would come back here again.

Love my St Patrick’s manicure! They do an excellent job and are very friendly towards customers. If you don’t want to use chemicals or cut your cuticle, they can make it more natural. Keep up the good work!

Hello! I have been coming to this business for many of years my mom has been a loyal client for a long time on Saturday I came in for a pedicure that was way overdue! I live in California now and once corona hit all the nail shops closed I haven’t had a pedicure in 2 1/2 months I met this lovely lady by the name of candy she took such great care of me she was professional she was kind and she did an amazing phenomenal job on my pedicure I’m so grateful than their care was open and available to take care of me during this horrible horrible time around the world she’s such a nice young lady and whenever I’m in town visiting from California I will always choose Nail Care for my pampering needs 😍I love Hung she’s So Awesome!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The acrylics were not filed down enough each nail looks different than the other one.but they were very nice maybe next time it will be better

I found my new nail home! I am very picky with my nails, I got an acrylic over lay at another nail salon a week ago, and they were awful. I needed to fix them ASAP! Thought I’d try this place out. Hong & Candy were absolutely amazing! I’m so happy! They both had conversations with me and were super friendly! My nails were thick and the gel was awful, now my nails look natural even with the over lay! So great full! Thank you ladies! Can’t wait for my fill and pedi! 😁

Ms Hahn is excellent at what she does. Always has a smile and a kind word. Gives a lovely mini arm and shoulder massage after your manicure.

Wish I could give it a Zero. The lady that did my nails hers were gorgeous but she did a Terrible job on mines. Had to redo a couple of them, had to tell her to file nails down, edges were rough and bubbles everywhere. The other lady keep trying to tell her what to do but nothing worked. I left there frustrated and mad! WILL NEVER RETURN TO THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS.

EDITmy review yesterday had to be changed. I was back and forth to the salon FIVE times because the dip set kept turning white and gritty! My nails and fingers are raw and cut up from the filing. Save your money and sanity by not going here.Lesson learned!Ive been to this place many time since I live really close and have a love/hate relationship with them HOWEVER I went today and Ellen was AMAZING! I will be coming here only from now on as long as she is here!

Been going here for three years! Very clean and nice people. Ever once in a while they have different people and theyre not as good as the older ladys but still do a great job. Im very pleased with this place and recommend it to everyone. Im not saying theyre prefect I have had my nail cut too short before but it was clearly an accident and she immediately cleaned it up and apologized and it was fine the next day. Always smiling faces, and the customers are always friendly as well as the staff. They have wine too which is a plus!!!

I love this place...I’ve been coming to get my mani and pedis here since I moved to Texas 8 yrs ago. I’ve gone to 2 or 3 other places in Arlington and they definitely don’t compare to the service I receive at Nail Care. I don’t know what I’ll do if Hong ever decides to retire.

I went to Nail Care for years and was one of the first customers there when it very first opened. I paid $30 for a nail gift certificate for my daughter and the owner knew me very well by name since I had been coming there since day one! I did not have the paper that she wrote the gift certificate on, long story short, she said she DID remember that I paid for it, but would not honor it. WOW, how could you do that to a customer of over 8 years? I had no complaints about the service at all, always got a great pedicure. But that is just very poor judgement and bad business.

I only rate it as Hated It (one star) because I literally left in tears. The nail care specialist carelessly cut too deep into my cuticle and I bled throughout the entire polishing/drying process. Aside from the gash left on my finger, the finished manicure looked horrible. They were very polite when offering to dig through my wallet to get my credit card and charge me for the painful service and cotton balls needed to stop my finger from bleeding. NEVER AGAIN!

Great customer service...they were already closed & still saw me for a pedicure! No complaints at all & will be back soon!!!!
